Topic: The Halloween Party - Pumpkin King's Birthday

Gage Reynolds

Date: 2007-10-31 17:43 EST
Gage came back from Milan to be here for Dean's birthday. Secretly he was here and didn't let anyone even know it, other then the ones that needed to know. And that of course excluded Dean. And here he is. Stringing along the spider web crap, that's what he considers it, utter crap because it keeps either sticking to him or the wall instead of the damn ceiling like it is suppose to.

He grumbles under his breath and takes a look out the window again. He's got one of the best views, up on the ladder, of the pool and he laughs to himself about the orange pool. But now it has dry ice all around it, the whole blasted house has dry ice around it, giving it that spooky fog like appearance. A skeleton holding a beer, on a blow up doll, floating around the orange pool water. Pumpkins everywhere, you almost have to be sure you don't step on the little ones that line the walls.

Halloween is of course not only a great holiday but his older brother's birthday. And of course they always have to go all out for Dean's birthday. This one is going to last a good week. A grin as he watches Nolan walk by and jump almost out of his skin when the skeleton, in the doorway, screams bloody murder. How a skeleton would be able to talk or let alone scream is beyond Gage, but Nolan's reaction was exactly what he had hoped.

"Watch out for the witch up there on the second floor, she likes little boys." Gage grins as Nolan walks over and purses his lips at him.

"Very funny Gage. This is going to scare the crap out of the little kids you know?" Nolan leans against the wall and watches Gage, he has to laugh that there is spider webs all over Gage's hair, and shirt.

Gage chuckles and goes back to putting the webbing back up. "I know, but, we'll take down the really scary stuff before they show up tomorrow. Tonight is just for the grown ups. Spiking the punch, bands playing, dancing, other stuff." His eye brows lift and he grins but then curses again as the webbing is all over his hands and not the ceiling or even wall now.

"Good luck with that." Nolan scrunches up his nose and walks on out of the room. "Later Gage."

"Later bro." Gage calls out to him then goes about trying to get the spider web off his hands. "Wonderful." He grumbles and climbs off the ladder. An upnod to Cook as he walks into the kitchen and he grabs a water from the fridge. "You got that huge cake done, Cook?"

"Betta believe it, 'ook me darn well an hour ta even mix tha' batta." Cook picks up his dishrag and keeps cleaning off the counters.

"I appreciate it." Gage smiles and heads on out of the kitchen. He looks around the large living room that has now had its center cleared out. Everything against the walls, only a few couches left. The whole house is lit with candles for tonights events. DJ has been booked, even Regretful Descension and Vital Chaos, are playing tonight. Dean will love that and it will give the bros a free concert. Hell yeah.

Gage flops down on the couch and takes another sip of his water bottle. Green blues look over to the huge buffet laid out as well. Only a few hours to go and all the non perishable food is now out, later it will have everything from steak to seafood, cakes to candy, beer to liquor. Anything you could ask for is going to be on that buffet table. And just for Dean, a whole section of nothing but pumpkin cake, pumpkin pie, pumpkin smoothies, candy, everything pumpkin. The cake that Cook slaved over for hours is going to be a huge homage to Dean's favorite character, from Nightmare Before Christmas, Jack Skellington.

Gage grins again. This party is going to be great, he puts the bottle of water down on the table so he can rest back, put his arms behind his head and grin even more proudly. Thanking the Gods above that Jaden gave the OK to go all out, otherwise, he'd be a dead man right now when Jaden sees it all.

George

George was feeling frustrated. He felt left out. The house was abuzz with the preparations for the upcoming holiday and birthday party, but they wouldn't let him do anything! Every time he went to touch a pumpkin, Nanny would shoo him away. Or if he got caught near the cakes and pies and pumpkin bread, Cook chased him out of the kitchen with a broom. He even tried to help to get the pool an orange color and only ended up with orange hair for a day or so.

But George was also determined! He was going to help, he was going to see what his uncles did for a party! It was Halloween, and he had already had a costume. It was a really cool black body suit with a skeleton painted on it. Nanny had drawn the outlines and he was very careful to keep inside the lines.

Dressed in his costume, he tiptoes along the gravel walkway. It seemed everybody else was so busy getting ready that they didn't notice him. Bonus! As stealthily as he could, he approaches the house. Blue eyes narrow as he imagines himself a secret agent and he's going under cover. Pressed tightly against the front of the house, he contemplates how to get into the front door. Eyes swivel left and right. Then with a loud "GO GO GO!" he rushes into the front door and barrels down the hallway.

He hadn't seen the skeleton that screamed, but it sure seemed to see him. The sensor had been set off and as the skeleton screamed. George's eyes grew round and he screamed right back at it. Still screaming, his hands thrown up in the air, he runs straight into the living room.

The house was foggy and that was scary too. He runs right up to Gage, still screaming and jumping into his lap. "Save me!!!"

Ashleigh Taylor

Date: 2007-10-31 21:54 EST
She had been busy getting the twins and other little ones ready for trick or treat. She even had Daniel already in his little pumpkin costume. How the guys got him away from his daddy without telling Dean what was going on was beyond her. But she loved having Daniel. He was truly a joy.

The art project of decorating their own costumes for the older boys was a lot of fun for her. She loved watching the two concentrating hard on their costumes. George and his skeleton had been pretty easy to draw out for her. And she laughed as he bit his tongue in concentration as he worked. Jake was just as concentrated and they both had their costumes done. It was a bit of a chore to keep the excitable twins from trying to wear the costumes while they dried, so she hung them up in her own closet to keep the boys out of them.

With Daniel in his playpen, while she was feeding, changing and dressing Taylor and Tyler, she left George and Jake to their own devices to get ready. They were old enough to dress themselves and were usually pretty good about obeying her with a "Yes Nanny." in unison. They were all good children and she loved them all as her own.

Ana and Russ had decided their own set of twins were too young still to go out trick or treating, so she left them in the capable hands of Sammie. Ash just knew all of the brothers and their ladies were going to have a good time tonight. Not having to worry about their children was an added bonus.

She places Taylor, Tyler and Daniel in the over sized stroller that she has and parks it in front of the door. She goes to the bottom of the stairs and calls for the boys to come down, it was time to go. She knew that George, in particular, wanted to go to the main house. She promised them a trip to the door for some candy, but that was it.

Well when only Jake came down the stairs, she shook her head with a grin. "Well come along then. Let's go round up your brother and we'll go trick or treating." She put a leash on Jake's hand and straps the other end to her own. During the day, a walk wouldn't have warranted a leash. But at night, she didn't want the boy to dart off and get lost in the woods. The leash for George was placed into the pouch of the stroller and they headed out.

Straight for the main house they all go, wanting to get George out of underfoot before the party began. A ramp had been built just for the strollers and it was easy to get up there. Simon meets her at the door, dressed up in a mummy's costume, holding a bowl of candy. He was there just in case trick or treaters did come by. She left the stroller and Jake with him long enough to retrieve George.

The skeleton startled her as she walks into the living room and she places her hand over her heart with a slight yelp. She had gotten there just as George had leaped onto Gage. A shake of her hand and she walks over to them. "I'm sorry Gage. He was suppose to get dressed and come right down. I swear, I'm going to need bars on his window." Another laugh and she gathers up her ward.

George simply groans. "Awww but Nanny..." he whines as he's lifted from Gage's chest. "I want to go to a party too. I'm not a baby." He pouted up at her.

Ashleigh gives Gage a wink with a smile and looks down at George. "I know you're not a baby, but you and Jake help me so much with the babies, I don't know what I'd do with out you two." She leads George from the room with a wave to Gage.

Once to the door, she straps George's leash to his hand, much to his chagrin. "Come on boys, let's go trick or treating."

With a little cheer, the troupe headed out of the house and into the darkness.

Russ had come out of his room just in time to see Ashleigh and the kids leave. A wave to her and he wanders out towards the living room. When the skeleton screamed, he pointed at it ready to zap it with a jolt of electricity. But then he realized it wasn't going to harm him or anybody else and he laughs at himself as he enters the living.

"Damn good job, Gage. Couldn't have done better myself." with a grin as he walks over to a huge cooler and grabs a beer. Tossing one to Gage, he takes a step back to admire Simon's costume. "Too cool."

Russ looks around at the room once more and his eyes narrow. "You know what this place needs?" he grins a wicked little grin and snaps his fingers. Suddenly in the center of the ceiling is a mirrored disco ball. A color wheel not too far away, making splashes of color on the walls.

"Now we're ready to party." he laughs.

Gage Reynolds

Gage's eyes having been closed, however the high pitched squeal and scream from a kid makes them fly right open. He watches as George comes running and flops right down into his lap. He laughs and shakes his head. "What are you doing here kiddo?" He moves his hand up to mess up that mop of blond hair on the boys head. "Don't worry, it's not real, just a fake little skeleton, it won't hurt you. It's the real monsters you have to look out for, the ones the pose as fraternity brothers." He growls playfully and tickles the boy's sides for a moment.

Green blues look up at Ashleigh as she comes through the door for George. "It's no problem. But lots of stuff in here that's not for a little man. Alright Georgie?" He grins and gives the boy a tight hug before Ashleigh takes him off his lap. "Bye guys." He gives a wave to the little boy and Ashleigh as they head out.

Now back to chilling out. A grin as Russ walks into the living room. "What's up bro?" He catches the beer tossed to him and cracks it open to have a sip. "Thanks." He nods with a smile. "Thought for sure that Jay was going to get pissed about the pool and a few other things. But he's giving me the OK to go all out. I think we have Eddie to thank for that, she's making him not so uptight." He chuckles and takes another sip of his beer.

Gage stands up from the couch, his beer in hand. "It's missing something?" He looks around the room, his brows furrowed for a moment as he looks around for anything he might of missed. A curious look back to Russ at the snap of his fingers and then there is a disco ball and color wheel.

A chuckle and Gage shakes his head. "Dude, you did not just put in a disco ball." Another chuckle from Gage's lips.

Brandon Holyfield

Date: 2007-11-02 08:41 EST
Brandon ambles down the stairs and stops at the foot of them to grab a finger sandwich that had just been laid out, then makes his way to the living room. He didn't pass the skeleton so no jumping about being scared by it. By this time a few of the other brothers were already down in the living room, hanging out and drinking beer and what not.

A grin slowly creeps across his face as he gives an upnod to Tyler. Seeing Simon out by the door, he waves. Crossing the living room he nabs a beer from the cooler then goes to sit in the chair.

"Place looks awesome." He smiles once more before taking a bite out of his sandwich. "Need music and girls now." he laughs and cracks open his beer. His eyes travel the room and a wave for a few others passing through.

"So, where's the birthday boy?"

Geoffrey Palimore

Slow, measured steps carry him up the walk. His arrival had been delayed. He was originally supposed to be here in the summer, but things happen. Geoffrey studied the door as he stepped onto the porch. His things were already in place, having been sent ahead. Wren assured his mother all was arranged for her only son. Geoffrey turned the handle, opened the door..

And about jumped out of his skin, as the skeleton screamed and cackled at him. The loud barrage of undignified cussing was sure to attract attention to the young man in the entryway.

Dirk Stevens

Date: 2007-11-03 16:26 EST
When he heard the music starting, Dirk pulls on his turquoise blue silk shirt over a black wife beater. Black jeans and shoes and he's ready to go. Out of the room and down the stairs, hands in his pockets. No railing for him, he could go up and down these stairs in his sleep, and has.

Once down in the main corridor, he grins and laughs at the decorations. The skeleton screamed at him and he laughs. The fog was a great effect and the webbing caught in his hair. He ducks and tries to brush it out as he enters the living room.

An upnod to Gage sitting across the room. "S'up?" then a grin to Russ and the others. He grabs a beer, his fourth already today and walks towards the window for a minute to glance outside. Then his hazels land back on Gage. A single nod and a smile and then he moves across the room to sample what food was laid out.

The scream and cackle from the skeleton obviously got another bro and he ducks into the hallway to see which one was cussing a blue streak. Not having seen this guy before, he makes his way down the hall towards the door. A thumb-clasp handshake for Simon with a pat to his back and then he grins at the new guy. "Welcome home." he laughs. "You couldn't have come at a better time."

Jesse Gabbana

Date: 2007-11-03 16:33 EST
In another part of the house, near the studio, Jesse sits and tunes his guitar, waiting on the others to get there. They needed to go over the song list and get tuned up and ready to go. The collaboration of one of the songs still needed final work.

Holding a cigarette between his lips, he narrows his eyes to keep the smoke out of his eyes. He could hear the party get into full swing as he strums out a few chords. A nod, he's satisfied that he's in tune. His head bobbing up and down, foot tapping, he starts into playing a song.

He lets go of the frets and sits up, guitar still in his lap. Plucking the cigarette from his lips, he exhales a blue plume of smoke into the air. His bloodshot and narcotic constricted eyes covered by a pair of dark Ray Bans. Looking around the room, he can't help but grin. It was good to be home and to be amongst the bros again.

Simon Morgan

Date: 2007-11-03 16:39 EST
He was sitting near the door, in his mummy costume, holding a bowl of candy. The wrappings had cobwebs and fake spiders in them, a rubber snake had been cut in pieces and made to look like it was crawling through his nose and out of his mouth. Long strips of fabric hung from him. Some had been soaked in water and allowed to sit to get that good and moldy look and feel. Not to mention the smell.

When Geoffrey opened the door, it hadn't been the skeleton that screamed, it was Simon. Figuring that he could get into the fun of things, he was going to try to scare the next person to come through the door. Poor Geoffrey didn't stand a chance.

Scream and cackle, loud and enough to wake the dead, that's just what he did. Even waved his arms stiffly and swung his legs out for effect too. When that blue streak was cursed, Simon couldn't keep up the act. He doubled over with laughter. "Oh man oh man oh man!"

Gathering himself, he pats Dirk on the back when they shook hands and then he offers a hand to Geoffrey. "Man, sorry about that. Didn't mean to scare ya that bad."

Geoffrey Palimore

As quickly as he'd lost it, Geoffrey found his composure again. His heart pounded a mile a minute. Was this how all new guys were greeted? A quick glance around showed he'd come at the start of a party. Spiderwebs, skeletons, all the props for a Halloween party. He nodded and smiled over to Dirk.

"I'll agree, once my heartrate goes back to normal." His smile warmed as he took Simon's hand, shaking it firmly. "It's quite all right. No harm, no foul. My mother did warn me to expect the unexpected here."

His blue eyes took in everything as he released Simon's hand. "So, all this just for Halloween?"

Joel Hayes

Date: 2007-11-07 10:41 EST
And through the door right behind everyone is Joel. Duffel bag over his shoulder as he smiles at them all. Though Simon got a curious look, nobody told him that it was a dress up party. Wasn't it Dean's birthday? He shrugs and drops his bag near the door and nods at them all.

"What's up guys?" he grins and gives the mummy a pat on the back then a hug to Dirk when he spots him. "How are you!" a laugh and then pulls out of the hug to give Russ, Gage, and Brandon a wave over in the living room. Gray eyes watch as Nolan rushes past and he laughs. "Hey Nolan!" he calls out then looks at everyone again.

"So when does this party start?" Joel walks into the living room and pulls a beer out of the cooler near the large buffet of food then looks up at the ceiling to the disco ball. "What the hell, we going to disco too?" he mutters and of course gray eyes go right to Russ, who must of put that ball up there. A shake of his head as he sips the beer.

He reaches over and grabs a few chips off the table and stuffs them in his mouth.

Dirk Stevens

A grin as he watches Geoffrey maintain his composure once more. "S'ok you'll get use to it here. The guys are always up for practical jokes. Just be careful of Julian." he says with a sage nod. "He's really out there." then he grins and laughs and is bombarded with a hug.

"Joel!" and he hugs him just as tightly back. "Man, hot as ever." he grins as Joel hurries down towards the room where the music and food are. He watches that sexy body move and gives an arched brow grin. "mm mm mm"

Looking back to Geoffrey, he shakes his head. "Nah man, it's the Pumpkin King's birthday. He should be down soon." A nod and he starts down the corridor, following Joel. He was getting hungry. "C'mon man, tons of food, beer, and hot men!" he laughs and goes to get a sandwich. "Yum!"

Simon Morgan

Date: 2007-11-07 22:10 EST
An upnod to Joel as he gets a pat on his back and he holds the bowl of candy in his lap as he sits back down, waiting for the trick or treaters. Really, Dirk had said it all. Of course, Dirk usually does. He grins at that thought, even chuckles.

"Go on, I'm just going to sit here and scare kids and give them candy to rot their little teeth." he laughs and looks up at Geoffrey. "Welcome to the house man. And enjoy the party. Jay doesn't let us go all out very often."

Just then some kids come to the door and he gets up and does the mummy bit for them. The older kids just roll their eyes and the little ones squeal with a little bit of fright, but more laughing than anything. He deposits candy into each bag, then sits and waits for the next group.

"Yeah, it's amazing what a woman can do to a man's soul." he grins and cracks open his own beer. Taking a pull from it then brown eyes land back on Gage. "Oh, yes I did just put a color wheel and disco ball in." he laughs and shakes his head.

"You know that we can't have a proper party without proper lighting." He cants his head slightly and nods. "In fact, I think that the ball has shed some light on something else that's missing." He nods and taps his finger to his lips.

"Gage, have you ever watched a disco movie before? I think you'd look spectacular in one of those white polyesther suits." He goes to snap his finger in Gage's direction, eyes sparkling with mischief.

Jam makes his way down the stairs. He laughs when he sees some of the guys. "Yo." He calls out and his normal routine of getting on the banister and sliding down it. With ease of course he makes it all the way down, sliding to a nice stop at the end and he climbs off the banister.

"New dude. Awesome." He nods to Geoffrey and shimmies his way into the living room. "Disco!" He laughs and pulls of a few Travolta moves, hells yeah. He nods to Gage and Russ, and pats Russ on the shoulder. "Yo, Russ to the R." Though he doesn't stay around Russ too long, that can get you either zapped or he does funny things to your hair and tonight Jam's hair is perfect. No messing that up.

Walking over to the cooler he pulls out a nice cold brew and looks around. "We are missing something here, where the hell are the ladies? Didn't somebody order the strippers, I could of sworn I heard something about strippers. Come to think of it where the hell is Dean? He needs a few good strippers to dance for him." He grins his crooked grin and downs his beer in no time flat.

He moves to the couch and settles himself down and grins watching Russ and Gage. An upnod to all the brothers as they show up.

Green blues look around as more and more of his brothers enter the room. A half grin to Dirk, then he laughs at Russ. "You are going to put me in a white polyester suit?" He stands up off the couch and holds his arms out. "Hit me with your best shot bro." He laughs more then has a sip of his beer. "I can make anything work. Besides it's Halloween."

"Jam! Got that voice ready to be singing? We want a long concert tonight, Wes, Ryan and Dean should be here anytime. They kept Dean down at the Deli for a bit for me." He nods. "Then we have Vital Chaos on after you guys, Vinnie and Jesse should be along here shortly too, not sure about the other guys. As for the strippers, just you wait bro."

But he grins at Russ again, waiting for that snapping of his fingers. "Well come on." He chuckles softly and has another sip of his beer as then he looks to the doorway as more little kids screech and runaway laughing and giggling.

"And while you do that.." He pulls out his phone and winks at Dirk as he walks by, and a wave to Joel as he dials Ryan's cell. "Hey, yeah, bring him on back home. Yeah, everything is ready. Alright, see you soon."

He was just about to snap his fingers when Jam makes his way over and pats him on the shoulder. A grin with an upnod right back at him. "Hey Jellyroll." he laughs. Jam didn't quite make it away quick enough. With a quick raise of his arm and wiggling of his fingers, Jam's perfect hair is soon an Elvisesque style pompador streaked with greens, reds, yellows and blues. Russ smiles, very happy with his work.

Turning back to Gage, he raises a brow. "Hmm... no, Travolta is too goofy for you. How about... " he snaps his fingers and Gage is now clothed in a Tarzan outfit including a tiger fur sash and leather thong. "Perfect." he grins and walks towards the food.

"Man, I'm hungry." as he lifts a sandwich and starts to take a bite. His onyx eyes gaze around the room, looking for his next vicitm. "Oh.. Joel?"

Geoffrey gave Dirk a nod as he explained the reason for the party, although the name "Pumpkin King" wasn't one he knew. They were right, he picked the best day to arrive.

He took off his tailored jacket, and slung it over his shoulder as he grinned at Simon. "Don't scare the kids too badly now." Then he was in the door, blue eyes taking in everything from the food and beer to the disco ball. Tossing his jacket on the arm of the couch, he nodded back to Jam, then it was time for drinking and eating. Beer in one hand, he found a seat where he could watch everything. Not to mention he wanted to stay clear of the one changing hairstyles and clothes with a snap of his fingers. The thong look just wasn't him.

His free hand ran through his dark hair, taking everything in. Two bands, food and drinks everywhere, and the promise of lovely women. This was going to be a night to remember.

A laugh as his clothes are now changed. He looks down and his mouth open in surprise. "What the hell?" He laughs more and shakes his head at Russ. However Jam's new hairstyle has him chuckling. "That looks great on you bro."

He shakes his head again as he's in a thong!? "Oh man, what are you doing." He gives Russ an evil look but of course he ruins it with his smirk. "You just wanted to see me half naked, I'm telling Ana." He laughs and gives an upnod over to Geoffrey. "Geoffrey right? Well that's Russ." He motions with his hand, even giving a bit of a middle finger towards Russ, but a wink too.

"Elvis over there is Jam, the guys at the door were Dirk, Simon, and Joel. Then Brandon over there, Nolan ran through, then back in the indoor pool are most of the other guys, but you'll meet everyone when JayJay shows you around." He nods and then pulls off the fur sash, that's just not becoming of him.

"There goes Chris, Dirk's little brother." He upnods to Chris as he walks through and gives a wave, then Chris goes on out to the pool area. "The birthday boy is Dean, he'll be here soon with Wes and Ryan, then you can meet them too. And I'm Gage." He grins then walks over to the table to grab another beer from the cooler.

He picks up a piece of chocolate and tosses it silently over at Dirk and then turns and just sips his beer.

"Russ, leave Joel alone and get Dirk." He laughs. "And I don't mean zap him."

Jeremy M.

"Ah shit."
He grumbles and goes and looks in the mirror to see just what Russ had done to his hair. He gasps and touches it tenderly. "Russ!" He laughs and rolls his eyes. Well it is Halloween after all, and most likely Dean will get a hoot out of it, so why not.

Jam turns back around and nods to Gage, and hides the laughter at the Tarzan outfit. "Yeah I'm ready alright. Be good to sing again, been too long for me already. We'll be hitting the road again in a month or so, so it'll be good to try out some new stuff out for you guys."

"We should try and get Vital to come along with us on tour, that way it'll be a good venue." He nods and goes back to sipping his beer, despite the atrocity on the top of his head.

"Need to get those girls here soon, G, before the natives get too restless." A soft chuckle as he moves over and sits down on the couch. Waiting and watching for what Russ is going to do to everyone, if he did this to his hair, and that to Gage, who knows what he'll do to the others. But it will be hilarious and Jam is all about that.

As he munches his sandwich, he gives both Gage and Jam his most innocent of doe eyed looks. "What?" he tries to stifle a laugh. What can he say? Jam looked better and there was more than a grain of truth to what Gage had said. With a self satisfied grin, he turns his attention to Joel.

But then Gage said to leave Joel alone and get Dirk. Now there was a prize in itself. Dirk wasn't his favorite, and he loved to antagonize the bigger man. He kicks off his shoes and shuffles his socked feet across the carpeting. "Dirk, hey, Dirk, wait up!" His hands behind his back.

Dirk had stopped and turned to look down at Russ. "Oh crap!" and he turns to run down the hall to get away from him. "You're not zapping me again!" he yells. Poor Simon had the misfortune of standing just at that moment to hand out more Halloween candy. Dirk runs smack dab into him, spraying candy and mummy and Dirk flying. The kids scattered, laughing.

And then there's Russ, a wicked gleam in his eyes and he looks at the kids in their costumes. "See what happens to bad boys who run in the house?" he puts on quite the dramatic show for them with a flourished bow and then reaches out to grab Dirk's ankle, releasing the pent up electricity in his hand.

Dirk twitches and does a dance, while Simon moans and pushes him off. "No!" Simon yells as the zapping gets him too.

Ryan Stevens

Date: 2007-11-16 07:28 EST
Pulling up on the driveway, the black 1965 Mustang pulls to a stop, far away from the children that are scattering up on the porch. Ryan pats Dean on the shoulder as he opens his door and is out of his car. A shake of his head as he can see even from where he is, what is going on back at the house.

"Looks like Russ is zapping everyone, again guys." He chuckles and shuts his door. "Where you going Wes?"

Wes exits the car and goes up the sidewalk to the side of the house. "I'm going to go see what Kay is doing real quick." As he walks further away.

Ryan laughs. "Oh go give her kisses for me, bro." Making smacking lip noises when Wes turns the corner, of course he sees the middle finger from Wes sticking out of the darkness for a brief moment, making Ryan laugh more.

He waits for Dean to get out of the car and walks up the walkway to the house, up the steps and bypassing a few of the kiddies. "You alright, Dirk?" Ryan laughs at his brother as he dances around, then gives Russ and Simon an nod. "Hey bros."

Dean is not far behind Ryan and smiles at the kids as he passes them. "Happy Halloween." He says to them as he goes through the door. Then he gives Dirk and Simon, pats to the back and a hug to Russ. "What are you all doing?" He laughs softly and looks around. He's pretty surprised to see, from where he is even standing, everything that is in the living room and throughout the house, from what he can see.

Ryan puts his arm on Dean's shoulders and walks with him into the living room, where most of everyone is. "Happy Birthday, bro."

Dean smiles and shakes his head. "You guys didn't have to do all of this." Though hazels then look over to the table with pumpkin everything? "But I'm glad you did." He laughs. "Thank you, all of you." He smiles at all his brothers.

Wesley then walks down the stairs and laughs, when he sees Dirk, Simon and Russ. "Good thing I went the other way around." He hops down the last stair and goes into the living room. A upnod to all of the brothers that are now in the room. A curious look however to Gage and Jam. "Whoa, what did you guys do?" He laughs and pats Dean on the shoulder. "Happy Birthday."

The curious look from Wes was wasn't the only one, Dean looks at Gage and Jam, just shaking his head. "You guys always pick out the strangest costumes." He laughs and gives Gage a hug, then a smile to the rest of the guys.

Dirk sits up slowly, recovering from that zapping. "God I hate that!" he groans. His hair was standing on end and his eyes looked wild and a bit dazed. Shaking his head a few times, he looks over at Simon. "You catch the number of that bus?" Then he laughs and gets up.

Simon didn't get the zap nearly as bad and he was already up and passing out candy to the kids before they left. Once he had given each kid a handful, he goes back to his post beside the door. "Dude, you look like bride of Frankenstein!" He laughs and points at Dirk.

Brandon had meandered down the hall to see what the commotion was about. "Holy hell." he laughs, making sure he steers clear of Russ. "Wicked." he shakes his head and goes back towards the living room.

And Dirk shakily makes his way back into the house and plops down onto the couch. "God, I'm going to so kill him some day." he looks around and laughs. "I swear Russ, you really need to control that thing." He takes a beer when Brandon offers it then looks over at Gage. "Dude... you wanting me to take you into that room or what?" A playful wink and then his attention goes to the door as Dean walks in. "Happy Birthday Bro!" he raises his beer in salute.

Once Gage told him everyone's name, Geoffrey got comfortable on the couch, taking a big swig of beer. Lively bunch, he thought. Then, he saw Russ take his shoes off, and start the infamous carpet scuffle.

He took his beer, and watched from the doorway as Russ let loose the biggest shocker he'd ever seen. Grinning and shaking his head, Geoffrey finshed his first beer, and grabbed a second on his way back to the couch.

He got settled again just in time to see the arrival of the birthday boy. He raised his bottle in a toast, a big grin on his face. "Happy birthday bro."
