History of the Lupinossai Den:

A brief look at Lupinossai Dens history in Rhydin.

Ammy first appeared in Rhydin nearly 4 years ago, (June of 2008) as an exile from Lupinoss. She found herself in the employ of Lord Brutin, the owner of the now Dead Slavers Association, as Alchemist for his organization. Slavery never really sat well with Ammy, but a job was a job when in a realm of the unknown. While employed, she ran into another Lupinossai exile, Street Wolf.

Two months pass. Ammy and Street have made allies with various staff members of the Slaver's Association and Ammy's distaste for slavery and slaves grew. She has a powerful friend Hex, a Marduk, and throughout the stay at the Slaver's Association compound, has been granted use of his resources from time to time.

One month passes, Fleetwolf appears in Rhydin during a scouting mission of various realms and planes. He was an Advanced Realm Scout/Deity. After running into Ammy, and Street, Fleet decides to stay and help them cope with being exiles. Fleet and Ammy fell in love, if somewhat heated and violent at times.

Another month passes, and Fleet makes a trip home to Lupinoss. He finds that 300 Lupinossi including children in that number, are sentenced to death in 2 weeks times as political criminals. Fleet and Ammy launch a rescue plan. They convince Lord Brutin to buy all 300 Lupinossi as exotic slaves to help in his army, or on the compound. Lord Brutin agreed to buy them.

Rhydin now has a Lupinossai explosion of 300 political refugees. They faced death in their realm and were now granted life through slavery. Lord Brutin makes a purchase of land outside of Rhydin, 10 miles south for a compound to be built to train and house the Lupinossai slaves. 3 months of slavery, and Ammy can no longer stand seeing her fellow Lupinossai enslaved. She began vying for a position of respect. Once attained, she begins negotiating with Lord Brutin to buy her people back at 10,000 silver crowns per head from the slave army, Legion of Chains.

Ammy begins buying her people back from Lord Brutin in small groups. At this time, Fen Stridar, The Ebony Knight, emerges from a rift in Lupinoss where he has conquered everything in Lupinoss as an evil deity. Arriving he finds a new source of Lupinossi and a strong female to dominate. A brief bout of war lasting 2 months erupts between evil deity and the Den. Fleet leaves to get help of another deity and becomes lost for 10 years, though in Rhydin he is only gone for the 2 months of war. By this time, Hex offers to assist Ammy in freeing her people and has bought the entire Den compound, and the remaining Lupinossi's freedom from Lord Brutin. He moves Marduk troops in to help continue building the Den and for protection against Fen Stridar. The short war collapses due to several events beyond the scope of this history lesson. More of the information on why it ended can be asked of Fen, Ammy, or Mokksha.

1 year has now passed and the Lupinossai work and live in freedom.

A huge battle took place within the Den in the 2nd year of the Den?s life between the Lupinossai and the evil Goddess Takhasis (From the Dragon Lance Books). She laid waste to two thirds of the Den before being driven away. Many adults died leaving behind lots of orphans.

A year later, in the beginning of the 3rd year of the Den's life, a war between General Igneous Fi'igoo and the Den errupted. It lasted only 3 months, but claimed many more lives of the Den. Presently, orphans make up about 20% of the Den.

Lupinossai Den:

General Feel of the Lupinossai Den:

The Lupinossai Den is a 10 mile wide, walled city. The walls are about 30 ft high and 10 feet thick. A large, double gate is the only physical entry to the Lupinossai Den. When one enters the Lupinossai Den they would see a mix of technology and culture. Many houses and shops are built with wood or stone and even a few tents exists. The roads are mostly paved with stone or cement. Modern buildings are seen as well in the case of the Lupinossai Learning Center, Whisper Paws Hospital, DFLEA HQ, and Den Council of Laws.

Magic and Electricity exist in the Lupinossai Den. Most places have electric fed by an underground reactor built by Ammy Spiritor during the early years of the Lupinossai Den. It is quite deep under ground and heavily shielded from attack. The Lupinossai Den has lighted streets using either electric street lights or gas lamps. Running water and a thorough water and sewer system have been installed during the months of rule under Alphrans Vuusoolta Wolf.

Almost anything before can be found for sale in the Lupinossai Den as well as magic supplies and spells. Medical care is competitive with any other medical facility in Rhydin employing Magical, Mundane and Nano Technology using stat of the art equipment. Whisper Paws Hospital has it's own power plant and back up generators as well.

Apartments and parks do exist. Feel free to inhabit an apartment and enjoy the Lupinossai Den. There is also a memorial garden called the Soul Garden set up instead of a cemetery. All kinds of Craft halls and Guilds exist as well. The Lupinossai Den is open to all who want shelter. Outside of the Lupinossai Den within the additional 5 miles of territory are farmers, roads, cottages and homes of those who prefer the woods or urban feel.

General Feel of the Fang Wood Den:

Fang Wood Den is a small and relatively new Den city. It is roughly 4 miles in size and has 5 miles of territory around it that will expand out as the city grows. The best way to think of Fang Wood Den is Wild West in nature. Wood buildings. Electricity in only a few buildings. Wells for water. Lots of sand, dirt, and scrub brushes and hearty forests as well around it. In a nut shell, Fang Wood Den is a settler style city run and housing any mercenary that wishes to be employed and they train many mercenaries and armies as well.

Almost anything can be found for sale in Fang Wood Den including advanced technology. If it isn't in the open market look into their black market for better items. Fang Wood Den has two electric generators to their name and are working with the Lupinossai Den to have a power plant built.
