Lene sat in her small room looking out the window. She clutched Tinn lightly to her now ample chest. Her mind was a storm of thoughts, feelings, and questions. She had been captured by a deity from a far off realm called Krynn, and held hostage until mom and dad rescued her. During that time though, her body, her cursed body that aged rapidly when in another realm, grew.

She sighed once, gray eyes watching the little Lupes playing in the Den square. She missed being 9 years old. In a matter of days, her body matured to the budding form of 15 years. She didn't know how she managed to cope with it, but then again, the first time she grew rapidly, her mind changed as well. It improved and keep getting better every day. She hugged Tinn tighter as more feelings came into her.

The other young Lupes want nothing to do with her. They were all 5-8 year olds. Her coming back big scared them. They called her a winged freak that was possessed by evil magic. The adults all looked at her with wariness. She heard their whispers. "She has the eyes of one who knows too much!"

Lene just curled up on her bed on cried. She loved her nickname though. Lene was easier on the mouth for most people and had a lovely ring to it. She latched onto that happy thought and feeling. Another happy thought, floating island of refuge for her torment soul and mind was her Force training. Ember Pallin seemed harsh to others, but he was just like a big brother. He was hard only when he knew I needed more encouragement or practice. I would of crumbled under Takhisis' training regime without the temperance the Force gave me.

The name of the deity made her shiver and cry. So many souls were tortured by that goddess. So many mortals and humans too. Her eyes were closed but they still saw the humans on Krynn she was forced to kill. Takhisis took to bad places and showed her how to stun, inflect pain, and kill with a single word by killing countless evil creatures and thugs. Then she was taken to several villages and told to kill every person after she made them suffer or Takhisis would slice off her wings again. She hated the deity. It was always pain then healing so more pain could be used.

Her deep thoughts and memories distracted her from seeing who came into the room. Ember Palling looked down on his troubled padawan with some sorrow. The child was going through trials harsher than any Jedi could when asked to face the dark side. Myrlene had and lived through it. He sat on her bed and reached out a metal hand to touch her arm gently.

Lene started and sat up looking at Ember. She quickly rubbed tears from her gray eyes. "Master Pallin. I am sorry you see me in a weak state."

That statement made Ember sigh lightly. "Myrlene, there is nothing weak about emotions or despair. You have been traumatized greatly padawan. You have faced more evil then any padawan before you. You are not weak."his own gray eyes softened slightly.

"I don't understand? I killed people. I didn't kill myself or force HER to kill me. How am I not weak?"

"Because Lene, your soul and mind is very resilient. Any other person would have turn to complete evil or just died from the events you went through. That resilience is what makes you special. You are able to learn from your mistakes what most do not. Do not waste it." his voice was calming and his metal fingers touched Lenes forehead and heart.

"Yes, I am a survivor. My family are survivors." she stated to herself.

Ember smiled more, glad to see some of the haunted looks leave her gray eyes. As she contemplated what he had said, Ember pulled two bundles from his cloak. He laid them in her lap.

"I am afraid events in my life are sweeping me in an opposite path than yours Lene. I have a war to fight soon, and will not be able to train you any further. What I have seen though proves that you are more than ready to be a Knight. I brought you a new cloak since you've outgrown your old one. In that bundle are some hints for you to look at. Study them, and when you are ready, build your first light saber. The other bundle is a special gift. A Jedi Holocron. Your mother has one as you have seen and used. It may help you record your memories and thoughts to help you in the future."

Lene was about to cry. Gifts, wonderful gifts that Master Pallin rarely gave her. Being called a Knight and not a padawan. Sadness at hearing he was going away.

"Will I ever see you again Master Pallin?"

"Only the Force knows Myrlene. Our fates is a future ever changing and on the move. I may survive the war if things go well. I may not. Now then, Master Wolf-Spiritor, I must be off. Take care of yourself and your parents. They love you dearly." He stood up and looked down to her.

"Thank you Master Pallin."

"Call me Ember from now on Myrlene." he turned and left her room.

Myrlene looked down at the packages and sat for a while in thought.

Myrlene stepped through the portal wearing her flowing red Jedi cloak. She wore a black tunic with a black skirt slit up to mid thigh on both sides. She headed for the bar watching the dueling rings. As Lene reached the bar and waved a paw and a cola floats to her paw and she begins to sip on the soda watching everyone. Looked at the group of adults, a question forming in her gray eyes. She keeps watching, ears twitching in thought.

Anya opened her arms to the teen for a hug. Lene slipped off the stool and gave Anya a long hug. "How you been? You look not right." is all she could say.

"Tired, but better, with my family nearby.", replied Anya.

Lene nodded offering some warm fuzzy energy to Anya. "May I ask a question?"

"If I can answer it, I will.", was Anyas answer.

"Have you ever been initiated to adult hood?"

"Mm, that depends. If you consider getting stinking drunk on eighteen shots of vodka an initiation into adulthood, then I have been."

A slight frown on her muzzle showed that wasn't exactly what she was thinking. She looked at the others. She kept Anya in a nice hug.

"Oh. Mm. I was twenty five for that sort."

Another longer frown. She looked down in thought. "I don't thing mom and dad would make me sleep with someone to be an adult. Doesn't sound like them."

Thoughtful purse of her lips. This is what Anya needed, a distraction from one set of problems, by another. "What does it involve in your culture then?"

"I don't know. I just heard them discussing it quietly the other night. Something to do with Trial of Proof." She eased up on the hug a little.
"Mm.", lightly maintaining the hug with Lene. "I'd ask them, if I were you."

"I did. They hedged and didn't tell me anything." she was a little concerned. "I mean I am only 15. They think I am an adult already." she said in simple wonderment.

"In some cultures, you are. When I was fifteen, I was in my second year of medical school."

Fen arrived but not by portal. His teleportation made him appear like a mirage on the sand. He shook his head from the nausea that would always plague him when using it. He looked around. He was not in scrubs or in lab coat. He looked slightly tired, but something kindled in those amber eyes of his. He was in traditional Lupinossi sash, tunic, and hakimah of the warrior class. He was also wearing the wristlets of the mage society. He looked over the sand at the bar. He just grinned.

"I don't feel like it. I just feel like a confused little girl in a body I don't understand.", Lene said softly.

"To be honest, Sunshine, I felt the same way. In University, I was too young to socialize with my peers there. And my age group called me the Freak Geek... that was the nicest name." came Anyas anedote.

"Freak Geek?", Lene asked with disbelief. Anya was very nice and hardly a geek.

Standing far away from the duelers as to not disrupt the castings or rings, he made a large circling gesture and a ring of platinum white light glowed in a 50 foot circle on the sand. The boundary in place, he stepped to the center. Looking straight at the bar. "Come out little one! Tonight you advance in your life!" his voice carried and resonate deep and rich in the night.

Anya noded, "Exactly so. Because I was smart."

Lene glanced sandward. "What the?"

"Mm, looks like it's time, Sunshine."

"Time for what?"

"That adult thing."

"Don't make me drag you out Soulstran as your soul keeper. Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor. Front and center!" voice calm and patient.

"I guess he's serious." Lene released the hug and began to walk to the ring.

"Looks that way, Sunshine."
Fen was nodding in aproval as Myrlene came to him. "Do we have any witnesses tonight?" another boom of calm voice.

"People have to watch?" Lene squeeked.
"I am witness, if it is permitted so, Fen." Anya volunteered.

Fen nodded to Anya, that it was indeed allright.

Lene tried to scrunch down in her jedi cloak as she neared the platinum ring. "Can't this be private?"

"Those are not the rules Lene. I am sorry you don't know them, but that is one lesson of being an adult. You will never be able to know everything."

Lene hesitated at the rings edge. "What am I to do?"

"That is to be known when your in the ring. You must put fear aside and step in. If you don't you'll never be a true leader. That is another lesson to learn Lene. Adults must lead sometimes, and to do so, they must know when to step forward."

"What if I wish not be an adult?"

"You can not live as a child forever Lene. Your life has been shortened yes, but you have the courage to step forward. I know you. Just step forward and be a greater part of the community." he held his paw out to Lene just inside the platinum light.

She stared at Fens paw like it was a snake. "Will this make me feel better? To understand myself?"

"That is up to you Lene. An adult is always seeking those answers."

Lene looked back to Anya and her friends.

Anya Flashing Myrlene a supportive smile, "Trust your gut, Myrlene."

Fen's voice was patient and gentle. "They can not help you with this trial. You must face things alone in life sometimes. Show me the Myrlene I know is under that fear."

Lene blinked from Anyas statement. Trust her gut? It was butterflies and spaghetti. An adult life didn't sound fun at all, but the others were adults. She took a long breath and stepped into the ring.

"Well done. You've past the first step. To take a step in the path of the unknown. Welcome to the beginning of adulthood."

She stood nervously and fidgeted inside the ring.

Fen waved a paw in the air and a book appeared. He flipped through the pages. "Ah. Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor. Trial of Proof. Mhm. Luprikai, Magic, and Talent. Those are to be your tests tonight. Pass them, and you are initiated. Fail them, you may try again as much as you like until you're 18."

"What happens if I do not pass?"

"You will not be allowed the title of Alphrans. You will be an adult only in body, but not in merit." he kept from being too stern. The initiation was a tough tradition meant to show the initiate their worth. Let us begin."

"What? Now?"

"Yes!" Fen threw in a quick punch at Myrlene after he spoke.

Her suprise and shock broke as she saw the fist come in. She braced with her fore arms and blocked Fens punch. She turned the block into a wrist lock and moved her body low and behind Fen for a throw. Fen went over by her throw, but once on his back he snapped out his right leg at Myrlene's thigh. The hit sent a shock through the leg nerve and Lene went down on her left knee with a wince.

Staying on her left knee she lashed out with her paw. Claws popped out. Claws meant for climbing aimed for Fens muzzle as he moved to get up. He was raked on both sides of his muzzle by the claws. Seeing she drew blood and had him distracted, Lene grabbed for one of Fen's arms and aimed a head butt at his head. Stinging rake of claws exploded into pain as something hit Fens head. Lene was a fighter, this was a proven fact.

Fen focused his mind away from the pain. His mental eye traced out her heart beat and he sent a side kick for that heart beat. Lene's head but left her a little dazed and found a foot crashing into her chest. She gasped as one breast was bruised where it was hit. She deffinitely hated having a chest now! Fen showed a little concern considering he nailed a sensitive part.

Noting Fen's concern and she let him get closer. In the words of a kid raised on arcade game crack, Lene shouted,"Upper cut!" A clinched fist sailed up for Fens muzzle. The cracking pop is heard from that ring, and a little blood spurts too. He held his jaw and moved it.

"Cracked my jaw Lene." he winced then focused again.

Fen dashed forward, reaching for Myrlene. She notes the grab and darts back slamming into an invisible barrier as she reached the platinum ring line. The grab missed her but the follow up elbow didn't. It pinned her right shoulder. She bit back an urge to scream in pain. Her mind racing she notes that Fens legs were apart for balance. She went low brow for Luprikai and placed a snap kick to Fens groin.

Fen didn't expect her to go for a low blow as it connects. He manages to stumble back in retreat with some pain. Lene was proving her Luprikai worth alright and went after Fen while was hin pain. Sprinting the short distance, a flying kick was planted into Fens chest. Fen felt foot connect with ribs and grunted. Lene found purchase the climbing claws of her foot and latches onto Fen's shoulders with her other claws proceeding to add her bodies inertia.

Fen felt himself sway and crash on the sand with his breath rushing out of his lungs. He was down. Lene rolled away and stayed at the ready waiting for him to get up. Fen got to his feet with a rough laugh.

"Well done Lene! You've passed the Luprikai arts test. You have proven your worth as a fighter.
Next round starts now!"

"Magic? You are really asking for it uncle. Hammer Shot!" she threw paws behind her head and then threw them forward towards Fen. A bright spark of light streaked from her.

Fen was surprised at the fast reaction. He was caught a winging blow of the energy to the shoulder. While he was distracted by the numbing bite of Hammer Shot, Lene launched a fire ball at him in the next breath. "Fiiegraa!"

Fens body went from shock to smelling singed hair as the fire ball tags his pony tail. He threw up a shield bracing for the next attack. Lene readied another cast hoping to go for a tripple run. Her magic crackled then back fired. A 10 foot explosion blasts sand away from Lene. She was the epicenter.

"You're doing well with the magic. But you need to try harder, his shield aglow."

"Harder?" Fire lite her gray eyes. "Taste this. Power Word Pain!" she stood like a certain goddess and pointed a claw at Fen. Red light lanced out Fen.

Fens shield broke and he was in pain as the red led set his right leg nerves on fire.

Panting, Fen weaved his paws and spoke shakily. "Be wary of dark magic Lene. It will backfire on you! Righteous Reflect!"

Light flashed around her as she readies another spell. "Power Word Death!" and the light flared around her. She's wreathed in flames for a moment burning fur and part of her cloak.

"Tendril!" black light arcs out from Fens paws and lashes at Lene.

Lene tried to counter and her magic fails agains. She yipped in pain and darts to one side casting a bolt of lightning at Fen. The bolt tagged Fens left leg, but he sent out a spear of ice at Lene.
Lenes left leg was tagged by the ice causing her to stumble in the sand. Blood welled up from the wound the spear made reddening the ground.

"Sand Fist!" she touched the ground throwing alchemy now at Fen.

Fen was clipped by the sand fist to his chest. He wasn't expecting manipulation from her.

"Grimmoire of pain!" his paws go wide scattering flying blood red scythes hungry for Lene.

Lene trids to counter. "Scatter Shot!" launching a spread of fireballs. The scythes get through, gashing lines in her legs and arms more blood spilling.

"Yield?"

"No! I am an Adult!" she sucked energy from the island funneling it into her body.

"Healing in battle is a good move, but costly."

She jumped in the air. "Fiiegraa Biithoon Diigoona!" She unleased a stream of fire from her muzzle like a dragon at Fen.

That was new. His shield went up. The air heated up and scorched him.

While the Flames raged, he threw a paw out. "Icing wave!" a jet of ice shards flew for Lene.

She plumets from the air, wings frozen from the ice. Fen threw a blast of fire at Lene. Her Force shield went up. She was getting really tired.

"Power Word Maim!" she cried out using the dark arts again. She flung cutting blades of black shadow at Fen.

They caught him and ripped through cloth and sking He was bleeding as much as she was. "I yield!" He held up his paw for the duel to stop.

Lene dripped blood everywhere. She was shaking from pain and exhaustion. "I have one more duel. Talents." she said icily calm.

"You pass that one during this trial. You have mixed Force, Magic, Alchemy, and by Lupis the dark arts of that wretch that kidnapped you."

She sank to her knees and in relief. The platinum ring faded leaving Mentor and new Adult bleeding and breathing hard.

"Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor, I bestow..." wheeze..." the right of adulthood on your shoulders. You are Alphrans Miinoor. Rise." he didn't know is she would. He could barely do it.

She stood slowly and with effort. Lene walked over and embraced Fen with bloody arms. Their blood mingled for a bit, and they vanished from the Islands. They were received and expected at Whisper Paws Clinic. Ammy and Fleet stood waiting for the results. They both grinned and hugged Lene for passing and helped Fen to a bed. The rest of the night was patching wounds, giving healing energy and listening to the trials recounted over and over again. Lene was now, in the eyes of the Den and adult.

Once again she lay curled up on her bed. If she wasn't helping mom build the Clinic generator, or with dad or Fen on rounds learning to be a healer, she was in her room. No one forced her to be there. It was just safe in her opinion. The initiation rite for her move to adulthood was only a few days ago. She thought that would solve her problems and make the questions instantly vanish from her mind. It didn't. The initiation just made life worse.

Getting taunted for being odd and growing quickly was one thing. But getting rocks thrown at you from young male Lupes waiting their own initiation was worse. The saw her as one who cheated the system. A privileged girl protected by daddy's fame as hero, deity, and elder. She rubbed her forehead lightly. The bumps from the 4 stones that hit her were getting smaller. She looked down at Tinn for a bit. When I was 9, I could just hold you and cry and tell you anything. Now, you look just like a stuffed animal. Where did my friend go? Where did my dreams go? Why me?

Something Fen told her during that rite rung in her head. "Adults are always seeking answers to questions. Some Answers are never found."

Another look at Tinn, her lips quivered. She knew she had one answer to a question she didn't want to ask or answer. Can you ever go back to being young? No. Being a child is over now. You're growing up Lene, girl. Tinn left when that happened. You don't need him anymore. He would want you to be happy, and have your own adventures.

She tried to let her pep talk rally her waning spirit. It wasn't doing much. She looked out the window from her bed and saw other young Lupes playing. It was the group from the orphanage. No one seemed to pick on them. She should go and talk with them. See what's different. Maybe get a few answers of her own. She laid Tinn down on the bed and kissed his fur one last time.

Her cloak went on over her blue gene tunic and pants. Her sword strapped on. Leaving the room she froze by the front door. What if I get rocks thrown at me again? Another voice in her head, this time Ember's.

"Lene, you're a strong girl. You have mastered more and been through more trials than most Jedi Masters have known. You need not fear. The Force is an ally with you. Draw on it to help strengthen your courage. Your will to go on and keep living is what makes you special."

It was odd that most of the advice she had was from people not her parents. But she didn't put a negative light to it. Mom and Dad, for all the busy work they did, loved her. They would give her advice if they could, but they had a lot of responsibilities too. Time for her to take on some as well. She opened the door and stepped out a little more reassured about herself.

Lene walked over slowly to the group of frisky young Lupes. They were playing Toombaalaataa. She smiled as she remembered the game. It was like tag. One person was it and had to chase others but had to protect a can on the ground from being knocked over by whatever the others could throw at it. If the person 'it' could touch someone before the can went over, the person touched was it.

She reached the edge of the group and sat on the lip of the Den's central fountain. A few of the Lupes saw and stopped playing. Lene watched a little wary but didn't bolt. They trotted over to her.

"Hi! Wanna play with us?"

Her gray eyes blinked. Did they just ask me to play? "You're not afraid of me?"

"Now why wud we be afraid of you? Yer a hero! Come on and play. Even Alpransees need fun!" They began to tug on her arms.

She was in awe and joined in lest this rare chance to be a child slipped away. The game went on for hours as she ran, ducked, and dodged from the tagger, though she let them catch her a few times too. When everyone was panting from fun and exhaustion they all retreated to the shade of the Clinic building. Estre was there waiting for them. She had drinks and snacks waiting. A warm smile was sent to Myrlene.

As Lene sat, she asked the orphans why they didn't fear her.

"Yer da's a hero, yer ma's a hero. They both tried to help us when people got sick. Lots of us got to listen to yer mum sing when we felt bad from the virus, and that nice human, Mookki I think, was really nice too. You come from nice people Lene. Why should we be affraid?"

Lene paused in mid-chew of sandwich. Good question kid. Why should people be afraid of me? "Uhm, well, others have thrown rocks at me and called me evil for growing so big."

One orphan snorted. "That all yer worried about. What some stuck up bluesies think about ya? Their just sore cause their parents aren't rullin the Den. Lot's a magic users grow quick. We think it's cool you're an adult now. Yer the first one to come play Toombaalaataa with us."

"What if I told you I did bad things?"

A really young orphan walked up to her and offered a cookie. "I hit my sissy today and she cwied. That was bad, but I want to shawe my cookie wit you. Bad happens, but it nevew lasts Lene."

Lene accepted the cookie and sat there in a daze. How the hell could I have been so stupid. Even the kids show more brains than me. She nodded to the youngster. "Thank you. If bad things don't last, then I must be good still."

The orphans giggled and laughed. They all ran up to her and hugged. "Now yer gettin it Alphrans! Could you come tell us some stories please? Nap time is soon."

Lene looked to Estre. The caretaker wore a huge smile on her muzzle and nodded in approval. Lene followed the kids up to the fifth level of the clinic where the orphanage was. She felt new again, untarnished and happy.

As the orphans settled on pillows for the story, Lene just smiled. "Now then, this story is about a brave pirate hunting girl and her flying wolf Tinn."

Lene smiled as she approached Whisper Paws clinic. The generator was finished and power hummed far below her paws deep underground. Mom had successfully made a working fusion generator and was acting like a young lupe for the first time since she knew mom.

Young Lupes were playing marbles in the Dens central square today, their voices high pitched in joy. The joy of youth, innocence, and endless dreams. Her grin widened more. She was part of that joy again. Others may have shunned her as a freak, but here, in the square she had up to fifteen friends who didn't give a damn about her parents bloodline, her powers, or that she was only a toddler by a record of time since whelped, but was now a filling out fifteen year old.

Ears perked in her direction as the orphans heard her paws on the pavers.

"Lene! You're here! Anymore stories for us today? We really like them."

"Of course I have more stories, but right now I just want to watch you guys have fun and do some sketching. Then I'll tell you a story."

The young Lupes just grinned and went back to their marbles. Lene sat on the lip of the fountain and pulled out her sketchbook dad got her a month ago. She had a few crummy sketches, but she was getting better. A pencil was pulled out of her crimson cloak and she decided to sketch the young Lupes for some real life practice.

Pencil and paper scratched out in harmony as she brought life to the white paper. It was such bright paper. She lost herself in studying the children, sketching their basic forms and going back for details later. One of the young Lupes, her name was Mii, perched on the fountains lip next to her and watched.

"Wow, that is so cool Lene. You can write pictures."

Lene giggled a little. "Yes, I can 'draw' not write pictures. What do you think?"

Mii looked at the sketch in progress and Lene let her thumb through the book to look at the other sketches. "They're really nice Lene, but the colors are wrong. Most of the lines are green, or blue. My fur isn't pink, it's yellowish brown. See?" Mii held up her own arm for Lene to look at the fur color.

Lene frowned a moment. Mii looked a little worried. "I mean, they are nice pictures." She apologized.

"It's not that Mii. I like any help I can get, but I wasn't sketching in color. I am using gray pencil." Lene pointed out.

Mii tilted her head in wonder then went to each sketch and called out each color as she saw them and pointed at the lines of those color as well. Thinking maybe Lene was playing a game when she kept looking puzzled by the colors seen, she asked a simple question. "What color is you cloak Lene? It's really pretty."

"It's just a deep gray cloak Mii. Master Pallin calls it a crimson cloak. I don't know what type of fabric crimson is, but it does feel nice."

Mii now knew Lene wasn't joking. "Lene, crimson is a color of red. You can't see colors can you?"

Another frown on Lenes muzzle, deeper now, but she quickly lifted it. "Guess not Mii. Now how about that story?" she followed the kids to the shade and told them of the Pirate Hunter looking for her friend who disappeared in the cave of the Evil Dryer. In the back of her mind she wondered now what the world really looked like.

Lene sat in the cooling shadow of the fountain at the Dens town center. She always liked the fountain with the likeness of Ammy set in motion. Ammy was standing in defiance, dressed in her State Alchemist uniform, upraised left fist, her right paw holding a broken slaver chain an manacle. A small water fall fell from the upraised fist. It was splashing in the basin and cooling Lene from the mist.

She needed the cooling mist. She had a headache and felt hot all over. She had finished another tale for the orphans and they were all asleep in the shade. Her mind clicked away as she watched the sleeping Lupes, bringing to the surface the 5 hours of boy talk from mom. As mom said, my hormones are gaining on me and I need to stop running and face them. Lene let out a sigh and laid back on the wide rim of the fountains basin.

A shadow fell over her, and as she opened her gray eyes, mom was standing over her looking a little concerned.

"Hey there Lene. You're not looking so well." Ammy send in a gentle voice and sat down by Lene. "Your head hurts and you feel hot all over right?"

Lene groaned a little. "No fair using the Force to sense my illness, but yeah, I do." she rolled onto her stomach and put her paw into the cool water to help cool down.

"I didn't need the Force to sense what you're going through sweetie. I too was once a teen. You're body is normally gearing up and getting things ready for your first season. The pain and heat is from our blessed quarter human genes. They will level out and go away when you hit 18. Until then." something rustled and then rattled in the Ammy's paw.

Lene looked up and saw a pill vial cupped in Ammy's paw. "What are those?"

"A little personal alchemy." Ammy grinned. "Mostly crystalized herbs to help reduce swelling and relieve pain. Just take one a day." she pressed the pill vial into Lene's paw.

Lene sat up and put the vial in one her cloaks pockets. Gray eyes then looked up to mom's, where they green eyes? "Mom, I know we talked a the other night about boys, but I still am not sure I am ready for them. I don't know if I can trust my body to not react foolishly."

Ammy just grinned and touched the tip of Lene's nose. "Well silly, don't think too much. Growing up is about change and a lot of times you don't have control. But, when it comes to boys and you start feeling like your going the wrong way, you can always turn and run."

"And what if I meet one I like? I mean, you told me most would see me as a minor since I am technically 15. That and well... I am... finding human boys more attractive that Lupe boys." Lenes voice wavered when she confessed.

Ammy just laughed and hugged Lene. "Don't worry about that Lene. You can love anyone you want to. I've had two human lovers in my lifetime. But I still love your father, even if he is getting a bit.. odd lately. You're little mishap with this Takkhisis has got him riled up. But I still love him."

Lene thought about that for a bit. Aunt Takki wasn't the nicest deity alive and she was a pain in the tail. She leaned into Ammy's hug. "How do I find someone like dad, or the human lovers you had? How do I find a good boy worth keeping?"

Another grin stole over Ammy's muzzle. "My, my you haven't even tested the waters yet and you are already looking at trapping a fish. There is no easy way to find a good boy, but the best way is to be yourself, talk to them, and I they can't get past your body then move on sweetie. Oh, and even though you only go into season once or twice a year, doesn't mean you can have fun in the wild. Worse things can happen than just pups. Common sense and some protection will keep do you well."

Lene just closed her eyes as her head hurt more. Mom's advice sounded good to her. She felt something cool trickle through the fur on her forehead. Mom was bathing her forehead. For a mom, she was actually cool.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor:Lene walked the trails of the Southern Glen. Nostrils flaring and catching all the scents. "Maybe color's have smell." she wondered as she walked. She sat on her haunches and sniffed a few wild flowers. They were muted grays to her eyes, but they smelled sweet and lovely.

ThorneFang: ::hrms softly, Amalia had gone, Maria seemed to have does and he wasn't aware of Myrlene yet, time to try to get out of this damnable human body once more...he reached for his shirt, pulling it off, focusing on one thing he missed most..., trying to get his wings back::

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: Nose still going she caught something she thought she recognized though it was quite muddled by another scent. A wolf was somewhere. Gray eyes scanned gray scenery.
Well following her scent couldn't lead to too much danger. She stood and walked the trails more sniffing out this vaguely familiar scent.

ThorneFang: ::grunts, he can feel them...the new bone forming and pushing from his shoulderblades, the feathered apendages growing out once more, oh how it hurt coming out of this body, dropping down, his palms on the grassy ground, patches of white fur pushing from his human form::

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: Lene paused a moment. Something new caught her nose. Magic in use. She picked up the trail a little more intrigued now.

ThorneFang: ::it was an odd magic, and it was spilling out of him right now, he was goign to force his body to obey damnit all, fangs, oh how me mizzed them, pushed out lone and beautiful form his lengthening muzzle, his tail pushing out, ripping a hole in his jeans, his entire frame returning to it's "natural" form, his legs crooking like a wolf's would, lifting his head up high and howling loudly into the night air::

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: Her nose kept guiding her path as she poked around bushes and trotted down trails. She heard a howl and now ears locked onto a new heading. She dropped to all fours to run faster, keeping her black feathered wings tucked close to her body. She was now very curious as to who or what was using magic and howling.

ThorneFang: ::grunts and pushed himself up on his hind legs, standing his full height and grinning across his muzzle, oh....he felt so good now, out of that wretched human form. He looked down at his half-paw hands, over the claws at the tips. he flared his wings out, flpaing them a few times and closed his eyes...he was at full strength again::

MariaWolf13: ::She would snap out of her daze her crystal blue hues loked up to the changed Thorne her eyes flickered of a wolvish gaze.:: oh my...

ThorneFang: ::growls, panting slowly:: Finally, I can move out of that inn and back into places more becoming a critter of my stature...

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: Lene slowed her run to a slow trot. Nose picked up another creatures scent with the first one. She started working through bushes picking through it carefully. <I>Odd, for one who can fly you love to stay grounded. </I>Hush Tinn. When you don't know what's out there, flying makes you a nice target. Besides, I love the dirt.

ThorneFang: ::hrms and blinks, starting to notice things around him Maria first as she was closest, his wings flicking as he waved:: Yo. ::he lifted his muzzle then, sniffing at the air:: Someone's comin'

MariaWolf13: ::she would just stare at him:: Cute form...

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: Another pause in the bushes. Long fur feathered ears picked up voices ahead. One sounded female, the other male. She sat in the bushes pondering if she should continue or retreat? She wouldn't mind meeting new people.

ThorneFang: ::hrms and looks around, flicking his wings, then droppong to all fours and sniffing....trying to find the source of the new scent...it was fmailiar::

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: Lene pushed on through the brush and about froze when she snapped a twig. So much for a graceful pirate hunter. The brush was getting less dense as she pressed on and the scent was getting stronger. Parting a few heavy leafed branches she peeked into the clearing.

ThorneFang: ::his ears perk at the snap of the twing and is claws dig into the dirt, tearing off to the source of the sound, he felt good right now, his senses were where they should be, he lepts now and then, gliding low off the ground with spread wings, enjoying himself almost as much as he was curious about the familiar sound::

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: Gray eyes widen as she sees a white winged wolf gliding for her spot in the bushes. Taking some Force she plied the energy into her crouched legs and she leaped straight up in the air, her own black feathered wings snapping out as she hovered to get a higher view of the wolf.

ThorneFang: ::grunts and looks up, flicking his wings, summoning what little air power he can use and follows her on the way up, his eyes glowing a soft blue as he comes muzzle to muzzle with her, his nostrils flaring a moment:: Hm....I know you....or your scent...I know your scent.... ::doesn?t flap his wings, keeping them spread, the constant currents of controlled air keeping him aloft::

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: Sudden meeting of muzzle to muzzle made Lene forget to flap her wings. She started to fall fast. The loss of altitude jarred her from the shock and her wings snapped out again. She glided to the ground and looked at the wolf. "I think. I've seen you before...minus the dead deer."

ThorneFang: ::hrms and...drops from the height, landing on all fours with a heavy thump on soft ground, then standing up on his hind legs...normally:: I had a small eating disorder....

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: She just grinned. "Hey, food is food. So, uhm, well my name is Myrlene, but everyone calls me Lene." she held out a paw to him.

ThorneFang: ::nods and smiles:: Aye, but I was eating four of em a day.... ::he smiles and takes the paw, shaking it not too firmly:: You can call me Thorne....since it's my name.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "Okay Thorne. Were you uhm, using magic? My nose picked up some magic use in the area." She looked around some more. More gray and black in some dark areas. Small sigh under her breath.

ThorneFang: ::hrms and tilts his head:: Never really thought of it as magic...but I suppose it is magic of a sort....

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "What do you do?" she was curious. Always one to look out for someone who could teach her new spells.

ThorneFang: ::smiles and blinks:: Oh...::he trotted off to the lake side and picked up his old tome:: Well...it's hard to explain...I had been working off glyphs...but now I have control of my spheres.... And the spheres...are hard to explain really

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "Oh, okay." she nodded. "I ask a lot of people that do magic as I am always eager to learn a new spell. Was just wondering, as I swore I smelled human on you, then I smelled magic, and now I am smelling you." toothy grin.

ThorneFang: ::hmphs and nods:: Yeah.... I was...locked in my human form for awhile...I'd not been human in hundreds of years...::he huffed a bit:: A bit disconcerting really....

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "You can have a human form?" ears perked and her feathered tail thumped excitedly. "How do you do it?" Oh if I can learn this I would be so happy.

ThorneFang: ::hrms and tucks his book under his arm:: I could probably find a glyph pattern for you that would work. But I can turn human because I was born a werewolf....I'm kind of a....construct right now. ::he shrugs:: bit of a monster.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: She just smiled more. "Well, I am not ordinary either. I am part wolf, part human, part lycanthrope, and part dog." Lene almost floated off the ground from glee at the mention of a glyph. "I can work with glyphs easy, alchemy, deity magic, and the Force." another grin which may be creepy from a 15 year old teen age Lupe.

ThorneFang: ::smiles:: the glyphs are ones created by my clan...and I'll be happy to share with you if you like....but...I'm a werewolf...ripped asunder and reconstructed by the forces of chaos....rescued by Order, reconstructed again, went off of my own and ended up being a forest god in my adopted home world....::he smiles, the wolf was over three thousand years old had seen his share of creepy::

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "Wow, you sound like my soul guardian Fen Stridar. He used to be the evil deity of my homeland. Now he's good. He's been around for a long time. I would be happy to have the glyph. Truthfully, I want to look different some days as I often get rocks thrown at me in my own Den.

ThorneFang: ::arches a brow:: Rocks thrown at you? Why for?

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: She sat on the ground and looked up at him with brows furrowed in frustration. "I am technically 15 years old physically, but I was only born 6 months ago. A few magical and realm rift accidents aged me rapidly. That and my dad is a deity. I am considered a freak by others of my age. So...I am looking outside of my species for someone... special."

ThorneFang: ::arches a brow:: Quite a mature....6 months old m'dear. ::he chuckles softly and settles down on his haunches, still having to look down a bit:: I have no one my kind, so I can understand the feeling of being an outside....and I was even able to come to terms and stop impaling those people on ice spears....

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "Well dad won't let me kill the boys." sigh. "I have learned some of the darker arts of death and killing during an unwilling captivity with a goddess named Takkhisis that still haunts me. Yes, I am maturing more and more but not the easy way. Mostly by a lot of hard knocks. You do look wonderful. What color is your fur or your eyes?"

ThorneFang: ::tilts his head and hrms:: You can't tell hun...my fur is white....a gift from the celestials...my eyes blue as they were when I was born....they were green for a long time....but they weren't a pretty green....

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: She nods and files it away in her mind sorting the grays out more. "No I can not Thorne. For some reason, I see no color. All is gray or black.

ThorneFang: ::hrms and nods:: Color blind, not something that can heal, I assume it is your natural vision? ::he flicks his wings and thinks:: It could be changed though...not through glyphs however.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "It is my normal vision. Mother told me it can happen. Rare, but possible. I do so like to draw and sketch, but without color..." she sighs, "the pictures aren't as beautiful to me anymore."

ThorneFang: ::nods a bit and hrms:: If were in my domain, I could fix it without problems....or perhaps the next time I go to my home to recharge me and my acorn...::a series of words that likely makes little sense::

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: She just blinked her gray eyes at him. "Well there is no rush Thorne. I am starting to associate colors with shades of gray I see when I ask people what color are things. So at least I know what color they are supposed to be. But for now the glyph to have a human form would be nice." she grinned.

ThorneFang: ::hrms and nods, then sets his tome on the ground and opens up, an away of glyphs on the pages, his claw touches one and it glows a light blue:: Now...there are two ways to do this...one is through the power of a talisman....the other way is....more painful.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "Hmm. I can make talismans as I know how to merge glyphs with objects using alchemy. What is the painful way?"

MariaWolf13: ::a loud scream as she fell out of the nexus falling like a rock to the ground.::

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: Whips her head to the scream. Paws shoot out and Force energy floats under Maria like a soft pillow cushioning her fall.

ThorneFang: ::nods:: I can make them as well, made one for Rekah. The painful way is I carve a series of glyphs into your flesh...they will eventually sink in and bind with your spirit, giving you the ability without the need of an item of power.....what the hell? ::his ears perk, hearing the scream and the crashing arches a brow, seeing Lene catch Maria with a light grin over his still very lupine muzzle:: Nice save.

MariaWolf13: ::she would be laying there now on the ground her eyes closed tight and her arms wrapped around her own head. ::ehhhhhh ::she whines but notices she isn?t hurt she would open one eye and look around then sat up:: I'm...ok?

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "Yup. Caught ya with the Force mam." she looked to Thorne. "Uhm, cutting I am not keen on. That goddess that kidnapped liked to cut me for discipline. How about branding or tattooing?" then she looked to Maria. "Oops. I didn't mean to be rude, my name is Myrlene. Lene works too."

MariaWolf13: ::she would give a wolvish grin.:: Maria

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "Hi Maria." she sniffed a moment. "Hmm.. you're wolfish too aren't you?"

ThorneFang: ::shakes his head at Lene:: Sorry Lene, that's the only way. Glyph work is a blood business when it comes to permanent fusion.....::he turned his muzzle toward Maria and grinned:: Throught I scared ya off.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "Oh." she replied to Thorne. "Well, I can work with the glyph and make a talisman for now, and then see what I can do for something more permanent later."

ThorneFang: ::nods:: So it's infuse a Talisman then.
Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: Lene nodded. "Show me the glyphs needed, and I can I am sure I can make a talisman. My people are skilled in the art and use of soul magic and bending soul energy to our will." toothy grin.

ThorneFang: ::he smiles at Myrlene:: Find me an acorn then if ya would. ::the wolf worked with odd materials it seemed, he reached for the pouch he kept as his left hip now, suddenly remembering he needed a new shirt. he chuckled:: These are MY glyphs Lene...I wrote this book...long ago. ::he turns his head to Maria::C'mon over Maria....might get to see something interesting

MariaWolf13: ::she would nod standing up brushing her pants off and her matching corset top walking over to Thorne looking up to him from her 5'2'' height.::

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: Lene looked around and didn't see an acorn around. She scratched her ears then blinked once. Taking a claw, she sketched an array and several Lupesh glyphs in the array. Tapping paws together, she touched the array and it illuminated. To others the light would be green. To her vivid white. A little oak tree sprouted, about 2 feet tall, and put out a hand full of acorns. Lene grinned, and plucked one off and handed it to Thorne. "Here you go."

ThorneFang: ::is currently crouched on the ground, is wings flicking lightly as he dropped his hand into his sack, pulling out a fist sized acorn, the item glowing a soft green:: Oh...very nice. ::he taps his huge acorn:: this one will be growing my new home soon, I charged it when I was back in my domain....but I have enough power to share I think....shame I can't draw from the forests of these lands. ::his claws plucked the acorn from her paw gently:: This will do just fine...

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: She sat back and watched. The array spent, the oak tree withdrew back into the ground, waiting for it's chance to mature naturally.

ThorneFang: ::hrms and holds the acorn in his left paw claws, turning it slowly as the tip of his right index claw started to "draw" on the acorn itself, humming a little tune, which came out more of a growl as he worked around it's circumference:: Time to mix some magic....

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: She studied the glyphs that were glowing from Thornes book with interest. Her photographic memory etching them deep in her mind. She looked up and watched more closely as he worked the acorn.

ThorneFang: ::he clasped the acorn between both paws and focused. If either one could see the lines of power they would see two sources, a focused flow coming from his own spirit, and a more raw flow coming from the acorn itself. He pulled his paw away, the glyphs he drew ont he acorn now glowing a brilliant green before fading away:: There.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: Those gray eyes saw the magic flow and she blinked again in awe. "Beautiful."

MariaWolf13: ::She watched::So what percicly are you doiung Thorne?

ThorneFang: ::mmphs and staggered, still getting used to the feeling of not being able to replenish himself right away when he did things like this:: Mmm, be time for a trip home again before I decimate the deer population again....::he turned his head to Maria:: Lene wished for a way to have herself a human form, so I'm granting the request.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: She looked to Maria then to the Thorne and then back at his open book making sure she had the Glyph's right.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: Lene stood and walked over to the staggering Thorne. She knew the effects he was feeling. She reached out planted a paw on him. Warm energy would flow into him if his will allowed it. She was tapping her soul freely and using the Force to keep her soul energy steady while she would let energy flow out.

ThorneFang: ::smiles, watching lene's eyes:: How can you be sure all the glyphs you need are on this page? ::he winks:: Do not worry, I will teach you all you wish to learn from them. I've not had a student in a very long time.

MariaWolf13: If you use to much are you going to go back to that human form you hated?

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: She smiled more. "Okay. I have yet to find a teacher that will sit long enough and teach me and not run off on some heroic errand."

ThorneFang: ::hrms and shakes his head:: No...if I use to much I'll turn into something much worse....however, I use none of my Life energy in my human form...

MariaWolf13: ::she crosses her arms under her chest.:: I see

ThorneFang: ::he thinks a moment:: I suppose that form has a purpose after all....::seems a bit loathe to admit the fact::

MariaWolf13: This is going to be interesting to watch

ThorneFang: ::smirks at Maria:: Interesting isn't the word I would pick

Azzure-Starlight: Oh looki here, the drunk, little hatchling was sneaking back into the glen to head to the lair before he mama, Icer found out that she was gone...

ThorneFang: Only two people in Rhy'din have seen me at my worst...I'd like to keep it that way ::he grins wolfishly...as if he could pick another way to grin::

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: Lene looked to Maria. "What's wrong with being human?"

MariaWolf13: Oh being human has its advantages. ::she says looking her crystal blues to Lene.:: But I get hypocritical some times...so don't listen to my words...I'm just a simple human myself.

Azzure-Starlight: There was a blink, then she turned her head in the sound of voices... Detour time! She Scampered un evenly up to the group of three.. Look! Maria, who she bit the other night!

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: A sniff and her gray eyes look at Maria. She knew better than to believe the just a simple human part.

ThorneFang: :he gives Maria a look and a smirk:: You can fool my human nose....but....::he taps his muzzle::

MariaWolf13: ::she would blink at the two but then heard a ruffle in the grass and bushes looking and spots the hatchling:: .....OH GOD NO PLEASE!

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: See's the hatchling as well. It looked kinda uhm..cute? She looked back to Thorned. "So, uhm, how does the talisman work?"

ThorneFang: ::turns his muzzle and flicks his wings, arching a brow at the little dragon, then again at Maria's response, then to the hatching::: ....really?

Azzure-Starlight: There was a squawk then an innocent blink as she sat at Lene's feet... <I>"what did i do?"</I> she asked innocently using though speak..

ThorneFang: ::blinks at Lene's question:: Oh, I almost forgot. Hold the acorn in your hand and close your fist around it, I'll bind it to you. Then you will simply need to have it on your person and focus on being human.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: Blinks down at Azzure. Oh boy, another one in my head. <I>I don't mind it Lene. She's better than Aunt Takki. </I>You have a point Tinn. She fixed Azure with her gray eyes. *I don't think you did anything wrong yet cutie.* paw reaches out to touch the hatchling. Calm radiates from her through the Force.

MariaWolf13: ::she would stand there as if ready to run. staring down the hatchling.:: Noooooo bitie...

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: Lene looked back over to Thorne. Paw hovering over the hatchling. "Okay." She walked over to Thorne and took the acorn gently in her paws. "But, how do I focus on being human?"

ThorneFang: ::looks from Maria to the Hatchling, and back again:: Nothing to fear from that one...hell, I was slaying old wyrms when I was 50 years old ::sure...he was a demonic slayer at the time, but mere details::

Azzure-Starlight: There was a dragonic smile at both Lene and Maria.. <I>'Don't worry, i will.......not" </I>she said, sniffing maria's ankle, <I>"Still sore?"</I>

ThorneFang: ::he takes the fist sized Acron in his paw, touching it to lene's closed one, the life energy flows again, his own spirit mixing with the raw force in the acorn, bonding the acorn to Lene's spirit....it's not the same as a blood glyph bonding, but it'll work for now::

MariaWolf13: :she would swallow hard and shake her head no to the hatchling. she then looked to thorne::what happens to be your profession right now.

ThorneFang: ::grunts, it was the second time he drew so much force form himself in two days time, he shifted his form, his wings drawing into this body, his fur receding, returning to his human form, slightly enlarged canines being the only hint of his true origin::

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: She blinked watching him change. "Oh....my..."

ThorneFang: ::he hrms and looks to Maria:: Forest God :said with all seriousness in the world:: he rubbed the back of his head:: But not being in my own forest is draining.....

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: She looked down at the acorn in her paw and wondered if she could do it.

MariaWolf13: ::she watched him and smiled warmly but the moment he said God she threw her hands up into the air starting to walk away::Damn it!

Azzure-Starlight: <I>I could make it sore again.. </I>She looked to the newly transformed Human, and squawked, before running up to him and latching on to his ankle ..biting hard.

ThorneFang: ::still without his shirt, his fur covers a dozens of scars that are exposed to the moonlight, almost looking like his skin was a patchwork were it not all the same tone. he stands and goes to find his shirt:: It's the best way to describe it, I'm quite bonded to my forest...::he started to slip his shirt back on, covering up those scars of his:: Maybe guardian...or spirit would be more precise...but I have my own temple at home....it' since, I grew it myself...

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: So just think you're human Lene girl. Cant be that hard? "Uhm, Thorne, if I go human, can I still work my magic?"

MariaWolf13: ::she turns and points her finger at Thoirne:: why is it i get involved with "Gods"....gods are stupid and senseless, WHY CANT PEOPLE AROUND HERE BE NORMAL!?

ThorneFang: ::nods to Lene:: Think of it like making a wish...you've made a wish before, yes? And of course. You are still you, it's just your body that has changed...so unless your magic requires a certain body part that doesn?t exist on a human, you are fine.

MariaWolf13: ::she growls the ends of her hair spiking again.::

ThorneFang: ::arches a brow at maria:: You're, at least, a wolf pretending to be human...and I reckon something more, and you're yelling a me about normal? besides, I'm not god or guardian in Rhydin...

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "hey. my dad is kind, loving, and healing and he is a deity." she quirked a purple furred eyebrow at Maria, the closed her paw arond the Acorn, and closed her eyes. Human. <I>Human? </I>yes, I want to be a human.

ThorneFang: He takes a finger and taps a finger rightly on Maria's nose::: Don't be so judgmental

Azzure-Starlight: There was a growl from the hatchling as she bit down harder on THorne's ankle..

MariaWolf13: ::she would look wide eyed at the two.:: i....::she didnt want to say she was a half breed to dig herself deeper.:: Gods are just rude...i was engaged to one and now i'm left alone with his three sons. ::her eyes crossed to her nose when he tapped it.::

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: She felt funny. A bit hot, and she got a right ripping headache as her body felt fluid. Lene felt wobbly on her feet. She kept her eyes closed but kept thinking human no matter what she felt.

ThorneFang: ::he blinks and looks down at the hatchling:: What are you doing. lil whelp? ::he reaches down and grips the hatchling by the back of her neck and tugs her up::

MariaWolf13: ::she looked to Lene:: Should we tell her that it hurts like hell?

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: Nausea came and went. She felt taller, and something new was felt. Wind on her cheek. She brushed her cheek, not with furred paws, but, fingers. She opened her eyes and about screamed. "I....I....I....color."

ThorneFang: ::hrms back at Maria:: She shouldn't feel much more than a tingle, she ddn't go with the blood glyphs...that first time hurts like hell...::he looks down at the lil dragon in his grip::

Azzure-Starlight: There was a growl as she bit harder on his ankle... He was gonna have one hell of a time getting her off.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: Lene looked herself over in awe. Slightly tanned skin, graceful arms and legs. Her clothes fit better now even though she went from 3.5 to 4.5 in height. Better than that, she looked around at the world wasn't gray. Color, oh Lupis, color! She saw striking purple locks of hair hanging in front of her gray eyes. "Oh Thorne. Thank you." she started to cry in joy.

ThorneFang: ::huffs, it hurt, but considering the number of scars he had, he had been hurt by much worse and much bigger. It was time to utilize something that didn't require his lupine form, he touched her back scales and started to drop the temperature on the little dragon...very rapidly, blinking and looking up, smiling at Lene:: Well, don't you make a cute lil girl?

MariaWolf13: ::she would sigh and smile warmly to Lene the ends of her hair laying back flat::

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: Wiping tears away from her cheeks, she pulled her silver armlet off and it shifted to a silver chain and clasped. She mounted the acorn on it and hung it around her neck. She was still in awe but happy. "How do I shift back?" her voice still shaky with emotion.

Azzure-Starlight: At first there was another growl, then a blink, Why was he back so suddely cold? After a moment she let go of his ankle and latched on to the hand that was touchng her with an angry growl.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: While she waited for Thornes answer, she looked to Maria. "My dad is a deity in Lupinoss, but here, he is a healer. My mom is just really good with alchemy, but now she has lost her magic. I am the result of their love."

ThorneFang: ::hrms looking up at Lene, he smiled:: You wished to be human, wish to be normal once again.... ::he blinked, being bitten in a new place. his hand was still radiating intense cold these as well. He lifted his left hand, the free one, making sure that the lil hatchling can see it, eight spikes shooting out form his hand, letting her know what he's capable with ice manipulation:: Do you wish to be on my hand, little dragon?

ThorneFang: ::not that he knew her well, but...:: I'm gonna have a chat with Icer....

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: Lene just smiled. "Thank you Thorne. I must go now, it is late, but I will visit with you often, teacher." she smiled with very human lips and teeth. She turn and darted off down one of the trails back to the city. She was barefoot, but if felt good, and the colors she could see now. Oh my.

Lene sifted through her room. The house, so loving and peaceful was leveled during the attack on the Den from Takhesis. With Alchemy, Lene had raised the house from the ashes. Though the house was raised, everything inside was a jumbled mess as items were restored where they lay when the house collapsed.

She had spent so much time at the Clinic with dad. She paused in sorting out some sketches she found on the floor. Dad had gone insane when mom died and tried to kill himself. She spent 3 weeks pulling the pieces back together, and now Dad was himself again. She heard him rummaging through the house, restoring some order to the chaos.

She laid the sketches on her bed and picked up some de-shelved books. She hoped life would go back to normal. The Den was being rebuilt, and Anya had a possible way to bring mom back. A thought made her blush under her fur. Dad had given consent last night for her to have a boyfriend. So many possibilities were happening. Only one black cloud remained. Takhesis. But there were others working on making that cloud vanish.

Her paw brushed against something squarish and metal. She moved a book and smiled. She found her holocron. She hugged the device. Definitely more possibilities. Not only did it record her memories, but it had lessons to be learned still from Ember Pallin, her Jedi Master.

Lene sat in her room with the lights off. It was the second night in the rebuilt house and she was mulling over several things. She juggled the holocron for a bit, then stopped and sat up. She hooked the sensors to her mind and let her thoughts wander back to the night dad recovered from his insanity. The thoughts were both tense and pleasant:

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: Soft clinking is heard walking down the stairs, and a soft voice nearing that of Ammys. "Few more steps. Take it easy."

Fleetwolf: Leg whirred slightly as Fleet adjusted to walking on stairs with his metal leg. Paw not leaving the hand rail.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: She reached the bottom of the stairs and helped Fleet down. Her attire was not the usual Ammy uniform or satin dress. "I got you dad. One more step, there you go. Solid ground." She had her arms around Fleet's waist. Lene was donned in chain mail top, ornate, steel breastplate, leather pants, and scale mail chaps colored a light green. She also had fighting gauntlets studded for you discomfort.

Fleetwolf: He looked around a bit. "Where are we?"

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "The underground Arena. Duels happen down here." she let go of his waist but held his mechanical paw as he walked. She pointed to the knot of people. "Okay, lets see how well the memory picking is today. Who are they?" she asked softly.

Maranya Valkonan: Delicate my backside. He's kicked my rump twice. ::She nods to Myrlene and Fleet::

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: Lene waved to Anya with a clink of gauntlet.

LadyAjaBird: ::waves at Fleet and Lene::

Fleetwolf: He watched the group as he walked. His mind looking at the thorn thicket and the juicy memories pleading to be picked. He got close and pulled his mental paw back as thorns lunged at the paw. "I... don't know.."

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: Lene just nodded to Fleet. "No rush dad. Just keep trying." she helped Fleet to a barstool.

CptStephenKidd: :Pausing at the bottom of the stairs to survey the scene before quipping.:: I leave fer one week an' I come back tae find men rollin' around wit' other men. ::He shook his head as he headed towards said bar.::

LadyAjaBird: ::more chuckling at the oil and looks back over the bar at Tru and Rico:: Nice one! Come on Rico!

True Blood: ::sticks a finger up his own nose and brings it down toward Rico's face, slowly:: Hair comment punishment 176.34-RB, clearly states I must do this.

Maranya Valkonan: ::And if Aja looks in her black leather satchel at the bar, the bottle of almond oil is all she sees and can find::

Rico Tharadon: Aja! I'm gonna kill you. -tries to get away from Tru- Damn it Tru!

LadyAjaBird: ::glances back at Stephen:: Ah.. the happy pirate returns and so soon.

True Blood: ::goes to wipe it on his cheek:: Ewwwwww!

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: She hears that. "Oh yeah Stephen. Men rollin with men on the deck, and sailors bellow with bonny sheep. It's a deprave lot tonight." she grinned making her way behind the bar for drinks.

Maranya Valkonan: Good evening, Stephen.

Rico Tharadon: -groans- Damn it, Tru... You are so gonna get it.

CptStephenKidd: When yer good it dun ta'e ye lon' Aja. ::A tip of the hat to Myrlene.:: Anya ya foxy beauty.

LadyAjaBird: ::simply nods at Stephen:: Ok.

True Blood: Oh.. are you threatening me again after a legal punishment? Hair COmment Sub-Rule section 45244.2332.4, paragraph 12, sentence 9, word 12.. *the*. States I can wipe another one on you.

Rico Tharadon: -gets up wiping his face with a bar rag-

Maranya Valkonan: ::She spins in place, which does nice things to that calf length hem of her watered green silk dress:;

True Blood: ::snickers:: That's what hair comments will get ya. Aja, yuo can insult.. my hair? WHole world of difference.

LadyAjaBird: ::leans on the bar looking at Tru and Rico:: Boys.. behave now. Speaking of hair, Tru.. number 748 is out of place. ::grinning::

Fleetwolf: Eyes the fighting men with concern. "Should we stop them?" Paw starting to rise and eyes starting to glow.

Rico Tharadon: -points at Tru and looks at Aja- He's a menace.

True Blood: What?? Enrique!! ::runs off to the locker room, hands holding his hair down::

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: Head pops up. "Stand down Soldier." she spoke to Fleet and held him with her gray eyes until the paw would lower.

Maranya Valkonan: He cannot insult my sister, <I>Pravilno. I </I>will spank him for that. ::Pause:: <I>Nyet, </I>he would enjoy that far too much.

LadyAjaBird: ::grins as Tru goes to the locker room and looks at Rico:: Just gotta know what works.

Rico Tharadon: -shakes his head and sits down at the bar- I am so outnumbered.

LadyAjaBird: Why. Yes. Yes you are. ::pats Rico on the shoulder with a grin::

Fleetwolf: Hears the command and lowers his paw. "They looked hostile sir." he replied a bit muddled. He looked to the woman speaking, letting his blue eyes rest on Anya. A juicy memory fell from the vine into his mental paws. His mind was famished for memory it devoured the memory. "A..ny..a?" he said the name slow and haltingly.

Rico Tharadon: -shakes his head- I hate you some days. -can't hide the smile that is forming-

True Blood: ::he comes back out:: Enrique was *not* out of place.

LadyAjaBird: ::chuckles at Tru:: Oh I'm sorry.. Trick of light

Maranya Valkonan: But, you are cute, Whipped Brat. ::Heading Rico's way, she deposits a kiss to each cheek:: <I>Da, </I>Floofy Brat Fleet, it is I, Anya.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: Drinks acquired, she walked around the bar and near Tru. "Hair thinning? I have a spell that can make the hair from your southern end migrate to yer north pole, if you don't mind short and curly." feral grin and a naughty wink as she plunked by Fleet. "Good dad, that is Anya."

Rico Tharadon: -drinks his beer and shakes his head at Aja and Tru-

LadyAjaBird: ::ruflles Rico's hair with a grin:: Aw, buck up.

Fleetwolf: He blinked and smiled weakly remembering a name. He held arms out for a hug from Anya.

True Blood: ::wanders over to Aja and leans against her:: Drunkyet?

Maranya Valkonan: ::Heading Fleet's way, said hug is gladly given::

LadyAjaBird: ::shakes her head and looks at Tru:: Why?

Rico Tharadon: -sighs heavily-

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "There ya go dad. Already getting hugs from women." another grin. It was forced and very cheery. She sipped at a bottle and refrained from making a face. It was a dark ale that Mog usually drank.

Rico Tharadon: -then looks back at Anya giving her a wink-

True Blood: Curious. What's wrong with booger face?

Maranya Valkonan: ::Saucy wink for WB::

Fleetwolf: "How you been Anya? Hows the husband, and the kids?"

Rico Tharadon: -looks at Tru- I shall get even, Tru.

True Blood: I got a lot of boogers to share, Rico.

Maranya Valkonan: My fiances are both well, and I don't have any children, yet. You?

LadyAjaBird: ::chuckles at Tru and Rico:: Boys.. play nice.

True Blood: ::sniffles a few times::

Rico Tharadon: -looks at Aja- He started it.

True Blood: (s) Still don't know why he is naked and taking pictures of me.. ::whispered to Aja::

LadyAjaBird: Oh my god.. what are you? Five? ::looks at Rico and then nudges Tru:: Behave you.

Maranya Valkonan: Actually you did, Rico, by saying what you did.

Fleetwolf: "Fiances? But I was at your wedding, and even helped with the whelping of your daughter and son." very confused.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: A look to Fleet. "Dad, are you here, or there?" is all she asked.

Rico Tharadon: -glances back at Anya and grins- But it was funny.

True Blood: ::sticks his tongue out at Rico when Aja's not looking:: Yeah, Rico.. five?

Maranya Valkonan: Mm. ::Another hug for Fleet, and a worried look for Myrlene above his head::

LadyAjaBird: ::settles back on her bar stool and reclaims her beer with a grin:: Tru.. Play nice.

Rico Tharadon: -looks at Aja then glances at Tru- Remind me again, why don't I drop crates on him?

LadyAjaBird: Cause he gets bigger and can squish you. And I do not want my yards tore up by you two.

Fleetwolf: He leaned into the hug, mind whirling in confusion as he swore she was married and had children.

Maranya Valkonan: ::In her fondest dreams perhaps::

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: She looked to Anya, and mouthed silently. "We need to talk."

Rico Tharadon: Right. -drinks his beer-

Maranya Valkonan: ::Nod to Myrlene::

Fleetwolf: He released Anya from the hug and sat hunched over, brows furrowed and ears flattened. He was mentally willing the storm in his mind to settle. He felt something collide with him mentally. It was a memory and he devoured it.

True Blood: Yeah, Rico.. grow up. ::leaning behind Aja's field of vision and making taunting faces at Rico::

Rico Tharadon: -glances at Tru then looks at Aja- Can I shave his head?

LadyAjaBird: ::almost spits her beer and laughs:: No.

True Blood: ::looks shocked:: Such terrible words.. and I didn't do anything to deserve them

LadyAjaBird: ::chuckles::

Maranya Valkonan: ::Released from the hug, she heads to Rico, and whispers:;

Rico Tharadon: -scoffs then smiles a little looking at Tru-

True Blood: ::snickers::

Rico Tharadon: -listens carefully to Anya, smiles broadly and kisses Anya's cheek- You do like me.

LadyAjaBird: ::curious look to Rico and Anya and then looks at Tru:: You best behave.

Maranya Valkonan: I never said I didn't. ::Returning the cheek kiss, and adding another to balance::

True Blood: But she *loves* me. ::smiles big and makes a neener neener neener face at RIco::

Rico Tharadon: -smiles warmly at her- Thanks Gorgeous.

Maranya Valkonan: Also correct.

Fleetwolf: Something else collided with him mentally. *You're looking lost and tired love. Let me. Brakoo!* Fleet was even more in shock. Ammy was standing by him in his mind. The winds tore more and Ammy held her ground shouting the command more. Eventually the wind relented and settled down. A furred paw brushed the hair out of Fleets eyes. *I am here for you always love. Stay strong.* She hugged him. Fleet leaned back against the bar in a daze.

True Blood: WHat did I do?? ::to Aja at her comment::

LadyAjaBird: ::grins at Tru:: Rico will get even. When he does, I'm going to giggle.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: Rolls her eyes at Tru and Rico. She was not her normal self tonight. "Don't make me whoop both of you guys. You may be tough, but that's nothing compared to a girl. We pop out yer kids and momma them for years, so we can handle brats of any size." she looked over her dark ale.

True Blood: I've planned get backs for a hundred or more years.. he's got nothing! Nothing I say! ::maniacal laughter::

True Blood: Granted, I don't remember any of them, but I can think up some more! ::more laughter and blows a kiss to Myr with a wink::

LadyAjaBird: ::chuckles at Tru:: Ok.. but I done warned ya.

True Blood: Wait.. you didn't mother any of my kids, Myrlene..

Rico Tharadon: -grins at Aja- So.. Alain's two ships.. anything else?

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "How do you know?" serious look. She could play this game.

LadyAjaBird: Nah.. Those two I want out of the yards this week. We're so dang close to finishing that contract, it ain't even funny.

Maranya Valkonan: ::And, before she rounds the bar, she deposits a pair of kisses to Tru's cheeks::

Rico Tharadon: What about Padriq's?

LadyAjaBird: We'll bust tail on that one next week. But the ones for Alain.. ::serious look:: I need them out of my yard.

Rico Tharadon: -notes the look and nods- You got it, boss.

True Blood: ::grins at Anya:: Love you too. ::glances at Rico, his grin a little less, but still there::

LadyAjaBird: ::simple nod about it and sips her beer:: Boys have been doing good. Could stand to give them a could a three day weekend here and there. Ya think?

Maranya Valkonan: Motion carries. ::Smile back, as she pours up a tall glass of cranberry-raspberry juice, ice cold, and sets it out for Tru::

Fleetwolf: Closes his eyes, breathing slows. <I>You're dead. </I> Ammy looked at him with her green eyes. *What makes you say that?* paws on her hips like the good old days. <I>I was told your dead. </I>Ammy frowned slightly. *Being told is never an accurate gauge to go by. What do you feel?*

True Blood: Um.. because I don't have any kids? ::to Myr:: Except Hochi.

Rico Tharadon: -looks at Aja curiously but nods- Yeah. Might be a nice thing to do.

True Blood: Thanks, cutie. ::to Anya and taking the glass:: Um.. a break before that *other* ship is done? ::to Aja::

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: She had him. "True, true. But remember all the ladies you turned pregger's from looking at them? Hmm?" she looked to Anya and leaned close. "Dad has been having memories from what I can only guess is future events way down the road."

LadyAjaBird: Just an occasion three day weekend for the boys. They've been busting their tails. ::looks at Tru:: Alains two ships are getting done and out of my yards first though.

Maranya Valkonan: You're welcome, handsome. ::Pouring up a glass of the juice for herself::

Rico Tharadon: -steals another curious look at the boss and then takes a drink of his beer thinking about it-

LadyAjaBird: ::sips her beer, her leg kickin back and forth::

Fleetwolf: <I>I don't feel that you're dead. I refuse to believe you're dead.</I> Ammy tapped her ghostly chin. *Why, Fleet? Why do you refuse to accept what has happened?* <I>You were too strong to die. You have come close so many times and have come back. You are not dead. Just somewhere else and I will find you.</I>

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: She looked back to True. "Well? I have a list with names asking for child support. C'mon, man up."

Maranya Valkonan: ::Snorfle of cran-raspberry juice::

LadyAjaBird: ::grins at Lene and winks at Tru:: Wow, Tru.. you were the most potent virgin in the world then. ::grins::

True Blood: ::sighs:: Right, Aja.. sorry. Ha! Aja already told me that stuff isn't possible!

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: Raised eybrows and she mentally whispered a word. "Eelaaroo." Lene's belly swelled and she looked prego. She gasped in shock. "Tru! Stop it. See!" She points to her belly.

LadyAjaBird: ::cackles at Lene's antics::

True Blood: But I'm.. ::glances at Aja and then nods;: Oh.. right. Ack!!!! ::covers his eyes::

Fleetwolf: Ammy flitted over to the vines of memories searching them. Finding what she wants she pulls them. The thorns never moving against her. <I>Why don't the thorns hurt you? </I>Floating back to Fleet's mental image, she smiled sadly. *The thorns are there to hurt you, not me. Your refusal to accept my death has made you seal away the memories of everything in blind denial. Look at these. Please.* she handed Fleet the memories.

Maranya Valkonan: Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "Deelaaroo" she whispered mentally and her belly returned to normal, and she laughed looking to Anya. "What? I can't wait to pull that on my first boyfriend."

LadyAjaBird: ::chuckles at Lene::

Maranya Valkonan: Don't you dare.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "Why not? A guy willing to stick around after that has got to be a keeper."

LadyAjaBird: Yeah.. but that prank.. finding out it's not true.. that's when he would leave.::idly said then a sip of beer::

Maranya Valkonan: And he will likely be ticked off that you pulled a stunt like that, too.

Maranya Valkonan: ::Pause:: Algie. Out.

True Blood: Wait.. ::uncovers his eyes:: That has to be a trick.

LadyAjaBird: ::grins sweetly:: He missed you.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "Right, right. Back to plan B again. Good ol tazer."

True Blood: Aja said it isn't possible... so it has to be a trick.

Maranya Valkonan: What is plan C?

LadyAjaBird: Going bat arse crazy on em with knife. ::offered helpfully::

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: She smacked a gauntleted fist into her other gauntleted palm. "Club em and drag em to my cave." evil grins.

Rico Tharadon: Crazy in general, Aja. -smirks-

Maranya Valkonan: Mm. C for castration. Or club.

True Blood: Wow.. now *she* likes the rough stuff.

LadyAjaBird: ::whacks Rico on the arm::

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: A wink to Tru. "You haven't seen my room have you."

LadyAjaBird: ::grins at Tru and sips her beer::

Fleetwolf: The horsplay around the Fleet sounded so far away in his mind. He looked to Ammy's ghost and at the memories. He absorbed them. He saw the attacks from Takhesis. Siv wanting the orb, he's blind teleport home to Lupinoss. The fires of Takhesis lighting his realm ablaze. The cursed unleashed. His turning. The memories flooded him. He saw the final battle and saw Ammy go down from a death knight and a lich. He watched himself turn her body into a soul gem. He sank to his knees.

Rico Tharadon: -nudges Aja's arm- See ya in the morning.

LadyAjaBird: ::looks at Rico:: Yeah. Morning. ::nods a bit and sips her beer::

True Blood: Um.. no, no I haven't.

True Blood: Night, booger face.

Maranya Valkonan: Take care, Rico.

Rico Tharadon: -gives a pair of cheek kisses to Anya and shakes his head at Tru- Night Tru.

Rico Tharadon: -waves to the others and heads up and out-

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "You'd love it. Whips, chains, pink fuzzy handcuffs. Oh and the rack. I keep telling guys I like em on their backs in duels. They're so fun to play with!" score one for over active imagination.

Maranya Valkonan: ::She returns the favor before Rico heads out:;

True Blood: Whips?

LadyAjaBird: ::sisp her beer listen to Lene and Tru::

True Blood: I heard some people like those.

LadyAjaBird: *sips

LadyAjaBird: ::grins a little and toys with the label on her beer::

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "Cat of nine tails is fun. So are these tiny little clamps that fit on your..." sip of ale.

LadyAjaBird: ::chuckles at Lene:: Amen sweetie.

True Blood: On what?

LadyAjaBird: ::wicked smile and a sip of beer:: Nipples, Tru.

True Blood: ::looking between the women:: What?? Why??

Fleetwolf: Ammy's paws gently rested on his shoulders. *The truth hurts love. I did die. It was not your fault. I chose to save you. I protect Lene for now against Takhesis, but you two have been shattered by my death. Anya has a body nearly ready for me. I am coming back to the living.* she kissed him on the fore head. <I>I Was supposed to protect you. You are my life. You died. </I>*Fleet, I died saving you so you would be with Lene. She is not ready to be on her own.*

LadyAjaBird: ::starts to laugh:: Cause it's fun, Tru.

AldermynesLegacy: Shay walked into the arena and headed to the bar, giving a warm wave to Tru and Aja.

True Blood: Oh.. how is th.... wait.. ::blinks:: How do you know???

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: Lene giggles. "Black guards love them." she was thumping the bar top.

Maranya Valkonan: ::She just shakes her head at Aja and Myrlene:;

LadyAjaBird: ::waves at Shay and grins at Tru:: I'm a very naughty little girl.

True Blood: ::waves to Shay without even knowing who he's waving too, he was staring wide eyed and open mouthed at Aja and saw her wave,so he did too::

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "And I have a body guard who loves to talk when you start asking his mount personal questions." oh yes, she had Mogriil pegged down.

LadyAjaBird: ::chuckles at Lene:: A little dirty talk is good. Long as they never ask you to call them daddy.. that's just disturbing.

True Blood: ::just stares at Aja::

Fleetwolf: Fleet didn't look up to Ammy's ghost. <I>I failed in that too. I tried to kill myself to be with you.</I> Ammy smiled a little. *Noble thought dear one, but I would be sad if you left our daughter alone in this world. And stop blaming yourself. I didn't mary you for your perfection. I married you because you were someone who knew he was flawed and not perfect. your strength is learning and moving on. Don't stop now. Get up and be the Fleet I know.*

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: Lene laughed a little. That wasn't that funny. A look to Fleet and noted he was somewhere far away in his mind. "I draw the line at saddles and fake hooves. I am not that type of girl." another grin. Where oh where did she get this information from?

LadyAjaBird: A saddle? ::ponders this:: Only if it's on them.. and even then.. doesn't sound like fun.

Maranya Valkonan: ::Snorfling more juice. No, she doesn't want to know::

LadyAjaBird: ::grins and winks at Tru::

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: Winks. "The saddle if for us... but that's another story the pirate hunter is not sailing to."

LadyAjaBird: ::ponders what Lene says thinking about it.. then shakes her head:: Now.. I'm kinky.. but that one.. slipping right by me.

True Blood: ::shakes his head at Aja::. you think you know your best friend.. then whips, saddles and nipple clamps get thrown into the mix.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "Don't forget the cherry wood man loaf." she winked.

LadyAjaBird: No saddles.. and cat of nine tails.. those are more fun. Cherry wood...what? ::blinks at Lene::

AldermynesLegacy: She leaned over the bar to grab a beer and sat down. "So whats shakin tonight, guys?"

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: Wicked grin. "You know, good ol wooden man banana."

LadyAjaBird: Shay? I think I have to go to the RhyDin sex shop.

LadyAjaBird: ::laughs at Lene:: Ah.. that

AldermynesLegacy: She grinned. "Pack it up lady! Lets go!"

LadyAjaBird: ::watches Shay make like the Roadrunner::

AldermynesLegacy: "I could use a trip there." She smiled.

LadyAjaBird: ::chuckles:: What do you think, Tru? Wanna go with the girls?

Fleetwolf: <I>I will love. I will get up. I have been beating myself up for too long.</I> He stood in his mind, and looked at the thorns. His eyes glowed. <I>Barries of my mind, restrainers of sanity, chains of lunacy, pits of dispair. Hear thy master. I put you up, I am taking you down! From prying you guard, memories you steal. Relenquish your captives. Luupromaa Fiirrii Wiiroo Flaamaarii! </I>Rolling waves of fire leap out hungrily at the thorns, searing and burning, eating the guardians. Memories rained down.

Maranya Valkonan: ::Pondering a trip to said shop herself::

True Blood: Now? ::blinks::

LadyAjaBird: ::grins a bit thinking what has to be in a RhyDin sex shop:: Nah. we'll go during the day sometime.. less freaks during the day.

Maranya Valkonan: Sure, go when I have to be responsible. ::Wink, sip from her juice::

LadyAjaBird: Could go on a Saturday. ::grins at Anya::

Maranya Valkonan: Lessons. ::Smile:: But, I could use more edible body paints...

AldermynesLegacy: "The freaks are what make it fun!"

LadyAjaBird: Mmmm body paint. Shay, luv. We are the freaks. ::winks at her pal::

True Blood: Oh yeah.. during the day. ::rolls his eyes::

AldermynesLegacy: She giggled. "I should make Rico come with us!"

LadyAjaBird: You want to go now, Tru?

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "Edible body paint? How does that work without getting a mouth full of hair?" She was curious.

LadyAjaBird: ::grins at Lene:: Might not work the same for you. ::chuckles at Shay:: Yeah.. that won't be traumatic to go to with the boss lady.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "Well, I could shift.." she tapped the acorn. "Will have to say, taking a shower with no fur, I look...different."

True Blood: ::just looks back and forth between the women::

AldermynesLegacy: She grinned. "Makes it all the more fun.. im still looking for a way to make that man blush!"

LadyAjaBird: ::snickers at Shay:: I don't know that you can..he's pretty even keeled about stuff. ::looks at Tru:: So.. you wanna go now? ::grinning like mad::

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "Can I come? I need some visual lessons."

AldermynesLegacy: "Come on Tru you dont have a choice! You owe me a shopping day!" She looked to Lene.. "Are you 18?"

Fleetwolf: Blinks out of his long daze looking around.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "No. 15." she muttered.

AldermynesLegacy: "Cant get in sweety.. im sorry. They ask for ID at the door."

True Blood: I... whatever you want, Aja. Is this place really real or are you girls just yanking me?

Fleetwolf: Hears a few snippets of the conservation. "And just where are you going young lady? ID required." He looked at Lene with very clear eyes.

LadyAjaBird: ::grins at Fleet:: Nah.. she can't go.. not old enough.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "Dad? Dad!" she dropped bottle of ale to the floor and hugged him.

Fleetwolf: "She better not be going to this sex shop, Aja." he looked down at Lene and tisked. "I am out of it for a few weeks and you're minds in the gutter." then he smiled. "Just like your mother. Hi Anya. Hows the fiances?"

AldermynesLegacy: "Want a few shots before we go?" She grinned to Aja.

Maranya Valkonan: ::Smile:: Both well, Floofy Brat, but busy as always.

LadyAjaBird: Bring it. Drunken sex shop shopping is fun.

AldermynesLegacy: "Poison of choice?" She grinned pulling out 2 shot glasses.

Fleetwolf: He nodded to Anya. "Good to hear." then he blinked. "Oh no. I'll have a mound of files to catch up on for my rounds."

LadyAjaBird: Tequila!

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: She was crying in joy and just kept herself wrapped around Fleet like velcro.

Maranya Valkonan: I finally figured out what being SIC is. The responsible one who has to be sober enough to bail the reprobates out. ::Over to Fleet:: My Chief Resident will ease you back into things.

AldermynesLegacy: She smiled pulling a bottle of tequilla from the shelf and filled the glasses.

LadyAjaBird: ::grins at Anya::

Fleetwolf: He nodded to Anya. So glad to have his mind right again. Then he paused a moment and thought on something nagging the back of his mind. "Did I say anything strange to you tonight, Anya?"

Maranya Valkonan: Just a little, about me being married with a son and daughter you helped whelp.

AldermynesLegacy: She passed a shot to Aja and lifted her own in toast. "To a night of hillarious fun!"

LadyAjaBird: ::toasts with the shot:: Here here

AldermynesLegacy: She tossed the shot back, letting the liquid burn all they way down grinning.

Fleetwolf: He closed his eyes and thought a moment, and just smiled. "If things take the right turns down the road, you will, Anya. You will. But the future never stays the same when you look at it."

True Blood: ::keeps staring wide eyed and open mouthed at AJa's continued words::

LadyAjaBird: ::slams the shot back:: I loves the tequila.

Maranya Valkonan: Beyond willing. I want to give them healthy sons. But what we are blessed with... will be.

AldermynesLegacy: She smiled pouring a second round, thinking 3 double shots should do the trick for them. If they drank it fast enough it would all hit them at once.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "Are you really back?" she asked hopeful. Her tail flicked and thumped liked thunder against the bar.

LadyAjaBird: ::winks at Tru again and picks up the second shot:: Down the hatch.

Fleetwolf: "Last time I checked." he looked to Ammy's soul gem on the head band and smiled softly. He pulled Lene close, gave her a kiss on the cheek and then kissed the gem. "Thank you my love for the help." he whispered.

AldermynesLegacy: She grinned and poured the liquid into her mouth in unison with Aja. "Its going to be a great night, Tru!"

True Blood: ::jumps;: What??

Maranya Valkonan: You have my number, Aja, in the event I have to bail you out.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "Yes, yes, yes. Happy birthday Dad! I know it's late, but I made you a cake and everything."

LadyAjaBird: We'll be good kids. We've got Tru. How much trouble could we possibly get into? ::famous last words::

Maranya Valkonan: Do you really want me to speculate on that?

LadyAjaBird: ::shakes her head:: Nope.

Maranya Valkonan: Didn't think you did.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: A glance to Anya. "Hey, I could follow them and snap pics with my phone when they get caught." evil grin.

LadyAjaBird: ::giggles and down goes that second shot::

AldermynesLegacy: She laughed pouring them both another double shot. "And as soon as we are done.. im stumbling my way home to a certain sexy first mate!"

LadyAjaBird: ::grins at that:: Just let him sleep at some point. We got a lot of work to do tomorrow.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "Really need a boy." she mumbled.

Maranya Valkonan: Do that. You have my number. I'll burn another CD.

AldermynesLegacy: She pouted at Aja.. "Spoil sport!"

Fleetwolf: He looked down at his daughter. "Why? You're young. Sex can wait."

True Blood: ::he grabs for Aja's bottle of tequila::

LadyAjaBird: ::just smiles:: Hey. He might be yer snuggle bunny, but he's my first mate. ::grins at Tru:: You want shots too?

AldermynesLegacy: "There wont be much snuggling tonight!" She giggled as she downed that 3rd double shot.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: Blinks at Fleet. "Is that what all their talking about really is?"

LadyAjaBird: Arghh.. too much info! ::giggling about that::

Fleetwolf: "Ahem. Yes, Lene. They are talking about sex. Something you can enjoy in 4 more years."

Maranya Valkonan: I'd love to keep my fiances in bed all day, every day, but we are all responsible people who have jobs. Besides, there's more to our relationship than just sex. ::Sip from her juice::

True Blood: ::shakes his head and puts the bottle to his lips and upends it, taking a good half dozen good gulps before setting it down again::

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: Blinks again. "I don't get it?"

LadyAjaBird: ::raises a brow at Tru, never having seen him drink anything but cola or juice::

True Blood: ::he slaps his hand on the bar several times, making a face:: Ahhhh! ::shakes his head::

AldermynesLegacy: "Theres more to Rico and I too.... After all he isnt Donal.." She looked to Aja and Tru. "You two ready?"

LadyAjaBird: Holy cats, man.. I didn't know you ever drank.

Fleetwolf: "Exactly Lene. When you're older and find someone you love, you will." he sighed a little. "Bed is going to be mighty lonely."

LadyAjaBird: ::blinking at Tru now::

Maranya Valkonan: ::Brow ticks upward at Tru drinking tequila::

AldermynesLegacy: Oh great now their sober one was going to be more drunk than them!! Oh this was gonna be great.

Maranya Valkonan: Sex is not the magic cure all for loneliness, broken hearts, bad hair days...

AldermynesLegacy: "Never said it was sweet heart. Besides. Tru is my cure for bad hair days."

LadyAjaBird: I thought I was the lush in this partnership?

True Blood: I need it tonight, I think.

LadyAjaBird: ::nudges Shay and grins:: Drunk Tru.. a sex shop.. what could possibly go wrong?

Fleetwolf: He looked to Anya. "Very true, but it's nice to have some warmth in bed." He looked at a bottle of ale Lene had gotten for him and he drank some.

LadyAjaBird: ::waves at Anya, Fleet and Lene:: Night kids!

Maranya Valkonan: That, I agree. ::She nods to Aja and Tru:: Take care, and call if you need bailing out.

True Blood: I'm taking this with me.. ::grabbing the bottle again::

AldermynesLegacy: "And I have loneliness covered these days.

LadyAjaBird: ::slips her arms through Shay and Tru's arms:: We're off to see the... well.. not the wizard

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "Rhydin news at 7. 40ft man swings blow up doll like pollo club while dancing with edible underoos on head. More at 10."

AldermynesLegacy: '" She grinned at Anya as she waved goodbye and headed to the door for a little fun.

LadyAjaBird: Unless they have something called the Wizard? ::puzzled expression as she thinks about that::

AldermynesLegacy: "Never know." She grinned at Aja and headed for the stairs.

Maranya Valkonan: They do. But it's ::cough:: under the counter.

True Blood: ::waves as best he can and smiles to his many gal pals:: Night, guys gals and others.

Fleetwolf: Fleet laughed at that. Ruffled Lenes hair. "How long was I out?"

LadyAjaBird: ::giggles on the way up the stairs:: Don't bogart the tequila Tru

AldermynesLegacy: "Hey Anya. Want body paint?!"

LadyAjaBird: ::walks up the stairs backwards grinning::

AldermynesLegacy: She grabbed the tequila from Tru and turned it up for a second then handed the bottle to Aja.

LadyAjaBird: Tequila! ::starts humming the tune to go with that disappears out the door::

Maranya Valkonan: I will shop on my own. ::Into her glass of juice::

True Blood: Hey, get your own f..::but he was gone::

Fleetwolf: Blinks. "I guess the world hasn't changed much."

Maranya Valkonan: Not really. Shay would molest a hobby horse if you told her it was Rico. ::Sipping the rest of her juice::

Fleetwolf: Blinks to Anya at that. "Why do I get the feeling, donkey show comes to mind?"

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "Donkey Show? I don't think I want to know." she put out a paw and floated a soda over to herself and sipped.

Maranya Valkonan: ::Slow breaths:: That... she had the nerve... she is supposedly a nurse... she was directing the medical ops for a rescue mission... steamrolling my authority and skills... and yesterday... yesterday she had this child with her... ::Left emerald and diamond ringed fist slams on the bar top::

Fleetwolf: Blinks at the slam of hand on the bar. "Okay then. I rarely see you that pissed off."

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "You okay Anya?"

Maranya Valkonan: She claimed this eighteen month old child... who couldn't have weighed more than fifteen pounds... ::Shaky breaths:: That this child was left at the orphanage that was set up for the refugees from a slave camp. ::Hard look with pained hazels at Fleet:: Damnit, Fleet, Myrlene, you know me, how I am with children.

Fleetwolf: "This was Shay?" he asked hoping he wasn't getting confused. Interesting issue to come back to from the land of the lost.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "Uhm, do I need to go beat up someone?"

Maranya Valkonan: Would I, who was in charge of taking the worst of the children to Riverview, have left that one behind for her... <I>da, </I>her, Fleet... to carry around yesterday like a living Cabbage Patch Kid?

Fleetwolf: Siip of ale. He missed the pricking thorns. "I see. Have your reprimanded her?"

Maranya Valkonan: I should, she sadly is in BCU. But I'd need to call a Tribunal.

Fleetwolf: "Hmm...I see. Maybe I should go back into memory loss. I don't think the world needs me."

Maranya Valkonan: I need you, Fleet. Myrlene does. Your friends need you.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "Don't you dare! I spent nights and days doing nothing but trying to get you to remember." she growled.

Fleetwolf: A look to Anya. "Honestly. I am around, chaos happens, but, I am a parent, and I promised someone dear to get up and be the Fleet she remembers." long sigh.

Maranya Valkonan: And I will kick your floofy butt from here to the Outback and back. You are not around, and chaos happens. Chaos. Happens. Fact of life.

Fleetwolf: He nodded and hugged Lene. "And I am grateful you cared. You could have just left me, but you didn't. Now then, what do I need to put back together since my absence?"

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "A lot." is all Lene said.

Fleetwolf: Grim look on his muzzle. He looked to Anya. "I am sorry I have been away from all of you."

Maranya Valkonan: You needed time to heal. And you owe me a match or two sometime. ::Wink::

Fleetwolf: "Hmm. I don't remember that. Who is this lady asking me to duel?" he winked to Lene.

Maranya Valkonan: Why you floofy butted... ::Lazy swat toward Fleet, clearly intending to miss, and laughing::

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: She laughed. She felt really tired but didn't care. Her world just brightened again. "She's Anya, and she'll Nair your butt Dad."

Maranya Valkonan: With my fists. ::Showing off the emerald and diamond rings on both hands::

Fleetwolf: He just laughed at that. "Ah, yes I remember now. The one I was selling nude pics to the other interns for a nice profit." another wink to Lene.

Maranya Valkonan: You're bucking for a dunk in the Pit. Head first.

Fleetwolf: Another hearty laugh.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "Always comes back to nude bodies. I swear, furless skin is just... furless." she muttered.

Maranya Valkonan: Myrlene... be proud of who and what you are.

Fleetwolf: A look to Lene and a small knowing smile. "Hey, nude humans are quite cute." toussled Lene's hair. "Find a nice boy and let me meet him, then we'll see what we can do to get you a little more cultured."

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: Blinks. "Wut?"

Maranya Valkonan: I believe your Papa is letting you out of the tower with the moat to keep the boys out.

Fleetwolf: A lean on the bar, he sipped his ale lightly. "Lupinossai customs do not prohibit pre-mated sex. It is encouraged actually for the young to experiment safely, but never during mating season. Lene, your body will only cycle once or twice a year. You will not have to worry about getting pregnant easily. I don't know why this has come out, but I have seen how fast you have grown in mind, spirit, and heart, not to mention body. I can't keep you at the age of 9. You are a young lady."

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: Blinks again as she is trying to piece what Fleet is saying together and failing. "You want me to have sex?"

Maranya Valkonan: Responsible sex. ::Clarifying::

Fleetwolf: "Exactly. I know your Aunt Mokkie is probably throwing fits, but that is to be expected from a mixed culture. Humans cycle often. But pregnancy is not the only issue. Diseases can happen too. That is why I wish any one you want to have fun with, boy or girl, be brought to me for a physical first, or to Anya."

Maranya Valkonan: Exactly so. ::She nods:: And as I said before, sex is not the cure for bad fur days.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: Blinks again, then looks to Anya, then to Fleet. "You're both crazy. Why do I want sex?"

Maranya Valkonan: ::Tap tap tap of the fingers of her right ringed hand on the bar:: Who was the one chomping at the bit to go to a sex shop?

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "I'm curious." she said innocently.

Fleetwolf: Slapped the bar top. "Exactly. That's why you have sex in the beginning." he grinned.

Maranya Valkonan: Myrlene, this is me you're trying to spin <I>mudnya </I>in front of, and trying to call it cotton candy.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: Slight sigh. "I don't know why I want to have sex. It's like my body pops ideas in my head. Saying its okay to go ahead and have it, well.. scares me. I do weird things when I listen to my body."

Maranya Valkonan: Hormones are very powerful forces.

Fleetwolf: Sip of ale and a nod in agreement with Anya. "We are talking about this now, just the three of us without a peanut gallery. It is serious. Anya and I have both been through what you have been through. I personally believe people should never be married as virgins."

Maranya Valkonan: A lot of people put so much importance on the act and to stay pure for it... ::She shakes her head:;

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: Taps her soda bottle for a moment. "But wont giving me permission to have sex be nothing but trouble for everyone else trying to keep me from having it?"

Maranya Valkonan: Just because you have a license to use a gun, does it mean that you will use it all the time, recklessly?

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "Point."

Fleetwolf: Fleet chuckled heartilly. "Oh Lupis, I have unleashed something here. How about you try to find a nice Lupe boy. Stay clear of young humans until your 19. Laws prohibit minors in having sex so young. Okay? Just bring em to the house, and I'll make sure to schedule a long night at the clinic." smug smile.

Maranya Valkonan: For those two or you, Papa Floofy?

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "I..uhm.. oh boy." she sighed. "Really think someone will have sex with me?"

Fleetwolf: "For me of course. If I am in the house with them going at it, I'll be hard pressed not be waiting at the door with a score card." nonchalant sip of ale.

Maranya Valkonan: ::Pause to ponder:; I am glad I waited until I was twenty five. If you were my Papa... ::She shakes her head with a smile::

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: *Fleet. When I get my body back, we are having a looong talk.* chirped Lene's phone.

Fleetwolf: "Saying I am a bad father?" he asked Anya with interest.

Maranya Valkonan: He is himself, Ammy. Deal. ::Laughter:; Not bad, just... I'd prefer not to get a five from the Floofy judge. ::Wink::

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "Okay then. Even mom knows." If she could blush and melt away she would. Siip of soda.

Fleetwolf: "I've seen your pictures." wink to Anya. "Five is too low." grin.

Maranya Valkonan: Meh. ::Light blush::

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "Should I just leave you two alone and make a score card?" she grinned. The cell phone was series of laughs.

Fleetwolf: That got a spit take. "My floof was spoken for already."

Maranya Valkonan: Your daughter, Fleet and Ammy. And I am spoken for, twice over.

Fleetwolf: "I take no responsibilities for making Lene. I was ambushed in bed." grins.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: She finished her soda and thought a moment. "Not sure I would know what to do with a boy if I get one."

Maranya Valkonan: DNA holds up in court. Mm, your turn to field that one, Papa.

Fleetwolf: "Guilty." He looked to Lene for a moment. "I may have just the tome for you at home. A stop at the sex shop may not hurt either." he sighed. "Sex toys, when I was a kid we had to do with knot holes in old stumps." he put on an old timers voice.

Maranya Valkonan: And rocks. ::Shaking her head with a smile::

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "Oookaay.. then." she sat her empty bottle down. "Shall we go home. This is all giving me a headache."

Fleetwolf: "Well she has that part down already." a grin as he finishes his dark ale and stands.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: She shook her head in resignation and took his paw. "Home, now. Time for both of us to sleep. We'll talk shop later."

Fleetwolf: Another fatherly grin. "Just wait till your married and I pull out the puppy pictures of you."

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "Night Anya. I am taking my loopy dad home." she laughed.

Maranya Valkonan: On the rug? ::Laughter:; Take care, both of you. Soon.

Fleetwolf: Fleet chuckled. "Have a safe night Anya. We get to go have anatomy lessons again at home." he laughed.

Maranya Valkonan: I will do my best. Fun for you. ::Wink::

Fleetwolf: "Be very careful of the wild, one eyed, red bush snake. It loves dark tunnels, and seems to inhabit girls frequently." he said in a steve irwin voice as he headed upstairs.

Maranya Valkonan: Two of them, and they're wicked. ::Laughter. After a bit of contemplation, she rounds the bar, gathers up her belongings, and heads out of the Arena::

My life should be happy right about now right? I mean, Takhesis hasn't made a peep at me, the den is well under way on rebuilding. We have aid from Kos people as well as the Abyssal Elves. Mom's body was soon to be ready for mom's soul to take, and Mogriil was quite handsome, and charming when you get the armor off of him.

As to that bit of memory, he was injured during a usual undead mage killing. Undead mages have been looking for me non stop and Mog just runs out and kills them point blank. The last one though, was different, stronger, and when it died, hit Mog with a death song curse. Luckily Kos was there to uncurse him. I couldn't do a thing but help take off Mog's armor to keep his body from crushing itself.

He is quite rugged without clothing, but I am a bit concerned. Thorn's potion did relieve the bright red inflammation caused by the mage fire that had burned Mog many years before, but since Mog drank the potion before realizing the curse had taken effect, his.... his.. scarred body was not restored. I have never seen so many burns, and scarring in my life. Not even in the Abyss. He has no fur at all on most of his body, and his poor muzzle and face.

I used to hate Mog for always watching and following to close, but seeing his body, seeing how much he has gone through doing his duty over the years for many others has shown me he just cares for me. He sleeps on me bed as we speak, under the covers. He very exhausted. I don't mind sleeping on top, stroking his head and his mane. He even has a silly snore that is fun to listen too. Even though I have seen him naked now, and he has yet to see me in just fur, we have not slept together. Neither of us find it the right time.

Speaking of time, I do hope I have time. I make this Holocron entry as I am still sick. My body hurts, and I feel everything moves faster than me. I am constantly hungry, yet Father and Mog watch with concern and try to hide the fact they see me getting thinner and thinner every day. I can't cast magic very either. Simply using the Force to levitate a cup makes me cough and feel light headed. I dare not try any other magic.

We did go to Anya at Riverview Clinic for tests. I fell asleep while waiting and Mog was acting very concerned. I am hoping Anya finds that it is just something normal wrong with my body. I tire of being hounded by Takhesis' lackies, and seeing people suffer from the abnormal or the magically induced injuries that seem to happen way to often. I am feeling a bit scared, but I try to be brave. Seeing yourself waste away is not easy.

A disheveled Lene sat on her bed crying. The holocron was linked to her and recorded away. It sat their recording all events and memories of the master. Emotions, though, were beyond it.

Lene felt lonely, cold, and hurt. Mog had left her. Called her a child, and told her she needed to grow up. He even told her that it was nothing personal, just business. She hugged her knees, still wearing the crumpled black velvet dress she had made just for her. The memories came back to her painfully which led to her fingers numbly reaching out for a beer bottle on the night stand. She had brought it with her back from the bar. She took a long sip, but felt no better. The memories came and she couldn't get away from them.

The holocron did it's job dutifully and recorded the memories crashing in on Lene.

She was at the bar tonight. With a hope. But hope died as she remembered the fight.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: The door opened and in walked in..Lene? The usual cloak wearing, Lupe teen was decked in a low, v cut, sleeveless, black velvet dress that was custom tailored to fit her just right. And her hair, used to be violet, now as deep red, a good contrast to the purple fur she had. Leather bag slung over one shoulder, and a simple silver chain mail belt with both light sabers dangling from them completed the look tonight. She made her way to the bar, puffing a lock of red curled forelocks out of her eyes.

See's Lucky and winks to him. "Hi Lucius. May I ask for a drink while I wait for someone special tonight?"

Lucky Duck: ::Myrlene's query draws him from his musings and he shakes his head, pushing up from his lean:: Good evening. Of course. ::A smile to Myrlene:: What can I get for you?

"Roy rogers please. Dashing man coming to give me a nice night tonight I hope. Poor guy just recovered for three gunshot wounds."

Lucky Duck: A roy rogers, coming right up. ::With a nod to Myrlene::

"Thank you Lucius. You look a bit distracted toinight." Lean on the bar top, the dress moving with her easily. Too bad her digitigrade legs didn't mesh well with heals. Probably break her neck if she tried them.

Lucky Duck: ::A grin and a light shrug:: Got a few things on my mind.

"As you wish Lucky." She sipped the Roy Rodgers in approval. "Silver for a thought?" she offered to Lucky. This was so not the usual high energy Lene.

Lucky Duck: It isn't worth that much. ::Offers in reply to Myrlene with a grin:: I think I am just tired.

"So, the prices dropped to a copper, or are we talking kissingly low prices?" she grinned at him.

Lucky Duck: ::A brow quirks, although his grin remains intact:: There is nothing to tell.

"I see." she giggled.

Mog stopped on the porch for a moment, catching his breath. he was till tender from the wounds, but his attire wouldn't indicate that. Mask of jade with silver inlay now added to it to give him an exotic look that Mokksha would recognize. He was dressed in a fine tan tunic, emerald green vest with Lupesh symbols and tracery embroidered in gold on it. Black denim pants were worn as well. He carried an ornate sword strapped to one hip and used a simple cane to steady his walk. He walked in with a slight limp and his yellow eyes took stock of all who were here.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: She spied her man. Lene waved Mog over to her bar stool with grace born from swinging a light saber every day.

Mogriil: Mog catches sight of Lene and makes his way over to her limping. "Tell me again, why we dressed like this?"

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "To celebrate your recovery. You're up and around now. Not stuck to a bed trying to breath. How's the knee feeling?"

Mogriil: "Knees stiff, and painful. Just a flesh wound. Doc says my body will adjust to the prosthetic knee in a month."

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "I was lucky to get you into Riverview so quick love. The doc on call said you were close to dead. I can't have my faithful body guard dead now can I? Who else will keep me warm in bed." mischevious grin on her muzzle.

Mogriil: "Bah, you keep me warm more than I you." He moved for the break in the bar, a little slow as he knee was protesting. He stepped behind Vanessa and grabbed a large mug filling it with dark ale and returning to his bar stool. His tunic, thankfully was long sleeved, but the burn scars still peeked out on occasion like naughty kids up after bed time.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: Another sip of her roy rodgers. Her small paw took his large up. "You know Mog, we could hitch up. You're my permanent body guard anyways. A mate would be an upgrade."

Mogriil: Cue choke on dark ale, which didn't feel good on the gun shot wounds in his chest. He was speechless as he cleared ale from his lungs.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "You don't like the idea do you?'

Mogriil: More choking and a long coughing fit. She was trying to kill him, he swore silently. Finding breath he spoke with voice a little shaky from pain. "Getting hitched. A bit soon don't you think? I have only been on duty for 2 months protecting you. What's to say I don't have another mate in mind?" doh, he was going to regret that.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: Her turn to choke on her drink. She never thought he may have someone else. "Do you?"

Mogriil: "Maybe, maybe not. I have been an outcast for a while, remember? Haven't had a chance to sniff around."

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: Her jaw gaped a little. "So you find the time we sleep together as nothing?"

Mogriil: Long sigh for a moment. "I was to be your body guard. Plain and simple. You grew on me, but even when together, it's been buddy, buddy, kiddo. You offered your bed to me to share cause you didn't like seeing me sleep on the floor like a dog. Sorry you took it as a, 'hey lets mate and be together forever." a sip of ale to quell anything else he might say.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: Her jaw was completely open now. She felt slapped, shocked, and hurt. They never went as far as being intimate, but hell, tonight she was going to offer. "But..."

Mogriil: "Lene, you're 15 years old. Young for my tastes, and you're still sick as well. I will be your close friend and keep you safe if you wish, but sleeping with you and being your mate will only hamper my ability to protect you. You still need to grow up a bit." longer sip of ale.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: Crushed was the only word she could use for the feelings she felt. Longing for a kid, for love, granted young, but hell, give her a chance. The more Mog spoke, the worse she felt. She bowed her head a moment trying to sort out her thoughts and hammering heart.

Mogriil: He could see how she was feeling. Plain facts. He was not the type of guy she needed. He was a reject from society. A burnt, wretched looking creature who's job was killing her kind who could wield magic. Not good for the romantic department. "I know your hurting, but it's business Lene. Would you like a hug?"

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: Why didn't I see it coming. My damn body throws me a curve with the hormones, and I latched onto him. I mean he's cute, he strong, so yeah he's covered in burn scars, but the inner self. And finally someone I am not afraid to be in bed with...did he just say it's all business! Now he offers hugs! She sat there simmering and at the offer, purple paw came out flat handed smacking Mogriil right in the face.

Mogriil: Should have seen that coming, but in the attempt to sort things out, wide open. Jade mask was knocked off of his muzzle. The strap broke on it, and it tumbled to the floor. It thudded on the floor and a sickening crack was heard as it shattered. Mog looked at the broken mask then to Lene. Face and muzzle a patchwork of burn marks. "Happy?"

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "No!' tears were in those grey eyes. She made a fist and hit him again. This time with some Force behind it.

Mogriil: Caught of guard once was enough. Twice, not happening. He leaned back and watched the force punch brush by him. "Go ahead, hit me. Abuse me. It's still no."

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "How can you just bluntly tell me it's just business you Bliidraa Muudra!" She gave a Force push this time right at him.

Mogriil: That sent him off the stool to land among the shattered pieces of the Jade mask. "It's for you own good Lene. You're not mature enough to handle a relationship. You result to violence when I say no to your assumptions."

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "I was going to finally sleep with you tonight. I waited until you were well enough. To give you love. Now you toss it asside as if I am some child who doesn't know anything."

Mogriil: "But lene, you are just a child. You've known me two months! I could be some evil demon, or some letch. I spare you further hurt from learning I am not the one for you."

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "Then let me find out the hard way!"

Mogriil: Mog stood and collected the peices of the mask. "Keep screaming like a kid. No one will come to you like that." pieces collected he stared right into Lenes eyes. "I kill mages for a living. What would you do if I was sent after you? Your mother and father would die to protect and i would kill them just as easily as you. It's over Lene. I will tell Street I resign. Luck to you finding someone to pamper your whiny butt."

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "You don't kill anymore."

Mogriil: It was mean, but it was for her good. "Follow me, and i will Lene. I will snuff out your life. I offer thanks for the healing and love you showed me. Now, I take my leave. Goodbye." he turned limped for the door.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: She didn't know what came over her, but the ale mug was inpaw and slung hard at the back of mogs head. The half empty glass of Roy Rodgers followed suit as well."

Mogriil: Mug was seen hitting the wall next to him. He heard the glass shatter behind him on the floor. "By wild one." he stepped out the door, and dissappeared into the night.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: She watched him leave. The last anchor of her world. Things crashed inside of her as she sat there staring at the floor. One piece of jade mask was left behind. A small sliver the size of a large tooth pick. She slipped down and picked it up off the floor. Lene numbly went back to her bar stool, turned her back, showing off the pretty dress, red dyed hair, burried her head in her arms.

Ammy Spiritor

Date: 2009-10-01 21:50 EST
Ammy stepped into the house from wandering the lands recollecting her memories. She was almost back to normal. Fleet was not home again, as usual, but Lene. She could here her daughter in her room, sobbing and the door was shut.

Ammy took off her crimson cloak and hung it on the wall by the door next to Lenes crimson cloak. She paused a moment and pondered this. Was Lene turning into her? She hoped and willed that Lene would not. Ammy knew no parents, just a lab, tests, and pain. Right now though, she heard her own flesh and fur in a room, sobbing in pain.

Paw on door, she found it locked. Closing eyes, she simply reformed the lock into the open position and stepped in quietly. Green eyes first saw a black velvet dress, ripped off and crumpled on the floor next to an empty beer bottle. Crying and drinking. Not a good sign. Ammy looked to Lene curled on the bed crying, unclothed and not looking or responding to the door being opened. Lene's holocron was in record mode.

Ammy had used on before. She stepped up softly, and simply touched the device to view what was tormenting Lene. A few minutes later she released her touch and viewed Lene again. Ammy searched her heart and soul for what to do. Granted her and Fleet had had bad fights, some resulting in one or both of them being stabbed. Lene's though, was one of pure emotional torment.

Ammy sat on the edge of Lene's bed gently, and reached out stroking her daughters hair. Lene had died it to match hers. Lene didn't start, didn't move, just remained curled and crying as Ammy stroked her.

"Dear one, what a terrible thing you have gone through. Hear I am traipsing around the lands regaining memory, and you are left alone in this house." her voice was soft and musical.

Lene stirred to the continual petting and practically grabbed Ammy in a fierce, clinging hug. "He left me mom. Mog left me. Why? Am I a bad girl?"

Ammy welcomed the hug and let her cry. She let Lene ask questions. Answers though were a bit slow as she thought on them. "You were not bad Lene. It was your first experience with a need for nurturing, and I failed you. It is only natural to be loved and to want to be loved. Mogriil seems to acting out from fear. He comes across as one who needs love as well but doesn't know how to ask or accept it." She stroked Lene's hair more.

"He slept with me. Kept me company. I even held his paw during recovery. How could he be so mean to me? Why is everyone so mean to me?" Lene cried more and buried her head under Ammy's arms.

Ammy rubbed Lenes back for a minute. "Lene, he may have misunderstood you. He may have thought he was teaching you a lesson. What he did was hurt you, and you reacted which is natural. Both of you are hurt right now. I know the memories say he rejected you and told you it was over. That may not be the case hon. Give him some cool down time. Boys get rash sometimes and when they have had time to think, realize how idiotic they were. But, Lene, we need to get a bit more grown up before asking to have pups. Do you not want to enjoy being a teenager?"

"Why? All I was ever called as a kid was a freak. Only the orphans played with me. When I passed the rites of adult hood, I hoped that would all go away." She whimpered.

More stroking of Lenes back. Ammy nuzzled her cheek. "Lene, being an adult doesn't come instantly. A lot has to be learned. Tonight was one painful lesson you witnessed. Whether the lesson is aimed at you or those around you, if you rush too fast into adult hood they may repeat. Whatever happened to the story time with the orphans you used to do? Hmm."

"That was kid stuff. I am an adult." more sniffling.

Ammy hugged Lene closer. "Lene, your an adult on paper and in ceremony. Right now though, hon, a very scared, and very hurt child is wanting love. I know where you have been. I never knew love as a child. Just pain and testing. I don't want to see you stumble into that pit like I did."

"No one is hear to love me!"she screamed for a moment. "Dad is always gone either healing or being a deity. You're gone every night, and I hardly see you at all during the day. Uncle Fen and Aunt Mokkie are too busy. Uncle Street and Sari have pups now and are too busy. And, and...Mog is gone now." The crying renewed.

Ammy listened and rocked Lene gently. "Yes, I have been a bad mother. I have neglected you. We all have. We are bad, very bad. What can I do to amend this failing? Stay home more? Spend more time with you? Kill Mog?" that last question held a note of humor in it.

"Yes to all. You used to teach me things mom. We used have long discussions. We even went out together. Since dad raised you from the dead, you still seem dead to me. Where do you go that keeps you away from home? What keeps you from being here to ask for advice or help?" Red rimmed, teary gray eyes fixed on Ammy's green eyes.

"I have been trying to understand who I was and who I am Lene. I died. I should still be dead. I used to be a fighter, a flirt, a mother, and lover. Now, I don't know. I don't have my metal that protects me. I feel too fragile. I also feel no one wants me alive anymore. I was too selfish worrying about me and not you." Ammy said it in a voice that was not sad, but honest and painful.

"Will Mog come back to me mom? Can I fix this?" Lene looked like the next answer would be a make it or break it answer for her emotions.

Ammy closed her eyes and thought hard. "I don't know Lene. It is up to him and you. Let us focus on you for now and get you better and happy. By then, Mog might come to his senses. Now then, dry your face, get dressed, we are going out." Ammy said softly.

Fleetwolf

Date: 2009-10-06 13:43 EST
Ammy opened the door. Crimson cloak was wet from rain and she hung it up. She walked for a booth and sat down. Pulling a cell phone out she made a quick call. "Fleet, meet me at the Red Dragon Inn. I want just you. I am in a booth. We need to talk...I don't care about your patient load, delegate. We need to talk now." She clicked the phone shut.

Crack of thunder, and Fleet appeared on the porch. He opened the door, leaving a heavy scent of ozone. He walked for the booth where Ammy was sitting. Wet, and steaming a little. "What did you need to talk to me about so urgently?"

"Sit. We need to talk about Lene. She and Mog had a falling out last night, and we are mostly to blame."

Fleet took a seat and stared at Ammy for a moment. "We are at fault for a lover's quarrel?"

"Yes. We failed to bring up Lene to take her time in this world. She has been home alone so much with no one to talk to. We have failed as parents and this needs to stop. She is with the orphans who are trying to cheer her up. I wanted to talk about our family and where it is going."

Fleet clicked his claws together. "I am very busy with being a new deity and a doctor. So Lene and Mog fought. I was wondering when that ticking time bomb would go off. Not the first they will fight. Not the first time we have done it. She will move on."

"That is the problem. We are too busy. We have a family and a daughter needing guidance. Not be left out of things and alone. Mog was her anchor point. He walked out on her. Now she has no one and feels rejected by the world. She needs us to be home or to be available when needed."

"I don't just walk away from patients or followers. I have duties Ammy." Fleet said patiently.

"Yes, you have duties to our family first. You are a good doctor and healer. You helped many, but you don't need to be a deity. Let it go. Lupinoss is gone, destroyed. They don't need you anymore. You don't need your magic. I don't want you to be a superman anymore."

"Easy for you to say, all you do is walk around haunting places." Fleet snapped.

Ammy couldn't believe that they were fighting now. She closed her eyes for a moment and rearranged her tact and method. "Fleet, I know this. I am not denying it. Lene has told me she wants me home, to love her, help her, and be there for her. I said yes. But, she needs her father too. I can only do so much leading and nurturing. Raising a pup is a duet. All I ask is give up your deity duties. Stick with the mundane healing arts and make time for family." she went for directness.

"You want me to turn my back on my calling. My birthright of being a deity?" he looked tense and a bit mad.

"Fleet, your birthright and obligations were ended by the destruction of Lupinoss. You don't need to prove yourself. Let it go. Make a commitment to your family. Do you not care about me or Lene. You raised me from the dead. Do you just want to ignore me now and be busy?" she raised both brows.

"I..." those green eyes bore into his blue ones, "I lost my mind when you died. On top of that, magic nearly killed me by aging me. I spend so much time being with magic."

"How do you feel, now that your magic is back and your are getting younger? Hmm?" Ammy asked.

"I was happy...but... lonely. Busy. I can't turn around without being called by a follower, or trying to save a dying patient. I feel wrung out." he kind of looked like a hammer hit him with a clue.
"Exactly love. You don't need magic. Leave it be. Spend time with us your family. Tell those who need you to wait. Lene is the only legacy you have now. Please, give up the magic. It will mean so much to us." Ammy pleaded.

Fleet looked down at his paws for a moment. "For you and Lene I will ask for it to be taken from me. I don't want to feel less of a Lupe for giving up my magic though." He looked quite vulnerable right now.

"Your love is magic. It is magic to me and Lene. I know how you feel. Being back from the dead, I have a fragile, normal body without the metal limbs. You will be alright. We will be here for you Fleet. Come back to us." she leaned forward and kissed Fleet on the muzzle.

Ammy was right. He felt bad for being selfish. "I will. I need to go now. Need to see a man in the clouds about a gift." he stood and walked out of the Inn.

Ammy watched him leave, and she felt like hope was restored. She stood and went to the door. Their family may be salvaged just yet. Only thing left was to hammer out Mog. She left into the rain. She needed to get back to Whisper Paws Orphanage. She promised to take Lene out tonight and she was not going to fail.

Myrlene Spiritor

Date: 2009-10-08 14:53 EST
*Ammy stepped into the Inn, looking very wet. She wrung out her crimson cloak on the porch before proceeding to take it off and hang it up tonight. She held the door opened for Lene.

Lene looked hesitant to step into the place that she had experienced to pain in. She gathered her courage and stepped in hanging her own soaked cloak by Ammys.

Ammy Spiritor: "Hey Tucker. Round of soda's for two wet ladies, and maybe a plate of cookies please." she raised her voice just enough to get Tuckers attention.

RDI Tucker: :: a salute to Ammy:: Right away!

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: Eyes glanced to the bar and she let Ammy walk ahead. Her mind was replaying last night events. She could still hear his mask shattering, and the mug she had thrown.

RDI Tucker: ::slipping into the kitchen, then back out without so much as a blink, he returned with a plate of cookies. The soda's were next to find their way onto the tray for Ammy and her copatriots::

Ammy Spiritor: Sensing her daughter?s turmoil, she stopped, slipped a furred arm around her shoulder and steered her for a table. "We won?t sit at the bar. Small steps, Lene."

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: She let herself be lead away from the fresh scene of hurt. She sat and felt numbness creep in.

Ammy Spiritor: "I know this must feel horrible coming back here, but avoiding a place because your feeling were hurt there, will only lead to you being left out. Now then, drinks and food are on their way. You warm enough?"

RDI Tucker: ::a wave to Ammy to motion her to her drinks and cookies waiting on a tray at the bar::

Ammy Spiritor: She nodded, stood, and gave Lene a motherly squeeze on the shoulder as she walked for the bar. "Thanks Tucker." she said in a lovely singing voice as her paws took up the tray. "Mending hearts tonight."

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: Looked around waiting for mom to come back. She pulled out a slender, toothpick sized piece of jade and held it.

RDI Tucker: ::a smile went to Ammy.:: Good luck!
Ammy Spiritor: Ammy returned to the table, setting drinks and cookies down. She took a seat. "So, you really love Mog." she nodded to the piece of jade Lene was holding. "How you have grown Lene. I have missed so much being dead. I heard you tried to raise most of the destroyed Den with you alchemy. So brave."

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: She took the soda and sipped it. She didn't answer about Mog. "Yes. You died... Dad tried to kill you..you saved him..he went nuts.. everyone else...." she let the sentence hang uncompleted.

Ammy Spiritor: "Yes, I know. The Den relied on me too much to solve their problems Lene. Now you got a taste of what I was dealing with. How did it make you feel?"

Mokksha: ::The young woman walked towards the inn clad in her usual off duty attire, the modified saree, veil wrapped like a shawl, rather than hiding her hair and face, sandals on feet instead of bare, nursing scrubs and stethoscope tucked into the bag hanging over her shoulder but just peeking out in back:::

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "Scared...alone.. I had too many things to do. No help. I got sick. I am still sick." sipped soda and nibbled a cookie.

Ammy Spiritor: "Mhm. You took on too much. You weren't ready for it. But, the Den sees your attempt as honorable. And you were quite grown up getting others to help and take it over." she sipped her soda. "Now, do you still like to draw Lene?"

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "I used to. I can't see colors though, so I quit."

Mokksha: :::up the front stairs, across the porch and the door is pushed open and closed behind her in one smooth motion, bag deposited on the coat rack before she looks around the interior thoughtfully:::

Ammy Spiritor: "Lene, art is more than color. Your father can draw just lines and they beautiful."

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "But I like color. I loved it when i could shift to being a human. i could see all colors." fidgeted with the jade piece.

Mokksha: :::she saw two of her marriage kin in deep discussion and figured this was going to need a drink or two to sit through, so she ambled towards the bar, smiling politely at those around her and waiting until she could catch either of the bartenders? gazes::::

Ammy Spiritor: Ammy looked thoughtful for a moment. "I may have a solution for you Lene. A special project for you and I to do. It'll be fun, and you'll get to learn more about alchemy, what do you say?"

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "What kind of project?" her ears did perk at the mention of alchemy lessons. She sipped her soda.

Ammy Spiritor: "Colors. You want to see them yes?"

RDI Spice: ::Turning from Tucker as she spies Mokksha, she offers a soft smile.:: Can I get you anything?

Mokksha: ::::she takes a breath and speaks up at last, to Tucker and Spice::::::: ahhhh...yes, thank you.... a hard cider please?

RDI Tucker: ::he looked from Serena to Mokksha, his words possibly lost::

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: She nodded. She almost forgot about the hurt. Almost.

RDI Spice: ::She turns to Tucker after Mokksha's order is delivered and motions him to get on with filling that order. Clearly, the time for her to actually work has come and gone.::

Mokksha: :::a hint of a blush::: your pardon miss but i could not help but overhear....you say you need to sacrifice something to escape a geas???? why not offer your lovely hair upon an altar of fire, surely that would satisfy the gods? ::::said to Spice in a careful voice:::

Ammy Spiritor: "Good. You know how Anya has those glasses she wears sometimes for magic work?"

RDI Tucker: ::he caught her meaning and found a glass from the shelving, filling it with Mokksha's requested cider. He set the drink on the bar for her, speaking in a lowered voice:: It's not that easy, Ma'm. But thanks.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "Yeah."

RDI Spice: I have done that once already. ::A soft smile as she twists a dark curl around her finger. Already they are scraping her shoulder once more, though.:: That only stalled it. This time I fear it must be something much more personal. Something I love.

Ammy Spiritor: "We will make something similar, but it will let your eyes see color just the way you are. You are beautiful just as you are. You don't need to be something you're not."

RDI Spice: That I am capable of love is really the miracle in all of this. ::in a playful tone as she begins to untie the strings of her apron::

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "I am?" she was a bit surprised.

Mokksha: :::she dipped dipped her head in a saddened nod of apprehension:::: you could offer a pint or so of your blood? sometimes that works???? :::she reached out and took the glass of hard cider with one hand, and put coin on the bar with the other::::: my thanks for the drink

Ammy Spiritor: "Of course. Your my daughter. Ugly doesn't run in the family. Now then. We got to make sure the glasses make you look good." she grinned.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "Okay. What do we need?"

Ammy Spiritor: With Ammy's skill, nothing, but this was a mother daughter project. "Glass for a start. Some nice wire or metal, oh and jelly beans."

Mokksha: :::she shrugged at Kenall's departure, nodded again at the twosome behind the bar and then turned to wend her way towards her kin:::

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "What? Jelly beans? Mom, you serious?"

Ammy Spiritor: "Yes. Bring me these items okay? Your task is to find them. Off with you." she grinned and mock shooed Lene away.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: She stood and looked around the room in hunt mood. Glass she knew where to find. The other items. Hmm. She went for the bar, treasure hunt over riding hurt. "Hey tucker. Where can I find Jelly beans?"

Mokksha: ::::she finally made it tableside to Ammy and Lene's corner and smiled at Lene scampering off on some errand:::: h'lo you two...

Ammy Spiritor: Sipped her soda, nibbled a cookie and smiled seeing Lene perk a little. "That's my girl. Staying down will only kill us." she looked to Mokkie with emerald eyes. "Mokksha, evening. I haven't had the time to sit and talk with you. Will you forgive me?"
Mokksha: :::she reached out and wrapped her adopted/marriage kin in a giant hug, that would have made her ribs ache, save that the little healer was, well....little:::: Ammy, my sisteraunt.....i would forgive you anything.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: Ducks around the bar in search of items.

Ammy Spiritor: "You're too kind Mokkie. Sit, have a cookie. How's the hubby?"

Mokksha: :::she settled herself catty corner to Ammy, set down the hard cider and blushed before grinning and whispering, well whispering for her, the little gossip queen:::: ummm......he really really really likes the idea of getting me with pups.....?

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "Hmm. crystal goblet. That should work. a silver spoon or two. I'll leave a gold piece for them. Now jelly beans. Where do you find those?"

Ammy Spiritor: She just smiled hearing that. "Pups seem to be the talk of the Den of late. If I could, would bear another for Fleet, but I would rather enjoy Lene."

Mokksha: :::she blushed even deeper and murmured:::: well, if you give me the umm........parts??? couldn't I do that part for ya?

Ammy Spiritor: Another soft smile. "I could, but I have been a bad mother in neglecting Lene. I owe her a lot."

Mokksha: :::she looked momentarily confused:::: but you didn't neglect her by choice.....bad things happened that kept you apart......though I can understand your wisdom in wanting to focus just on her right now.

Mokksha: :::her eyes dart around the inn, not wanting to make eye contact with Ammy just now, the subject under discussion too tender and fresh for her to be comfortable with it, yet::::

Ammy Spiritor: "Exactly. She needs guidance desperately. Mog left her."

Mokksha: :::she sees the lady knight finally and nods a hello at Elenor, sees Ahni and nods to her, smiles politely but curelessly at Estee, nods to Hina, and misses Rena completely since she is hidden in a booth::: mid reach for her hard cider finally, she freezes in shock at Ammy's anouncement:::: he did what??????

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: Pokes in the cupboards and finds a sack labeled jelly beans. "Well, that's odd." she grabbed them and collected the crystal goblet and the two silver spoons.

Ammy Spiritor: "Oh, yes. A holocron doesn't lie." she reached out and brushed Mokkies arm with a paw letting her see through the Force, what had happened.

Mokksha: :::the look on her face when Ammy shares the events through their force channeling of energy is like someone had handed her a slimy toad to actually kiss...ick!:::

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: Came back to the table with requested Items. "Hi aunt Mokki." she gave mokksha a hug. "Got the items mom."

Mokksha: ::::she hugged Lene tightly::::: hello to you two, youngling....what items?

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "Mom is making me glasses so I can see color without shifting to a human."

Ammy Spiritor: Just grinned a little in the way of saying, 'just making her happy' way. She took the items Lene gave her. Moving cookies and sodas, she took a piece of chalk and began tracing out an array.
Mokksha: ::::she blinked, post hug and finally grabbed her drink for a swallow::: glasses......you mean those funny face things that fleet sometimes wears and doctor maranya sometimes wears?

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "Yes."

Mokksha: :::she sipped more of her drink and stared at the array and the items and Ammy and Lene:::: ummm, is it safe to do this magic here????

Ammy Spiritor: "Yes. Lene, what is this array called?" she tapped the outer one she drew.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "Uhm, circle array for a wish transmutation."

Ammy Spiritor: "Good, and this one?" tapping the second array she drew.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: She looked at it for a moment. "Hmm. Sqaure array. Containment?"

Ammy Spiritor: "Good. You remember our lessons well. One more to indentify." she traced a spiral that got tighter inside of the square array.

Mokksha: :::magic always gave her the heebie jeebies, even when done by family and friends, so she took another swallow of her liquid courage:::

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: She was never shown that one. "I don't know that one mom."

Ammy Spiritor: "Spiral array. Used for concentrating and condensing power of the wish, that is now contained and ready for use. Think of a whirl pool. The further you go in, the faster and stronger the magic will be. now then." she arranged the goblet in the exact center of the spiral. She placed the silver spoons on the edge, and then picked out red, green, white, blue, yellow, black, and orange jelly beans. She laid them into a spiraling pattern that flowed with the array. "Okay then. Ready to fire up."

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "I can't. I am not well enough to offer energy."

Ammy Spiritor: "Yes you are. You're not frail. This array takes two people to work it. Take a side Lene."

Mokksha: umm,, i could help, maybe?

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "Please?"

Ammy Spiritor: "The more the better." she smiled.

Mokksha: alright:::: setting down her glass of hard cider and extending both her hands to each of them::: glad to help

Sari Wolf: -Skurries in Sari, her little frame moving to the bar and finding a seat upon the bar stool nearest Ammy and Lene._-

Ammy Spiritor: "Allright. Touch the circle and think on the glasses you want Lene. we will put in wishful energy." then she noticed Sari. "Want to join in?"

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: Paused a moment trying to get a good idea on what the glasses should look like.

Ammy Spiritor: "Got a good image Lene?"

Sari Wolf: -Perks her ears up.- What are we doing? -She seemed a bit at ease, yet again sneaking away from her mate so not to worry him with her latest nightmare. She moves over to the table and joins the others.-

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: She went for a picture of silver framed, half moon set. She nodded.

Ammy Spiritor: "Doing alchemy. Making a set of glasses for Lene so she can see colors without shifting into a human."

Sari Wolf: -Nods lightly, smiling lightly as she leans back slightly.- I think I could help with that.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: Lene touched the circled and closed her eyes. White light appeared around, her, dim, but it was there. It flowed into the array she touched.

Ammy Spiritor: "Ah Lene has started. Touch the circle and well, think about being happy."

Mokksha: :::she laid on hand on the circle and thought about trying to make pups with her mate Fen:::

Sari Wolf: -It was simple enough for Sari to do, all she had to do was think of Street and she was smiling softly.-

Ammy Spiritor: Ammy grinned as she saw the energy flow into the array. She touched the circle and thought on being alive with lene and fleet again. A family. Green radiated from her and flowed into to mingle with the other three. The goblet spun, the silver spoons melted and pooled into two round metal balls that rolled and followed the spiral array. The jelly beans were picked up with the balls.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: She held the image of the glasses seeing more details on them. She felt her energy flow into the array and mold the items on the table.

Sari Wolf: -Sari was still smiling, her mind turning on her pups, her smile growing bigger as she sighed happily.-

Mokksha: :::she let more of her energy flow into the alchemical circle and added a bit more by tapping into the reservoir of the force inside her:::

Ammy Spiritor: Ammy watched the items. The goblet was now a pool of crystal, the balls of silver and the jelly beans mixing. Soon delicate frames were starting to peek out of the crystal pool.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: She opened her eyes seeing the glasses form and smiled. It had been 2 months since she had done any creating with alchemy. It felt good again.

Ammy Spiritor: Nodded as the glasses formed. Silver wire frames with half moon lenses of clear crystal now sat on the table. The array fading with the use of it. "Now those are beautiful Lene."

Sari Wolf: -Sari smiled softly as she watched Lene then the glasses curiously.-

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: She reached out to touch the glasses but were afraid to touch them.

Ammy Spiritor: "You made them, pick em up girl. Try them on."

Mokksha: :::she turned to Sari and smiled conspiratorially::: we helped make magic and nothing bad happened!

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: Lene lifted the glasses and placed them on top of her muzzle. She adjusted them and looked through the lenses. "Gasp!"

Ammy Spiritor: "Course not. I was watching." she winked.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "Color. I have color back again." it was enough to get tears in her eyes. She looked down to hide them and saw the jade green sliver she held. That made her feel awed by the color and cold by what it reminded her off. She broke down into sobs for a moment of two.

Mokksha: :::she nodded in reply to Ammy and beamed at Sari, watching Lene enjoy her new vision:::

Ammy Spiritor: Leaned over and rubbed Lenes back. "Easy Lene. Small steps."

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "The jade is so pretty. Never realized it till now. Just like mog." more sobs.

Sari Wolf: -She sighed, her eyes turning to her paws.*

Ammy Spiritor: Sip of soda. "Time Lene. You'll get him back I am sure of it. I have some special friends working on Mogriil." she had that ol' mischievous look.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "He won?t come back. Said he would kill me if tried to go after him."

Mokksha: :::she reached a hand out and clasped Sari's paw gently:::: wow....Mog did that to Lene with one sentence....men can be awfully stupid sometimes huh?

Ammy Spiritor: "He was just acting tough. Boys, you know. It's all bout being tough, wood sticks, and egos. I am sure right now he is banging his head against a wall for treating you the way he did."

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "He meant it. I could tell. i hit him. He never hit me back."

Ammy Spiritor: Brief nod to Anya as she was on patching things up duty. "He didn't? Well then, there's hope. He still respected you. If he never cared about you, he would have tried to abuse you on the spot."

Mokksha: :::she smiled a hello at teh good doctor, the murmured to Sari::: hey, want a sip of my hard cider?

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "Really? But he said it was just all business."

Mokksha: :::smiles and nods tiredly at the aja bird:::

Sari Wolf: -She smiles to Mokksha and shakes her head.- I can't, I'm sorry. I'm still breast feeding the pups.

Mokksha: :::she shrugged::: sorry i offered.....i forgot that can affect babies........i thought it was only before they were born.....ah well....i need to head off.....i am wearisome tired.

Ammy Spiritor: "That?s called Muudra in high gear. You kinda shocked Mog, Lene. The thought of pups and getting hitched was most likely a hammer blow to him."

Ammy Spiritor: "have a good night Mokkie. Give your hubby a good romp in bed.' she winked.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "I was going to let him romp in bed with me last night."

Sari Wolf: <I>-Smiles to Mokk.- Have a good night Mokksha. </I>

Mokksha: :::she shook her head, half in humor and half in weariness:::: see you all on the morrow. :::she got up, retrieved her bag and headed home to rest:::

Ammy Spiritor: "Will do." she looked to Lene and scooted her chair closer. "You have to understand Lene, pups are a commitment on both ends. There?s the fun of making them, but then the pain of whelping them, the time to raise them, and... the heartbreak of failing them some times. Mog was probably not up for that. Are you? look at me. I failed at raising you like I should have."

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "I just miss him. Miss his smell, the raunchy jokes, the...the...warmth in bed. I was bad. I did something wrong i know it." she leaned heavily into Ammy and cried.

Ammy Spiritor: "You are not a bad girl. Just young." she hugged Lene giving her support. "Never say your bad. Never." her voice held a fierce note to it.

Sari Wolf: <I>-Her ears pinned back as she heard Lene. She gulped softly and sighed out.- Street doesn't know I'm having nightmares... I've been keeping it hush hush so not to upset him. -Said more to herself than anything.- I have been keeping myself busy during the night while he comes home, and I'm afraid that me being absent from home a lot is pushing him away... </I>

Ammy Spiritor: Blinks and looks to Sari. Looks like she had two now. "Tell him Sari. Street likes straight up honesty. Lene, you?re not the reason he left. Mogs a dense idiot." someone was getting a little feisty.

Sari Wolf: <I>-She nods in agreement with Ammy.- The times I've met him he was rather daft. </I>

Ammy Spiritor: Then she thought a moment. "What type of night mares? I know a few herbal sedatives safe for nursing mothers."
Sari Wolf: <I>-Looks to Ammy.- The kidnapping. </I>

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "He was my idiot though." more half covered sobs. "Hes rudeness made me fell mature and smart."

Sari Wolf: <I>This time it's not just me... It's Street and the pups. All of them being tortured before my eyes to get to me. </I>

Ammy Spiritor: Blinks at lene. "Well that's one way to adapt to him Lene." a look to Sari. "Ever think of trying to put your dreams into a Jedi Holocron. May help/"

Sari Wolf: <I>-Sari blinks as she looks to Ammy.- A what? </I>

Ammy Spiritor: "Its a device that records your memories and thoughts. Jedi use it for meditation, instructions, or to figure out and odd dream."

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: She stopped some of her sobbing and sipped more soda. Wet gray eyes behind half-moon glasses in a silver wire frame.

Sari Wolf: <I>-she nods and rubs the back of her neck lightly.- Mmm... I just don't know what I'm gonna do with telling Street... He said he was coming by the clinic if I didn't come home to spend time with him... So I came here because I didn't want him to see me like this. </I>

Ammy Spiritor: "Lene, trust me on this. Give him a few days. He will be back."

Ammy Spiritor: "Sari, avoiding him is going to make things worse. He really cares for you. Hell, he risked getting killed to bring you back. And didn't you help him pull through his own demons. Honestly, he will understand."

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "We shared a bed. Why doesn?t he see that as being a lover." she said softly.

Sari Wolf: <I>-She whimpered and buried her face in her paws. Her head shaking a bit as she sat there.-</I>

Ammy Spiritor: "Sari, it'll be all right. You know him. He's rugged. Go talk with him when you can. And Lene, sleeping with someone doesn't always mean they think your in a serious relationship."

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "But, loved me. Kissed me when I wa sick. Kept me warm at night. Even stood up for me." she was grasping .

Street Wolf: High pitched whine and the squeal of wet tires on pavers is heard. The roar of a TIE engine on a Harley cycle frame is heard outside of the inn.

Ammy Spiritor: "Small steps. How are you liking color vision?"

Sari Wolf: <I>-Her ears pinned back and she rose upwards, moving towards the door and out onto the porch. Her gulp coming as she drew in a deep breath.-</I>

Street Wolf: Dismounted and killed the engine. Paws opened the door, and in walked Street sopping wet in riding leathers. "ellright. Whe's the surry arse that quit me god daughter? Hm?" red and orange eye looking around. Guns on display at both hips.

Ammy Spiritor: "As if I don't have a zoo already. Not here Street. Mog has vanished for lack of better words."

Sari Wolf: <I>-She watched as Street walked past her and tilted her head. With his words she sighed, yep, she loved the heart that big wolf had.-</I>

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "don?t you hurt him. Please. I love him."

Street Wolf: "Lov 'em? Ell lass, he plumb tol ya to piss off or he kills you. I have some wor's to exchane with him. Mevbe a bullet or too. He abandoned ye. No guard now, nay friend, surry mutt of a luver." Street was quite miffed.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "It was my fault. I was bad to him."

Sari Wolf: <I>-Her ears pinned back while she listened to her mate from the cracked door. She gulped a bit as she drew in a deep breath and bit at her inner cheek lightly, nervously.-</I>

Ammy Spiritor: Smothered the sigh and took a sip of soda instead.

Street Wolf: "Dunt care if ye were a bad tike. Ye never are. i want his hide. Lousy bastard. Flake on a good grli. Mind to put more oles in him. make him a furr coat fur ya." he paused a moment. "Seen me luv tonight twice dead daughter?"

Sari Wolf: <I>-Blink blinks a bit and steps away from the opened door to sit on the swing and delay the enevitable.-</I>

Ammy Spiritor: Points to the porch and strokes Lene. "Your uncle won?t kill him, yet."

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "Everyone is upset because of me." she buried her head and cried.

Street Wolf: Steps onto the porch and sees sari. His foul mood gone. "Luvers!" strode right up to her and sat by her giving a wonderfully deep hug and kiss. "Miss 'a today. Ya okay?"

Sari Wolf: <I>-Draws in a deep breath as she smiles to him. He always managed to make her spirit lift. She returned the hug and kiss before she started to sob, the image of her dreams getting to her so suddenly.- No.. </I>

Ammy Spiritor: "Everone is upset because they car about you. It is alright. Mog has dropped his duty he swore to Street. Have some more to drink Lene."

Street Wolf: "Okay. What?s been wrong?"

Sari Wolf: <I>-She pulled back from him a bit while she lowered her head. Her head shaking ever so slightly.- Nightmares... Bad ones. </I>

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: She sipped on her empty soda. She just sat their sucking on the straw. Going numb.

Street Wolf: "Luvers, you'll be fine. I am ere to protect ye. Will till I die."

Kaijuchan: :: And the door opens up and the queen of the jello ring enters. Slice of pizza in one hand and six boxes in the other. Chomping down upon the slice in her hand as she looks around. Making her way towards the bar.::

Sari Wolf: <I>-Still sobbing softly she murmured.- They had you and the pups... </I>

Ammy Spiritor: Stood and went to get another soda. Pased the others just nodding a little. Going behind the counter she pulled two fresh sodas the leaned on the bar for a moment looking a little lost.

Street Wolf: "They'll neva get the pups luvers. I've got peps who will come get them if trouble hits. "
Kaijuchan: :: Pizza boxes set down upon the counter before her large arm wraps around Ammy. Giving her a hug.::

Sari Wolf: <I>I don't want to lose you or our pups, Street. -She looked up at him, sniffling softly. </I>

LadyAjaBird: ::glances at Ammy:: Howdy. ::grins a little::

Kaijuchan: How is it going old gal? :: She stuffs the crust of the pizza slice in her craw and chews contentedly. It was filled with cheese to!::

Street Wolf: "Wisest thing a mum can say. Nay wanna lose ye luvers."

Sari Wolf: <I>I'm sorry I've been avoiding you.. I didn't want you to see me like this.. -Her ears pin back.-</I>

Ammy Spiritor: "Hey aja and gilly." she said a little tiredly. She was getting tired from trying to console lene and piece her back together.

Street Wolf: "Luvers, I forgive ye. But hidin makes me worried. I start thinkin mebe the virus is back or yer nabbed again." he said with worry, not anger.

Kaijuchan: :: Opening one of the pizza boxes and points.:: Gilly special. Everything with extra anchovie, squid, and jalepenos. Looks like you could use a slice Ammy.

Sari Wolf: <I>-She looked up at him and sighed.- Yeah I remember that... I know.. I'm sorry. I talked to Esta about my dreams... Guess what she told me. </I>

Ammy Spiritor: "I'll take two. One for me and one for lene. She got dumped hard last night."

Kaijuchan: Who is the idiot. I'll reduce him to ashes and then piss on em.

Street Wolf: "What di she say?"

Sari Wolf: <I>The Tagress have left Rhy'din... They've actually left. </I>

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: Curled up in the chair in her little world.

Ammy Spiritor: "Easy Gill. She still loves him, and I am betting he still loves her. A question wasn?t handled well and they had a bad fight."

Kaijuchan: dumping Lene.. :: A snort.:: I'll take it over to Lene. I have been dumped before i know how it is. :: And over to Lene the kaiju lumbers. Holding that box of pizza. There was five more boxes for amy to pilfer if she wanted.:: Hey. Hows my favorite teenage lupe? :: Taking a seat by her.::

Ammy Spiritor: And pizza she did pilfer. Time for someone to be pinch hitter for a bit.

Street Wolf: "Well there ya go luvers. Safe at last."

Sari Wolf: <I>-Nods a bit and wraps her arms around him.- I'm sorry. </I>

Street Wolf: "Sorry fer what? being worried about yer mate and pups?Don't worry about it."

Kaijuchan: :: Slice pulled and she put it under Lene's snout.::

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: Looks at gilly a moment. "Hey gill." no enthusiasm.

Kaijuchan: Your mom told me what happened, but she did not give me details, so why dont you have some pizza, and tell me what happened. Then i will go and get us the biggest most fattiest carton of any flavor ice cream in the world for you and me to share.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "I asked him if wanted to get hitched. he said no, and I needed to grow up. He even said it was my fault for getting too hooked on him. Even said that him sleeanpping with me was just business and then casually offered me a hug. I hit him. He threatened to kill me and left."

Sari Wolf: <I>-After a long hug of her mate she whispered.- I love you Street. </I>

Street Wolf: "Luv ye too hon. Just got to skin me a mog for bustin up me lene."

Sari Wolf: <I>-Nods to Street and whispers.- I'll help. </I>

Kaijuchan: Yeah sounds like you scared him. Some men are scared of commitment. :: Lifting a slice of her own and taking a bite.:: And of course your going to get emotionally attached. Thats why you call him your boyfreind and him his girlfreind. Anyway i think he is gonna need a few day to think about what he said, and hopfully he will come to the conclusion that he was being and idiot who shoud of handled it better, and you should appolgise for punching him. I remember when if had my first boyfreind.

Ammy Spiritor: Sip of soda and nibble of pizza. She bent to the task of trying to get better acquainted with lene.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "I wouldn?t have lost him if wasn't a bad girl. I mean, I should have been older and more mature." she held her head with her paws staring at the pizza.

Kaijuchan: Barry was his name, and he thought he would suprise me by burrowing into the girl's shower room and scare me... Me being me got startled. No question just turned around and let him have the breath of doom, and Queen Gi Gi followed suit with her gravity beams, and well.. He and i had a fight, and well.. We mad up a week later just decided to be freinds. Still wish we could be more, but

Kaijuchan: No. You are being you, and he needs to accept a frog with it's warts.

Street Wolf: "Wont be pretty sight luvers."

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "I 'm a frog with warts?!" she sobbed.

Kaijuchan: Angy lass accepts me for who I am, and i accept her. Even though she eats me out of house and home, and is about as smart as a bag of hammers, but she has qualities that i lik.

Sari Wolf: <I>You know I've seen worse Street. </I>

Kaijuchan: Oh geez.. We all are Lene. Every one of us has faults.

Street Wolf: "Right."

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: Sniffles and started nomming on the pizza. "I want him dead."

Sari Wolf: <I>-She kissed his chin.- I just feel bad for making you sleep without me the last few days. </I>

Kaijuchan: I have my quick temper and usually solve all my problems with atomic death. Angy has a eating problem and can be as dumb as a brick. What people need to do is look past those faults and see the good qualities of people.

Kaijuchan: Name some of the good qualities of the guy you were with for me.

Ammy Spiritor: "Yup, my girl alright." she sighed. She returned to the table. Giving Anya a squeeze on the shoulder as he walked by.

Maranya Valkonan: ::Absent nod to Ammy::

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "Warm, thoughtful, raunchy, too concerned about his burnt body."

Street Wolf: "With four pups, I wasnt that alone." he grinned.

Sari Wolf: <I>-She giggled- I wasn't snuggled next to you during the night. </I>

Kaijuchan: :: A nod.:: From what you told me i know his faults, but you gotta learn to look past that. Now i am sure he knows your a sweet, loyal, and caring person and he needs to focus on those good points about you and overlook your faults. If he cant do that then you have to pick yourself up. Get a make over and put yourself on the market and find a man who will accept you for who you are. Faults and all.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: I mean it was sweet how he was so self conscious, but some days it was so.." deep sigh. "I miss his smell to."

Kaijuchan: What i think you need to do is find him, and appologise for over reacting, and he in turn i am sure will appologise for his behavior as well. :: Lifting a slice and chomping down on it.::

Street Wolf: "I think was one of th epups."

Sari Wolf: <I>What about them? -Her head tilts to the side-</I>

Ammy Spiritor: Nodded with that logic.

Street Wolf: "That snuggled close to me. Gotta watch the twins. One thought the milk bar was open."

Sari Wolf: <I>-She giggled to that and nodded.- Kitta and her brother do that. </I>

Street Wolf: "Yes. I aint exactly a girl." he laughed.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "I do, he kills me if i go looking for im."

Sari Wolf: <I>-She groped at his chest.- This is true, but I could leave a few bottles with you in case. </I>

Kaijuchan: You would make one ugly one if you were street. :: A chuckle as she finished her slice.:: Well i could always go looking for him and perhaps beat some sense into him, but you mom would get upset with me and that is one lupe i dont want mad at me.

Street Wolf: Another chuckle. "Let's head home, shal we. I'll find the little maggot tomorrow."

Sari Wolf: <I>-She smiles to him.- Be there if the nightmares come? </I>

Ammy Spiritor: "I am not that bad Gilly. I don't even have my metal anymore."

Kaijuchan: You dont need your metal to kick ass girl. Just like i dont need my atomic breath, but it helps. :: Wink and she rises.:: LEne. You think about what i said ok. Im your freind and freinds help one another. I just stopped in to say hello. Need to bring what is left of the pizza to Angy lass before she decides to eat the furniture. ::A chuckle moving to gather up those boxes and headed for the door.::

Street Wolf: "Promise." he lifted her up and took her to the bike in the rain.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "Okay gilly."
Ammy Spiritor: "Why do people think I am some mean Lupe." she laughed.

Street Wolf: A wet whistle and the bike started up.

Sari Wolf: <I>-She kissed at his chin and smiled, her arms wrapping around him as she sighed out.- Let's go home love. </I>

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "Cause you kicked a lot of ass before mom." long sigh.

Street Wolf: He nodded and they sped off.

Ammy Spiritor: "Maybe Lene, dear. Maybe. I am little bit different now."

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "I don't know if i can go to mog yet. I still hurt."

Ammy Spiritor: "Take a few days. Spend time with the orphans. They really miss you hon."

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: Lene yawned, and readjusted her silver, half moon glasses. "It's late mom."

Ammy Spiritor: "Yes it is. Lets go then hon." she stood and grabbed her cloak.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: Lene stood and grabbed her cloak as well. She walked out the door.

Ammy Spiritor: Ammy was right behind lene.

Myrlene Spiritor

Date: 2009-10-10 19:37 EST
You know that little voice in your head that tells you that some things may be a bad idea? I learned last night to not ignore the voice. I wanted to forget the pain, the hurt Mog inflicted on me. I decided to try what adults call drowning the pain. Now I just feel like someone tacked me over the head with a sledge hammer. I can close my eyes and remember almost everything:

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: Opens the door and slips in. Looking a bit haunted this late at night. Pads over quietly to the bar and slipping behind it. Rumages in the sparse cooler. Fishes out some coke and a bottle of Jaeger Meister. Takes a regular glass and begins mixing up a Jaeger and coke. Drink mixed, heavy on the Jaeger, she sips. The licorice flavor seeming to smooth her mood a smidge. Leans against the back of the bar drumming claws staring at the label of Jaeger bottle. Noticing it's quiet tonight. Her mind analyzing a particular fight and the lack of knowledge on Mogs where about.

Maranya Valkonan: ::Musing over sips of watered Crown. Smile for Myrlene::

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: Feels eyes looking on her. Gray eyes peek through half moon, silver framed glasses that would radiate magic, seeing Anya. A smile tried to form and just died on her muzzle. Another sip of her mix.

Maranya Valkonan: Sunshine?

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "yeah?" dead tired voice.

Maranya Valkonan: What's wrong? ::Offering her a hug::

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: Leaned over the bar to accept the hug. Cheek fur would be a bit damp. She returned to her heavy Jaeger mix and sipped again, long one this time. She looked as if she was mustering strength to say something. Then, in a soft voice tightly reigned in. "Mog walked out on me."

Maranya Valkonan: ::Frown once the hug breaks:: Did he say why?

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: She looked away from Anya. "Said I needed to grow up more. It was just business to him. To be honest I did spring the question of pups and getting hitched on him suddenly. He's threatened to kill me if I try to find him."

Maranya Valkonan: Mm. That sounds like the reaction of someone who is afraid of possible commitments.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: Sips more and a slight wimper escapes. "I keep hearing him say he's teaching me a lesson. Why do I feel like I am just a bad girl? I feel useless and unwanted."

Maranya Valkonan: Sweetheart, it's natural to feel that way. But you are neither.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "If I am neither, then why did he leave me?" she stared at Anya. Solid guilt in her gray eyes.

Maranya Valkonan: He's afraid. Some men run when they think about becoming fathers some day. Even more if there's an immediate possibility of such.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "But I am not pregnant. We slept under the covers only twice. When he was sick, and when I was sick. Warmth that?s all. Spend so much time together, and it's just...business." stares at the bar top not wanting to look up. "Maybe if I was taller, smarter, not a freak..." she was mumbling to herself. Another long sip of jaeger mix.

Maranya Valkonan: He could call it that because he's scared to be close. Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor, you are not a freak.
Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "He was my bodyguard. Maybe he was right. I was the one who assumed sleeping together meant something." a quick look to Anya. "I am a freak. 15 in body, 6 in mind." she slumped a bit. "And to top it off, this break up pulls mom and dad back together. For once they pay attention to me. Only when I f*** up. Hurrah for such a strong family." she starts crying and laughing a bit hysterically.

Maranya Valkonan: Mm. Both genders think that about sex. And that is not always the case. But don't get it in your furry head to cause trouble just to get attention.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "I don't want trouble! I just want normal. No magic, no fighting, someone there for me when I need them. Yeah mom's done a 180 in the last 3 days, and hell dad knows what he's talking about, but where were they when I needed them?" another sip of the jaeger as she was bleeding off some really deep anger.

Maranya Valkonan: ::Slow breaths, pondering:: Likely dealing with their own crises.

ThorneFang: ::yawns a bit and flicks his wings:: No such thing as normal.... ::he picks up the cat carrier and slings it over his shoulder:: You ladies....you have a good night

Maranya Valkonan: Again, take care, Thorne.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "Pups get to play games, have fun, go on picnics with their parents. Run around and learn things. What did I do? Get kidnapped by psycho deities, became a toady for one, patched up more injured friends than I care. Rebuilt part of the Den and ran it for a bit. Cared for a father out of his mind." she was panting heavy. She blinked at thorn and just took another sip emptying the glass. She was mixing up another drink to refill the glass. "night...teacher." she actually forced some kindness in. "Seriously. My family ranks with the nut jobs. How many kids lose their mother and watch her brought back to life? How many have former evil deities for god parents?" she sniffled. "How many have a father that is a deity, come home at night and tell you and mom that he just threw away all of his magic to be normal and to be home for his little girl." she sobbed at that point ignoring the drink.

Maranya Valkonan: But, perfectly normal for Rhydin. ::Offering another hug::

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "Damn Rhydin!" she barked. Full glass was in paw in a flash and flung across the room against the wall. Snapping point in 10. She held her head for a moment. "I can only take so much."

Maranya Valkonan: ::Expecting that, she nods:: I know, Sunshine. ::Still offering the hug::

ThorneFang: ::hrms and looks to Lene:: We all have crosses to bear...when I was a young man I made a deal with demons and got cut up into pieces and sewn back together....I didn't come with wings as standard equipment you know. Used to hunt people for them, women and children at times, crush their bones in my jaws. But I think I'm pretty even tempered now...hm? You can?t absorb it all, gotta let some of the tide roll off your back, as it were.

Maranya Valkonan: And I owe you some Outback time. This Wednesday, you and me in the Pit.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: slowly walks around the bar and falls into Anya's hug, not letting go.

Maranya Valkonan: ::Tight hug of the Lupinossi::

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "How do you rise above the tied when people keep tying anchors to your paws?" she mumbles to Thorn from her entrechment with Anya.

Maranya Valkonan: Life is like a river. You have to move with its flow. If I let everything that has gone wrong over the years drag me down, I'd never have come back to the Inn, and I would not have met my Sunshine.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "I don't feel like sunshine. I feel like hurricane lene." she muttered. Some humor was attempted.

Maranya Valkonan: Mm, you are that, too. But this too shall pass.

ThorneFang: ::yawns and hrms, with a shrug:: You seen my collar hun. You just keep going For now...me and my kittens are goign to bed....

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "Least you got kittens." she made a pointed reply. She immediately resented saying that. "Why do I never listen to the lil pup in my head that tells me drinking gets me into trouble."

Maranya Valkonan: Because it's easier to do the opposite.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "Don't tell mom or dad I was here. I snuck out." she was still hugging anya.

Maranya Valkonan: I won't. ::Smoothing purple hair::

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: Anya would find the purple hair had been died red, just like her mothers.

Maranya Valkonan: Nice change. ::Smile:: Though I miss the purple.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "I did it for mog when he recovered. Even dressed up in a black felt dress." she sniffled.

Maranya Valkonan: And what did he say?

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "Nothing. Asked why we were dressed up like this."

Maranya Valkonan: Did you tell him it was for him?

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: Sniffles. "Yes. But that was after the fight started. Said I was nice looking and was even going to offer to sleep with him that night for real."

Maranya Valkonan: Mm.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "I feel like he doesn?t want me now."

Maranya Valkonan: He's scared, I am betting.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "Why? I am not pregnant, and I don't care that he's a burn victim. I just want his love and what's inside him. He's so caring some days, others....he's a jerk... Even asked me what I would do if someone asked to kill me because I am a mage."

Maranya Valkonan: And some days you're loving, and others... Hurricane Myrlene. I'd give him time.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "How did you get Alper and Antonio?"

Maranya Valkonan: That, is the million silver question. I was myself.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "But mog is so much older than me. Isn't that supposed to make a difference? Being older?"

Maranya Valkonan: Antonio is nine years older than I am. Sometimes it does, others it doesn't.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: Another hug. "I am worried too about him. No one has heard or seen him in 4 days nows. Worse, Uncle Street is on the war path for him."

Maranya Valkonan: <I>Bozhe moi. </I>Street better not flatten him.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "i know. IT's really bad getting uncle street mad. He was the one who hired Mog as my body guard. Fen and Fleet are looking for him too, but i think that's to keep him alive."

Maranya Valkonan: That sounds about right.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "Why are men so violent? And how do you know Uncle Street?"

Maranya Valkonan: Testosterone for the most part. And it is hardwired into their brains. Mm, I met him a while back.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "Was he always cranky? He was such a nice uncle until Aunt Sari had pups and he opened the restaraunt."

Maranya Valkonan: Stress does odd things to people. I recall him having a bit of a temper before then.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "Really? and what's with his funny voice? Some days i can't understand him." her mood was improving it seems from talking and the alcohol.

Maranya Valkonan: Mm. I haven't seen him in a while.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "Ah. He keeps sayin something about his mom being and irish something and his dad from siberia being the reason for it. Sounds like you sometimes when you?re scared or mad and say those odd words."

Maranya Valkonan: Oh. ::Smile:: What some here call Russian, but it's Myrrrian.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "Is that like Lupesh?"

Maranya Valkonan: Possibly. Most languages have common roots.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "Wiim liivii moos iina goom maat." she spoke.

Maranya Valkonan: ::Brows furrow as she tries to parse that out::

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: She giggles.

Maranya Valkonan: Not like Myrrian, that part anyway.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "My lupesh is not so good as dad hasn't been around to teach me for some time. It means 'Wish increasing love and good mate.' Wiim is wish, liivii is increase and levitate, moos is love, lover, or enearment, iina is and, goom is good, maat is mate, husband, or wife."

Maranya Valkonan: ::She nods:: One day I will learn it.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "I can teach you Anya."

Maranya Valkonan: Deal. I am not teaching you the curses in Myrrian, though. Your parents will scalp me. ::Amused smile, and hug::

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "Since when did I need to cover my cursing in another language." sassy grin.

Maranya Valkonan: Since I am not to be a bad influence on you.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "Who told you that mudra?"

Mokksha: ::in walked the young woman, still plagued by the mocking laughter of the clowns of insomnia::

Maranya Valkonan: Noone did.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "huh." she looked to mokkie and gave her a paw wave. "Goom Oomaanaa paamaat!"

Maranya Valkonan: Besides, I need to start practicing for when I have children of my own.

Mokksha: :::she waved tiredly back at Lene and the good doctor and paced over to them, visibly trying to parse the lupesh in her head:::

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "Some say that when I have pups, the world ends. i don't know why." Lene smiled. "It means Good Night or Good evening pack mate/friend.":

Mokksha: :::that gets a groan::: because you are such firecracker and were such a handful as a pup that if you have any of your own, they will be mighty terrors, despite their small size!:::the lupesh translation got a smile an a hug hello::: and evening greetings to you, my niecekin.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: Grins. "ooohh... Lenes band of merry diaper pirates. I can see it now." she giggles.

Maranya Valkonan: That is why. And parents will wish that their children have ones like their children were.::Nods, committing the phrase to memory::

Mokksha: and you as well , doctor maranya.....good evening..and you with children that would be a gift to the universe and all our hearts.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "Great. I have pups, I'll have to start a realm wide deity killing spree. No pups are getting nabbed."

Maranya Valkonan: Beyond willing, I will be blessed so once I am married. ::Rap of her left hand's knuckles to the wooden bar::

Mokksha: i am glad to see you now, though sorry i have not seen you in some time.
:::she shook her head::: no lene, you need not do that.......if your pups are not housebroken, no one would dare steal them...the anguish would be too great! :::said with a smile and a grin too:::

Maranya Valkonan: Mm, I have been busy with a few things. Now that things have settled a bit, Sivanna can plan my wedding again.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "Just don't marry a Mog." slight grumbler in her voice. She goes off to find another glass to mix more Jaeger and coke.

Maranya Valkonan: I may borrow them for spoiling, like I did a certain Sunshine when I could.

Maranya Valkonan: Mog will come to his senses.

Mokksha: :::she smiled at the good news and sweet thoughts, then nodded adding::: if he doesn't your soulguardo may just have to pummel him into submission.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: Lene chuckled. "Was I ever house broken? He may." sharp intake of breath. "Or uncle beats it all out of him. As long as the part below the waist still works..."

Mokksha: :::she giggled and blushed at the same time::: that's our lene! a healthy girl if ever there was one!

Desert king: ::walks out into the outback with a mouthful of sundae ingredients but not from a sundae, per se. In his hands a container of vanilla ice cream, chocolate syrup, a banana, a spoon, and a bag of marshmallows. He munched happily, a near angelic glow about him. this had made his night. :: "Hallou everyone!" ::to no one in particular. loaded stands or even just one other person. He'd consider the facts as a medium::

Mokksha: :::she grinned at the sight of her latest friend and acquaintance making a mess of himself eating a non cohesive sundae:: well, hello mister Go....care to come join us girls for a chat?

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "I wish." more mutters and a long sip of her second drink tonight. There was once glass smashed on the opposite wall. "Bliidra Dograh walked right when I was going to offer some fun in bed."

Mokksha: :::she waved at him from the sattelite bar the outback sparring rings had over to one side:::

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "Men, can't ride em, can't please em."

Mokksha: :::::had she been drinking at that comment from Lene should would have narffed said contents out her nose...fortunately there was none to narf:::

Desert king: "I should love that very much! Hallou there!" ::to Myrlene and anyone else as he went to the bar and claimed a seat. placing his sundae effects on the bar and then trying to keep them all from falling when they had come down::

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "Hi." she said flat toned. Another sip. Did anyone remember what the warning label on Lene was for drinking?

Mokksha: Doctor Maranya, Lene, this is mister Go, a new friend of mine and the latest victim of my most recent healing attempt. :::she pointed out her companions as she spoke::

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "You single Go?"

Mokksha: ::::she knew there was a label but had no idea how much was already in her niecekin:::

Maranya Valkonan: Mm. I need to get some rest... and Myrlene, you should, too. I fought him here the other week, Mokksha.

Desert king: "Why, <I>Maranya, </I>that is your name? It is certainly a beautiful name. Has anyone ever told you that? A beautiful name, indeed!" ::lowering his sunglasses just for the second to wink at her::

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: two glasses of Jaeger and coke, heavy on the Jaeger. Sighs a little, lift glass, and chugs the contents.

Mokksha: you fought him???? fought him???? as in fighting and skills??? ::::she blinked and stared at Go closely:::

Desert king: "Single and here to mingle! My, how incredibly nice you ladies are. I'd love to buy you all drinks! People do pay for drinks here, yes? I do hate free bars, that takes away all my courteousness..." ::he put on a sad face::

Maranya Valkonan: Mm. ::Leaning to whisper to Myrlene::

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "You affraid of commitments? Any previous kids? Functiioonningg beeelooowww desksss..." yeah, 3 ft girl and Jaeger.

Mokksha: oh helllssss.....::::she reached out and grabbed lene:::

Desert king: "Well it's not very likely I'll be having kids anytime soon since I've been labeled as <I>infertile </I>by a few women. But you don't have to have kids to have fun, that's what I say!" ::he popped three marshmallows in his mouth just like Rekah from earlier::

Maranya Valkonan: Mm. Mokksha, I believe you should help Myrlene get home.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: nodded listening to Anya and laughed hard. "ya dooonnn say?" fixes Go with a smirk. "Fiigrii." she hiccupped. Something hot would be felt if Go felt the mini fireball under his boot.

Maranya Valkonan: I do say, Sunshine.

Desert king: ::sniffing at smoke:: "What the--?"

Mokksha: :::looking between Lene and Maranya, what did i miss?

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: Start to go for a 3rd mix.

Mokksha: ohh noo....three drinks is not for you my little love!
Desert king: "Gaaahh!" ::he screamed falling back on his back and slapping all hell out of his boot to put out the fire. some smoke later, he was done, and rubbing about a black-smeared hand::

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "Buuut..but the cupcake was ooofffeerrin to buy."

Desert king: "How incredibly peculiar." ::he looked up and down and all around since he was planted there on the ground anyway. well that might not have been all:: "My, what terrific legs you ladies have."

Maranya Valkonan: Remember what I said, Myrlene. And I have never lied to you.

Desert king: "That's right I was! What's your poison, my dear? Apple juice? <I>Grape </I>juice? Or are you down with the season and thirsting for a cold glass of apple cider!" ::not the kind of drinks they might have had in mind, but in all honesty had been the only ones in his::

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: yeah. when the cupcake is out, she?s about uhm...ready to run after it. "Gotcha muuummmss..." she gave a wavering, drunk thumbs up in the general direction of Anya.

Mokksha: :::sighing, arm wrapped tight around Lene:::: Lene, sweetling, he is not a cupcake and neither are you.....he is a boy and you are a girl and .......oh boy....i should just get you home.

Desert king: ::he scritched his head:: "Leaving so soon? I just got here." ::he frowned majestically::

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: A look to Mokki and a furred grin. "Moookkkiii....why soooo redddd faced??" looking through her half moon glasses.

Maranya Valkonan: Come on, Myrlene. Time for you to go home. Exactly so, Mokksha. I don't want Fleet or Ammy scalping me. It's late, and I have a long day too.

Desert king: ::looking between them all::

Mokksha: oh gods lene, i am not having the birds and bees talk with you drunk! and maranya is right, there will be scalpings or spankings if Fen gets ahold of me after finding out what i've let you get up to.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "Buutt...I'm too fuzzy to dance in the ballett muum..." she giggled.

Maranya Valkonan: ::She rises from her stool, and reaches for an arm to help Myrlene::

Mokksha: oh gods.......i'll be back mister go, but i need to get this one home.

Desert king: "Hey I couldn't help with anything could I?" ::he laughed gently but looking to Mokk very intent to make his offering of help recognized. if that was all, it'd be good enough::

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "Why would Fen spaank. yous? You been bad pup too? Or Fen just like good tail?"

Mokksha: :::she reaches into her pouch of necessities and pulls out her enchanted portal compact mirror:::: you ready to step thorugh......oh gods Lene!!!! i am sooooo not answering that!

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: yesh, filter is off completely.

Desert king: ::red-faced:: <s> "Oh my..."

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "I hear sometin. Small pup in me head...says gonna be sowwy for this in mornin." wobbles.

Desert king: "Shall I meet you back at the inn, Mokkie?!" ::he called unpeeling the banana and biting about half of it::

Mokksha: :::and with that she activates the portal in the mirror and the gateway opens while scarlet red faced she tugs Lene into the opening::: here or there doesn't matter, but i am gonna need a strong drink to sleep after this!

Maranya Valkonan: ::Shaking her head, she heads out of the Outback, the first steps on the journey home to her heart::

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "By muum! Have fun with them boys." she waved or thought she waved. she flailed as she was lead away. "You're sooo cute Moookss.. wanna sleep wish me and keep me warm?"

Mean while, during Lenes drinking binge:

Mogriil: Steps through the islands portal. He was clothed in his armor, 3 gaping holes in the chest plate testament to a fight he almost didn't survive. He walked the beach and headed for the bar needing a drink badly. He had a bad taste in his muzzle, and he kept his yellow eyes shaded behind the steel, snarling wolf head helm. What he was hiding none knew.

DUEL Topaz: ::A wave to Mogriil to welcome him::

Mogriil: Trudges up to the furthest table from the crowds and waved a goblin over. "Wretch mix please." he asked. The goblin shook his head knowing what he wanted. It ran off. He gave a wave to topaz and leaned back in his chair. He looked nice and cool, but he was fidgeting. Hell his lance was missing too. Goblin came back with a tall glass. The wretch mix. 2 parts ever clear, 1 part tequila, 1 part dwarf spirits. Yeah. Notes misty's tail wave and waves back. Kind of stiffly too. He took a long sip of the mix and winced resisting the urge to howl. It worked it's way down.

Street Wolf: Paws crunched sand with purpose. Straps on his leather jacket flapped in the breeze. Nose going and his orange cybernetic eye glowing brighter than usual. He was hunting. Dual guns strapped to his hips. Street was heading right for Mogriil.

Mogriil: Sniffs the scent of Street on the breeze. He looked to another Goblin. "Large mug of Guiness."

Mogriil: Kicks out a chair. "Have a seat old man."

Street Wolf: Stops and kick the chair back to the table. Paws resting firmly on his guns. "Ol'? Pef. Fitter tan ye, runt." he spat.

Mogriil: Another sip of his drink. The mug of Guiness was brought to the table. "Fitter maybe, but your still old, and you have pups now. You may want to take the paws off the guns. Me leaving Lene is not grounds for killing me. Have a drink and we settle this like adults."

Street Wolf: "Settle like aduults eh? Boyo ye ain't no adult. Man would'nae left me precious niece in pieces. Man would 'ave stuck wit her. Kept his promise. Honored yer deal wit me. I'll drink with tat man. Not the bliidraa moogrii before me."

Mogriil: "So you've never been scared by a female who suddenly drops that she wants hitched and kids? I'm not mate material. I look out for me and mine."

Street Wolf: "Tat's what got ye knickers bunched? Marriage and pups? Boyo I shoul' crak yer skull right now. Shore most men would run hearing tat question. But teh lassy askin is a pup. She aint tat serious." He crossed his chest.

Mogriil: "Never lived with Lene have you. That kid can be dead serious. I get out of the hospital and she wants htiched with me. I just had my second brush with death protecting her here, and she wants kids. Hell with that. I want my freedom."

Street Wolf: "Yer bound to me boy. Member the contract? I hired ye to keep her safe. Not mess her up. Ye failed. Now ye going to own up to it?"

Mogriil: Snorts and tosses a pouch full of coins on the table. "Take the coins."

Street Wolf: "Coins? Yer payin wit yer hide. Up now." uncrossed arms and unsnapped his guns.
Mogriil: Eyes the guns being loosed. "So, you wish to shoot me here? With a lot of innocent people that can get hit by a bullet? Your mind has gone Street. Go back to your pots and pans and your wife. I don't need your niece. I just want to be left alone."

Street Wolf: "Good point." he leaned over and took up the mug of Guiness and drank. "I'll just shoot ya later in the dark."

Mogriil: "Honestly, why is my leaving her bad? Really? What would I have to offer her? Huh? Hi honey, your charred hubby is home. Once again I've killed a mage to raise money for the kids education." sip

Street Wolf: "Yer worried about nut bein pretty?" he began to laugh. "Let me give ya a gravel ride on me bike, I'll smooth that sorry winy pup out of you."

Mogriil: "Try old man. Love to see how tough ye are without the damn bike and guns."

Street Wolf: "Really? Ya puttin yer pretty muzzle up for the bet?" he was beginning to strip off the gun belts.

Mogriil: "Maybe." glass was set down. He stood. "Guns on the table. We settle this dispute good ol' lupe fashion."

Street Wolf: Clunk went the gun belts onto the table and he sat down and empty mug. "Wager boyo?"

Mogriil: "I win. You leave me alone. Contract over. i live my life."

Street Wolf: "Accepted. I win, and you come back to te house, appologize to Lene, and make yer ways right laddy."

Mogriil: "Accepted. But she asks me to get hitched I am decking her."

Street Wolf: "On te sand ye bastard. Hittin lassy's is one ting. Hittin pups, ye goin down." he stepped onto the sand away from the bar.

Mogriil: Took off his helm, and his gauntlets. Burn scars all over. "I am not a bastard. My mother loved someone and he ditched us. Took off for the damn wars with a promise to come back. I supported my mother." he stepped on the sands. "Major blood or first out?"

Street Wolf: "First out moogrii." he spat saying the word and snapped out a left hook for Mogs jaw.

Mogriil: Mog stepped back one, then launched a spin kick nailing Street in the head with studded fighting spats.

Street Wolf: Stepped back shaking his head as his ears rang.

Mogriil: He pressed his advantage and stepped in with a sharp hook.

Street Wolf: Ringing abating he brought his paws down in a fist onto mogs shoulder joint. He felt Mogs fist score on his muzzle.

Mogriil: Winced as he shoulder was reamed.

Street Wolf: Following the shoulder popper that failed, he went for an upper cut.
Mogriil: Mog stepped back, felt fist brush fur and bopped Street on the nose with a crunch.

Street Wolf: Stepped back a bit. Paw brushed nose and felt blood. Grabbing the bridge of his muzzle he squeezed popping it back into place. "First blood to you."

Mogriil: Jump kicks for Streets chest.

Street Wolf: He wasn't fast enough to deflect the kick. He went over gasping.

Mogriil: "Yield and you won?t have to explain to Sari why you're injured."

Street Wolf: Wheez, "Never." On his back he snapped out a kick at mogs knees.

Mogriil: Hoping for another chance to bop street into submission, he felt his legs buckle from the sweeping kick. Mogriil: He also feel his good knee go numb. On the ground he tried Street's tactic and kicked for the old Lupes knees.

Street Wolf: Rolled back and up on his feet snapping a kick and connecting with mogs jaw.

Mogriil: That flattend him on the sand.

Street Wolf: "How boot ye give up now laddy. I can mess up teh best and ye aint notin but shite in my eyes rigth now boyo."

Mogriil: Spat a little blood out. "Never." he sprang up for a hook.

Street Wolf: Street was one step ahead. He planted a jump kick to Mogs head knocking him down again. "ye don't get it. Ye fightin a losin battle laddy. I'm part irish setter, part siberian huskeh. Yer kibble boyo."

Mogriil: Shook his head and stood acting woozy. Suddenly he snaked a paw out to grab Streets wrist.

Street Wolf: Street again was faster despite his age of 97. Ducking under the grab, he did a perfect boxing uppercut, fingers splayed, catching mogs face with claws.

Mogriil: Yelped as he was both decked and raked with claws. Mog raised his arms blindly to protect himself.

Street Wolf: Street just spring boarded a kick off of mogs chest crashing him to the sand again. "Worthless." he spat.

Mogriil: "I am not worthless. My father was. He left Sharri and me." anger fueled a jump kick.

Street Wolf: Street watched Mog sail over him as he for mogs knees. The name Sharri struck a note in his head for some reason. Street brought a blazing fast round house kick down onto Mogs head.

Mogriil: His dodge was too slow, leaving his head to bobble like a bobble doll from the kick.

Street Wolf: He paused a moment to let Mog catch a breath. "Did you say Sharri?"

Mogriil: "Dont say her name, exile." he snapped a kick at Street.
Street Wolf: He batted the kick away and clocked him again. "I'll say what I wish boy."

Mogriil: Was holding his head now. It hurt like hell. "She was a better Lupe than him. She would never tell me his name. Said he belonged where his name came from."
Mog guarded his legs gasping for air.

Street Wolf: Assumed a casual boxing stance. "She have brindle gray fur and a hair the color of sea glass?"

Mogriil: "Yes." bloodied, bruised, and burned face scowled at him. "How do you..." He stopped mid question and took out street's legs.

Street Wolf: Found himself feeling sand on his back. "How do I know? How old are ya?"

Mogriil: "You can't be!" he shouted. His kick was slowed from the blows to his head.

Street Wolf: Street got in close to plant a another clawing rake across the muzzle. "18 eh?"

Mogriil: Howled and backed up more. "How do you know my age? Or my mother?" The fight was taking it out of him. He stumbled on his dodge.

Street Wolf: Snap kick catches mog on the chest sending him sand ward again. "Take a wild guess......son." he spat.

Mogriil: The fall knocked the wind out of him. He sat catching his breath.

Street Wolf: "I expected tha long civil war to kill me. Got me papers in teh morning. Why die before knowin a lassy's gift. Now take a nap son. Beatin yer pa is just bad family practice." he leaped.

Mogriil: "you son of a bitch!" he snapped and grabbed street?s leg from the air smashing street into the ground hard.

Street Wolf: That would hurt in the morning. Pant and gasp. "Tis true. Aint' that what ye been doin with Lene? Havin fun with the gifts, now ya lookin for an easy way out? Son."

Mogriil: "Stop saying that!" he snapped his foot out at Street.

Street Wolf: Grunted and rolled rising and punching connecting with Mogs jaw again.

Mogriil: A crunch is heard but he is still up.

Street Wolf: "Proof ye me soon. Ye head is harder than mine."

Mogriil: That simple, 3 letter word was doing more damage than the any punch or kick. "Never. the guy who left mom was a coward. To affraid to own up to having a kid."

Street Wolf: "So I ran, just lik ye boy. Tail between legs at gettin hitched. Look where it lead. To ya boyo." he spun for another kick.

Mogriil: "No, no, no!" put full weight into the punch that brought street down from the air.

Street Wolf: Hit the sand laughing hard. "What, need a hug sunny boyo? Give da a hug." he grinned viciously. Street Wolf: Does another jump kick.

Mogriil: Bats the foot out of the way. "How long. How long have you known? How long did we suffer for your stupidity?" he growled and advanced on Street. He pulled his knife from his belt. Mogriil: Mog aimed to slash knee tendons with a sweep.

Street Wolf: Another step back and a wicked snap kick breaking mogs nose.

Mogriil: He dropped the knife and clasped his muzzle dropping to his knees.

Street Wolf: Street reached behind him and pulled the revolver Gunther gave him long ago, placed it to Mogs head cocking the gun with a loud click. "Ye broke te rules sonny. Yield."

Mogriil: He crumpled. "yield." came the wet sounding words from his bloody muzzle.

Street Wolf: He removed the gun and uncocked the hammer. "Wise decision Mog. C'mon. Get you cleaned up." he helped mog up.

Mogriil: Stood and pushed Street away walking for the table. "I can walk." Sat with a loud thump and grabbed a cloth from a belt pouch working on cleaning things up.

Street Wolf: Goblin brought drinks over to the table. Street took a sip and winced. He spat out a tooth. "Gettin te old to be whippin pups."

Mogriil: "I refuse to believe you're my father."

Street Wolf: Another sip. "As ye wish, lad. But I am. Now, ye gonna appologize to Lene, or am I gonna have ta spank yer arse again?"

Mogriil: Took a sip of his beer and winced a bit. He had a few loose teeth as well. "I might. But I am not hitching up."

Street Wolf: "yer dense. I said nootin about hitching. Just make ammends lunk. She pretty broken. And her not smilin makes me quite in the mood to poud yer butt."

Mogriil: "Very well. Thought she would understand the reason I left. The lesson I was teaching."

Street Wolf: He wacked Mog with an empty mug. "Bad Moggy. You understand the lesson I tought ye and yer mum? Why I left?" he fixed a swollen red eye on mog.

Mogriil: "no." he rubbed his head.

Street Wolf: "Lene be 15. She don't get yer lesson boy. She feels like she was a bad girl. Unwanted. Like you did when you were young."

Mogriil: "You this rough with all your kids?"

Street Wolf: "Just the dense ones."

Street Wolf: He took a long sip. "Sari is gonna be quite piqued at hearin ye my son." he laughed.

Mogriil: He held his head. "I need medical attention. Getting woozy."

Street Wolf: "Just blood loss boyo." he stood, strapped on his guns and helped mog up. "Cmon. Get ya ta the Whisper Paws. Got two doctors that would love to see ya." he was grinning again.

Mogriil: "You shoud of shot me while you had the chance street." He groaned and let street walk him to the portals. They vanished.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: Up she popped from downstairs. She poked her head around and took a look. Slow night. She went to the cooler for an ale. Light ale acquired, she sat at the bar sipping at it. One nice thing about fur. Bruises and cuts are harder to see.

Maranya Valkonan: ::She follows Myrlene up from the Arena. Hazels look around, and her right emerald and diamond ringed hand lightly rests on the leather wrapped hilt of the dirk in its scabbard at her right hip. A Venetian longsword resides at her left hip's scabbard. On to the bar::

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: Sip of ale. "I thought I was rusty in dueling with swords. I am a bit surprised at how I did."

Maranya Valkonan: Rusty. ::Shaking her head with a smile once she reaches the bar:: You kicked Vincent's rump. But don't rest on that, as Ettore would say.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "I'm not. I usually suck at dueling since i do it so little."

Maranya Valkonan: Mm, I duel a lot. Not as much as I used to. ::Nod to the woman:: And I seesaw a lot in the standings.

Mogriil: Door opened, and Mogriil stepped in. Wearing plain ol leather chaps over denim, and a sleeveless tunic. Yeah, burn scars were all over his arms, chest and neck, but the most telling were the ones covering his canid head that should be furred. Long sprouted like a top not from the very top of his head and was braided in a long que. He walked in, bruises, swelling, and a few rows of stitching on his muzzle and face, with a bit of pride in his step it seemed.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: Catches Mog from the corner of her eyes. Head tilted in his direction with surprise. Especially the proud wearing of his burns and oh lupis, what did Uncle Street do to him? She sipped her ale nervously. The bottle actually rattled slightly.

Mogriil: Spots Lene easily, only slightly slows. He comes to a stop, just out of reach of Lenes hand and a half sword. He remains quiet for a moment, yellow eyes staring at Lenes gray eyes behind those...half-moon glasses? That was new.

Maranya Valkonan: ::Nod to Mogriil::

Mogriil: Barely notices Anya. He was staring at Lene intently like she might explode. He was working something out in the burn scarred head of his.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: Nervous sip of her ale, staring right back at mog. The glasses bringing to full light the scarring on him, but she didn't care about the scars.

Mogriil: "Hey brat." he said a little harshly and forced.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: Slow blink at Mog. "What's new Toasty?"

Mogriil: "Not a whole lot, Winged Turkey. Found out Street is my good for nothing father."

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "So daddy beat you senseless then eh, Crispy?" another sip of ale a little more confidently.

Mogriil: "Yes, over a matter concerning a certain purple pain in the backside." he was still standing, rigid and staring at Lene.

Maranya Valkonan: ::Amused smile, watching Mogriil and Myrlene in her peripheral vision::

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "Hmm. Showing off your burns. What, forgot to wash your clothes? Or did you get burnt again?" sarcasm thick in that question.

Maranya Valkonan: Overcoat. ::Murmur to Myrlene::

Mogriil: "Excuse me princess. Who kept bitching at me to look past my burns? Hmm? See you wearing the armor I got you." he leaned forward and tugged on a leather strap sharply.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: Blinked expecting to get hit, instead he tightened an annoying loose piece of mail legging. She blinked and looked at Anya for a moment.

Maranya Valkonan: ::Amused smile:: So, Mogriil, what brings you back?

Mogriil: "Honestly, what are you going to do without me keeping your armor cinched right. Honestly, look at the breast plate." he prods at it as it rocks a little loosely. "Were you hitting your armor with a hammer? Honestly, kid." he kept up the inspection no longer standing away from her.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: Another blink as she was now getting inspected and tightened up. She was stunned and lost now. "I...I..."

Mogriil: Adjusted a halter strap, leaned down, grabbed her muzzle and kissed her long and hard then let go. "I know. Love you too." he looked up to Anya for a moment. "Came to make sure my girl here is nice and safe. Who else will bodyguard a munchkin who bites."

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: Okay, now she was thoroughly stunned by the kiss, and the statement. Her muzzle hung open.

Maranya Valkonan: ::Owlish blink of hazels:: Mm.

Mogriil: Took a seat next to Lene and inspected some sutures. "Stre...urm...father showed me what I was doing was wrong. I was acting like he did when he left mom. I don't want you to ever go through what I had to, ever."

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "I...uhm..." tried working her jaw back into use. "I am sorry I sprang the question of getting hitched and having pups on you like that. I learned from mom and others, I am way to young for that. Besides. I am young, so are you. Why not just have fun?" she said in a stammering voice.

Mogriil: "Hmm. Fun. What's this Fun you speak of? Is it warm and fuzzy?"

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "yes."

Mogriil: "I don't like it, but I'll give it a try." he grinned. "Come here, you." and he offered her a deep long hug.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: She accepted that hug like a starving puppy. Sniffles. "Missed you Mog."

Mogriil: "Missed you too, Lene." he stroked her hair.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: Could care less who was in the room, except for one person, and he was holding her.

Mogriil: Yellow eyes drift from Lene to Anya and to the others. Oh the tenseness he felt. Odd. "Will you forgive me Maranya?"

Mogriil: Chuckles. "Lightly. Will you forgive me for treating Lene the way I did."

Maranya Valkonan: You're forgiven, Mogriil.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "I forgive you Mog."

Mogriil: "Good, or this next part may be awkward." he fished a small flat box out of a tunic pocket and offered it to Lene.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: Lene sat back and took the box. She opened it. "Oh...Lupis." she put paw to muzzle.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "I..Mog..but...how? How did you get these?"

Mogriil: "Here, let me help you since you're stunned. I got them easy. Remember what I used to do for a living. Keeping spoils of war is one perk. Though these were made on my request." he lifted a silver necklace with seven marble sized Sapphire orbs hanging on platinum string. He put it around her neck and hooked it together. The he placed a ring on his hand that was silver with a smaller sized sapphire in it. He placed a smaller ring that was actually sapphire and ruby gems stretched, and twined together like wire onto her right finger. "These items are called Soolstra Maats."

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "I...know....Uncle Fen and Aunt Mokki have a set of ring and earings."

Mogriil: He chuckled. "Now we have a set. Think of it as a down payment for when we get serious enough to uhm...hmm.. go for pups." he winked.

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: She nodded again. "And..if we don't get that serious?" she asked hesitantly.

Mogriil: "Again, just a down payment. A loving gift. Something to keep us both from getting lonely if separated again."

Myrlene Wolf-Spiritor: "Deal. It's late, and I had two tough duels in a row. Lets head home Mog. I could use some long due cuddles."

Mogriil: He grinned and picked her up and carried her outside and into the night.

Lene picked up the holocrone cube and sat on her bed. Mogriil was out on a mage killing mission. He went back to what he good at. Killing magic users for mercenaries. It brought in good money. He had told her that he wanted to make sure she was well taken care of when he proposed to her and to ask Fleet for her. She was only 15 and Mog wanted her.

So, what does she do during the weeks he is gone? She worries, duels, gets hurt, and spends too much time thinking. How she wish life were simple. She was trying hard to get good at dueling, but she kept failing more often.

Her leg bothered her, but that was because she dueled six times in a row on a broken leg. Dad wasn't happy to hear that. She wanted to be unique, special, successful. Mom was a hero and a legend. Dad was a deity and is the founder of the Whisper Paws Clinic. And her? She didn't have anything to tout. A big zero is what she felt like.

She gets into more trouble than she does being helpful. Why can't things be normal for her once? To be able to keep from getting hurt, or have something evil after her tail. She wanted to do something important, unique. Something people would remember her for. but what?

Lene sat the holocron on the bedside night stand and laid on her back. She felt she was in a whirlpool of people who were great and she was the sucking vortex. Turning her head to the side she saw Tinn laying on her pillow. She hadn't played or hugged him since that day Takhisis took her. She reached over and picked up Tinn and gave him a big hug, then clung to him crying. She curled up and fell asleep, exhausted.
