The Order of Seraphim is a Coalition of Allied Factions, a pact or treaty among individuals or groups, during which they cooperate in joint action, each in their own self-interest, joining forces together for a common cause.
Known as an elite unit whose training focuses not only on traditional military skills but also on its strong esprit de corps. As its men come from different realms with different cultures, this is a way to strengthen them enough to work as a team. Consequently, training is often described as not only physically challenging, but also very stressful psychologically.

Guidelines:
Women and Men are both allowed within the Ranks of the COS. Originally the COS?s ranks were closed to all Males until over turned in recognition to the sacrifices made by both Genders on the battle field.
All those possessing Average and Advanced Genetics, ie psychics, magics, curses, mutations, are welcome and will not be hidden due to special talents. Instead will be trained and utilized and encouraged.
Anyone may seek to join the COS but not as a refuge or sanctuary against crimes. Those found within the ranks of the COS and facing extradition will be handed over to the proper authorities once Proper paperwork and Evidence is handed over and judged legitimate by the Commanding Council.

Alliances
The COS due to Blood, History, Obligation, is Allied with many and friends of more.
Attacks between Allied Parties, The COS will not Intervene unless asked to step in to mediate. If the COS is attacked by one side of either party, the Offending Side will lose rights of Treaty(s) and the COS will go on the offensive.

Joining
As stated above all may apply, but not all are accepted.
During times of OPEN RECRUITMENT the COS will make an announcement. All Recruits will be on a 5 day waiting list where activities are monitored and investigated.
Members after that time will be put in Ranks and Units worthy of their skill-set.
During Closed Recruitment, This is a scouting time. These are few and far between but individuals have caught the attention of a member of the COS's higher echelon. Scouted Members are given a rank and no waiting period but can face the same expulsion as as any others if performance is found unbefitting of the COS.

Leaving
Attacks on COS from within will result in immediate expulsion, discharge, or death of said Offender.
You may leave the COS when ever you please and with Blessings of the Command. All items and artifacts gain while under the COS banner will be returned to the COS or cease to work and/or destruct.

Provisions:
Provisions will be made on a ?as needed? basis with extra to compensate some recreational spending.
Housing and Meals/Food will be supplied by the COS.
Any gear, weapons, uniforms will be supplied by the COS.

Uniforms:
Uniforms are on an ?AS NEEDED? basis and saved mostly for Combat and Deployment/campaigns.
Allied parties do not have to wear the COS Colors. Only the Clandestine under the Command of Angelique claim this uniform.
Special Order Ops within the COS do not have to follow the Red and Gold.
The COS mainly wears RED.
RED: Blood Doesn?t show up as easily and to Symbolize the blood shed of those before them.
BLACK: Like their Sistren, the Scathachian Sisters of the Isle, they too wear a sash around their waist but of Black to symbolize the Mourning of Aife who was killed by her Sister, Scathach, and by all from both sects who have fallen or fallen in her name.
GOLD: To symbolize the burning sun and light of Seraphim?s burning wings.
All Rankings of the COS and High Ranking Officials of Allied Forces are given a gold and red stoned ring with the Symbol of COS to be used as Identification, Challenge Coin, or Blood Token.

Do not use the COS as a way to step on other Chars. Everything you do reflects on the COS and most of all me. You know I get a case of the ass when it comes to being bullying others.
