The Agrippa's Altar within the Temple of Myr'Khul

Description:
The flayed bodies of children hung on hooks through each shoulder-blade
writhe upon the walls, magically kept alive to suffer the torment of their
condition. They moan pitiously, as they have no tongue left to cry out for
mercy. They wallow in the misery of this room. A gigantic book hangs
from the ceiling in the center of the room. The book is an ancient tome,
containing the will of Myr'Khul, ancient rituals and the history of chaos
and darkness.

The Agrippa itself:
A ghastly tome, made of human skin, possessed by one of the demons in the service of the Dark Lord. Within the pages of skin are words of summoning, tales of chaos and death, and the very will of Myr'Khul. Such books have been but only a tale to most, and of those that have stumbled across one, there are few that have left reading one with much sanity intact. Even fewer have managed to view its content and remain alive.

| Evil, Vile, Sinister, all these are words that are often used
| to describe the God of the Dead and the Damned. Born
| long after the first gods of Edge City, he studied the old
| ways of Takhisis and grew insane with the thirst
| for death and destruction, even surpassing
| Takhisis's own evil ways. Cunning and deceptive,
| Myr'Khul likes nothing more than to see pain
| inflicted upon others, and grows stronger and
| more insane with each painful death that is
| rendered upon another, but even the death of his
| own strengthens him with their blood as it sinks
| into the ground. It is in his hopes that one day
| he will do what Takhisis did hundreds of years
| before, but will carry on the reign and not
| succumb to the weakness of joining others. Any
| allies he makes tend to be temporary, and are
| made with cunning and deceit. Followers are
| expected to be filled with hate, but to make use
| of the the other, softer, feelings to gain what
| they want. They should be cunning and deceptive,
| using all they can to gain their means.
| Everything they do is done in his name and all
| bounty is returned to him. Sacrifices are
| required and, if requested, must be done without
| question, even if it is a fellow religion member.
| Rewards are not given, because rewards are for
| the weak and personal gain should be achieved
| without a helping hand.

The Sacrifical Code of Blood

The following are the guidelines warriors must follow and use as a reference.

1. Higher warriors ARE responsible for teaching the young Defenders
and Initites the arts of battle. Your duties are not just
limited to killing people but you also must teach your brethren to be
able to do effectively do so.

2. Warriors should speak with their blades and not their mouths.
Although I encourage constructive conversations and causing
trouble/chaos, know your limits and when it becomes annoying.
If specific warriors are not putting up nor shutting up, you may find a
reduction in rank until you learn the difference.

3. Warriors will move up in rank according to their kill/activity/attitude ratio. They will be evaluated periodically to ensure the best person is representing their respective ranks.

4. If you wish to challenge for a particular warrior and the Chosen
feels you are qualified, a duel may be scheduled between you and
the current individual in that rank. Note all results must be verified
via a third party (IE Another Myr'Khulian preset).

The Testament of Priests in Myr'Khul

The following are guidelines priests and prospective priests must follow
and use as reference.

1. The Prospective member must have given a seeking scroll to a ranking priest, or be invited by one before any interview is commenced.

2. Entrance: 3 interviews are required, then a quest and/or going through the Maze of Self. After those steps have been completed in order to be embraced, the person must kill themselves. The Chosen has final approval and must approve all those enshrined.

3. All interviews must be done in a timely fashion. If an applicant
has gone an allotted time over what the Chosen feels is appropriate,
the 3 interview guideline may have an exception if approved by the
Archon and Chosen.

4. Banishment: The Chosen will approve any and all banishments.
No exceptions.

5. Vicars and Bishops are to monitor Acolytes to determine
their interview style. Once approved by the proper priest,
acolytes are free to interview solo.

6. Priests move up according to the direct feedback of their interviewees
and the observances of the Chosen. Activeness and amount of
interviews, as well as the quality, will be used in determining
of one is fit to attain more responsibility.

Rites of Passage in Myr'khul

While within the walls of His Temple, there are simple guidelines that
MUST be followed.

1. Serenity: Only priests and initiates are allowed to be in serenity Warriors are only allowed if given permission by the Chosen, Archon, or Commander. Just realize we are a religion who looks as death as a gift, even priests shouldn't be in serenity excessively unless you are gaining power to strengthen Myr'Khul himself.

2. We are not a democracy, The Chosen's word is the law. Disrepecting his higher ranking members will be punished as if disrepecting Myr'khul himself.

3. All members will follow the chain of command. Read and study. Ranks are a privilege - not a right, nor are they written in blood, therefore don't expect to keep yours if you are not doing your job.

4. Being Chaotic does not mean an asshole with a really big mouth. It means to cause disorder and revel in the pain, misery, torment torturing of others. To be wicked and deceitful, to use trickery to obtain a means to an end. These do not include embarrassing yourself and Myr'Khul publically, disrespecting your own brethren in a public fashion, and lack of common sense. These offenses to the religion are punishable by torture and death. Again and again. Remember, ours is the Magic of Blood and Bone. You will not rest in death until we decide upon it.
