Beautiful was only one of the many adjetives that had been used of late when describing her art. Perhaps a little boost of self confidence in her mind, seeing as everyone was being so supportive of her. Now, She enjoyed showing her work off more then ever..just to hear any kind of critizism even the not so nice compliments. But either way, Art kept Kira's mind off of things, made her expand, and of course kept her out of trouble.
"Will you do a portrait for me?" Reanna asked a few days ago quite politely. Of course Kira could not refuse such an offer. To paint the beautiful girl was such a privlidge in her mind, it only made her excited to think about finally being able to sit down infront of one of her clan members, and capture them in their finest moment. Today was the day she was going to do it, no obstacles to stand in her way, beautiful weather, and perfect sunshine.
She gathered up a few things in a small little leather pack that she carried around with her often when she went out drawing. Her whole pack of colored pencils, Paints, Regular pencils, and a couple other drawing tools. She grabbed her easle tucking it under her arm, The leather pack around her shoulder as she was almost ready. All she needed to do was write a note. Taking a pencil in hand, she wrote neatly down where she was going.
"I'm going to the glen today to draw, Reanna, You should come join me! I haven't forgot about what I promised you. But if your to busy today..I understand.
Sincerely,
Kira"
She would of went upstairs to the third floor to deliver the letter, but she hated to make the trip up there only to find out she would be disturbing someone. So she never went higher then the second floor. Making her way down the steps she placed her letter on the table in an un-sealed pink envelope. Out the door she went, the fresh breeze hitting her the moment she stepped outside.
She could feel the grass tickling her toes as she made her way to the glen. It almost made her want to take off her sandles, and walk barefoot the whole way there. Her hands were to full though, so she refrained from it. The peaceful stroll there was enough to make the young girl beam with happiness.
She placed her easle down, letting it sit firmly in grass. Her leather pack was slung to the side of it as she stretched her arms out in a yawn. She looked at a poofy white bunny eating grass a little while away from her and smiled twitching her nose, much like the rabbit was doing. Unstrapping her sandles she swung them off with a small giggle, starting to twirl around in a circle, her sundress rising up with the twirl, before falling down again. Humming happily to herself, she still had that innocent childish quality about her as she danced around in her bare feet, somthing she would never do infront of others.
