Topic: A nice day for a dark wedding

Aribius was out in the forest full of dead trees sitting on a tree stump. It was not far from Artisia's lair for he was waiting on his lovely, dark fiancee Amaretto to meet him there. He had left a note for her to see letting her know where to meet him. He wanted to be a bit romantic with her first before the wedding that was soon to come.

But as he sat there, wearing his armor made of Lupinossai victims, his mind wandered. Wondering things about a nice, evil family he could have with her. The thought of making her a goddess. The amount of trouble they could cause together while having smiles on their faces. Aribius was truly in love with his crazy, evil woman. Everything about her made him happy from her beautiful appearance to her evil desires.

As soon as those thoughts came to an end he looked around the little clearing he was in, seeing if he could spot Amaretto nearby, though there wasn't anyone around just yet. He moved to kneel down on the ground and began carving symbols into the ground using his claws, the lines would give a blue glow as they were made. Once these arrangement of symbols were done using his magic a gate would construct itself using the ground, nearby stones, trees, and other inanimate objects that would be pulled into place as it took form.

He gave a little grin to himself as he had the gate finished. It was a gate he could use to go to other places, other realms if he wished, though at the current moment he left the gate inactive. But, as he would wait for Amaretto, he would think up a lovely place for them to go before their wedding if not ask her if there was a special place she ever wanted to visit herself. He walked to the side of the gate structure and leaned against it now as he thought more and waited for his beloved to arrive.

Amaretto

Oh, she had gotten the note for sure and was taking her time to look dazzling for Aribius. She'd been learning the art of dressing and looking the part of a priestess for her mistress' cult. Those lessons only lent more to her stunning looks as she left the lair.

Amaretto began to walk the dead forest and was singing a blood chilling song that could raise the dead and cause most sane men to kill themselves willingly. She had learned to corrupt the gift of song her sister had imparted on her with other things. She drew close to Aribius and that constructed gateway to the mysterious beyond only the mind held a key to.

She was a vision to behold. Crimson red hair was magically regrown to her knees now, brushed out by Mabella-Donna and held in long trains with pins carved from finger bones picked by Mabella herself. A flowing robe of silver gray silk clung to her curves and was belted with a gold and platinum wire belt with a worked onyx and silver raven and hourglass buckle. A simple priestess' cloak, open in the front, flowing in the back, spider web thin, and dark as night was trimmed in emerald green beads that marked out runes of protection.

Her tri-colored eyes shown with eerie green fire and sparked with amusement as her taloned paws played with a old rum bottle. It was half full of a glowing yellow liquid. Within it appeared a small human, a knight to be precise and he was valiantly trying not to be drowned under the sloshing of the liquid.

"Dark evening, lover." she said.

Aribius heard a chilling song in the forest, except to him it was like a lullaby. If there was anyone he could bet that it was, it would be his beloved Amaretto singing such a lovely tune. When he would turn aroudn towards the direction of the voice he saw the jaw dropping sight of her and would smile widely at her appearance. Moving off the side of the gate he moved up to her to hold her close and give her a deep, long kiss. "I swear every day you are more beautiful than the next. With that fiery red, long hair to the dresses that compliment you're perfect body."

He would also look down seeing she held a rum bottle with a small human knight inside. He grinned more and looked back up at her. "What do we have here? You didn't bring me a drink and a snack combined into one did you?" he would ask. His arms would stay around her gently in a warm embrace not wanting to let go of this beautiful, dark woman he loved.

Amaretto

Amaretto gave a little ghost of a giggle as she heard Aribius question about snack and drink combined.

"Hardly, my dark love. Hardly. The knight is nay for snacking on at this moment, but for savoring." she said.

She had a swagger in her hips now as she walked up to him. With ease she popped the cork with little air tubes in it off the bottle and offered him a sniff. The aroma would be that of fine brandy scented heavily with dispair and the spice of a human soul being leached away every second of the day.

"I've been working on a hobby, love. Bottling creatures and drinking their souls when they age well." she said. A wicked grin of pointed demon teeth flashed on her muzzle.

"Care for a sip? Vintage knight from the dark ages on Earth. He's a bit . . . earthy in flavor."

He grinned back at her showing all those lovely sharp teeth of his when she let him smell the drink. "A new hobby? I certainly love this idea of yours. I would love a drink, my dear." With that Aribius would gently take the bottle for a sip of the drink. "That tastes wonderful!" he said as he gently handed her the bottle back before adding with his evil grin, "Amaretto, I would really like to see what else you can make this way. I wouldn't mind helping fetch some... ingredients for you if you like."

Then he would motion to the inactive gate that he had created. "Oh, I must not forget. Amaretto, where would you like to go this evening? I was hoping we could visit a nice place before our wedding. So, I must ask you, is there any place you ever wanted to go? Any place you ever wanted to see? Or do you want to be surprised? Because with this gate I can take you anywhere. All your dreams can come true walking through it once activated." One of his paws moved to hold one of hers. Aribius may be evil, even sick in the head in so many ways, but that did not mean he could not be romantic with someone he loved. Truly he was twisted in the head and a walking contradiction all at the same time.

Amaretto

Amaretto gave him a long kiss and grinned showing off her own needle sharp teeth.

"I would love to see what ingredients you could fetch for my collection. They would make wonderful vintages I am sure."

She cast her gaze to the innactive gateway. Anywhere. She could go anywhere. What a wondrous gift. But where oh where would she want to go? Many places actually. She's only known Rhydin and her sisters memories.

"I honestly don't know where I'd want to go Aribius. I've only known this one realm, the memories my sister imparted on my mind. I suppose I could travel her world, but that would seem boring and a bit trivial." she tapped her chin in long thought.

"You've not told me a whole lot about where you and your brother Yajis comes from, Aribius. I would like to visit your world if that is not too much of a bore."

"I would not mind showing you where we came from. Why don't we start from where it all began." He motioned his paw towards the inactive gate. In the frame of the gate multicolored energies began to form. Only a few moments would be lost when an image soon appeared in the frame of the gate. The image in the gate showed what appeared to be an old village. What would be seen was log houses, others with thatched roofing and people walking about the village of their daily lives. Most of them were Lupinossai, then other various races in the village. But just from the image it was day time, a beautiful looking day that seemed so ordinary.

Aribius walked up to the gate and had a paw offered towards Amaretto. "Would you like to come see where I was growing up? I'll show you my later years in life as well. And don't worry, this will only be memories we are visiting. We will be non-existent the whole time we are there."

Amaretto

Her tri-colored eyes flashed with glee. "I would love to see where you grew up Aribius. Wonder if you looked tasty as a child?"

Amaretto twirled around him a moment, looking him over finding him tasty right now. "I've heard only snippits from you that your realm is very chaotic. Is that true? Lots of violence, blood and death?" a grin touched her muzzle.

She took a long pull on the vintage Knight Wine, the poor living man inside grew older and more feeble as the liquid sloshed around but never lowered, always replenishing magically with each sip. The soul infused liquid tingled down her throat and bubbled up and sizzled her nose with a jolt of delight.

"Tell you what love. After a visit to your home, how about you pick the next spot and surprise me." she grinned.

"Are you seriously thinking about eating me?" he looked at her with a strange if not weirded out look. He looked back to the gate for a long moment thinking about his past. "Yes, it was a chaotic place, but not at first. Things used to be so well. Yaji'is only told you bits here and there, but not the whole story."

He move forward and through the gate appearing on the other side. Aribius would have expected Amaretto to be following him given how excited she was. Just like the image had shown from their side the place did seem like a nice, peaceful village where everyone was going through their simple daily lives. Although, he stopped when he saw something. He saw himself walking with his first love, holding paws and they both were giggling and talking to each other. He gave a soft sigh. "That would be Alina, my first girlfriend that also died. Same one that is Deli'ina's mother."

Aribius kept walking further into the village and saw something else very familiar. it was his younger brother and Ciri when they were young as well. He motioned a paw in their direction. "That is Ciri there with Yaji'is. Seeing all this makes you think nothing ever would have gone wrong. That people would have grown up happy." That is when he turned back to Amaretto. "Yaj never told you about how we turned out like we are did he?"

Amaretto

Date: 2013-04-04 15:34 EST
She viewed the scenes of Aribius walking with Alina as she stepped through the portal. Eyed Yaj and Ciri as well. She took a look detailed note of how serene the whole town was. Peaceful. Amaretto turned to look at Aribius with a quiet, serene look.

"Little was explained to me about you, or his past. I sensed he was frightened of you greatly. And yes, I would seriously have eaten you if I'd not known you as an adult."

She walked the street watching the two pair of children then the rest of the towns people. "So, two demon spawn and a warrior angel rose from this boring place? Was it something in the water?" she snickered.

Sitting on an old stone wall she looked at him. "I am intrigued at how someone like you, my dark love, got where you are from such drab origins."

Aribius Nylta'al

He started to laugh when he heard her about eating him if he weren't an adult. "We're going to have a wonderful marriage I can already tell." He stopped walking when she sate on the stone wall and looked to her. That amused look had faded away. "Everyone has their beginnings whether it be a simple beginning or a sudden spark of life. But this village was not all innocent. It is why I am what I hate. When I was young, I never dreamed of what I am today." he looked off and saw his younger teenage self enjoying his time with Alina. "Not something you'll understand for a very long time." From the sound of his voice and words it may have sounded as if he longed for the past to be different. Even just the look from his eyes would say there was still part of him that still had some form of innocence.

"This was the day it all changed," he said after sighing as he willed dream within the portal to quicken time. It all sped up and soon changed to night time. The village was much more quiet. He motioned for Amaretto to follow along as he moved down the path of dirt towards a house. He pointed to a home ahead. "That was my home. The last normal night of my life." He moved up to the house. It was dark, the curtains were shut and it was quiet but he didn't enter inside just yet. He looked back to Amaretto again to speak to her, "Want to see my parents and understand where everything went wrong?"

Amaretto

Amaretto slipped off of the short wall with ease and slid up to Aribius. This was new for her. A side of Aribius never seen before. A gentler side locked in that seething hatred and evil she enjoyed. She wasn't sickened by the show of that side, for she was just as much a violator of showing it to Artisia and others in the Lair from time to time. A hold out of sensibility she supposed left to her from her sister Ammy.

She took Aribius hand nodded to him. "Yes, I want to see this life of yours and understand things better Aribius. From what I am seeing, to my mind and the common memories sister has left me, I can only fathom something of a Greek tragedy could have put you and your brother on a path that lead you to what you are today."

She would follow him to that house.

Aribius Nylta'al

"Are you comparing our lives to a play? There any stories about two strange evil lovers, too?" he chuckled softly and grinned at her. He held her paw when she took his and would lead her through the door. Since they were like ghosts in this dream world, the physical objects didn't effect them if they didn't want it to. He moved through the home, it was not great looking. Just plain, most furniture made out of wood and animal hide. Aribius walked with Amaretto through the home and down a small hallway and went to his parents bedroom.

Over to the side it seemed like there was curtains covering a window and moved towards them. He passed through the curtains only to come to a room very different from the home. It was dark and had a few small candles lit In that room was little Yaji'is and Aribius with their parents. The father being an Airii and mother being an Erthrii Lupinossai. A cauldron was there in the middle and had magical energies that perhaps were giving off a dark vibe. Their mother also had test-dummy dolls with her and had them in front of the kids and also had a few dead rats. "They liked to teach us magic. A lot of magic was forbidden in my village, but my parents always thought differently."

"Now, Yaji'is." the mother spoke softly and picked up one of the dead rats and held it out in front of him. "Let's try healing again. Don't strain, just let it come naturally. Focus your energies on the rate alone once you have your paw on it."

Little Yaji'is just stared at the rat. "What's the point in healing something dead?"

Their father reached over and put his paw on the dead rat. In moments he had the rat resurrected and it was squirming in the mother's paws. "There, it's not dead. Now you can't complain."

The mother held the rat firmly so it wouldn't get away. and gave their father a mean look. "Why did you do that? You know they don't like seeing their dinner up and alive before they eat them. What's wrong with you?" she scolded the father.

The children stared at the now moving rat. In a way they lost their appetite, but it wasn't from seeing their dinner alive with a soul now. It was the fact they forgot they were even hungry now from amazement that the rat was alive.

"It... it's alive? How? Can that work on people, too?" Young Aribius asked his parents. His eyes were wide open with amazement and reached a paw forward to pet the rat. This has little Aribius in complete awe.

"Dad? How did you do that? Is that part of healing magic?" his tail was starting to wag. Something deep in him excited him about being able to heal and now figuring out being able to bring people back to life. "Can I learn how to do it, too?"

He grinned at the children' enthusiasm. "See? They aren't bothered. As to your questions, ask your mother. But just know this magic is also taboo like many others we have practiced. Don't go around and start trying to heal and revive everything, you two. We'll get in serious trouble."

She sighed softly and just smiled and let Aribius pet the rat. "Yes, you both will be able to learn this trick, but not tonight. To bring something back from the dead can be hard and can drain you. But we have done enough magic for tonight. We can't be using all our energy like this, especially when we're short on food. You two go get cleaned up and I'll ready up dinner. Need to have your rest for school tomorrow."

The two groaned not wanting to stop yet, but they couldn't really say no either and didn't have much choice. They slowly got up, but then Aribius tagged his brother, "Tag! You're it!" he ran out of the room laughing. "Cheater!" Yaji'is called out and ran after his brother.

"And no running!" she called out and sighing. She looked at the rat and closed her eyes. It wasn't something she liked to do, but it had to be done. She broke the rat's neck killing it again. "I hope those two grow up to have better lives than this junk of a life we live in. I hate feeding them off bread, rats and whatever we can find."

He leaned over and gave her a long hug. "Stop it, you say that almost every day. Besides, a good hunting season is coming up. I'll be going out with the hunters and can bring us all home some nice meals." he gave her a gentle kiss and stood up. "Come on. Let'sg o get dinner started and then we can have some alone time together once the kids are in bed."

The mother gathered the few rats and left the secluded room with her mate. The children had gotten themselves cleaned up and were in the living room chatting, playing and wrestling around with each other. it was almost as if the two never hated each other in the first place. While those two played the parents were in the kitchen getting food ready.

Aribius walked to the living room and would lead Amaretto there as well. "We practiced a lot of disapproved magic when we were children. My parents were considered the type that shouldn't belong in the world even though they never hurt anyone. It didn't even matter of the fact that they were teaching us to only use our magic for good purposes." He looked at him and his brother playing on the floor. "Cute, weren't we?"

Amaretto

She watched the memory play out. The resurrection of the rat and the killing of it. Amarretto looked about the house for a long moment and back to the mother and father as the young versions of Aribius and Yaji'is ran.

"So they taught you the light and dark arts hand in hand? Fascinating parenting. Dare I say it seems you two were raised close to how my sister raises her ilk. So you know how to resurrect people then Aribius? Then why go about killing and eating others? Wouldn't you find making others pay you wealth untold for bringing back the dead appealing?"

She looked to him in wonder. This dark man had many secrets just she had though she was only in existence for a scant year and some months.

Aribius Nylta'al

Date: 2013-04-14 00:36 EST
"My parents didn't believe in dark or light. They believed in how it was used. That all magic had a purpose and just stupid people gave the uses magic the wrong name." He looked into Amaretto's eyes quietly then back at his former family. "I didn't know how to resurrect then. That was the first time I ever found out about it. I knew it much later in life, although my brother was the healer. He knew it far before I did. He could have brought our parents back if he wasn't so stupid and stubborn."

He sighed softly, "Suppose I see what you mean about money, but after a long time I found no use for it. I can live off the wild if I wanted to. Besides, to do such magic in our village was wrong to do. It all would have went well if someone didn't snitch on my parents."At that point he fell silent and watched his happy little family. Until there was banging on the front of the door of the home. Their father went to the door and opened it and looked confused seeing the armored guard there.

"Sir, by order of the Alphrans of the village you and your wife are hereby accused of using forbidden magic within our village and are to be imprisoned, questioned and your fate decided by the Alphrans himself. And you have lost the rights of your children and they will be given to the priests to hopefully correct any corruption you may have cast upon them." The guard had spoke even before Aribius' father could say anything.

The father had the look of fear then them. He wasn't sure how they found out about the magic and quickly went to close the door, but the guard had quickly unsheathed his sword and put it between the door and the frame keeping it from closing. The guard then pushed the door in using his own strength and pushing their short airii father out of the way by ease knocking him onto the floor. At that moment a few more guards helped and forced their way into the home.

By the time they were forcing themselves into the home, their mother had gotten the kids, who were now panicking at what was going on, and pulled them and urged them to their room and used magic locking the door to keep them safe for the moment. Then she spoke n calm words to keep their children from worrying."You two just stay in there and relax. Mommy and daddy will be okay. We just need to talk to these men."

The father started to struggle with the guards, but was losing the fight and shouted as he was being dragged out of the home., "Hailey, they want to take the kids! They're accusing us of dark magic and want to imprison us!"

A couple more guards came in and started grabbing Hailey's arms and forcing her out of the home, but she did not struggle as much and willingly went with them. But when she heard that they were going to take her children away her heart sunk and that they were going to be imprisoned, but she knew that wasn't what all was going to happen. They were going to be executed for what they've done.

Aribius would move to the kids' room and easily moved through the door like a ghost. He stood behind his younger self and little Yaji'is, the two were standing at the window looking outside and seeing their parents struggling with the guards. They both looked scared and were calling out to their parents from behind the window as they did not know what was going on. Aribius just stayed quiet and looked out the window watching, or re-watching, what happened all over again.

The two were held up by guards together and were standing before the crowd. The lead guard was standing in front of them and going on about what would happen if they didn't stay calm. "I love you, Vinnus." Hailey said to him with a little smile even though tears were rolling down her cheeks. He just looked up at her and into her eyes, "Love you too, Hailey"

In that moment the guard went to hit Hailey across the face for being interrupted, but she caught his paw in her muzzle and bit down hard into it and jerking into an angle breaking his fingers. He screamed out in pain, but that wasn't the last of what she would do. She snapped her fingers and would create a repelling force of magic, sending the guards holding her flying away from her and would do the same for her mate to have him released. Vinnus would raise a paw towards a few that were charging them and would make the ground become like quick sand and was swallowing them into the ground rapidly. Hailey looked to her right and saw a mage getting ready to cast a spell on them and would flick a paw towards that mage freezing his body in ice, then sent sonic wave of energy towards the frozen mage and shattered him to pieces. The observers in the village all panicked, screamed and started to fleet the scene not wanting to get hurt.

But their luck and battle for life was very short. There was many guards there, far more than they could fight off. Another mage quickly sent fireballs at Vinnus, hitting him and setting him on fire. He screamed in pain and was trying to cast more magic, but a guard came up from behind and lunged a sword through his back and the word coming out of his chest. The screams distracted Hailey and she looked over seeing her mate on fire and in pain. She went to douse the fire with magic, but before she could a few arrows had suddenly struck her through the chest. Both of them collapsed onto the ground lifeless.

Little Aribius and Yaji'is were screaming and crying witnessing the death of their parents. But being the bigger brother Aribius was, he would take Yaj away from the window and hugged him tightly as they both cried. He didn't want to see the image of his parents dead anymore and he didn't want Yaj to keep looking either.

Aribius looked at their younger selves and sighed. "My parents knew they were going to be executed, so I guess they wanted to fight for what they believed in rather than die humiliated." The dream would fade to darkness, though he and Amaretto would still be there and be able to see each other, but spoke softly, "After their death they took us to some orphanage ran by some priests and they watched over me and my brother thinking we were going to turn into little demons and wanted to make sure we were purified and still good. That lasted a year. Yaji'is took their deaths harder than I did and I suppose it overwhelmed him."

Suddenly they would appear in a building and where little Aribius was staring out a window from the orphanage building. There was screams outside and buildings on fire, many were destroyed. There was monsters chasing people down and killing them, shades, soul knights and more were running around and slaughtering others. But the only showed that for a minute or two and the petrified young Aribius staring at it all.

When it all went away again and left them in blackness he shook his head a little. "All that was the result of Yaj. I woke up one night from all the screaming and Yaj was nowhere to be found. He came for me and lead me out safely. I went to go save my girlfriend first, but she was killed before I could get to her. So, I left with Yaj, Ciri and some people Ciri knew. I later found out Yaj snuck off that same night and dealt with some demons to come kill the bad people in the village at the cost of his soul, apparently the demons wanted to kill everyone at the village. Not the people he waned dead specifically. I was angry at him that he didn't tell me. Was angry that Ciri lived, but Alina didn't. That was the day I went my own way alone."

He made the dream world show just him now wandering through the land. "Days after that it was all peaceful at first. Lots of lovely forests, lakes, what have yous." He would point toward a nearby mountain and perched on top of it was a massive black dragon. Little Aribius would have been staring at it, too. "That dragon there was one that had helped cause a lot of hell where we lived. I own that black dragon's soul now, actually. He's annoying and troublesome as he was when he was alive."

He sped things up and even showed the land catching on fire, armies of good and evil battling along the lands. Chaotic destruction happening everywhere. He would show to the days that even when Aribius was older and was fighting both demons and angels and taking all their souls and would stop on a moment where Aribius was staring up at the mountain again seeing the massive black dragon still sitting there. "That dragon I believe was part of the corruption in our realm. Very ancient, very powerful. Even after I killed him, I still don't have all his powers and secrets. He knew I was going to kill him. Why he came to our world I don't know and he has yet to answer why either."

Things would fade to black once more and Aribius just stood there now. "That is my life in a nutshell. Suppose you'll understand the man you're marrying better now. That is if this whole thing hasn't ruined it yet." he looked over at her. "So, what do you think? Still want to marry me this evening now knowing who I am and why I am this way?" he asked sincerely wanting to know.

Amaretto

Date: 2013-04-14 12:13 EST
She listened, she watched and her tri-colored eyes saw the creation of the brothers as they are now. The seed that started their darkness was intriguing to her. Why? Call it a shared fascination her sister imparted on her that drove her to madness some days. As the memories swirled, fading to black, she was very quiet, lost in thought. She heard his statement and question.

So, what do you think? Still want to marry me this evening now knowing who I am and why I am this way?

Strange phrasing for a man ripe with power and darkness. Her mind turned pieces of the puzzle even after the picture was laid down before. Ever inch scrutinized and studied.

Power untold, vileness to envy and enjoy, darkness I can only fathom obtaining and he is asking me if he is worthy of my hand in marriage? Me, a lowly demon Lupinossai created by sister. Shouldn't it be the other way around? He is so fascinating.

She stood in that blackness the portal created with no memories active and stepped close to him. One clawed finger was put to his lips and she gave him a cruel, cold smile.

"I think my dark lover, that is not a question I can fully answer just yet. It would be rude of me to judge you for your past when you know little about mine, wouldn't you say? Perhaps I am not the equal in this partnership of divine darkness." she turned from him and looked into the darkness.

Reaching behind her she took his hand and began to walk in the darkness. The portal swirled and shifted changing to accommodate memories being fed to it now by her. They were soon walking down the cobbled stone streets of the Den City some two years in the past. Much was different about the city. Newer looking, promising, young but even in the memory filled environment something felt off about the city. Something sour.

"Can you feel that Aribius? Can you feel that dark power sifting through this city like a sickness, a cancer eating away at this assumed paradise of mortals? Few could then and they kept their muzzles shut, for they knew something . . ." They were close to the Den City's main gate and she lead him down a side path.

Before them, stood a beautiful shop of glass and wonder. Touting advertisements for magic and alchemy, cures and aide of all types. A beacon of hope stood the Philosophers Flask, yet something slithered over the shops surface. Something oily and dark. Amaretto took him to the front door and opened it, lead him through the shop she remembered in agonizing detail and to a staircase in the back that lead down into the laboratory of the shop.

"They kept their muzzles shut for one reason, love. They all could feel a demon had come into the Den City, some how. Wiggled past the glorious magical barriers and good god protections and settled in. Only one person was capable of doing that. Their beloved heroine, my sister, Ammy." They stood now in the lab below the shop.

Before them moved a Lupinossai that Aribius may vaguely recognize as her sister Ammy. To this day Amaretto dreamed of this image. A sister with small, defined horns and spines barely hidden in that mane of red hair, white fur that had glowing red tips, green eyes that seemed to suck the soul out of anyone with a gaze and the auto-mail limbs of black ebony and gold that could kill with a touch. Oh yes, her darker sister, her real sister that she misses. The sister, to her mind, that Ammy killed.

"I didn't have a loving beginning like you and your brothers Aribius." she watched as Ammy prepared ingredients in a large metal basin.

"My beginning was pathetically simple . . ." she nodded to a pendant around her sisters neck, a shard soul gem. " as a gift from a Liche King who tricked my sister into serving him as a demon. A contract made and through irony that Liche fell in love with her. He didn't want to lose his precious little thing to some holy knight or good doing crusader and split a piece of her soul of and gave it to her. I was simply her, she was me, just a shard of her, watching and knowing what she did. A one time use should she die." Amaretto laughed darkly.

"Even then I only existed for her use . . . " Amaretto approached the studios Ammy bent over books as she poured more items into the metal basin, and began scrawling with metallic chalk over every exposed surface of the laboratories walls.

Amaretto looked up at the tiny window in the lab. The moon was full and rising. Soon I am born... She looked to Aribius. "And used me she did."

She waved a wickedly clawed finger through the air and showed portraits of children, a lover and many friends. All of them with Ammy in it.

"They loved her and I suppose she loved them. I suppose she couldn't stomach the thought of being powerful. Being different. Being a demon that could do things no mortal could. Doing what the lame white knight had to shy away from or what the law abiding citizen had to choke on in the name of corrupt justice. For them, I was made."

Turning back to her sister, she watched as the ritual began. "Ah, and now my dear lover witness my birth and enjoy the show to come for out of her muzzle will you hear my purpose . . . " she fell quiet, tri-colored eyes gleamed in the now dark laboratory illuminated only by the light of alchemy and arcane magic touched by the full moon.

Aribius noticed she didn't really answer his question, but instead started to show him the Den and listened to her as she spoke. He held her hand as they walked. The place certainly did look different and when they entered the shop he observed and listened further. The photos seemed cute, though his attention went to Ammy that was doing a ritual that Amaretto pointed out. He also remembered how Amaretto told him of how she was created by Ammy to be her demon side, but he was interested in what it was fully about. "My brother wanted to do this same thing before, but too bad it is not up to him do go splitting his soul." he gave a soft little chuckle and grinned at Amaretto. But he would go quiet so not to speak over the ritual and would listen and watch silently now.

Amaretto

Date: 2013-04-16 15:24 EST
She watched her sister begin to sing and chant. The song was one that should have been of beauty and creation of something pure and innocent, but as the song grew and echoed around the two ethereal viewers, it turned tainted and dark. Ammy had pulled the very fabric of the creation magic appart and rewove it into a snarled and dark litany.

The laboratory hummed and vibrated from the power her sister harnessed. The singing continued, echoing over and over as the very earth and stones cried out with it. Tri-colored eyes watched as her body was mixed together, as the glinting of moonlight touched the metal jewelry Ammy sacrificed to the mixture fell into slury and soon the liquified Philosophers Stone.

She gave a little gasp of excitement as she watched her sister unlcasp the silver pendant holding the shard of soul gem and cast it into the metal basin. More magic was intoned and before them rose a newly born Amaretto staring into her sisters eyes.

Amaretto turned from watching her sister and the memory of her old body, closed her eyes as she knew what was next.

?Are you conscious?? Ammy asked.

?I am conscious sister.? The twin?s voice was cold, frigid, and held malice in it.

?Good. You are my darker twin. I have given you only some of my memories with the array that has created you. I have also given you a list of people you will not harm under penalty of pain if you so much as touch them. Should you think malice towards them you will pass out or you will vanish. Are we clear?? Ammy asked again.

?I understand. Am I being cast out as a loner?? the twin asked coldly.

?Yes, but you have free will and free reign to form your own pack. Now what shall be your name?? Ammy asked in thought.

?Ammi is a lovely name, but I seem to like Amaretto instead. You can call me Amaretto, Ammy.? She grinned with those sharp teeth.

?Very well Amaretto. I have a gift for you.? Ammy stepped to the corner of the laboratory and withdrew a sheathed dark steel long blade. She tossed the weapon to Amaretto.

Amaretto caught it deftly. She buckled the sword onto her furred, slender waist. It was the only item of clothing she had. The more Ammy looked at Amaretto the more she realized this is how she would have turned out had she kept following Shade?s influence. A shake of her head, she walked over to a closet and threw some biker leathers to Amaretto. Amaretto pulled on the clothing looking like a biker chick from hell.

?You have been clothed and given life and a means to defend yourself. I cannot do anymore for you. You are now on your own sister.? Ammy spoke and intoned a teleport spell.

Amaretto was caught by the spell and vanished. Ammy slumped against a wall feeling most of the heavy oppressive darkness lift from her flowing into Amaretto now. Ammy still had a dark side, it was just muted for now. Feeling tired from working the spell, she closed her gold eyes, slid to the floor and slept.

Amaretto finally looked back to the scene knowing it had passed. Walked up to the form of her tired, sleeping sister and stared down at her.

"Clothed, alive and a means to defend myself. Oh sister how you have caused yourself grief those three things. Had you included a little love towards me, perhaps . . ." she walked away from the slumbering Ammy and back to Aribius.

The portal changed again and they were in a very dark alley in the city of Rhydin.

"I do find it pathetic that she used you like a scapegoat," he spoke with a very disgusted tone and watched the setting change in front of his eyes. He wondered what else she was going to show him. "Perhaps I should ask again if you want to marry me this evening, because if you do not only will you and Mabella be protect, Ammy will as well. Or should amends still be made between you two?" he asked with a slight tilt of his head to her. he went to take one of her paws gently to hold.

Amaretto

Date: 2013-04-16 22:57 EST
Amaretto leaned against Aribius as they stood in that dark alley of memory. He had asked that question again. She wasn't running from it nor hiding from it but wanting perhaps to give herself a chance to ask him that same question.

Down the alley way they could see a crouched Amaretto, looking quite pathetic. She had all the evil powers her sister had possessed as a daemon Lupinossai but none of the memories or the training to use them. A flaw in her sisters plan. Nor did she possess an adult understanding of the world. Just a young mind in a fresh body thrust into the chaotic world of Rhydin.

"I was such an unprepared thing." she listened to the rest of his explanation. "Protection to my adopted child and to the sister that started this mess . . ." she dipped her head a moment in long thought.

As she thought, someone approached the huddled form of Amaretto in the alleyway. A being in black armor that radiated vile energy and chaos. The figure simply stopped, knelt down by Amaretto and spoke with a deep resonating voice.

"Lost little child of darkness. You languish in the cold lost don't you? Would you like to be warm and cared for? Would you like to enjoy your powers that burn inside of you? All you have to do is take my hand." The figure reached out an armored glove to Amaretto.

She watched her image slowly take the hand of the figure. Back then she didn't know the being that was then an avatar of the Ebony Knight.

"I was naive that night." she commented to Aribius.

The portal shifted more. Now it was a battlefield months later with Lupinossai, trolls, orcs, ogres, drow and humans dying all around them as they fought each other and fought an unknown army of Soul Knights with Amaretto at the helm.

"Believe amends still need to made with my sister, but my time with Artisia has taught me that she may have wronged me at the beginning, but she did equip me well for my life." the battle raged and Amaretto was seen taking down many soldiers on her own, a demonic image of her sister.

Yet, among that battle her sister appeared, bloodied, crazed and looking more demonic and slavish than any had seen before. She took Amaretto down with ease just as the male Lupinossai Fleetian, took down the Ebony Knight. From that scene, the portal just shifted swiftly through her time as a spirit, meeting Artisia and a myriad of attempts to regain her former glory of evil that she had attained under the Ebony Knight. Every time, her sister was there, stopping her or another being put her down and ran her off.

It was this constant failures she wanted to show Aribius. To show the man she was deeply in love with, who had accomplished many vile things that the woman he loved was a constant failure in her attempts.

She looked away from the last of the scenes as Fleetian stormed the lair, and with the help of others killed Aritisia. She did smile with grim satisfaction at the sight of that male falling to his knees, paralyzed with her dark steel sword sprouting from his back. Yet that victory was robbed from her too by a cleric to another god.

Her tri-colored eyes looked into Aribius' eyes. "I didn't answer you question yet for a reason. I feel that you asking it was something of a joke Aribius. You are powerful, wise, dark and accomplished. I would marry you in a heart beat. Nothing you've shown me makes me view you as weak or unworthy. It has added more layers of intrigue and value to you love. But I should be the one asking you, Aribius. Do you feel like marrying me tonight? Marrying a constant failure in what I am?"

Aribius Nylta'al

Date: 2013-04-16 23:21 EST
He wrapped an arm around Amaretto's waist and held her close as he watched and listened to her. In a lot of ways he felt sorry for Amaretto and he looked into her eyes again once she was done and told him the reason she didn't answer. "Do you think I am nothing but accomplishments? I've died once if not twice. My first death was even embarrassing. I walked into that ancient dragon's' cave and he stomped on me in a heart beat." he grinned at Amaretto.

Aribius went to give Amaretto a gentle long kiss. "Sometimes you must lose to learn how to win. You have lost many times, but you have learned so much from losing. In a sense, your reward was knowledge and with that knowledge you can do so much now. " He would run a paw through her long red hair and would also caress her ears. "I will still marry you."

But then he grinned widely at her. "One thing I find odd about this, though. The Ebony Knight offered his hand to you to help you up and says he'll give you the world. Don't you find it odd that it is exactly what I'm doing?" he chuckled softly. Aribius could not help but notice how strange that was. "

Amaretto

Date: 2013-04-23 15:10 EST
Amaretto grimaced noticing that similiarity as Aribius mentioned it.

"You are different my dark love. What you offer I doubt will twist around bite me like a snake. His offers were lies within lies. Power he offered, oh yes. Sweet dark power that was just a shackle around my throat and wrists. I was nothing more than a puppet to him after a while. To be sent wherever he wanted and to do as he wished."

She looked up into his eyes for a long moment. "Will you be repeating that folly as well?" she asked with a dagger sharp tongue.

The portal shimmered and brought back the image of the final battle where she was destroyed by her sister and just in the distance the Ebony Knight met his fate by Fleet using powerful spells summoned over the mate bond with Ammy.

"It didn't end well for him when used me." The scene shifted to the beginning of that final scene and as Amaretto's body was destroyed by Ammy, the soul cursed the Ebony Knight. A powerful curse coming from a demon slain and to the two watching the imagery, to their magic sensitive eyes they could see her curse severed several of the Knights links to its master causing it to fall.

Aribius Nylta'al

Date: 2013-04-23 16:43 EST
"No, I will not be doing what he did to you. You have my word." He watched more as she changed the images. Seeing her working with the Ebony Knight made him want to sigh. He had seen the knight's work many times in the past, all the people he fooled. It bothered him that Amaretto was in that same situation, but he knew it all went back o her being thrown into the world without much.

But when he saw the ebony knight start going down with her. He could not help but start to chuckle. Not at her death, but at the failure of the Ebony Knight. "He was stupid to underestimate you." he grinned and looked into her eyes. "That is exactly what I see when I look into your eyes. An intelligent, dark woman who knows how to make even a so-called god like him become a weak child with a dying curse."

Then he went to take both of her hands as he moved to stand in front of her, still looking into her eyes. "Imagine being able to take him down more easily. No locking you up in cells, no feeding you false words and no making you a puppet. You will always be an equal to me and together no one would ever take us down so simply. Not even that magic Ammy killed you with." He grinned widely at her. "Not even the Ebony Knight could touch us. He would have an extremely difficult time to even break our protection link... my guardian Ferunoth is not one to so easily get by."

Aribius went to change the scene for a moment and he showed himself and Yaj together taking down very powerful gods and demi-gods whether they were good or evil. Of course, he was using his brother as a puppet in the fight to help him. "Yaji'is and I are able to even stand on toes with the most powerful forces in the universe. Alone or together. Yaj himself can take any hit you throw at him and it might only make him stronger... that's if his arrogance and stupidity doesn't get in the way." He would grin at Amaretto more. "Imagine being capable of standing up against anyone. Yaj isn't even a god and he is that powerful. I'm not even a god yet and I'm that powerful. I see these same characteristics in you. You could be more than you or your sister could ever believe."

Then he changed the scene again. It was somewhere far different. A calm beach with a large moon overhead in the sky giving lighting up the night looking peaceful with its elegant illumination. "But seeing what you're capable of is not the only reason I love you. I love you for everything you are. You may be powerful, but you're also smart, very beautiful, tricky and mysterious. We have a lot in common even. I would enjoy spending my eternity with you. Unlike that knight, I will be there for you always. No matter what need it is. Even if you just need your feet rubbed." he chuckled and grinned at her.

Amaretto

Amaretto would lean her head against Aribius' chest and smile. "Smart, beautiful, tricky and mysterious? My, my, my Aribius, you can flatter the scales off of a Dracolich. I do like my feet being rubbed."

She watched the large moon for a moment or two. "I have always loved how you make me feel Aribius. Cared for, needed and never belittled. You seem to believe in me, and you never seem to take offense to my erring ways or Mabella's mistakes. I would indeed spend eternity with you Aribius. I don't think I'll find anyone else that will understand me like you do."

She'd give him a nuzzle.

Aribius Nylta'al

He would wrap his arms tightly around Amaretto and went to give her a long, gentle kiss. "After some centuries, not a whole lot bothers me. Even I made lots of mistakes in the past, but I learned from them." Aribius would then move to stand in front of her and gently went to take both of her paws. "I'm sure Artisia is waiting for us back in the cathedral. I still wish to marry you this evening, Amaretto. Do you wish to marry me? I'll never belittle you. You'll always be my equal and I will share everything I have, including my protection and power if you do." His eyes would be looking deeply into hers hoping that she would still say yes even though she already said she wanted to spend eternity with him. But he wanted to hear the official yes.

Amaretto

Date: 2013-05-07 21:22 EST
Her tri colored eyes glittered in the moonlight. His words made her dark heart skip a beat and slow for a moment as she thought long and hard on what it would mean to be tethered to this man.

Not alone. No longer weak. Power. Mentoring. Even... love. Perhaps real children and real memories that I can claim.

Amaretto smiled, those pointed demon teeth wicked sharp and white in the night. "Aribius, I will marry you."

Aribius Nylta'al

Date: 2013-05-11 04:40 EST
"And I will be more than happy to marry you, my dear Amaretto." Aribius went to give her a very deep and long kiss. With the wave of a paw he deactivated the portal for now and had them reappear outside the portal in the dark, dead forest again. The threshold of the inactive portal still stood of course even if inactive.

Aribius looked into the direction of where the cathedral was. "Shall we go inform Artisia that our decision is final that we wish to be together? I'm sure she has better things to do than to be waiting on marrying an engaged couple." he gave a soft chuckle. Aribius knew how busy Artisia always was with her studies and experiments, which he did seem to have a full respect for on her part.

Amaretto

Date: 2013-05-15 01:02 EST
"Yes, Aribius. Let's go and get married. I'd rather not keep Artisia waiting. She is a very busy Necromancer these days and a dear friend to do this ceremony for us." she place a hand into his and held it.

Soon to have someone to myself. What will it be like? Will it be like the memories from sister? Will I finally have the physical events and memories of my own to compare to what she lent to me on my birth?

Her dark heart skipped several beats as she walked with him through the night. A wide grin was set upon her muzzle showing her sharp teeth. Amaretto was soon to be very powerful indeed with this marriage. She was to be set for life. She was, dare she say it, happy.

Aribius Nylta'al

Date: 2013-05-15 16:43 EST
He squeezed her paw as the held them together now and he lead her towards the cathedral. He leaned over to nuzzle one of her ears and lean his head on hers for a moment in a sign of affection. "Just so you know, we don't have to spill any blood to have our marriage ritual work. Wouldn't have to ruin that pretty dress of yours either. All that will be needed is just some simple words and a kiss." Aribius would give her a big smile as he led them now into the cathedral and towards the alter. "Found all that blood spilling and sacrificing was excessive. Sometimes all it takes is a simple agreement."

Artisia

Date: 2013-05-17 23:57 EST
-the cathedral's darkness was broken with the glow of green candles in tall candle holders along the isle leading up to the broken alter which sat in front of the once beautiful stained glassed window, which had been shattered long ago, bouquets of nightshade and netherlily tied here and there to add a dark beauty to the decor, the petals of black roses had been spread along the wedding path to the alter.... outside lightening struck through the clouds above as thunder rolled across Artisia's domain-

-along the rows of broken pews and scattered stone, stood ghostly visages and skeletons, as well as beings cloaked in long black hooded robes, these were to be the witnesses of the nights events-

-off somewhere in the darkness a harp played an eerie tune, which rang softly through the stone halls, the necromancer Artisia stood before the alter, long black robes mended and flowing around her, shadows lapping around her feet and skirts... a book with the wedding rites written in them floating opened to her side, she awaited the couple and as the two entered the cathedral, the dark witness's rose and turned to attention welcoming them silently-

Amaretto

Date: 2013-05-28 11:43 EST
Amaretto stepped inside the shattered cathedral and was hesitant a moment. Caught off guard by the slight changes in decor. The hesitation was brief though.

Remember, this is what you wanted. What you both want. You will have him. He will have you. You will have power, protection and . . . love.

She gave Aribius' paw a nervous squeeze. Amaretto the Daimon Lupe, dark twin of Ammy Spiritor, affraid of a wedding? As they walked down the aisle she gave a small whisper.

"I... don't know what to do or say."

Aribius Nylta'al

Date: 2013-06-01 15:45 EST
Aribius kept a hold on Amaretto's paw and smiled hearing her as they walked down the isle. "You won't have to do much or say much. Most will be said by our dear friend Artisia and I will have some vows and things to say so that I may create a powerful link between us before we kiss and seal the deal. For now, just relax my dark, sweet girl," he said to her in a gentle whisper.

Once they came up to the alter he would stand still there with Amaretto. Aribius would flick his other paw at the pews in the room and would have some people appear in them. They would help count towards the witness category for the wedding, even if he did own their souls. It certainly wasn't the most formal kind of wedding one might would imagine, but then again these people weren't exactly normal at all and liked to do things their own way.

Amaretto

Date: 2013-06-10 11:52 EST
Amaretto listened to Aribius and gave a small nod. Though she had her sisters memories of love and being in relations with her husband, to witness and be part of a wedding thrilled her. She looked quickly around at the full chapel of dark and sinister creatures. She smiled at the witnesses of her union with Aribius. She waited with a small, chilling grin on her muzzle, sharp pointed demon teeth on display.

Artisia

Date: 2013-07-03 21:47 EST
-the green glow of the lighting in the cathedral cast strange shadows on the walls and ceilings, all those in attendance turned to face the alter and the three standing near the shattered stained glass window, outside lightning lit the skies and rain started to fall, Artisia looked up as the couple approached-

-tonight no blindfold was worn by the necromancer, her deep violet eyes glowing with their unnatural red tinge- "Welcome friends of dark tidings" -she nodded to them once then looked out over the witnesses and spoke- "Welcome dark legions and all who are gathered" -another glance around and the shadows that danced on the walls would show their faces, the audience of the wedding seemed to have grown a bit in mere seconds-

-her attention went back to the couple and the large old leather bound book of rites that floated near her, she would start to read an ancient prayer in what must have been Latin with a touch of draconic in her dialect, the prayer was one of the darkness, to the gods of old and not so old, but of blessing over the ceremony-

-once the prayer was read and finished, a series of lightning strikes pounded the yard as thunder rolled above, she looked to Aribius- "..Aribius do you have words for your bride this night? If so take your time to say them" -she would let him speak-

Aribius Nylta'al

Date: 2013-07-07 17:49 EST
Aribius would take both of Amaretto's paws into his own gently as he would turn to her and stare into her lovely eyes. His thumbs would gently rub the back of her hands as he held them. Then he began to speak,

"Amaretto, my new love, if you take my hand in marriage this day I will fulfill my promises of protecting you, loving you and making all your dreams come true. I will aid you in every way possible to make you happy."

He would free one up her left paw by taking back is own and with a bit of magic he created a platinum ring, with an emerald embedded on the top. He held it in his fingers. But before he would put it on her finger he wanted to be sure she would accept his offer. Amaretto and Artisia may even feel powreful magic radiating from the ring.

"If you accept this ring I can make it all come true. Nothing will separate us from this bond that will tie us both together. From being many realms away to even death. We will still be tied together. Will you take my proposal, Amaretto?" he asked with a gentle smile. His tone had remained gentle and soft as spoke to her. His eyes with their glowing green irises had never left Amaretto's as if he were truly lost in hers.

Artisia

Date: 2013-07-09 00:51 EST
-the necromancer waited quietly letting the two speak, the witnesses both here and in the shadows watched on, the eerie green candle light flickering slightly as the wind blew outside and through the shattered stained glass window, the rain was coming down harder outside. Artisia looked to Amaretto for her response and perhaps any words she wished to speak as well-

Amaretto

Date: 2013-07-10 23:54 EST
Amaretto listened to every word from Aribius as if each one would grant her untold dreams and wishes. She looked down to his paws on hers after the words were spoken and the silence that was given birth to as he waited for her answer. Tri-colored eyes were upon platinum and emerald ring he held. A simple, beautiful ring promising power beyond her belief.

Oh how does one find words to tell him, yes! Yes! With all my heart I do with stumbling lips I have?

She had to try. She couldn't leave the silence to grow heavy. Couldn't allow uncertainty and doubt to be born in Aribius mind. Amaretto closed her beautiful, nightmarish eyes and gather her wits.

"Aribius, my dark lover, a friend in darkness and light, confidant and mentor... I will accept your hand in this union of deepest shadows if you will show me the same kindness you offer. I will promise to never leave your side for another of more power. I promise to love you till existence and eternity end. I promise to bear you heirs if you so wish and to raise them up in all of your darkness and glory. My heart will be yours. My soul a bitter and fine poison for you to sip and enjoy. I will be the shield to your powers and I promise show you all that I know. I promise to destroy everything in your name should death ever part us and will raise the worlds until I hold your hand, and kiss your muzzle feeling your living breath."

She opened her eyes and looked into those piercing green eyes Aribius and she never flinched, never looked away. Her own tri-color eyes a swirling set of whirlpools to snag any foolish enough to gaze long. She took her hands from him, held one palm up and stabbed the pad of her palm with a talon fingernail of the other hand. The blood that welled up, a deep crimson with hints of purple began to swirl, solidify and formed a wedding ring. Lifting it to her muzzle she blew her breath upon it, vileness and the taint of evil in that air hit the ring. Studs of obsidian formed on the outside of the ring. The ring could be felt to radiate power like Aribius' but is was a tamer power, not as powerful and feeling a bit new and hesitant like a child's first step.

"I do accept you Aribius Nylta'al. Will you accept me, Amaretto Daemon?"

Aribius Nylta'al

Date: 2013-07-16 17:51 EST
Aribius smiled widely at Amaretto hearing her words. To him it was like her singing another beautiful song that he would often love and hear. "Yes, I do accept you, Amaretto Daemon, with all my heart and power." When he said those words his blue and yellow striped tail had even began to wag behind him. And since she accepted him, he would go to slip his ring onto her left ring finger and then would hold up his left hand to let her put her ring on him.

This aging lupinossai may be centuries old and done so many wrong things, but if there was one thing that was genuine about him it was that he truly loved Amaretto and was being sincere to fulfill these promises to his lover.

Amaretto

Date: 2013-07-18 13:22 EST
Amaretto was feeling a similar thought that Aribius was having.

I'm still very new to many things in this world though a few years have past. Many a vile things I've done, tried and wish to attempt but was so hesitant being alone and untrained. Yet, now I have a companion for the darkness who will help me with my dreams and allow me to rest as well when the darkness is dark enough.

She slid the crimson ring studded with obsidian upon his left ring finger and looked deep into those green eyes of his. She had heard or perhaps remembered a little wise saying; The eyes are the windows to the soul. She never flinched as she stared into them, a smile slithered onto her muzzle at what her eyes saw in his soul.

Artisia

Date: 2013-07-24 00:48 EST
"These vows you have each uttered on this dark evening, before witnesses and before myself, with the powers of all darkness and the shadow realm's blessings." -she nodded and looked to them both and continued- "with the sharing of rings, you profess truth to the words you speak."

-she looked up to the audience, as the storm outside seemed to grow in strength- "I, Artisia Fangghoul, claim Aribius and Amaretto, as mates for all time, may what darkness brings together be strong and a bond unbroken"

-she looks to the newly wed couple- "may your path as one be long and your days be numerous, my companions. " -she would move her long clawed finger along the books page and green light flashed up and swirled around the couples paws, as if it were a set of shackles binding them together, the glow would fade- "you Aribius...may embrace your mate"

-a small approving grin was on her muzzle as she took the old tomb from the air into her paws and let it close, she held it against her robes-

-the witnesses of bone, shadow, flesh and spirit would watch on for now, the harp played somewhere far off and the shadows flickered around the green light from the candles as the storm raged outside-

Aribius Nylta'al

Hearing the words of Artisia having the ceremony come to a close he would grin widely at Amaretto. All his finely sharp teeth showing in glee. Aribius would move his hands to her nicely curved waist and held her there before gently pulling her body close to his. He did not pull her close tightly as he neither wanted to have her poked by the small, barely visible spikes in his armor under the fake for nor did he want her dress to get ripped. It was not something he had thought through entirely.

Nonetheless, he would lean forward to give his beloved a long, passionate kiss. His eyes with their glowing green-irises would stare back into her tri-colored eyes feeling lost in them. Anytime he looked into them they always reminded him that he would truly do anything to keep his new wife safe and happy. Even though he may somewhat be considered a form of evil he did have his loyalties and they were now bound to her on this darkly, blessed day.

Amaretto

She let him pull her close and enjoyed that kiss. It wasn't the first kiss they had shared, but this one, this one kiss carried a weight with it. She could feel a massive potential of power and energy settling on her with this kiss. A mantle and a lock about her, claiming her as his forever.

Amaretto never batted an eye and savored that unique, once in a life time kiss and stared into his eyes for minutes on end. She was smiling and it looked very ghastly and creepy.

Aribius Nylta'al

After the long kiss he gently pulled away a few inches. "I love you, Amaretto, with every part of my soul." Then he turned to Artisia and smiled at her and bowed his head to her. "Thank you, Artisia, for officially bonding us together. I suppose it is time for my new wife and I to have a lovely wedding day together."

To not harm Amaretto in any way he used some magic to change his clothing to a black suit. Why he did not do it in the first place was questionable, but nonetheless it was what he was going to wear now. At that moment he would give Amaretto a wicked grin and would go to lift her with his arms. One arm under her legs the other under her back to now carry her.

He would give her another kiss and if she let him carry her, he would take them down the aisle of the cathedral and soon out of the old building. Aribius would carry his new wife along through the forest for a little peaceful walk and chatter about all the things they were going to have fun doing together, although soon after that he would teleport them to their own little home for the night to spend a special time together as husband and wife.
