December twenty-first. After much hurrying and time spent glazing and painting, Erin has finally loaded her commission into a box. Hopping off into the night, she took her load towards the Forbidden Blades' Clubhouse. The Southern forests were quite the walk, but it was still early afternoon and she should at least make it back home before dark. Little feet carried her down the street and then onto the path that lead through the forrest. Erin hummed happily to herself, letting her eyes wander over the woods. It had been a long time since she'd stepped foot out of the city and she enjoyed it. A long happy sigh as she approached the clearing with the clubhouse.

Erin, peacoat pulled tight around her form, bopped up to the clubhouse. She had been holding a nice big box. It was wrapped in a pale green paper with a giant, darker green bow. She had taken some time to sprinkle sparkles over the top and though most of them had ended up on her coat, the box still glittered in the sunlight. A little tag, done in very nice calligraphy simply said "Amthy".

Though she was a Blade, Erin had never been out here before. Never having the reason and keeping herself more than busy with her own life, she had just never had the chance. She was excited to see the place, smiling widely at the house. It was an interesting sight, nestled back in the woods. She drew to a stop to take it in, as well as its surroundings. Her eyes searched and searched for an open door. Resting on the tea party setup out front, the small shack in the back. No, no door seemed open. Hm. But there was....a ladder.

Eyes rested on the ladder. Then the box she was holding. Then the ladder. Uh oh. Her lips pursed, her brow furrowed. That could go very badly. Very, very badly. So... what else is there to do. The box was placed gingerly at her feet, hands cupped over that little mouth and she screamed.

"AMTHY, YOU IN THERE?"

It was around that time that Amthy popped out of a bush near to Erin. She'd been testing out the new hide-and-go-seek camouflage she had bought. It went nicely with her already olivine green colored hair.

"Boo!" She squealed wagging her hands and fingers like she imagined monsters and ghosts were supposed to do. It was sort of ruined by the the gay giggle that bubbled up from her and the high pitch of her lilting voice.

She found it a little difficult to get out of the bush. She had been waiting in it so long her feet were numb and tickle-y pins and needles sensations kept dancing along in her calves. Her scary look soon turned into a pout and she stretched out her arms like a lil kid, imploring to be picked up.

"I canno' get out!" She whined with dewy puppy-dog eyes.

Erin blinked. First at Tara and then at the squeeling Amthy. Hands went to her face as she looked at her, hald sticking out of the bush. "Oh my!" She shuffled over, leaving the box in the clearing.

Erin tilted her head right and then left and bent at the waist. Hands seperated the bush to see just what had snagged Amthy. Pulling indiscriminantly could break her! Spread, peak. Peak, peak. Head tilting right and left. "I'll get you out... just... hold on a second."

Amthy clapped and her lantern-like eyes dried up. "Mah hero! I shall sing tales of your bravery!" She blessed Erin with a charming smile as she tried not to get in the way of the other's administrations. But she was a restless, airy thing so that lasted only a handful of moments before she was trying to help. "How should I start it?" Her brows furrowed as she lifted a dainty foot and attempted to twine herself about her fellow Blade. "Oh, gather round and hear the tale o' the fair Erin and her nightengale~" She trilled painfully off-key, but her enthusiasm made up for her gross lack of ability. Amthy drew in a deep breath to continue and then paused. "Whucha doin' here, anyway? I gotta know so I can sing about it."

Erin giggled at the song, loving it instantly. Because, well, it was cute.. and all about her. "I'm here to give you a present. From Miles." Smile got wider as she anticipated the reaction to that.

She reached under arms and hoisted up now, sure that it should free Amthy rather than tangle her further. "Up you go!" It was a bit hard to hoist her, as Erin wasn't really any taller. But perhaps with a little help and some stumbling, the bush would let the poor Pix go.

Hopefully that actually worked... or they would end up as a pile of greenhaired beauty on the ground.

Amthy let her head drop back and released a cry of complete feminine delight. "A present for me?" Her voice was high-pitched and excited. "Ohohoh, can I see it?" She gushed as lantern-like eyes rounded into dainty tsavorite-green saucers.

Erin pulled her free of the bush, and with a clumsy bout of scrambling, Amthy helped. But a few branches were determined to keep her locked up inside the plant. This translated to it not being her most graceful dismount in history, but she didn't particularly care--there were presents to be had! "From Miles?" Her heart flipflopped and her cheeks filled with a hint of celery green. Not to mention she looked rather besotted.

Erin stumbled back once Amthy was free, trying her best not to tumble onto the ground. "Yes! From Miles!" Arms and body disentangled, Erin started her walk back to the box, which was looking rather lonely over there in the clearing all on its own.

"Of course you can see!" She pointpointed to the box in all its pale green paper and it's big hunter green bow. Erin bounced after her, more excited for her reaction about what was inside than really anything else. She had worked hard on the contents of that little box! "Go ahead, open it up!"

All a-titter, Amthy scurried for the box. She tripped over her own feet and scuttled on the ground. She didn't look phased, and took it all in stride. The nymph-y pix was single minded about some things, and presents were one of those things.

Coo! She eventually threw herself about the box; her legs 'v'd out about it as she pet the paper and ribbon like a favorite pet. "So pretty!" She squeaked as she untied the ribbon and wound it in her hair. Flip! She brushed her hands over her shoulders and flicked her hair away from her face. "It seems a shame to open it." She admitted as she tried to peel back the paper without tearing it.

Her desire to keep the paper whole made the opening of the box that much slower. Even so, the paper was folded back and the lid of the box pried open. Amthy squint one eye, and held her breath. "Should I look?" She asked Erin. It was a sweet torture to tease herself about the gift. She couldn't help it.

Erin tip-toed up behind her, peering over her shoulder to see how much closer she was to opening the gift. She rocked on her feet, back and forth, heel to ball as she waited. So. much. anticipation.

Once the box was open, Erin almost squeeked. You would think the gift was from her, all the nervousness! She blinked and blinked again at Amthy's question.

"Of course! Of course!" A little clapclap as she dropped to her knees to be on the same level as the pix. "That's the most fun!" Erin nodnoded, green hair swooshing past her ears.

The anticipation was killing the Nymph, too! But it wasn't often that she received mysterious presents. Well, not too terribly often anyway. Clapping her hands together, she rubbed them briskly together. Once her hands were warm, she wriggled her fingers and returned to her surgeon-like dismemberment of the box.

It was like they had discovered a long lost treasure, and they were the first persons to see it again after eons of being forgotten. Erin's excitement fueled her own, and Amthy tore off the lid and looked inside with bated breath.

Erin clapped as Amthy opened the box and inside there was a lot of tissue paper. Mounds of it in sea green and seafoam blue. Each piece wrapping up a delicate part of a tea set. Handmade and hand glazed it had.. well, a lot of parts.

There was a cup and saucer for each of the Blades, specially designed for their personality.

Jewell's cup was a deep blue with swirls of a lighter, and on it was a silvery pale droplet of water. It would shine when the cup was moved, showing off little sparkles that were embedded in the glaze. The saucer also blue with a silver blue pattern around the edges in the center on the front edge it read Jewell in a lovely script..

Tara's cup was red as blood, solid and dark. On it was a single black rose, with a deep green stem. The tips of the rose red, a black outline strengthening the contrast. Her saucer was red, black single line around the edge, with a small black heart at each end of the plate, exactly between them it read "Tara" in a loopy script.

VIki's cup was a patchwork of color. Reds, yellows, oranges, contrasting with pinks and purples, greens and mauves. Not one color matched, but they all worked together in a brilliant mishmash. The saucer was to match, if it could be called that, the pattern of colors spreading across. In purple, at the front edge of the saucer was spelt "Viki"

Erin's cup was purple with a silver trimming. On the front was a small silver tiara, sparkles put on the top to make it glitter just a little more. The purple of her cup and saucer swirled with lilac, making them look like stirred paint rather than a solid color. On her saucer was "Erinalle Victoria" in the same loopy script

Why's cup was white, swirled with silver. Glitter accented the entire cup. On the front was a single, pale blue snowflake. The saucer was also white and silver, but had more of the pale blue mixed in, creating a pattern that looked like ink dropped into water. At the front was her name "Wyhere" in loopy silver letters.

Jade's cup was a deep green with swirls of red. It had a etching of a muffin on it, with blue berry's poking out the top. It looked like swirling liquid of some sort, with the muffin floating on top. The saucer was the same colors and swirling, but one, thicker swirl made up the border. And on it it said "Jade" in a swirly script that almost seemed to melt into the pattern.

Brian's cup was a dark blue as well. On the front was a replica of his sword, shining silver against the blue. His saucer had a touch of that silver, a thin line of a border. In block letters at the front it read "Brian"

RPS guy's cup was brown with a white package etched on it. His saucer was white with the brown RPS logo and then in the same font, his name-- Chris.

The Caveman's cup was ice blue. It had a bit of white in it, and on it was the outline of a cave. Though it was all white and barely visible through the blue. the saucer was white with blue flecks and instead of a name just had the initials TFC on it.

Talomar had a very similar cup to Tara's only the colors were reversed. His cup was a deep red with black lining and a red rose dipped in black. His saucer was black with a single red line and he had the same font that spelled "Talomar."

Grem's cup was a dark brown, and on it was a single lager and smoking cigarette. the color was almost solid, with little bits of blue in it, and the smoke of the cigarette seemed to be traveling upward on the cup. The saucer was the same color as his cup and said "Grem" in a manly block type.

Amthy's was last, but not least. Just hidden to make the present opening that much more fun. It was a sea foam green with hints of gold. It had a gold rim both on the cup and the saucer. Her name was also etched in the gold, her whole name, not just Amthy. And on the cup was a bouquet of lavender flowers, held together by a white bow.

The teapot itself was a clear blown glass with swirls of every color in it to represent the many Blades. It looked like venetian carnival glass and shined in the sunlight. It was a large teapot, large enough to hold at least one cup of tea for each of the cups. And it had a handle that could accommodate two hands.

Each place setting came with it a little spoon, made of the finest silver. In the handle was an engraved rose and an inset purple or green stone for the flower. There also were matching sugar and milk containers, also made of the beautiful blown glass.

Underneath all of this, in that giant box that Erin somehow carried, was a wonderful silver tray with flowers and greenery all around the edges.

The little girl, Erin, smiled and bounced once as it was all revealed. "Miles has happy Yule!" Lest the gift giver not be forgotten... but, really, her first commission seemed to have gone swimmingly.

Tissue paper was always such a tease! She pawed through the paper with cupidity. The green-haired nymph hooted with delight as the first cup was discovered and the paper around it shredded. The tissue formed little mounds on either side of her and in her lap. Her hoot turned into a half-bitten back sound of complete feminine delight as she showed the first cup to Erin and then clutched it to her chest.

?Mine!? She chirped. Her lantern-like green eyes were wide and rounded. Their depths sparkled with her greed and joy. Carefully, she set aside each cup until they had all been discovered and ?undressed? before her lusty gaze. ?They are so pretty! Where did they come from?? She asked as she fished out the pot and the rest of the service. ?I do love a good tea set!? Her voice rose in pitch. ?We have the loveliest parties here, you know.?

Humming, she tipped her head side-to-side like a metronome. Deftly, she arranged the service on the tray; twisting lids and saucers until they sat just so. ?Won?t you have a cup of tea?? She asked Erin as she traced her fingers over the tea pot, appreciating the sheen of the carnival-like glass. She stuffed the paper bits back into the box and tucked it around behind her back. Straightening, she gave a refined appearance before shouting at the top of her lungs, ?hey, everyone, it?s time for tea!?

She gasped and pressed her hands to her mouth. ?We need our hats and gloves!? She squawked as she hurried to her feet and dashed for her ever present mound-of-toys. She rummaged round until she found what she was looking for. Of course, this meant the mound-of-toys was moved like a dirt pile from before her to behind her. ?Ah-ha!? She hooted as she wound a brilliant pink boa around her neck, pushed a flower-and-berry bedecked hat on her head.

Toddling back to Erin, she offered her a set of mostly-clean gloves and another hat. ?A lady must always look her best for tea!? She exclaimed as she settled back down onto the ground beside the tea service.

The hat and gloves were taken. Erin placed the hat on her head squarely, wearing it as if she had just gotten it from a milliner and it was the best thing she had ever bought. The gloves were pulled on gently, finger by finger, as if she were a great lady. With a dignified nod, slow and careful, Erin lowered herself to the ground to sit crosslegged.

With the straightest back ever seen.

"How true, my dear Amthy, that lady must look divine for tea. I agree whole heartedly. And with such a lovely tea set as this!" She snickered just a bit, folding her hands in her lap as she waited to be served. "You are quite the hostess, to bring out all the bells and whistles for a girl like me."

Erin loved having tea. She loves playing. This was perfect. The smile was all snooty and upperclass, sure, but it was clear that the uppity personality was an act that was bringing much joy. She tilted her head, winking at her companion. "Will anyone be joining us?" And she peered around.
