The furniture began showing up soon after Dalia had offered him the room, as if he had known all along he would be welcome. His appointed room, that one beside Koya's, was at the end of the hall.

All the women were welcome there. In fact, they were expected. His eye did not fall on any one in particular, but in fact he seemed to adore both Chiana and Koya equally. Dalia was another matter, however. She had a standing invitation, and was not expected to knock.
