((This begins after the fight with Eric. Though the fight with Eric was in the background works in the "Jadden Elinore Rogue" thread, it really should been in here. But the beginning of the conversation was mixed with old memories of the past, so it just fit that the rest should be in there as well.))

((Okay, as we are clearing things up, I would like to explain who Eric is.
Eric is based on the character "Eric" from the book series "Dead in Dixie" by Charlaine Harris. He is tall, blonde, and handsom. Everything in Jade's character background and so forth has elements from the book. Such as Merelotte's, Bon Temps, Bill, Eric, and Fangsta. Even Sam and Pam.
Sam is the owner of Merelotte's and Eric is the owner of Fangsta.
But Eric in Jade's story was her love at one time. It it not revealed yet what happened, but it is known that Eric screwed it up. Probably by screwing someone he shouldn't. Now Eric wants her back, and she's not having it even if it causes heart ache.))

((As Jade is in modern times, it is a little different. As of the late 90's the government (the US and other countries as well) decided to let vampires "come out of the coffin", so to speak. They told the people that vampirism was a deases where the person is unable to go out in the sunlight and daytime hours, and were allergic to garlic. They also said people infected needed blood to help them. Thus, totally disreguarding "myth", the truth. They told people not to fear. But yet they still do in some cases.
Also, most of Jade's story will be in Bon Temps and Shiverport, not in Rhy Din.))

((Thank you for letting me clear a few things up, and the next posts will now be clearifying free. To more understand the posts read the last post in "Jadden Elinore Rogue" ^__^))

Jade stomped down the hall from the dinning hall. She nearly ran into Pam as she turned a corner.
"Jade, You okay girl?" Pam asked.
"What do you think?" Jade's tone angry.
"What he say?" Pam's voice stern but sweet.
"Nothing he hadn't already tried to pull over." Jade sighed.
"Awe, I'm sorry babe." She patted Jade on the shoulder. Jade looked up at Pam with another sigh, then a puzzled look came across her face.
"Pam... what are you doing here??" Jade asked. Pam pulled out a spare key with a smile.
"I heard you were coming over to talk to Eric on his demand, I came over for the Jade-clean-up-crew," she laughed. Jade smiled, mostly because Pam was so sweet... and very smart.
"Eric should be more careful who he gives his spare keys to." Jade still smiled.
"Come on, babe. Lets go for a ride," Pam linked arms with Jade and led her to the door.
"Your ride or mine?" she asked.
"Oh your's of couse." Pam grinned.
"I knew it!" Jade laughed as they made their way quickly out the door and to Jade's car, the crimson mustange.

They pulled out of the drive way, all the while Jade was flipping the good ol' bird to Eric's house. Pam in the driver's seat, she turned a corner. Jade put her hands down and she started to twirl her hair. After a moment Pam spoke.
"You didn't mean that." She was refering to the good ol' bird.

Jade didn't really have to say anything, she ment it... then she didn't. She cleared her throat.
"So... where are we going?" She asked. Pam looked over to Jade with a sorry look on her face.
"Fangsta, I have to tend tonight." Pam bit her lip then looked back to the road.
"But... But..." Jade sputtered.
"I know, Eric is probably on his way there. Trust me, I won't let him get ta ya." With that she put on some tunes. Soft rock melodies filled Jade's ears as she leaned her head back on the seat. She took a bit of a sigh. This night was hell.

A few minutes later they pulled into a parking lot lit up by neon lights that read "Fangsta" on a building that was a bar/club. They were there so quick because Eric lived not so far away. Jade bit her lip as they slowed to a stop. The place was full of fang-bangers, she didn't like coming here. The term "fang-banger" describe humans who do just that, bang fangs (vampires). I mean it's alright to have sex with vampires if you are human, but these chicks (or guys) take it to a whole other level (if they make it out alive, which most don't). They become obsessed with the rush and the feeling it gives them. It's a drug for them. It appauls Jade. This reason, and Eric, is why she don't really come to the only vampire bar close to Bon Temps.

"Jade, don't worry. I got it under control," Pam spoke softly,"If ya want you can stay in the office." Jade noded, the office was where she would be. On that nice comfy couch.
"Thanks Pam, You save me again." Jade smiled and opened her door, Pam following suit. Jade slammed the door, letting out a little anger left... and it was her car so it didn't really matter. But she didn't slam it too hard, the whole car might have flown off.

They walked in the back way and pam led Jade to the office.
"Ya want anythin before I leave you totally?" Pam asks as Jade made her way into the room and to the couch.
"B negative please. And if ya could, warm it up a bit." She noded as she sat down, Pam still at the door.
"A will do, Jade. See ya in a few," Pam shut the door and walked down the hall way into the bar area. Jade listened to her footsteps, even over the roar of the music from the common room.

Her jade hues bounced around a bit, then her ears perked at the small steps of Pam. She turned her head to the door as Pam opened it with a glass of blood with a straw in it. Pam knew just how to serve. She made it over to where Jade was and handed the glass to her.
"Here ya are. Now keep it down, ya hear. Eric is a few rooms down talking to Bill about something. And to answer your next question, Casidy isn't with Bill." Pam smile. She knew Jade too well.
"Thanks," Jade paused,"How am I saposed be too loud? I'm going to yell, let alone, talk to myself?" Pam only grinned even more at her. The fact was, Jade might.
"Okay, I'm off now. I must serve the people of Fangsta!" Pam walked out the door with a little laugh.

Jade sipped the B negative out of the straw and looked around. She sighed. Man was she going to be bored. She glanced to the computer on the office desk. She thought,"Hmm, that might be of some use tonight."
She sipped again.

Her ears perked hearing Bill's voice.
"Eric, You can't push Jade into anything. You know that." He said slowly.
Eric's voice only mumbled, but even Jade's hearing couldn't hear what was said.
She sighed, and then sipped. She hated being bored and doing nothing.

She lightly walked over to the desk and took a long sip of the blood then set it on the desk itself. It was time for snooping. As much as she hated Eric at the moment, she wanted to know what he and Bill were talking about.

Jade slowly crept to the door and she tip-toed out. She leaned against the door as it shut so it wouldn't bang close. Jade looked to her left, looked to her right. The coast was clear. She sliently crossed the hall to the other side and leaned on the wall. Jade went to move but stopped suddenly as a door went to open with Bill's voice as the lead.

"Eric, move on and don't pout about it. Give her time and she'll get over it. Then you two will be friends again," Bill said while making his way out. He glanced about the hallway and stopped dead as he saw Jade. His eyes widened and his jaw almost dropped.
"But I don't want to be friends, I want her to love me," Jade heard Eric stand as well, almost to the door. Jade gave Bill a "Eep, Do something!" look. Bill quickly shut the door.
"Bill, Damnit, what was that for? Are we going in the main room or not?" Eric asked, tone a bit angry.
"Oh Eric. Do you know who is tending tonight?" Bill asked giving Jade time to run. And run, well run quitely, she did.
"Yea, Pam. Now let's go." Jade could just see Eric scowling as he said it. Jade quickly shut the door behind her as she went in the office. She leaned against it, breathing in slow but quick intakes.
"Really?" Bill finally opened the door,"I thought that new guy was working." He sighed. Mostly a sigh of relief.

Bill and Eric walked down the hall and into the main room as Jade slowly made it back to the couch. She sat down with her forehead rested on her palm. That was close, too close.
Jade sat there a few minutes like that until someone busted into the room. It scared her so bad she nearly fell to the floor.

"Jade, what the hell are you doing here?" Bill said in a toned down yell. She sighed.
"Pam brought me here. Told me to stay in here." Jade looked up at Bill.
"Well, You should have done it! But Pam shouldn't have brought you anyway. What if Eric comes in here? I can't keep him out there forever!" Bill yelled.
"You know as well as I that he doesn't ever use the office. And I do agree, Pam shoulda took me home." she smirked. Bill sighed.
"Jade, what if he just does come in. He knows you so well that he probably knows you're here now." he pause.
"No way, he ---" bill cut her short.
"How many times have you taken blood from him, over the years?" he started.
"That's non-your concern," Jade folded her arms together.
"Jade, just answer the question." he was losing his temper.
"Enough," she said shortly.
"Yea, enough to know you're here. You forget Jade, for him all he has to do is have a drop of his blood in you to know your thoughts, your feelings, what you want, and who your with." he just looked at her. Oh how she forgotten that lil qork of Eric's.
"Well, I'm screwed. What do I do?" Jade asked.
"You can only wait..." his voice trailed off.

They heard footsteps coming, sure to be Eric's

Pam opened the office door, as both Bill and Jade breathed in relief.
"Jade, come on. Eric told me to let you go home," she tossed Jade her keys,"How he knows you were here I have no clue..." Jade just looked at her with a face that said don't ask.

She slowly stood, placing the keys in her purse. Pam and Bill followed her out. There was a little humming coming from the end of the hall way. Only Jade looked back, to see Eric standing there. She felt her eyes turning red with anger as she left the building. Before Pam shut the door in the back, she told her something,
"Eric says there is a Section 5 meeting tomorrow. You need to come."
"Why can't Eric tell me himself?" Jade nodded to Eric who was just down the hall. She sighed and walked to her car as Pam shut the back door.

Jade pressed the unlock botton to her car, the tail lights flashed to say it worked. She went to open the driver's seat door but a hand stopped it. Jade quickly turned around, to see Eric... yet again. She went to strike him but he caught her wrist and pinned both arms to the car.

"Let go you bastard!" she screamed. Though Jade was strong for a vampiress, she was no match for Eric. He was centuries older than her. She squirmed and kicked. Nothing helped.
"Eric!" She screamed.
"That's right, get angry. Hate me, Jade! Hate me! You can't, can you? You're weak. Without me, you are nothing Jade!" He shouted.
"You lie! I would have made it on my own! I would have!" Jade growled.
"If I hadn't helped you back then, You would have still been a broken Stripper! You would have been a pile of dirt compared to what you are now." He pushed her harder into the car, the metal crushing like a soda can at her wrists.

A small red tear rolled down her cheek. An angry tear.
"It's not true Eric! No one decides my destiny! No one! Do you hear me, you bastard!" Jade pushed back, with all her strength. She went no where.
"How can you talk to me like this after all I did for you? After I brought you here? Kept you safe?!" he growled, fangs starting to come out farther.
"You didn't keep me safe enough! Not from you! You betrayed me! Do you hear me? You betrayed me and I'll never forgive you!" She pushed again. Jade gave a little gasp in pain.
"It was a mistake. Can't you see through that!? I want you back!" Eric's voice half angry, half saddened.
"Some mistakes can't be fixed," her voice low as she looked to the ground.

Eric sputtered, but couldn't find the words. He still held her there, the dents in the car becoming deeper.
"How can something so beautiful be so jaded? I feel your pain inside me. It makes mine grow everyday. Tell me, Jadden." his tone still angry but lower.
"Memories of what I did... to all those people, innocent people, haunt me. It was me who did it and I who can't fix it!" she paused,"But it was you who lied to me many years, you who has the unfaithful heart! And broke my already scarred one. You knew Eric! You womanizing slut! You knew!" She finally shoved Eric off her.
"I knew not of what I know now. I hadn't an idea of everything that happened. I knew not!" he cried out.

Jade stepped closer, baring her own fangs. Her nails became razor sharp as she glutched her hands at her sides, balling them into fists.
"You lie again! You knew!" Jade swung but Eric caught her again.

She had enough time to claw Eric's face with the other hand. He yelled in pain and lept at her. She turned to give a swift kick to his chest. Eric caught her foot and spinned her by the ankle around in the air. Jade fell to the ground, knees first. She moved to get up, but he was already on her back twisting her wrists behind her.
"I could kill you now. You know it, but you still fight." Eric said slowly.
"You wouldn't and you know that." Jade said, cheek to the blacktop of the parking lot. She gripped her hands again.
He twisted harder.
"Or can I?" he sneered,"You know I love you better when you're angry. I'll save you for a bit." His voice was heartless.
Bloody tears flooded her eyes. They streamed down.
"I hate you, Eric." She spat out,"I hate you!"
He spun her over on the ground to look at her straight in the eyes.
"Now, that we both know isn't true." he then shook a finger in a 'tsk tsk tsk' manner in her face.
"I hate you!" she screamed.
"But your heart screams 'Love me'. How contradicting you are." Eric shifted into heartless mode.

Eric straddled her, all the while taking hits from Jade to the face. It didn't hurt him.
"Jade, you can't hide from something that I can feel inside you! I am inside you! Your mind, Everything!" he yelled.

Jade suddenly felt dirty as she said that. He knew anything she thought, felt. There was no escaping.
"I hate you," She sobbed,"I hate you!"
"You love me, admit it!" He leaned inches away from her face,"I can see it in your eyes! and your soul." She felt naked under him, just the way he looked at her, how he was seeing right through her.
"Just let me go, leave me alone!" she turned her face away from his.

He raised back up.
"You don't like this, Jade. How does it feel, huh?! You want to go home? Jade the only place you ever belonged was with me! Now you have nothing! You are alone now Jade! Alone!" his words stung like bees.
"I... hate... you." she sobbed.
"Stop lying! Where is my strong Jade?! Where is she?! You are that broken stripper of back then who couldn't handle a few men rubbing up on you? Is that the Jade I'm seeing now?" he was spewing. This was for jading him. This was all for the times he wanted to love her. Eric had lost it.
"I... I..." Jade tried to let out something.
"You what, Jade?! You know what?! I bet you ------ plently of men since me! Haven't You, Jade!? Haven't you?!" He yelled.

Jade reached up and grabbed Eric by the collar, shoving him to the ground. She socked him a few good ones as she kneeled ontop of him.
"Look in my eyes! Look in my ------- soul! Look! I haven't I haven't I haven't I haven't!!!" She screamed and slapped him. He didn't stop her because he knew it was true. Jade growled and got off him.
"---- you! Screw you! Kiss my ass!" she kicked him in the side several times, "I hate you!"

Eric slowly stood, not saying a word. He could feel the hate brewing inside her, it scared him finally seeing her real hate.
"Ja... Jade...."
"Shut up! Just shut up!" She slapped him again,"You betrayed me. I'll never forgive you. And after tonight, I never want to see your face again! Bastard, do you hear me!?"
He shook his head yes.
"Tomorrow at the meeting, act as if we never were, never was, never will. And this is the real Jade! The one without you!"
"Jade, please. Let me explain what happened!" Eric yelled in a pleading tone.
"You never cared to explain it before. Bill had the heart enough to tell me! He hated seeing you do that to me!" She sneered. Jade had enough... from that night, from the last few years.
"She seduced me! I didn't want to!" Eric tried to... say something.
"She was a human! You seduced her! And you kept seducing her for five ------- years behind my back! Eric shut up when I know the truth.
"She said she was going to kill you! I did it for you!" he pleaded again.
"You did her alright!" Jade yelled,"I've had enough. Eric, I'm going home. You follow me, and I'll kill you."

Jade opened the car door, hopped in, and sped off. Leaving Eric to stand there... gaping at what he had done, what he started. How he killed what little love by pushing Jade past fixible.

She pulled up in her drive-way over twenty minutes later. Zombie-like, Jade walked up the front porch and went to her blacked out room. She flecked on a light since there was still over three hours of night left.
Jade sat on her bed looking aimlessly ahead. She blinked once, twice, then a third time. On the forth, red tears streamed down... with no dam to stop them.

Jade slept til 7 the next evening, later than her usual 6 pm. But that day, our vampiress needed her sleep that was far over due. She awoke to the sounds of both her cell phone and home phone ringing. Jade reached over and looked at her Cell phone, it was Bill. She was in no mood to talk, to anyone. She picked it up, and turned it off.
"Good-bye," Jade snickered as the cell shut off.

Then she hurriedly ran to the home phone, caller ID said: Compton, Bill. "what?...," Jade thought,"But he was just calling."
She slowly picked it up to her ear,"Hello?"
"Jade, please come to the meeting. We really need you there and um.. I'm really sorry about last night," Eric's words ran together he talked so quickly. He knew as soon as Jade realized who it was she would hang up. And she did.

Jade hung up the phone with a loud clatter. She could feel her face becoming hot over her icy body.
"That summabitch!" Jade stomped back into her room, then into her bathroom. She stopped before the sink and looked at herself in the mirror. Jadey looked like hell froze over and spit her out.
Her cheeks looked as if they were tomatoes, as they often did after she cried. A terrible side-effect of having blood for tears. Her hair was in disarray as she didn't clean herself up after the fight with Eric the night before. Though, all the wounds and scraps were healed up, but bruises remained.
She leaned over the sink and started to wash away her tears, and hopefully the memory of how they got there. Oh but the memories could never be washed away. Jade looked up into the mirror again, the blood washed off, but a huge bruise was left on her face where Eric pinned her against the hard blacktop.
"Make-up can fix that..." Jade mumbled as she looked on at herself. But no, she had a better idea. Walk into that Meeting, bruised, beaten, and broken to show Eric what he had done, to show everyone.
Jade dressed, fixed her hair, and dabbed on eye make-up and lipgloss. Her black corset/dress flowed to her knees. She put on her "kicking ass" boots on just in case he wanted to start something at the meeting, but he wouldn't when Casidy was there... and Casidy never missed a meeting... ever.
She stepped outside in the cool night's air and cranked her car. Jade sat at the wheel a minute looking at her wrists which were bruised worse than her face. It looked like he almost broke them. She sighed and pulled out of the drive-way, headed to Shiverport.

Jade pulled into Fangsta with a grim look on her face that no 80's metal Ballad would fix. She didn't want to go in, but she had to. Jade sat there a moment looking over the parking lot, scanning whose cars were there. The same parking lot were one of Jade's worse memories was now in. She scanned a bit, stopping at Casidy's car. Jade breathes a small sigh of relief.

"Take me down to the paradise city, where the grass is green and the girls are--"
"Shut up, Axle", Jade said while she shut off the car and slammed the door. Somewhere a Guns 'N' Roses fan club was screaming at her.

Jade walked in the back of Fangsta and down the hall to a large room with a even larger meeting table, thus being the Meeting Room. The meeting hadn't started yet and everyone was standing around chatting. She walked in to smiling faces and one very scared face.
"Jade! Dear!....?...." They all started out smiling then their faces slowly turned to horror as they spotted her bruised up face, wrists, and legs. Most horrified was Casidy who rushed over to her.
So Eric hadn't told, too embarassed, too mortafid. Hell hath no fury like a very pissed of best friend, like Casidy. But get Jade and Casidy together, oh then you wish you didn't.

"Jade! What in the lord's name happened?!" Casidy wrapped an arm around her. Jade sent a glare to Eric, Casidy following that gaze.
"He did it? Eric!" Casidy stomped over to Eric... who was looking like he was about to piss his pants,"Eric! How could you?!" She slapped him. He took it... oh how he knew this was going to come from Casidy. Jade only folded her arms together, making her way to her seat at the table.

Everyone looked to Jade, then Eric, then Casidy. Mark swiftly walked over to Jade.
"Is it true?" He asked not really believing it. Everyone heard the question because it had fallen silent, so very silent as they waited for Eric to answer Casidy and as they just stared at Jade.
"Why do you ask him?" Jade feircly pointed to Eric, who still hadn't answered Casidy who stood before him.
"It's not what it looks like. Jade and I were having a conversation and it got out of hand." Eric slowly sputtered out.
Jade jumped up, still pointing at Eric,"It's exactly what it looks like!"

Everyone looked to Eric in disgust. Casidy gave him a shove and turned back around to face everybody and Jade.
"As far as I can tell, this meeting is over. I'm taking Jade home." Casidy spoke softly. They all nodded in agreement as Eric regained is stature.
"Everyone! Wait!" he started as everyone started to turn to leave,"The lycans are gaining ground! They might strike in as little as a week!"
They all stopped dead in there tracks, even Casidy who had started taking Jade by the arm out the door. She turned to look him in the face as Bill rose to her side.
"Talk," Casidy flatly put it.

Jade just continued to eye Eric as the Lycan conversation rambled on with Casidy, Bill, and Mark by her side. She couldn't really focuse on the ongoings... her mind went blank thinking of the night before.
All she heard were gasps and Eric's voice. Then everything went silent. Everyone looked to her. They must have known she was in a far off place without them.

Mark turned to look at her closely,"Jade?" She finally heard someone.
"Yea..." she slowly said.
"Are you okay?" he asked.
"Yea..." Jade slowly said again.

Eric looked to Jade,"We were saying that the lycans have threatened Bon Temps, Shiverport, and the surounding area. We are all in danger."
"Yea I heard ya...," she really hadn't,"I'll keep a head's up."

He paused then looked again to the small crowd of vampires,"Fine. Then we all must be on watch. Meeting over."

Casidy looked to Eric then Jade then Bill,"Bill, lets bring Jade dear home with us so we can talk."
Bill nodded as Casidy looped arms with Jade and lead her outside to her car.
