The small ranch was done now, and Sarah had Mor set up in her nice stallion paddock. It even had his name burnt into the wood in branding letters.

There were a couple "problem" horses in a couple of the stalls that weren't being used. Sarah had worked with them almost every day since they arrived, and were almost ready to be sent back to their owners.

Sarah seemed to have a permanent smile on lately. She had even found somebody she liked spending her entire day with. Funny how you find things like these during the worst times.

But why did she feel like she was getting bored? She was used to living on the go her entire life, and to be settled so suddenly was different. Not that she didn't want it, but she just had to get used to it.

Sarah took Mor out on a late night ride, the stars and moon lighting the path for them until they reached the beach. They walked on the side, just until the tide touched his hooves. It was a bit cold to be knee high in the water tonight.

Sarah thought about going on a trip, maybe. Just, anything to get away for a while. She didn't want to get away from the people that were with her here, but maybe, to remind herself that where she was now, really was for the best, and that she truly is happy.

But, for now, she'd stay. Yes, this was the best thing. She rode Mor back to the house, put him away and went to bed.
