To help make sense of things, just a note to give an overview of that the threads are about so far.

Lusus Naturae (or, a freak of nature) is the story of how Mesteno ended up a necromancer. It begins in 2005 and is a collection of journal entries, logs and monologues. Some of these were written years ago. Any logs used are there with permission from the other players involved.

The bane of slumber is intended to focus on a current storyline revolving around a certain Dreamwalker called Aoife Duggan!

Insights A collection of up to date journal entries, dealing with current play content.

Socius Criminus (or, a parter in crime) A storyline I started back in 2007 that plays out mainly in the background. Has connections to Lusus Naturae.

Grief Unlikely to be added to, revolving around a certain Bjorn Andrews.

Other threads will probably follow, and when they do, they'll be made note of here, too.

Edit: Sunday, June 5th 2011

The Dubrinsky Family This is another folder that is likely to be ongoing. Logs and stories revolving around Mesteno's interractions with the ancient Carpathian family who took him beneath their wing. Mikhail in particular, being one of his oldest friends, and his tutor in all things Necromancy related.

A note on Dreamscapes:

This thread is going to be a haphazard compillation of memories that Mesteno shares with Evander through dreams, on the occasions they happen to share blood. If I'm lucky it might be the other way around too, but time will tell!

A note on Aid for the Tempted and The House of Sheol.

These threads are both Vadriel centric. He's long been something of a supporting cast member for Mesteno but has his own demons to dance with. If anyone's inclined to write with him or requires a character with his particular skill-set (think exorcism, healing, talking to dead loved ones) I'm more than happy to bring him out. Unfortunately I don't check for messages on his screen name often though, so please direct any inquiries to Mesteno's inbox.

A note on Insights: Vol. II:

This picks up directly after where the previous insights left off. Journal. No one has access to it. Long rambling entries, no logs, all character opinion. Please don't take it to heart if Mesteno is an ass about your character, it's all fictional opinion.

Homecoming: By the talented Lexius details the events prior to his return to Rhy'din. This should have come prior to...

Clarity: This one gives a little insight into the unlikely friendship that formed between Lexius and Mesteno.

Sclerosis Nulla Requies: 'No rest for the wicked'. This takes place following Mesteno's break-up with Evander in July of 2015. It kicks off an on-going story written with Lexius and stemming from events written back in 2006.

Welcome to Sigil: Picks up immediately after Sclerosis Nulla Requies and tells the first half of the journey to rescue Aiden A.K.A. Whisper, and his boss from their confinement.

Whisper: The second half of the the rescue mission, starting from Aiden's addition to the story and finishing up the trip to the Wastes.

And finally there's Relapse: A one-shot short. Involves miserable, drunken Mesteno. Less of a story, more of an insight. Not essential reading unless you're into self-pity parties.

Love Letters is part of the site-wide storyline The Temple of the Divine Mother: The Cleanse. Written with Alain, Eden and Ransom. Although this storyline appears in the folder prior to the following threads, it's chronologically after them, set in Feb 2017.

Ex Infernis written in collaboration with Gem, Lexius and Pharlen, and more Gem's story than anyone else's, though it does contain elements continued from 'Whisper'. Set in early autumn 2015.

Fault Lines is set immediately after Ex Infernis in autumn/winter 2015. Focused mainly on efforts to try and 'fix' Lexius, but continuing the Greek storyline set to be an ongoing theme. Written in collaboration with Lexius, Koyan and Rhys.
