Exactly at the predetermined time a portal opens in the road at the pickup location, a horse drawn carriage emerging, a perfect sphere that appears to be made of ice, (but is in fact crystal). The bottom half tinted ice blue, while the top half is covered in an intricate, white frost pattern. All of the metal highly polished silver coated with clear iridescent crystal.

Pulling the carriage two spirited but under control stallions looking to be living near transparent silver ice (but again crystal) with flowing ice manes and tails of iridescent white. The horse?s bridles and harness? are of leather, silver in color and highly worked in ice blue frost patterns.
Seated to the front of the carriage a driver and standing on a platform at the back, holding on, a footmen both dressed identically ice blue high boots, true white pants and shirt, metallic ice blue jacket, and three corner hat both trimmed in silver, from each hat arched three plumes one metallic silver, one crystalline ice blue and one iridescent white, and white gloves trimmed in ice blue

Following the carriage road two security escorts, that once clear of the portal took a position to either side of the carriage in line with the footman, each was dressed in high midnight blue boots, and pants of the same color, open jackets of ice blue trimmed in navy blue, covered metallic silver shirts, atop their heads three cornered hats of ice blue trimmed in silver, from each arched a single plume of crystalline ice blue, no weapon was visible on either but these were Crystain warriors and their weapon both defensive and offensive were the powers of the mind. Each man rides a horse that appeared to be of the same breed as pulls the carriage.

As the carriage comes to a stop, the portal closed behind it, from his perch the footmen descended and moves swiftly to the side of the carriage, lowering a set of silver steps and opening the carriage door, then standing on the same side as the open door offered his gloved hand in assistance, if a palm down hand is placed on the footman?s palm a slight upward pressure will be felt in, if not the hand will be placed at the footman?s side Once the final rider is inside and seated the footman closes the door raised the steps and returns to his place the driver begin the ride with a slight tug on the horses rains

The interior of the carriage is a steady 70 degrees the single seat across the back of the carriage topped with a cushion of silver silk trimmed in ice blue 5% warmer. Exactly two minutes into the ride the white frost pattern vanishes from the upper half of the carriage giving a full view to the outside but keeping the interior of the carriage warm

The carriages pace a steady and smooth, fast walk. Upon arriving at its destination the carriage stops, the footman again leaves his position and returning to the side of the carriage as he lowered the steps the silver frost returned to the top half of the carriage, opening the door he again offered his hand in assistance. When the final rider is a full pace from the bottom step the foot man closed the door risked the steps and when he had returned to his perch a portal open before the carriage the driver driving the carriage through , the escort again taking a position behind the carriage the portal closing behind them.

As the guest descend a wide set of steps the area becomes illuminated to the degree of outdoors under a full moon overhead the ceiling comes alive with ice blue, silver, and white aura borealis. in the areas closest to the greenhouse walls it is slightly brighter do to what appear to be lanterns? scattered throughout the two areas and onto the dance floor (this are in fact glowing white crystal pots of varicose sizes that hold potted white orchids as well as marbled silver and ice blue paths wandering through the areas

On either side of the base of the stairs are identical bars of ice blue crystal staffed by two, men dressed in black shoes midnight blue pants silver shirts and midnight blue bowties on the end farthest from the stairs stand five women dress the same as the tenders. in front of each bar are four sets of tables and chairs silver in color trimmed in ice blue the whole area is lite from above by glowing clusters of floating white crystals. As the guest reach the bottom of the stairs they are greeted by four women dressed in simple gowns, of white heavily flecked with ice blue and silver from the waist down, handing each person three clear crystal snowflakes two inches across, they explain ?you many place these anywhere on your person they will remain secure to skin, hair, and any type of clothing without causing any damage. The bars are complimentary and offer locale and imported white wines and champagnes as well as Roostertails made from each any of which can be made non-alcoholic upon request.?

On the Far end of dance floor is a raised 20 ft across half circle with a back the same shape and size set up with a classical ballroom band, and an identical set up of table and chair as is around the bars. Just in front of the tables is an ornate stand holding a scroll describing what dance lessons and refreshers are being offered*** standing on either side of the platform as well as either end of the orchid gardens is a woman, dress the same as the women handing out the snowflakes, beside them a rack holding a dozen or more holographic storage crystals,

As the last guest steps onto the floor the band begins to softly play softly as the lights become slightly brighter the individuals standing at the far end of the bar step up to the bar and each takes one of the trays and starts to walk toward the guest offering whatever is on their tray.
After the Roostertail hour the music becomes loader singling the beginning of the formal dancing as this occurs the snowflakes that were handed out begin to shimmer and glow one ice blue one silver and one white.
Those who wish to sit out a dance may do so at any of the tables, standing at the bar or strolling through the orchid gardens shimmering paths of ice blue and silver lead from the dance floor gardens of white orchids of a variety of types some off shoots of the main path lead to shimmering ice blue benches between the paths the ground is covered in a fine white powder of crystals
