The Daughters of Decadence formed their rules at random, neglecting all concepts of numerical order in lieu of content. The Rules and By-Laws could be found scrawled on scraps of newspaper, old bar napkins, and any other available writing surface at hand at the time each rule came into being.

Said Rules and By-Laws fell into the trusty hands and borrowed gavel of Koyliak VanDuran, self-appointed Legislator:

The Rules and By-Laws of the Daughters of Decadence

Rule 1. Never let the PJ be out of booze.

Rule 3. No one shall be allowed admission to the ranks of the DoD without first going through the rigors. After which, said person (hereby known as 'Grunt') shall only be accepted upon unanimous decision of the original four.
Rule 3. Section B. The original four get to decide exactly what the rigors involves and how long they will last for.
Rule 3. Section C. A DoDer can step up in place of a Grunt during any part of the rigors.

Rule 8. DoD members are limited to one inter-group Touching Moment per night.

Rule 15. Good friends help you move. DoD friends help you move bodies.

Rule 17. DoD members are NOT wimps.

Rule 24. I give my sisters as I take for myself.?

Rule 29. Presents must always be accepted, unless it's a dead body and you're not looking for something like that, then that's OK to refuse.

Rule 37. Thou shalt not waste. Thou shalt not waste. Thou shalt not waste.??

Rule 48. Refer to By-Law 22 below.

Rule 54. Keep your man in line.

Rule 57. Any sister must clear her schedule at the drop of a hat if asked by another sister.

Rule 67. No playing 'Toss the Koy' unless you plan on following up with a fist to her face or something else along those lines.

Rule 71. The DoD Salute??? should always be followed up with a kiss.
Rule 71. Section C. Koy doesn't have to do the salute because it'll clash with her clothes.

Rule 106. The Peej pees alone.?

Rule 118. No DoD shall ever date a man with pink hair.

Rule 131. Charlie doesn't date nor does she wear dresses.
Rule 131. Amendment 2.3 Considering the Legislator makes dresses for a living and the Viceroy spends a considerable amount of time doing date-like things as she is no longer in violation of Rule 118, no one will hold it against her when she breaks the original Rule 131.??

Rule 333.??? Money requests must be made to the Sage Bean Counter in duplicate. If that is impossible, use carbon paper.

Rule 398. Insanity is Mandatory for DoD Membership.

Rule 672. DoD girls NEVER drink alone.

Rule 719. DoD Girls get DIBS on other DoD Girls in the event of losing a significant other.

By-law 22. Due to the proposal of two conflicting rules, i) The Viceroy's proposal of an unnumbered rule regarding a ban on flashing any man a DoD'er has called DIBS on and ii) The Hospitality Director's proposal of Rule 48 stating 'What's a little flashing between friends?', thereby both of these Rules negate each other.

By-law 22.iii. By suggestion of the Bailiff, a compromise shall be reached where Direct DIBS flashing is wrong, but a general room flash that happens to include a DIBS'ee is okay.

By-law 245. Section D. NO PARTY POOPERS.

?This rule came into effect when PJ bought four bottles of beer she intended to drink herself. According to Rule 24, any sister (in this case Koy) had the right to take a bottle without asking.

??This rule also came into effect in reference to alcohol.

???The salute involves flipping off one's fellow sister. For all demonstration requests, please see Charlie, PJ or maybe possibly Rena although she's a little more even-tempered and less likely to do it.

? - The Legislator missed this rule but reserves the right to amend it once she figures out why someone would want to watch PJ pee.

?? - This amendment was passed after the fact as the Legislator received the original rule secondhand. If the Viceroy has a problem with this amendment, it is simply too bad. She should have lobbied to be the Legislator.

??? - This ruling did not actually have a number assigned to it. By default, the Legislator selected the number and felt that '333' was a round number befitting a rule about money.
