Public Announcement of Divorce and Name Change:
As of February 10, 2008 exactly one year after the marriage, the divorce of Sha'uri Tymaralis Woodshadow-Arrowny from Triv Adaron has been decreed. Grounds for divorce are not being publicized. However, Sha'uri has dropped the use of the Adaron name and will be returning to the use of her maiden name of Woodshadow-Arrowny.

Sha'uri set the pen down and pondered this bit of news to tell the world. She'd kept it quiet for as long as she could. This wasn't something she wanted to have a huge fuss over. It would explain why Triv and Bryce hadn't been around so much. It would explain several things, but she wasn't going to make it public until it came out in RhyDin with the March issue. She had made the same deal with the Exodii City paper as well, making them promise not to print until March.

She made the copy of the announcement and placed them both in seperate envelopes, one she addressed to the RhyDin Oracle and one to the Exodii City News. Then she sent them both on their way. It was inevitable now... everybody knew.

Oddly, it was a relief to watch the letters blink away to their destinations. Sha'uri couldn't change it. It was done and done. It was over. She'd been so wrong in so many ways and this was the only way to make it right. It felt like a huge weight had been lifted from her shoulders. She stared at the spot where the letters had been for several long moments before a smile finally lifted the corners of her lips. She got it now.

"Forever? That is a long time.... Too long to bare for some."

She hoped Triv would find happiness somewhere.

"Good bye, Triv... take care of Bryce. Take care of each other... I know you will, because you two are inseperable."

She whispered it to no one but herself, with no one else in the room. Her pen was laid down and she rose from her desk. Protocals dictated locks and passwords be changed throughout the system. It had already been done the day the divorce papers came through.

They, Triv and Bryce, were no longer simply allowed to go where ever they wanted within Citadel grounds. They were restricted to status of guests. This may have seemed harsh to some, but others knew that with the divorce, she could no longer just give them access to anything. It had to be done.

Funds were set aside for them, which they could take with them if they chose to or leave it here for safe keeping. It was a fair amount for not only the divorce settlement, but Bryce's fair share of his entitlement to Sha'uri's fortune. No small potatoes there. Between the two, they could buy their own kingdom.

She hoped they would.

The news had been release on Exodii, but the Oracle still had yet to be published. Something was odd with the paper in RhyDin. It was nearly a month late. She would have to make the notice public herself.
