((OOC Note: I will be using this thread as a catch-all 'diary' for Rihana's time at the KIA. Anyone is welcome to post here and interact with the bouncy otteress if they wish!))

The skycar lifted back into the air, Rihana waving to the pilot before turning to look at her new home for the near future. The Kirn Institute of Astromancy looked like a cozy affair from the exterior, and the otteress knew that the interior felt even more so, thanks to the loving and open people who lived and learned within her walls.

Taking hold of the floating cart which carried her meager belongings, Rihana moved inside in that bouncing gait her race possessed. She passed by a handful of Kirn on her way through the hallways, finally arriving at the dorm room that Misty had said was hers.

Opening the door, she pushed the cart inside and over to an empty corner. Misty had asked her what kind of bed she favored, and for now Rihana had opted to sleep as the Kirn did, a mound of cushions and pillows tucked in one corner of the room. The sight brought a smile to her muzzle, remembering the two other rooms in this building Rihana had had the honor and pleasure of visiting.

The otteress spent the next several minutes unpacking a few crates, mostly pictures and holos of her friends and family back home. Displaced from her home, even her own universe, this otteress had finally found a place she felt that she belonged...
