Nayun Takamine

A light rasping of knuckles against the cold glass of a window; and a sleeping girl woken from a pleasant slumber. Body sat up with a slow start and sheets slid away from the young form of Dawn. Sleepiness still fresh on her expression, it would take a few more of those knocks to finally break her from it's daze. Bare feet touched the ground and led the girl over to the window in question. More importantly, to the sight of the one who had been behind such a rude awakening.

".. Nayun, it's late.. What's wrong?"

Nayun crouched there outside of the second story window and gave the tired girl a stare. ".. Nothing. Let me sleep here tonight.." There wouldn't be a wait for a reply. The Adennian had already made her way into the room. Heels pressed to the back of her sneakers and forced them away while a hand reached to take one of the younger girls pillows. It wouldn't take long for Nayun to rest herself down on that bed; still clothed from her nights activities. A breeze of cold air had woken the girl enough to close the window behind the intruding Nayun. "Are you sure? You're acting strange..." She was acting strange. Nayun was usually much kinder when it came to situations like these, even a girl like Dawn couldn't help but find it slightly odd.

".. Let's go out tomorrow night.. I'll pay for it." Would be the words given to Dawn in return. This only caused the girl to blink while she inched closer to her friend. "Nayun.." -- "Please. Everything is fine.. just go back to sleep." Nayun waited for some sort of reply, though she hoped none came. Drop the subject, don't talk, just lay down and go back to sleep.. The thoughts in her mind would speak true as she felt the bed shift slightly from the other girls entry. Dawn had been resting beside her friend now; awake, alert, it would take some time before she could fall asleep once more.

"Nayun.." She'd start, but no reply was given. Frown found it's way over her features while she turned on her side to stare at the shorter girls back.

You poked the bear one too many times.

Assumptions could cost you your life.

Nayun kept still. Red eyes opened and looking out into the distance, but far way from whatever sight that came to their vision. Her mind still busy with replaying what happened only a few hours ago. The way the gun felt as it pressed against her forehead.. the look that woman had given her.

"Nayun.."

It came again, and she'd ignore it.

"Nayun!"

Her body twisted about then and she looked to the girl.. but; she had been sleeping. Red eyes slowly blinked at the sight.. and then she realized, she must have fallen asleep as well. Nayun continued to watch her slumbering friend and hand slowly reached out so that fingers could lightly feel at her peaceful face. I'll continue to think the best of you .. .. and I'll keep looking to you as you fight in these rings.. but.".. Don't think I'm giving up on you.. Candy." The girl spoke in a soft whisper as she finished her words. Those touching fingers left the beauty of the young maidens face and moved to grasp onto that blanket. With a gentle tug, she'd draw it along Dawns body to fully cover her.

"Shiji Kumo.. I ask of you.." Her lips moved as she spoke in that whisper. Starting to recite that prayer in hopes that the both of them would receive nothing but pleasant dreams.
