"Hello, My name is Maerin Pendramon, historian is my primary passion. I have been asked to tell the tale of the Origins of the 'tor" he takes a sip of water from the glass at his right hand "The 'tor where created by an ancient peoples to be their warrior caste, the word tor itself means warrior or captain in the ancient language. They where crafted using the best genetic material available, combining several now extinct species and the genetics of the creator race. The resulting species has several very obvious feline traits but that is by far not the only thing in their make-up, only the most obvious. They where bred to fight and they did, and in the end, the people that created them where destroyed along with the enemy they where fighting. The species of 'tor would have been wiped out if it wasnt for a billion placed in quantum stasis. Now, just over 10,000 years later they have been awoken into a world that is not the one that they left. Their creators are gone, their enemy long destroyed. They now look for a mission in life other than just slaughter. They have begun to build their own homeworld, their own civilization and culture, with one piece of advice from the last creator to exist they sought out the Lupinosi, the only species that has walked their path before."

The complex screamed military compound, the wall around it was cornered with towers with crew served heavy weapons in them. To people with a high technological background would recognize them as heavy plasma cannons and some form of rail gun. The open gate was guarded by a pair of beings in full body covering exo-armor, not even exposing faces with a weak spot like a face plate. Shoulder mounted on each gate guard was another of the plasma cannons, just a touch smaller than the ones in the towers. The 'tor did not take security lightly in any sense, the main embassy building though stuck out in its design, a beautiful Victorian era style manor home. The front door was a constant bustle of people going in and out, most of them 'tor with a few lupinossi thrown into the mix. Behind the main building hidden by its bulk was the barracks for the 'tor staff and the as of yet limited travelers, those who decided to leave the homeworld to explore out among the new peoples and try to become Civilians, the word was still foreign to the 'tor. They had all been soldiers, from birth till death. There was also the armory, guarded by six fully armed and armored troopers, four on the ground, two of those at the door while the others patrolled, and two more on the roof. There was one more building that stood out as a work of art, the gate building, using the tech of their ancient creators they designed and built a trans-dimensional gate to their homeworld. They housed it in a building inspired by their creators, it was a crystalline structure looking much like an ancient greek open air temple, the gate shimmering in rainbow colors in the center.
