"?Something's not right?"

Holy City. Magic School. These things it once was.

For many years, the city, split into two seperate wings, was both a home and school to many races that were both magically adept, as well as those that required refuge from the devastating natural disasters that plague "The Edge" daily.

Its history is a long one, starting with the birth of it's house of power, known as "Poltergeist". She, who was but a statue, was a basin of magical energy created a millenia ago. Transgressing through the tunnels of fate, she wound up within the hands of a master of magic, and the Holy City of Somul was created to house her tremendous blessing.

With her ever-present eyes watching from the heart of the city, Somul was glorified from a simple guise and shield to Poltergeist, and became the prized school that it is today.

Or so history was told?

In a twist of fate, the basin of power for the people of Somul was taken; she no longer their mascot, their pride. Their source.

With the loss of Poltergeist, and its only glorious leader, the school has fallen into a state of unrest. Once populated and glorified by spires that dot the skies, it now sits as an abandoned wasteland, a symbolic icon of the desolate territory it occupies.
