A covered wagon, simple in it's look, moved along the streets upon the gentle motion drawn by the pair of clydesdale horses. Large and beautiful in their bulk, the horses easily drew the wagon up outside The Shambles Clinic. A man of no more then five foot five inches, if that, stepped downward after tying of the reins. A confident stride to the simple man as he moved for the front entrance and pushed inside to find a receptionist or someone to speak with. Smoothing out his small mustache before the man of possibly forty something looked left, then right. Removing his hat respectfully before speaking.

"Excuse me? Um.. Excuse me? I have some blankets, sheets and towels donated outside. I'd like to bring them in, if someone could show me where they'd like them to be placed? I also have a verbal letter I am to give to a managing staff member if one is about to speak with perhaps?"

Higgens, shifted the black hat with in his hands gently. His suit, amazingly clean even with sitting behind a pair of horses upon his wagon trek from outside the city.

Fortuitously, the man had chosen a reasonably quiet time of day to approach the clinic. The two receptionists on duty were chatting quietly to one another as he stepped up to the desk, their white uniforms crisp and new.

Listening to what he had to say, one of them - a young man of around twenty years of age, tall and gangly - rose with a friendly smile.

"Aye, sir, we always have room for more equipment and such," he said cheerfully, moving around the desk. "I'll grab a coupla the porters to help you with the unloadin'; they'll show you where the storerooms are. As to a manager ... well, they ain't - aren't - here weekends. You'd be better off trying on a weekday. Could make you an appointment, if you'd like, or you can leave the message with us. We'll make sure Mr Frondaya gets it."

Full of helpfulness, as the young man spoke, his more matronly colleague had lifted the 'phone, bleeping the porters. Within a few minutes, a pair in purple shirts appeared, ambling their way from the stairwell across the main hall.

"Need a hand, guv?"

A turning of his hat upon his hands before a bow of head and resettle of it back in place. "I thank you kindly. Lord Zayveon would like to meet with a managing party of your clinic so that he could make another donation to your cause. Perhaps this coming week a time would suit best for a brief meeting then. I'll be sure to let him know. I thank you for your time."

A light smile and another bow of his head as turned toward the pair coming his direction. "Yes, I've some new blankets, sheets and towels upon the covered wagon outside and would deeply appreciate your aid in bringing them in. If you'd be so kind?" Higgens gave a brief smile, his small mustache curving slightly with the motion of lips. A soft turn upon the heel of his shoe to escort the pair outside and for that of the wagon, to begin the process of bringing in the donated items.

The pair of porters were pleasantly surprised at the cordial greeting, ambling out with Mr Higgens to see to the donated bits and pieces. As they did so, the young man on reception wrote out the message verbatim, placing it foremost on the pile that would go directly to the Director and his assistant as soon as they were in office again, so to speak.

As the three made their way past with the boxes of donations, he tipped a friendly wink to Higgens.

"All done, sir. Tell your Lord he can pop in anytime, Monday to Friday, between 9 and 5. Director's almost always here, and if he isn't, the Assistant Director will be."
