(The following event was during live play. Many many many thanks to Ryan-mun <3 ya doll! :D Many apologies ahead of time for any grammatical or formatting errors I'm lazy. :p)

David Huntington: *Head down, hoodie up, music blaring through earbuds he entered the Hall. It had been slightly stressful for him lately. With helping his sister plan her wedding. With Ryan gone for long hours. And he himself caught up in working in the shop. He needed a break. Black hoodie with forest green nautical stars, black tight skinny jeans that may be his sister's, and a pair of Converse completed the outfit. Nodding his head to the music as he chewed on his bottom lip.*

Ryan Garabedian: It'd been about a month since the recital and Ryan's conscience was eating at him. Finding himself avoiding going home, avoiding going to the shop, he had been making himself busy by throwing himself into the piano lessons to the younger children and avoiding Steve at all costs. At the moment, he found himself simply wandering the city streets, deep in thought. How he found his way to the Great Hall was beyond him. Trying to think positive, he figured it was a short cut to the inn and a beer or three. Pulling the door open, he stepped inside. His white shirt and jeans became muted in the dimly lit room. He was going to scoot on through, but when he caught sight of who was in attendance, he stopped short. "Oh, uh, hey."

David Huntington: *Unfortunately with his hoodie it hid the earbuds which was blasting music. Suffice to say he couldn't hear Ryan. Treking his way to and past the break he reached into the cooler to pull out a bottle of apple juice. Looking up he caught sight of Ryan. Smiling as he lowered his hoodie, took out the earbuds, and shut off the music player.* Hey there.

Ryan Garabedian: It was difficult to look David in the eyes, he was so trusting! "So, what are you doing here?" Ok, so dumb question, but Ryan couldn't think of anything else to ask. He gave a half hearted smile and turned to find the piano. It was his saving grace, his sanctuary.

David Huntington: *Twisting off the cap from the bottle he took a sip of apple juice.* Hiding away from my sister really. She's driving me nuts with this wedding stuff. *Grinning brightly as he moved to sit on a table closest to Ryan.* You on your way home? *Forest hues looking his piano man over as he quirked a pierced brow.*

Ryan Garabedian: Ryan nodded as he sat upon the bench. "Did she actually set a date yet?" It was easier, sticking to the mundane. He lifted the keyguard and lay his hands upon the keys. But no inspiration struck him. The piano remained quiet. "Yeah, I was going to pick up some video of the students, so I can grade them." Why he felt he had to throw in that explanation, he wasn't sure.

David Huntington: *Shaking his head.* She says sometime in the fall but no exact date. Mostly because her fiance is off doing something and she doesn't know when he'll be back. Even though they haven't seen each other in a while they manage to keep in touch and plan this wedding. *Shaking his head a bit he chuckled.* I see how are the students progressing? *He was actually interested.*

Ryan Garabedian: "They're doing well," he shrugged, then finally looked over at Davey. "Had to let Steve go, though. Referred him to another instructor. I don't think that he can learn anything more from me."

David Huntington: *His eyes widened to that slightly.* Really? But you said he was doing awesome and you could teach him a lot. That's a shame. I hope he's able to have as great of an instructor as you are. *Smiling he gave Ryan a wink as he took another sip of his apple juice.*

Ryan Garabedian: "He can't," Ryan snapped, turning away. Running his hands through his blond hair, he sighed and then brought his hands back down onto the keys. "And I'm sure his new instructor is fantastic." He sounded so grumpy!

David Huntington: *Frowning he set down his apple juice. Sliding off the table he would move to stand behind Ryan. Placing his hands on his shoulders he would massage them gently as he kissed the top of Ryan's head.* What's wrong sweetie? *Murmured gently as he continued to massage Ryan's shoulders in an attempt to make him feel better.*

Ryan Garabedian: Ryan's hands stilled on the keys the moment Davey touched him. Closing his eyes, he sighed. He couldn't keep it in any longer, Davey deserved the truth. Squaring his shoulders, he turned on the bench, twisting to look up at Davey. "I sent Steve away because," he paused, looking into forest green eyes that were so caring and trusting Ryan knew that he was going to bring pain. "He kissed me," he whispered. "And I didn't try to stop him." He couldn't look up and braced for the onslaught.

David Huntington: *The moment the words left Ryan's mouth he went still. It seemed the light and life went out of him. He tilted his head to the side. Carefully hiding away his emotions. Swallowing hard as his eyes searched Ryan's face while thinking of what to say.* What kind of a kiss are we talking about here? *He asked calmly. Secretly he was hoping it was a chaste kiss. He wanted it to be true. He was trying so hard to keep his emotions in check as he honestly didn't know exactly what to think right at that moment.*

Ryan Garabedian: Anger flared through Ryan and he whipped his head upwards to show the emotion in his eyes. "Would I be feeling like crap if he only kissed my cheek? What do you think?" His eyes roll closed and he rubs his face, twisting back to face the keys. "I'm sorry, I shouldn't be yelling at you."

David Huntington: *He flinched back from Ryan's words as if he were struck. The first emotion showing on his face. The emotion of being hurt. He opened his mouth to speak, closed it, brows furrowed, opening his mouth again, he would shake his head. Sighing he would cross his arms.* It's okay. Did you kiss him back? *He wasn't showing anger but he was slightly tense. At the moment he was being careful, calm, and collected.*

Ryan Garabedian: "Yes," he sighed and let his hands slide off of the keyboard. "I'm sorry, Davey. I never meant for it to happen." It'd been eating at him for nearly a month and Ryan felt a weight lifted off of his shoulders at the telling of the story. "So what do we do, now?"

David Huntington: *At hearing Ryan's answer he began to pace. Mouth feeling dry he took another sip of his apple juice that was on the table. Still keeping his emotions in check simply because it wouldn't do him any good.* So that's why you sent him away. Because you were getting rid of the temptation. *He stopped pacing and knelt down in front of Ryan and took his hand. Running his thumb over Ryan's knuckles. He would lift his hand and kiss it. Closing his eyes as he rubbed his cheek against Ryan's hand.* What do you want to do? *He finally asks looking up at him.*

Ryan Garabedian: Ryan wasn't expecting Davey to sit beside him or take his hand. The kiss to his hand was a shock. He stared into Davey's eyes, not believing what he was seeing. "You forgive me, then?" He looked confused and slightly dazed. How was this happening? Davey was supposed to be angry, stomping about and slapping Ryan's face for betraying him. Isn't that the way it was supposed to go?

David Huntington: I'm honestly not sure. *He said truthfully shrugging.* What I do know is that I love you. I can't make you promise that you won't do it again. We're only human and we're gonna do what we are gonna do. It's your choice on how you want to handle things from here. I don't want this to destroy us. I'll admit any trust I had in you is now gone. But I'm willing to let you build up that trust again if you want to. *His own forest hues staring into Ryan's eyes as he gave a small smile.*

Ryan Garabedian: Ryan's eyes narrowed slightly at Davey's words. "We're going to do what we're going to do?" He removed his hand from Davey's and got up from the piano bench. "What do you mean by that, precisely?" His words were sharp, accusatory. Folding his arms over his chest, he squinted down at the man he'd been with for the past four years. Ryan didn't trust himself, much less anybody else at this particular
moment.

David Huntington: *He stayed kneeling for a moment before getting to his feet. Holding his hands up he shook his head.* That's not what I meant. I meant we are people of our own free will. I can't tell you what to do. I can only ask and request. It's up to you if you want to do so or not. *Staring at the ground he looked a bit defeated before looking back up to Ryan.* Look I can understand if you're upset. I'll give you some time to
yourself if that's what you need. I'll be staying at Shimmerscale lair helping ma help Darcy plan the wedding. *He was offering to give Ryan time to himself and calm down.*

Ryan Garabedian: Ryan had expected a fight, a show down. It was throwing him off balance how understanding and nice Davey was being about the whole thing. And hell, a kiss was just a kiss, right? Canting
his head slightly, he sighed. "You don't have to leave the apartment, if you don't want. It's your home, too. I don't know what I want, Davey. I know what I did was wrong, but it didn't feel that way at the time. And that's
what's bugging me the most."

David Huntington: *Lowering his hands he just smiled even though it didn't reach his eyes.* It's okay. You need time and space. I think I need some time and space as well honestly. I need to think over this too. And once we've figured out things we'll meet in the middle just like always, hm? *Giving a chuckle that was just a bit sad.* We'll figure this out hopefully.

Ryan Garabedian: Ryan nodded, slowly. "This didn't happen yesterday, Davey. It was at the recital." And there was the biggest shame of all, he had held it in for nearly a month. "I'm not sure if more time is going to
clear my head."

David Huntington: I see. *Those two words spoken softly. All the careful calm and control crumbling around the edges. His eyes watering slightly as his bottom lip quivered. He blinked to keep the tears from spilling
forth.* I need some time to think. *Hugging himself as he pulled up the hood once more.*

Ryan Garabedian: Ryan's jaw ticked from the pressure of putting his lips into a firm line. He hadn't expected tears, either. "I'm sorry," he whispered, guilt tearing him apart. And then he didn't know what to do or say. "Please, don't cry, Davey."

David Huntington: *Sniffling as he let out a bitter chuckle.* Big boys don't cry, right? *Taking in a deep breath he exhaled slowly.* I know you're sorry and that is probably what makes it worse? Better? I don't
know. *Shaking his head.* You have my number you can call or text me if you need anything.

Ryan Garabedian: Ryan's lips parted, and he inhaled sharply. It sounded so final. Were they really over or was this a temporary break? Closing his mouth, he nodded again. "Alright. I'll..." he couldn't finish the sentence. Still not knowing what to do, he took a tentative step towards Davey, then thought better of it and turned towards the door. Why would somebody as sweet and trusting want to touch or even look at Ryan anymore? Full of self loathing and more than just a tiny bit of self pity, he dug his hands into his pockets and started towards the door.

David Huntington: *By the time Ryan had moved towards the door he already had his earbuds back in his ears and was blasting music. Walking briskly past Ryan he would stop at the door. Turning he would smile
sadly and blow a kiss.* This isn't goodbye not by a long shot I'll be here if you need me. *With that he would turn and head out.*

Ryan Garabedian: Ryan paused as Davey zoomed past him, then turned to speak. He was already feeling the loss and beginning to mourn it when that kiss was blown. A small smile flicked the corners of his mouth
and he reached up and grabbed the kiss from the air. "We'll talk, soon, ok?" He put his hand to his mouth, as if savoring the kiss, and then blew one back. And then Davey was gone. Ryan sighed heavily, then left the
building to walk home. Alone.
