The cowgirl Queen was strolling down the street on her way to The Oracle offices to write up an article that Yuki had stopped by The Outback to tell her about on Monday night. She was making her usual detour to get her cafe mocha from that little shop over by The Marketplace when a flier caught her attention.
In the normal course of a day Des saw tons of fliers around town and being who she was, that being a Queen and all of a country, and being as how that nasty Miss Partinger had informed her it was her duty to always keep up with the current events around town, she faithfully read them each and everyone. But as she read this one the bold and brazen declaraton of WAR caught her off guard.
Now it could be said that perhaps in the past she had been involved in declaring a WAR or two herself on others. Namely her friend Cory and her other friend Icer. But to see someone decarling WAR on the whole town. This was new and one of laughter no less.
This was something she could definitely do. After all she did have her "deadliest weapon known to man" that sure enough wouldn't kill no one but might accidentally leave a mark. But only accidentally since it was armed with nerf darts.
Oh yes the cowgirl Queen, Tera Dawn Starfare of Westridge, made another detour to stock up on nerf darts as she was joining in the WAR and she planned to win!
