Just like any city there are criminals whether there be a lot of them or a few of them. During the war the Lupinossai Den had lost many Den Fangs to keep watch and keep order within the Den. At the same time something had brewed deep within the Den and crimes began to rise and they were only getting worse. There was vandalism, robbery, shootings, cases of murder and more. Even children had weapons and guns in their possession. There was not enough Den Fangs to resolve all the issues going on. Most of these criminals were unfortunately those that suffered from poverty or the young that no longer had parents or elsewhere to go. This also led to groups and gangs to form organized crimes so they had someone to look out for each other.
Night time was when it all would get worse. Some shops were starting to close much earlier so they would not get robbed. But when these shops closed another business opened. A black market. There was those that that had the wits and sneakiness to set up hidden shops within the Den Market or elsewhere. Even some shops that looked innocent and legitimate during the day turned into dirty sellers and buyers at night of the goods they took from others to make money off of them or to have for themselves.
Rachill, a black marketeer, was one of those criminals. She wasn?t making anything better, only worse. In fact she had been working with individuals, groups and gangs to help them flourish while she made money for herself in the process. It did not matter how low she had to go for money; it was always one way or another. Whether it would be alcohol to drugs or as low as having to murder someone for some quick big money. Rachill wasn?t going to let any Den Fang or authority figure stand in her way. Many might think she is ruining her life at such a young age, but to her this was only the beginning of an adventure.
