I am extremely burned out by all the spam that is not being filtered and the obvious spam/phish screen names that are making it past a filter.

The Mod Holding Tank is a good place for these but we shouldn't have to spend 3 trips here a day removing/moving them. I will be sending all my spam to folders where MAYBE they will get some attention and those accounts will be gig'd for their behavior?
