*Late within the night, Ghalidar had been heard flying towards the Firebird Manor. All that was seen was his astral form, and Feilas being held within his mouth. Feilas had been limp, Unconsious. His armor at the heart was burnt through, and his skin singed to a crisp. As Ghalidar had landed at the center of the compound, A Seraphim was seen riding utop his back now, Dressed very much like Feilas, He was quick to dismount and take Feilas into his arms as Ghalidar released him. Making haste he had walked into the Manor, And headed directly for the Medical establishment. The doors were shoved open, And Feilas was set utop one of the waiting beds, The Seraphim was quick to get Feilas' armor off, and treat him so that he could recover. So there Feilas resided, Unconsious to the lands.*

-She hadn't meant to find him there. The manor had been quiet and she went in search of Ness and Kira, thinking to stop by and just check to see if they might be in the room. A large body was laying on one of the beds, those crimson and pumpkin eyes stared at the white sheet covered body , only being able to see long blonde hair that was matted hanging off the bed. Was the person dead? What was going on? Who was it? Her heart beat stuttered and her stomach heaved. She didn't know why but she started to cry, not loud sobbing, but tears just poured from her eyes quickly wetting her face. She heard the loud scream of an a familiar creature in her head, and then a bright white light flashed before her eyes, encompassing the body and causing a quick wind to rustle through the room, blowing the sheet from the body. Her knees buckled and she fell to the floor, staring up at the bed. It couldn't be him. He had left her.... left her with nothing... without a notice. He proposed... started to build the future with his bare hands and then took it all away from her and left. She screamed at the top of her lungs, taking the garnet rose ring from her finger and throwing it at him, it first hit him in the face then bounced and landed on his chest. How could he? How could he just leave her and then show up... and not even be alive to explain himself? The creature screamed again, but it wasn't with her ears that she heard, it was in her head. Covering her ears with her hands she rocked herself on the floor, not wanting to have some sort of pyschotic break down, she had been doing so good about those. She sat on the floor crying and soon her tears turned to crimson, she was crying blood tears as she did when she was so upset. Every wave of emotion that she could experience was running through her. Anger, saddness, hatred, love, happiness that he was here.... but why would cupid be so cruel as to bring him home to her dead? Her nose started bleeding as her emotions took over. Rocking back and forth, she cried harder and harder, the phoenix taking over slowly and painfully. Crying out in pain, she stopped rocking and fell over on the floor, slowly she crawled to him, to the bed and then collapsed, bleeding heavily from her nose and the crimson tears continuing to pour out. Everything was spinning, she felt ill, reaching up she hit the bed and reached for him, pulling his arm from the table, grasping onto his hand with her blood soaked one, she clasped it tightly, before her body went limp with exhaustion and blood loss. -

*He awoken many days later...Only to find Serenitys hand in his, And the ring he had once given her on his chest...he was still too weak to move really..He could only grunt in pain..But with a weakened voice he was able to speak*

Serenity...W..wake up..Please.

*Was all he was able to say before he attempted to heal her, In his weakened state he was only able to keep her from losing her life, But not heal her wounds fully*

-her eyes fluttered softly, feeling the small amount of his warmth invade her body. She didn't need his healing, she was perfectly capable of taking care of herself, the phoenix could regenerate her slowly. She stared blankly at him for quite sometime before offering a soft smile. She spoke softly, as though each word pained her.-

I thought.... you were dead. Why....why... are you back?

-her body was stiff and sore as she stared upwards, trying to sit up. Everything was a mess in her head. She had tried to hate him and move on in her anger, but in her heart she knew she still had feelings for him. What were his motives? Was he back for good? Was he here to toy with her? Standing slowly, her body cracked and her limp wings retreated against her back, she was covered in dried blood that cracked and crumbled off her face and arms as she moved. She looked positivly horrific. What could she say to him? Shaking her head, she pointed to the ring on his chest-

I thought you might want that back...

-turning she left the room, he was alive... what more did she need to know?... besides everything.-

*He grunted, as he had tried to sit up. But his wounds were all too grave still. As he looked upon her, he could only speak these words as she had left the room.*

I'm...keeping a promise..

*And he had fallen unconsious...Having used the rest of his strength to keep her from bleeding to death..Or so he thought.*

-there was more to say, but he wouldn't hear her, not now. Biting her lip fiercly she stood trying to choose between healing him herself or letting someone else do it. Walking back to him, her hands brushed over his body, familiar already with every curve of him. He needed time and rest, but would be fine she was sure. Shaking her head at him, she angrily knitted her brows and clenched her fists at her side.-

-she spoke aloud, despite him not being able to hear her-

A promise..... you are keeping a promise. You make it sound like loving me is an obligation... I am not an obligation, love is not an obligation. Damn you! Damn your love... and your... promise! -she hissed loudly, her eyes turning bright red, turning abrubtly on her heels, she left the room, not wanting to expend more of her energy on him at the moment. It would take more than him wanting to keep a promise to win her back if that was his intention.-
