DOWN TIMES IN THE PARKS
Young ones play park= a 140ft wide x145ft deep area to the left of the exercise park on the farthest end from the entrance to ConColor garden towers
In the center is the main play structure
Primary floating tower dome 20 ft. across and 10ft high at center 12 ft. in the air
Two secondary floating tower domes one on the left and one on the right 15ft across and 10 ft high 8 ft in the air 20 ft from the center dome
Two trinairy floating tower domes one in front of and behind 10ft across and 10 ft. high 4 ft. in the air 15 ft. from the center dome
From the bottom center of each dome Is a sliding pole and off to one side a rope ladder
Going outward from the outer domes is a tube slide the center dome is connected to the outer domes by plank and rope bridges
In the back left corner is a swing set
Four seat swings, four plank swings, and four foot loop swings
In the back right corner is a swing set
Two sets 10 ft. long hand bars five feet off the ground
Climbing net six foot high and wide
in the front left and right corners
four six foot long parent benches on either side
Centered between the between the two front corners half way to the main structure
5 six foot x six foot ?sand boxes? two one two pattern
The entire area is covered with two foot thick mixed shades of greens pea size rubber pellet, except the inside of the sand boxes which are shade of brown sand grain size
Between the two parks are from the end and third bridge two escalators one going up the other going down
Exercise park =a 140ft wide x145ft deep area to the right the young ones play park on the farthest end from the entrance to ConColor Garden Towers
Centered on the back wall are two rock climbing walls twenty ft wide one stopping at the second level and one stopping at the third
On either side of the climbing walls is a locker room/showers/restroom, left side for females right for males
Zip lines from the second level right to left and third level left to right
Climbing ropes ladders and nets hang from the second level walkway on both sides
Exercise/yoga mats 4ft x4ft in five rows of 10 occupy the front center area
Balance beams at different heights form two rows of 5 in the center of the park just beyond the mats
The entire area that is not other wised covered is well-maintained lawn
The center most five ft of the second level walkways is a walking track
The ten most inner ft of the third level walk ways is a running track
Free weights and exercise equipment can be found in the fitness center on the first level
Family park= 240ft wide x 220ft deep area in the center of ConColor Garden Apartments
The area is divided into 4 equal sections by hard packed dirt 5foot walkways, where the paths meet at the center is an open framed 40 foot across and 20 feet high dome gazebo with flowering vines growing up the framework, around the gazebo is a 5 foot wide 2 ft deep pond of butterfly koi (four bridges span the pond from walkway to gazebo surrounding this is a by hard packed dirt 5foot walkway.
At each corner is a 5ft wide quarter circle flower bed
The entire area that is not other wised covered is well-maintained lawn
Entrance parks 240ft wide x 145ft deep
Two 5ft entrance walkways start at the entrance and go to this level?s walk way
Between the two entrance walkways are from the end and second bridge two escalators one going up the other going down
On either side the remaining area of the park is taking up by flower gardens dotted by pollinator dragon feeders and baths and divided by free flowing mulched 5 ft. paths
