Seirichi

Breakfast was over and done with. Mia was busy with her paper while Seirichi looked to her own business. Much like a touch pad, she'd be surfing around that mirror of hers -- making sure she could get the latest info in Adenna if anything popped up; as well as scoping across the streets to make sure everything was perfectly fine in her city. Sure, she already counted a good ten or so brawls going on, but nothing that'd cause her alarm. Strength was honor in Adenna.. and, after all, it *was* Winter. "Hey." She spoke up while looking up from that mirror. Spotting Saya just about to take her plate. "I need to ask you three something." Attention turning to Jackie, then finally to Mia.

Saya looked in the direction of the other, her fingers had still held at the plate that was taken. There was a slight bit of hesitance to her movement but she lifted up all the way anyway to lean up into position. "....What do you mean?" She asks of her, her eyes set over the female in front of her in questioning gaze.

Mia still seemed to be busy reading her paper, which was also fine because later on in the day she was going to have to get back into the standings to see where was what. She needed to keep reminding herself that this was more than just a job in itself: It happened to be pride to some, glory to others. She couldn't always keep it about her.

Jackie's interest, as you could guess, was demure, his head turning upwards as he looked to the Siovanui. "....Yes, what is it, Seirichi?" He asked.

"In Adenna." Seirichi would start. Rump lifting up just a bit so she could slide that mirror back within her pocket before taking her seat once more. "We're having something called the Spirit Cup going on. It'll be starting in a few weeks." A smile found itself on her lips. "It's a soccer game, you see.. and I'll be playing in it." A gesture of a hand to herself. "It's a *really* big deal. That's why Darks staying in Adenna now." Looking to Mia; explaining to her. "He's been helping with the preparation." Looking to the three of them now. "So, to get to the point, I was wondering of you three would like to come? Get a chance to see some real soccer." Fist found her palm with a laugh. "It'll be fun, I swear."

Of course, Saya rose her eyebrows. " ...The Spirit Cup..." She gave a wide smile as she looked towards her, her fingers set against the plate she was holding. Obviously, whatever speculation she might have appeared to have on her features were quickly done away with. The young woman began to walk over towards the other side. "....I'm happy, Sei. This is the first time you've asked about it. I'd be happy to go. I've something I've wanted to give to Zelly anyway."

"Yeah." Seirichi said, nodding to Saya with a bright smile. "I'm sure she'll be there. If not, I can always ask Nima to bring her around for a visit." That made one.

"I am honored." Smiled Jackie, fingers gently scrubbing across the rim of the area. "It's been a long time since I've got to see Adenna culture in action..." There was an implication in his sentence that said that he had been there, but Sei would know better by now than to try and ask him to repeat himself.

"Well, guess what? You'll be seeing loads of action." That made two. Seirichi turned to Mia just then; expecting her to do the same.

"Thanks ma, but I ain't really too much int'sports." Mia shakes her head. "An' if you two are goin' then how's the store gon' get watched? I'mma stay here. " Spoken with a nod. "....But I do hope th'game goes in y'favor ma." She beams.

.. but.. She didn't want to come. Seiri fell silent for the moment. Mia had given a valid reason.. what would happen to this place with everyone gone? But still; she couldn't just close it down for the night? Seiri could understand Mias reasoning for not wanting to go hunting.. but still, this was different.

Attention shot down to her own lap, then off to the side. Awkward glances bouncing from Jackie to Saya before she rose a hand up to brush some brown locks behind her ear. ".. Yeah.. I hope so too." Seirichi shook her head and brought about a smile. "We can go over the details later.."

Saya looked towards her boss at this point. "What, you're not going to go?" She asks, HELL! Mia was the first one who should've been saying yes!

It would be Jackie who spoke up next. "It'd be nice if you would start getting into Adenna relations now, Mia. I mean imagine how it is, the sooner the better. You're in a privileged position to learn how things truly go within the city."

"Socca' ain't much my thang, that's all." Mia spoke with a shake of her head. Well, she had her reasons. Right? Ah, but what happened here could happen anywhere. It was just a bad situation. And it was one she couldn't get involved in. Point blank. She turned in towards the male as she gently rose her coffee. "Hey Jackie, can I get anotha' cup? Thanks..."

".. It'd be a big deal if you came.. For me." Seirichi finally spoke out. Part of her wanted to drop it -- just let it go. But, for herself, she just couldn't do that. "Everyone's coming.. My Mothers, they'll be there. I've already met your family, Mia.. I'd really like it if you could meet mine."

Mia looked over in her direction. "Well yeah, that's cool ma, but what's to say what could happen in the next few weeks, or what could come up?" She shook her head. "Things're busy. I won't be able to have th'time is all. I'm sorry."

Seirichi leaned forward as she listened to those words. Arms bent up and fingers laced together; all before forehead would touch down against them. "...." Then she'd lean away, allowing those hands to fall flat against the bar before she moved to stand. "Yeah, I get it." If she was anything like her mother -- she could of had a sudden burst of rage and sent that bar stool flying, but she wasn't her. She was upset, yes.. but she knew how to handle herself. "Don't worry about it." Thumb curled, knuckles popping on each finger as she began to walk away. "Going to take a shower then head back home.. Thanks for breakfast."

"...Okay..." Mia spoke, her brow bouncing as she looked over towards the bar counter top, the woman having moved away. It took a long moment, but Mia then rose her head to look up. She saw both Saya and Jackie giving her a look. ".........what." She looked between them, a groan from Saya as she straightened out even more. "What, WHAT...???"

Lamix went down and sat herself, almost brushing into by Seirichi herself, her leather studded arms crossing over the bar counter top as she held up a finger. "Uh, could I have some breakfast please?" She asks. "....What's this Spirit Cup I keep hearing about? Nima says she's taking me, and that I don't really have a choice in the matter...."

"......"
"......"
"......"

The three looked to her in silence.
