Vanion Shadowcast

It came not on the night of Vanion's inevitable victory for the Tower of Air. Nor did it come the night after. But when things seemed to be settled down, on came the storm. The air on the Isle of Twilight turned nearly toxic, and rolling, black clouds swept in from the magical seas to cause dangerously high winds. The Isle had become volatile, and it had been Vanion's doing.

Inside the Tower of Air, the dark elf stirred. As he had with the other Towers, he had devoured the secrets of the Tower of Air, and fed its energies to the Crystal of Quyl'Isha. The result was that the element he was Keeper of became unstable on the Isle - but that was the price he paid for realizing his dream.

Finally, the Crystal of Quyl'Isha was fully powered by the master-magicks of all four Elemental Towers on the Isle of Twilight. Beyond just becoming the first duelist to ever accomplish control over all four towers in his career, Vanion was nearly in ecstacy over the fact that finally all of his hard work would come to fruition. The storm may have began that Wednesday night on the Isle of Twilight - but the real storm, the storm of uncompromising, unignorable change - that storm would soon ravage world outside of the portal realm.

The dark elf groaned, as he rose hungry and exhausted from his throne in the Tower of Air. He raised his hands in spell, teleporting himself to the Temple of Myr'Khul.

Surrounding Vanion in his position were a legion of Myr'Khul warriors, waiting patiently for the return of their Chosen One - their High Priest.

Vanion Knightwood cried out, fiercely; "Ya, Avoozl!"

And then the roar of over a thousand men and creatures of the night cried out also; "Ya, Avoozl! Bringer of Blood! Amen!"
