Part 1
((This live RP took place about a week ago and is the reason for several changes in several Lupinossai characters.))
Ammy Spiritor: Enters the glen a little noisily. She driving that ATV of hers. Some crates are in the back and they are clinking with glass.
Iimiidiina: The child blinks. He hears an ATV. That has to be Mom.
Ammy Spiritor: The tires of the ATV come to soft crunching halt. She stretched and popped her back. When not leading the Den, she was making her usual delivery runs.
Iimiidiina: He grins a little bit. Daredevil, as always. He looks back at Tysiath.
Tysiath: "It is okay. Do not feel bad. Anyways, at least from my tribe. We have a Goddess of the Hunt. Her name is Kixrath. Then a God of War is Xuthooth. "Then a moment of thinking. "And a Goddess of Fertility... Her name is Merirath. Our Goddess of love being Tairath. Our God of Water and rain being Waasthooth. God of the Plains is Ruusthooth. And Diasooth is God of Sun. Hissarath is Goddess of Moon. God of Smith is Xusimithooth .And finally the God of Death and Underworld is Vissxthooth...."
Tysiath: "Although, I think Verbosk and I may believe in the samething. Feel free to ask him what is beliefs are, too."
Ammy Spiritor: Ammy dismounted the ATV and checked the crates. She had delivered her goods already. These were just empty vials and potion bottles. She took a crate and walked to the beach and sat the crate down. Opening the crate, she pulled out one empty vial and pulled out the cork filling the vial with lake water. The lake just had some unique properties that she enjoyed studying.
Iimiidiina: "Do you worship them?"
Tysiath: "I do. Though, with so many things going on I have lost track of what to do. I do need to get back to praying."
Iimiidiina: "What do you do?"
Ammy Spiritor: A light whistling tune as she filled more vials.
Tysiath: "Well, in personal praying. It may be like others to be on knees and worship...which reminds me I may need to make a room for that at home... For example. Like when I use to hunt for my tribe. I would get a dye of black and create markings upon our scales before each hunt so the Kixrath shall be at oursides and let us have successful and plentiful hunts to feed from."
Iimiidiina: He blinks, listening and not judging. He was learning, and frankly this was interesting. Yes, the Lupinossai were polytheistic, technically, but never this many gods.
Tysiath: "Does that make sense to you?"
Iimiidiina: He nods. "Keep going."
Tysiath: She thinks for a moment. "Well, what else are you exactly wanting to know?"
Deguu Nuukel: Deguu walks along the shoreline quietly with his cloak on as usual and hood over head. Eventually he approaches Ammy and looks at what she is doing. "Aawo, Ammy." His tone sounds a little more happier than usual.
Iimiidiina: "Church? Like humans."
Sitalkis: :::the soft sound of bells heralded her arrival, each step in her stride setting off more tones of soft cacophony as her beads, baubles, and ornaments clanged and jangled, softly:::
Ammy Spiritor: "Aawo Tairen." she said with a smile, filling up another glass bottle.
Deguu Nuukel: "What you doing?"
Ammy Spiritor: "I am filling up containers with lake water so I can make potions."
Tysiath: She nods. "Hmm. Well, in my tribe. We celebrate once every couple weeks. And to celebrate in my tribe we go into the middle of....you could say village. And we have a big fire in the middle and we put markings all over our scales. We have dances, foods, water, music by...drums. And even tests of strength. Big fun celebration. But in the end we calm and give silent moment to the gods and goddesses in respect and worship them before we sleep. We thank them for everything we have."
Deguu Nuukel: "What kind of potions?"
Iimiidiina: "How?"
Tysiath: "How what?"
Iimiidiina: "How you thank them?"
Ammy Spiritor: "Depends on what I am going to do. I usually make healing potions and medicinal potions."
Iimiidiina: "Are they good gods?"
Sitalkis: ::her path through the glen took her towards the softly murmuring voices of intent conversations and she slowed her pace so that the sounds of her movment would announce her but not disturb the hearers::
Tysiath: "As I said in ending. Though, I forgot one thing. In the end our Chieftain break off scales of himself and cuts his wrist and puts blood onto his arm and tosses them into the fire. And yes, they are good gods. They treat us very well."
Iimiidiina: "Do they have any Alpha?"
Iimiidiina: "Mates? Do they mate?"
Deguu Nuukel: "Oh." He sits down on the ground and just watches her for a moment. "You know Fiim?"
Ammy Spiritor: "Fiim?" she looked to Tairen for a moment. "That name doesn?t sound familiar."
Tysiath: "Mating?" She pauses on that and thinks 'Do they?' to herself. That never crossed her mind if they mate with each other or not. " I am not sure, but if they do that is none of my business."
Iimiidiina: "What about Alpha? Someone must be Alpha."
Deguu Nuukel: "Oh, you no know Fiim?" He sighs. "Nevermind."
Sitalkis: ::the dakini finally glided to a stop a few feet from Iimii and Tys, listening with evident curiosity to their words about draconian gods:::
Faan: Grumble, mutter, whine. Something in a dark brown cloak with bright blue spots on it talks to itself as it struggled with a woven basket. The person sat it on the grassy ground near a patch of tall growing grass. More muttering as the figure clapped paws together to warm them and started pulling the grass and piling it in the basket.
Ammy Spiritor: "Why do you ask?" she said in a soft voice. "Is she special?"
Deguu Nuukel: He slowly nods. "Yes, she very special."
Sitalkis: ::her attention was distracted by a cloaked person gathering herbs or grasses nearby and her gaze fell upon them gently:::
Ammy Spiritor: "Oh?" she smiled and sat back on her heels. "How special?" it was nice to see Tairen happy.
Deguu Nuukel: He smiles a little bit and his muzzle tilts down a little. "Real special. She mean lots to me."
Faan: Stops in the harvesting of Kaavaa grass to blow warmth on his fingers. Must remind mom to weave him some gloves. He hates the weather in this place.
Iimiidiina: The child waves it off. "Never mind. I only curious." He looks up and past Tysiath... and there's another Lupe!
Tysiath: "They very wise Gods and Goddesses, Iimiidiina. They know better than to be greedy and such. Instead they rule together."
Faan: Actually Faan hated a lot of things. And it all started with the stupid bowl cut his mother gave him!
Ammy Spiritor: "This is good Tairen. Are you resting well? Do you need some more money?"
Deguu Nuukel: "Maybe more money. Sleep....not so good...."
Iimiidiina: "Together..." Absent-mindedly, the boy stands up, then places his muzzle back on his face. Still no control, but he was speaking at whisper without the muzzle.
Ammy Spiritor: "Oh." she nods. "Do you like to work with magical items?" she asked fishing out some Nuukels from a thigh pocket.
Tysiath: A blink and she looks at where Iimiidiina is going. "Iimiidiina, are you okay?" Then looking more over at his direction and sees another and stares curiously.
Deguu Nuukel: "Why you ask?"
Iimiidiina: He strides over to the kid and cants his head.
Faan: Flexing his fingers he went back to pulling up the grass. *Why can't I use a knife to harvest the grass mom?* he thought. *Because you'll cut yourself Faan. You're clumsy still.* He grumbled again hating this chore.
Iimiidiina: The boy stops five strides away from the working... was it a Lupe? He couldn't quite tell. Seemed similar.
Ammy Spiritor: "Well, if you don't mind working with magical items, I could always use an assistant at my store. Then you can be earning money." she said with a smile. She handed him several emerald nuukels. They were roughly worth 20 silver a pop. "If this Fiim is special to you, maybe you should ask her to sleep with you. Maybe her smell and warmth will comfort you long enough to rest?"
Deguu Nuukel: "I no know if I work...I might do something bad....I no want to make you mad." Then a thought about Fiim sleeping with him. He looks back up at Ammy. "I talk to Fiim when I see her again."
Faan: Under all of that clothing to keep him warm Faan would look like an overdressed midget though the tri feathered ears and a random insult in Lupesh may give it away. He didn't know many bad words. If he did, his father would tan his hide and he'd probably have to haul slag buckets for a week as well.
Iimiidiina: "Dii yom niisk hiisaa?"
Ammy Spiritor: Ammy nodded. "Tairen, my shop is protected with magic so that way accidents don't happen. Or if they do I don't worry about them." she was offering him a social outlet to getting back into society. He didn't have to rush into it though.
Faan: Ears canted hearing the words. He looked over his shoulders at Iimiidiina. "Yom woona hiisaa miituu?" He raised a suspicious eyebrow. By the way, under all that clothing, good luck figuring out what sex he is.
Deguu Nuukel: "I assist masters before. I do good work..." he thinks a little more on it. "I think on it. I still no sure." Deguu also took the pouch of money Ammy hands him
Iimiidiina: "Dii yom woona miituu iit?"
Deguu Nuukel: err...the several emerald nuukels that is
Ammy Spiritor: "No rush. I want you to be comfortable, but I do know that when I was able to earn my own money, I didn't feel half as bad anymore."
Tysiath: Tysiath sighs and does not bother to go over there. She figures she'll bother him like she accidently bothers Tairen.
Iimiidiina: Of course, young Iimiidiina was dressed in the casual wear of males of the Old Country.
Deguu Nuukel: "It not money I feel bad. It other things." he frowns.
Faan: "Moowaa." he said. "Miituu miia woona Kaalma iit pahriis clothing." he pats what he wears.
Iimiidiina: "Ookaa." The boy begins to remove his muzzle.
Ammy Spiritor: "Ah. But being able to get money often will help keep you from thinking of taking what you need." she offered gently.
Faan: His white eyes rimmed in gold watch Iimii. "Yom diia nii leek yom vaas?"
Iimiidiina: It should be noted he is about five years. The boy shakes his head. "Nii. Stroom vuu. Yom viisna priin." And his snout is free from its restraint.
Deguu Nuukel: "What happen exactly in your work?"
Faan: Faan stood his full three and a half feet in height. He was still growing! He put his little paws on his hips wondering if the kid was going to scream at the grass.
Ammy Spiritor: "I mix many ingredients together to make my potions. I collect magical books and artifacts to either sell or use to help others, and I deliver things."
Deguu Nuukel: "That no sound hard."
Iimiidiina: The boy puts a finger on his chin, thinking. Ah! He looks at the grass.
Ammy Spiritor: "I even have the instructions written down for the common potions. I will warn you though that if you want to help me, you'll have to get used to meeting people of all types." she said again gently.
Iimiidiina: "Kaalma. Oopra!" To emphasize his action, paws clench and he "pulls" straight up. And POP. The grass is completely uprooted.
Faan: Faan stagers back wide eyed. How?
Deguu Nuukel: He lets out a small groan at that. Now he is really unsure if he wants to take the offer.
Iimiidiina: He places a hand on his chest. "Diioo."
Ammy Spiritor: She heard that groan and stifled a laugh. "You won't have to meet them right away. We can start by having you help in my shop in the back where you can feel safe, then eventually you can help in the front when you feel brave enough."
Faan: "Diioo?" he stared at Iimiidiina. He couldn't laugh at the boy because grass just doesn't uproot itself, unless you eat a bad mushroom.
Deguu Nuukel: And then a sigh of relief. He really starts to consider it now. "Okay...I think I help, Ammy."
Ammy Spiritor: "Okay." she stood and walked over to the ATV so she could find a map of the Den for Tairen. She didn't want him getting lost and panicking.
Iimiidiina: The boy nods, then looks at the plucked strands of grass. "Liivii." And they started to float. "Moora," and they were pushed into the basket.
Deguu Nuukel: Deguu just sits there and waits for her.
Faan: Well that action clinched it. "Yom nii diio? Yom yuun. Yuun than miituu oom hahma!"
Ammy Spiritor: She came back with a folded up map. Sitting right by Tairen she opened up the map and explained how to find the Den and the least used route so he wouldn't be spooked.
Deguu Nuukel: He looks at the map and nods. "So, I use map to find your shop, too?"
Iimiidiina: He smiles. "Oom vaahoon. Diioo." Iimiidiina: He looks at the clump of grass one more time and repeats the action he just did. The basket is full now.
Ammy Spiritor: She pointed out where the Shop was. "Yes Tairen." she put an arm around him and noticed he didn't feel quite as rough with his scars.
Faan: "Aff!" he shouts in joy and jumps up and down. "Mooya! Mooya!"
Iimiidiina: The child bows low to the overworked bow at the waist. "Yom wiicoom. Oom Iimiidiina."
Deguu Nuukel: And surpsingly enough he lets her put an arm around him as well. "Thank you, Ammy." Then pausing for a moment. "Ammy? Where I learn better common and lupesh? They both no good..."
Faan: "Iimiidiina? Yom orphan Iish?"
Iimiidiina: "Iish. Buus oom poosaa diiaa iina miiaa uuf nii deguu, so... eet ookaa priin."
Ammy Spiritor: "I can teach you, or..." she points to the school that is further into the Den. "You can got to classes."
Faan: He nods. "Miituu Faan." he offered a paw.
Iimiidiina: The Deity took the offered paw after his muzzle was secure.
Faan: The reason for the name would be noticeable as his top front canines were long and peaked past his lips when the muzzle was closed.
Iimiidiina: "Paal Clan?"
Deguu Nuukel: He shakes his head. "You teach..."
Ammy Spiritor: "Okay. Can you read?"
Faan: "Miituu Steele." he thumped his chest proudly which was funny for a 10 year old to do.
Deguu Nuukel: He shakes his head. "No...then again....very very little...."
Iimiidiina: "Foxingale."
Iimiidiina: "Pahmaat, Faan?"
Ammy Spiritor: "I wiil teach to read as well. You will need to know what to mix."
Deguu Nuukel: He nods. "Thank you ,Ammy."
Faan: Faan dipped his head embarrassed now. The bowl cut of olive green hair covering his eyes for a moment and wiped the hair out of his eyes in an annoyed manner. Then he grinned at Iimiidiina showing the long canines he had. "Miituu niiccoom."
Iimiidiina: "Taat ookaa. Oom niicoom taala, hahma? Stroom vuu," he says as he points at his muzzle. Than that little tongue shoots out at Faan.
Deguu Nuukel: "You sure it not trouble I learn?"
Ammy Spiritor: "You're welcome Tairen. I am just glad I can help you recover."
Iimiidiina: He giggles. "Oom niisk iit vaas miituu miiaa. Viisna yom fuus!"
Faan: "Miittuu loova priin. Miituu toos baakii iit miia."
Iimiidiina: "Ookaa. Goombaa!" The boy waves at his new friend before running off to find Momma. Iimiidiina: "Miiaa! Miiaa!"
alicia long: She pulled up by the usual spot by the lake. Dressed in her usual outfit with a small difference. Her leather jacket had been replaced with a thiker black winter jacket with the lonestar insignia embroidered on the right breast, and she wore a matching black fur hat with a chrome badge upon it. Sitting upon her fave rock with a thermos. Opening it and pouring herself a cup of coffee.
Faan: Faan tried to lift the basket but it was heavy and he was tired. He kicked it and decided to go make friends. He saw someone that looked like a dragon and he headed for her.
Ammy Spiritor: She turned and held her arms out and open for Iimii. "Sooah!" she called out happily.
Deguu Nuukel: "Ammy, do I need be in a clan? Iiimiidiina say I need be in clan."
Iimiidiina: The child throws himself, almost literally, on Ammy. "How shopping?"
Ammy Spiritor: "Shopping was great." a look to Tairen. "You don't have to be in a clan Tairen."
Tysiath: Tysiath looks at the one coming to her and she waves a hand "Hello"
Faan: Puffs as he walks for Tysiath and then he stumbled and fell flat. Yay for being a clutz and still growing.
Iimiidiina: "We ready try Canis talk now?"
alicia long: Sip of that coffee. Looking over to the various people gathered.
Ammy Spiritor: "Okay. Maybe Tairen would like to meet Canis too?"
Iimiidiina: "Will you?"
Tysiath: "Are you okay?" She gets up and walks over to him
Faan: He heard common and groaned. Man he had to talk human words. Bleh. "Fine." he mumbled and sat up. He had dirt and mud all over his nose and in his mouth. "Bleh. Dirt no taste good. That why vegetables no taste good."
Ammy Spiritor: "You want me to call her?"
alicia long: Eyes move to Faan. Another sip of that coffee. He was a new face.
Iimiidiina: "No. Tairen. Will he want talk to her?"
Faan: Wiping the dirt out of his muzzle he smiled at Tysiath showing that he didn't get it all out. "You like nice."
Deguu Nuukel: "Canis?" he blinks in some disbelief. "I no know..."
Iimiidiina: Hazel eyes dart to Mom. In the mean time, he looks at an upturned paw and concentrates.
Tysiath: She smiles. "Thank you. And who might you be? I am Tysiath."
Ammy Spiritor: She looked to Iimii. "Well we can try and if he wants to talk then he. If not he can listen."
Faan: "I'm Faan." he said proudly.
Iimiidiina: With a POP, the black soul gem with stripes appears in his palm. After removing his muzzle, the Lupinossai Deity closes his eyes and begins to form the picture of Canis in his mind.
Ammy Spiritor: "So I heard from your father you have a girlfriend now?" she teased gently watching that gem.
Tysiath: "Faan? Well, that is an interesting name" She sits down, crosses her legs and curls her tail around her feet.
Iimiidiina: The child nods. He was trying to concentrate, but didn't want to be rude either.
Faan: Looks down at his small paws. "It mean fang. I'm a freak. My teeth are long." he said embarrassed.
Iimiidiina: Ah. The white-furred female comes to his mind, in perfect detail. "Canisian." The boy calls out, and he braces himself for the energy drain.
alicia long: " If you think about it, Human's are freaks too."
Ammy Spiritor: Ammy watched and waited.
Tysiath: "They even call my kind freaks as well. Some people are just mean."
Faan: "Tysiath sounds nice." then a look to Alicia and Faan scurried behind the big dragon lady.
alicia long: She would get up and make her way over to Faan, and the dragonoid. Taking a seat by her. " Hello again."
