Birthday Nom Noms for Cove

Centered on the table is a four layered cake with each layer a different flavor. First layer is strawberry, second is lemon, third is raspberry, and the fourth is blueberry. The stars that decorate the cake are edible candies. A number of trays were set around filled with all sorts of goodies like Dark Chocolate dipped Strawberries drizzled with white chocolate, sweet tart shells filled with dark chocolate ganache and topped with fresh raspberries, pastry shell filled with lemon curd and candied lemon zest, almond biscuit soaked with espresso layered with mocha buttercream and chocolate ganache, marshmallows dipped in milk chocolate, slivered almonds and honey caramel on a buttery crust, cream puffs filled with vanilla cream and chocolate mousse. What really stood out was around the cake a number of cupcakes. There were a lot of them! Some with words on them. Happy. B-day. And...funny enough..Sex. (This is Cove we are talking about after all. He thinks cupcakes AS sex!)
