Drachen Walde Industries manufactures a range of weaponry and explosive devices. The company was founded by the Marquess years ago, and has since been managed and run by his daughter, Azjah Telyria Danaan.

The company was originally established on Rigel, but the new Marchioness has expanded operations to include a facility in RhyDin. The expansion employs around 400 people who manufacture an assortment of handguns, ranging from the small 9mm up to the .50 caliber weapon that I favor. Recently we launched a new composite weapon.

This new composite is 18.1 cm long (7.12 inches) with barrel length of 10.5 cm (4.12 inches) and weighs in unloaded at 708 grams (25 ounces). The standard magazine holds 12 rounds with one in the chamber. We also offer a 17 round magazine, and semi automatic/auto options.

The shorter barrel is not as accurate as my DE Mark XIX, but barrel length plays an important factor. The recoil of the .40 is also noticeably less than the .50 I prefer. Weight of this weapon is about 1/4 that of my favored DE. It is a significantly different weapon from the ones we have manufactured in the past.

My favored weapon is the DE .5010, and my personal weapon has the gold and titanium work, tritium sights, and the Mark XIX is with me constantly. The gun weighs 4 lbs 9 oz with fixed sights and barrel length of 10.75?. It is not easily concealed, but my goal is not stealth. The magazine holds 7 rounds, and 1 in the chamber at all times. The barrel features 6 rib polygonal rifling to reduce wear and increase obduration between the projectile and the bore. Projectile velocity at the barrel, 1,400 fps. The coatings are ion-fusion hardcoating.

The explosives end of things is fairly new for Drachen Walde Industries. The Marchioness had made arrangements with T3 to contract his specialty explosives. The line has expanded into 6 different delivery methods, and about 18 different recipes depending on the needs of the purchasing agent.

Drachen Walde is available by appointment only, and has strict requirements for identification and only provides materials with proper provenance. Please contact Charlotte for an appointment.

Tareth's order had been ready for weeks, but no sign of him. I'd sent people to his last address, but no one could be found, and in fact, it appeared as though there had been no one there in a long time. Now, quite frankly I was beginning to worry.

The Annex was moderately busy, and I asked several people if the'd seen T3 of late. No one had.

It was unlike Tareth to fail to come for his orders.

The new IMM was ordered. We'd managed to compress the timing for delivery from 26 weeks down to 20 weeks. The installation would take 3 weeks according to the manufacturer's rep that we'd closed the deal with yesterday.

In the mean time, we would work mandatory 9 hour days and alternating Saturdays. That would help with some of the back orders.

I miss having Anne here to take care of shipments. She's vanished, and there are no clues that can tell us where she's gone.
