Cadaria set up the manor in perfect condition, with food and drinks for anyone that mgiht come. Cadaria would bring vistors anythign they needed,she stood dressed and ready tos erve.

She would welcome people in to the manor allowing Drake to usher people upstairs, any others she kept company in the main room, while they waited to be ushered up stairs. Each needed to take their own turn. Unless Drake stated otherwise. Icer didnt need anyone crowded in to the room where she was recoving.

Tiny jaws opened, letting a yawn escape. Blue eyes then slowly drifting open as the hatchling roused herself from slumber.

Tail wiggling between her jaws, before she dropped it, and it naturally curled around her haunches.

Stretching out a bit, perhaps showing how big she was, or just getting more comfortable, the hatchling peeked out of the incubator.

Machines still beeped softly, keeping track of the infant's health.

Xangrath took a seat and proceeded to remove the hood of his cloak. "I guess so.... though I am not much of a drinker. Only thing I have really drank was a badsider..... once. Ill be happy with it so long as its nothing very strong tasting or too high an alcohol content as I would rather Icer see me sober. I have some things to apologise for and some promises I need to make and id like to not muddle my words. Thank you for allowing me to see her by the way. I have been waiting for a chance to see her properly for a while and it has been quite painful." Xangrath bowed before moving his wings around to get comfortable in his chair.

She scurries through the door, footfalls erratic if only to escape the cold quicker. In one hand she clutches a small bag, no bigger than a deck of playing cards and pale, mint green in color. She feels strange, standing in someone's house like this; a far cry, oddly enough, from sneaking into the rooms of others during her childhood.

She nods her head to the woman there, words falling past her lips before she can stop them.

"I decided to come and visit Mama Dragon. Or should I call her Baby Dragon now? I brought her a gift."

She holds the bag up, the smile on her face caught somewhere between sincere and embarrassed. She sucks in a deep, nervous breath, reminds herself that there really isn't anything to be nervous about, and bows her head. She has to wait her turn.

"Nice place you have here."

He slowly walked up toward her, tears in his eyes. "Icer.... you probably dont remember me. Thats fine. I was not around as much as I should be. You once allowed me to be a member of your family but I also became the member of another. I have several reasons, but ultimatly I was selfish and spent my time with the Concolor's on the Twilight Isles. I craved attention ultimatly from a mother that could love me almost full time and in your family I was just one of many. I am now more secure about myself and want to make up for lost time. Sadly, I wanted to rescue you but too many people stood in my way. I have felt horrable, knowing I was unable to do anything to redeem myself. I am training to be a dragon knight and would be honored if you would let me look after you till you grew back to normal... spend some time together to make up for not being there when you needed me... Purhaps it should be the rest of the family I should be spending time with but your Lair is sealed so this is the best I could do... Could you forgive me mother? Could you give me another chance?"

"Sorry.... I can not feel like I can rest till I have been forgiven and made a change. This guilt has been allowed to build too long and its getting painful. If you require any help for anything, no matter what, just let me know. I am a knight but im also a good cook and cleaner" he sighs "I guess I better leave.... but not before leaving my little presents." Xangrath places a small doll he made himself of Icer down near her along with a bottle of Dragonhoney which is labeled 'Good for growing young dragons. I drink it all the time. I hope you appreciate it. From Xangrath' and a bag of silver outside the incubator.

Cadaria brought the man a cup of tea. It was suited to his preference.Non-alcoholic. It wouldnt make him drunk or out of his wits.She set the tea upon the table before him and smiled. "There you go sir." Then before she kne wit Drake was leading hima way and she was to the door.

"Greetings."She welcomed the woman. "Please come in. Drake will be with you in a moment.."But then Drake was there speaking to the woman. Cadaria fell silent as she waited to see if the woman wnated anything. Drake would look at any gifts to be given to the hatchling. So Cadaria stood awaiting orders or more vistors.

"True..... I guess im just being a bit despirate. Hopefully she will enjoy the gifts anyway. I dont blame her if she forgets me though." He bows to drake "I think I have let you hear too much of my sorrow. Have a good day." He looks back to Icer. "I will be there for you and your family from now on. I promise." He walks downstairs before finishing his tea and leaving.

The Wind Mage had gotten word that icer was now able to see vistors. And knowing Drake personally, she already knew the rules he had set down for his house. No magic, no healing, no taking Icer home,all visits were to be short. So Shea let the wind bring her in to Rhydin but she walked to the Manor.

She took a deep breath. And would let her magic settle. It would be hard for Shea, to check her magic at the door.The wind flowed at her feet still, her eyes sparkled with new powers. But she was here for Icer. So check her magic she would.

She lowered her dark green hood and shook free her two tone hair. There was a little bit more silver there mixed in to the natural dark blue. Witha green gloved hand she knocked on the door.

"Audrey.. you may go ahead and see Icer." A smile to the woman, before moving towards the door. With an ideal poke aimmed to Cadaria's side in passing. Just to keep her on her toes, before he openned the door.


"Lady Shea.. Come on in. " Stepping to the side, as he let her step inside. Guessing that Darkmere had delivered the word that Icer was able to see others by now. As well as knowing that everyone concidered the ice dragon as family.

Tea was simple enough she bowed to the woman.Drake seemed to know everyone, yet he called this woman Lady Shea.

He got a look for the poke aimmed to her side. What was he trying to do make her look bad infront of someone he knew? She hid her bllush and stammer as bests he was able before hurring off.

Cadaria went to go fix the tea,pondering on who the elfess was.It didnt take long for the pot to boil. A few moments passed and Cadaria brought the tea out to the elf. "Here you are. Let me know if yo need anything else."

The little bag swings as she walks, her head bowed in silent thanks to Drake. Soon she finds herself next to the incubator containing the baby dragon and she allows her gaze, stricken as it was with some strange for a awe, travel over the tiny creature.

It was hard to believe that such a small thing had once been the size of a hippo.

Gathering her wits about her, she clears her throat and dips a hand into the gift bag.

"Hey Mama Dragon...Icer...it's Audrey. I've been thinking about you a lot."

She slides a small teething rings from the sack, two rubber circles encasing a goofy, cartoon headed giraffe. She places it as close to Icer as she can and stands back.

"I know you probably don't recognize me from Adam right now, but I've missed you."

The words were in no way articulate, but they seem to satisfy Audrey. She folds the bag and tucks it away into her pocket before making her way out of the room.

"Thanks for letting me see her. Take care."

She flashes a sweet, somehow sad smile to Drake and Cadaria, as well as the woman waiting to visit before those frantic, nervous little footsteps carry her from the manor and into the night.

Drake bowed his head to Audrey. "No need to thank me. Merely felt that her friends would like to see her, and it will do her good to see them." To the woman before she had took her leave of the manor.

He then looked to Shea. "When ever you are ready to see her, you may." Bowing his head to his friend, with a glance to Cadaria a moment. A smile to her as he moved to get himself a cup of tea, then moved to sit down to enjoy it for a moment.

Blue eyes watched as Shea approached, a soft coo had been given to the woman.

Soon the door of the incubator had opened, and she crawled a little closer, snout having stretched out to lightly touch Shea's hand, perhaps uncontiously tryi to assure the woman she would be alright.

Soon after Shea had closed her incubator door, she watched as the woman took her leave. Head tiltig at the blown kiss, though she cooed softly once more, cuddling back up against her stuffed dragon toy.

One day.., they would meet again.

The Fire Child had not stepped foot sicne long before ehr sonw as born. But she had heard all the news.Icer had been captured, and wa snow safe. Her "Sisterhood" Had fallen and none could be found and now the warrior returned to Rhydin. It would be a short visit. She came alone,and unarmed, though anyone who knew her would say that was an odd sight indeed. She wore more relaxed clothing, than her normal dark look She found Drakes manor with ease. He had been trianed by those of the alliance and there for he was a little part of their very large family.

With the weather cold long black coat and gloves. Her hair down in long waves.

She reached up to knock on the door. She knocked twice and waited.

Hera smiled to the tall dark haired woman who answered the door. Jade had said somehting about Drake keeping a "pet" thats what Jade had called her. Hera was used to that stare,that look that said more than words could. She stepped in to the warm invinting manor. It was a big place, but Hera was used to castles now. But for Rhydin it was a nice pad. Hera looked the dark haired woman again,anyone with magic could tell Drake had good taste in help.

This one was a healer.Hera sniffed the air lightly, nothing anyone might notice. Shed sepnt ehr life aorund darkness, and her beloved husband was a demon after all she knew an angel when she saw one. Though the woman before her was darker looking than most angelic creatures..which amde her think something more along the lines of perhpas a vampirc angel like Darkmere and his family. "Grettings,"Hera smirked. "I am here to see Icer."


"Can I get you something to drink?Or something to eat?" the angelic woman offered. Then nodded, "please have a seat, and Drake will be with you shortly." She motined to the couch and chairs.

Hera nodded and headed for the couch. "Nothing for me, Cadaria."She had recalled the name Jade ahd said after she had called Drakes new help a " pet."

She had taken a small nap, chewing on the pacifier her mother had left her. At least until she could sleep no more. A soft muffled squeak as she peeked out of the incubator, wings fluttering.

She wanted to come out.

Hera snickered. "But its fun."She rose to her feet and went to follow him.Feeling Cadairas stare the whole way up the steps. "Lang doesnt cause trouble, he just likes to bathe in it." Up the stairs she went and in to Icers room. "Hey there Icer."To the side of the incubator she went. "And I am family as far as I am concered."A look to Drake on that one. Before she settled near the incubator and opened the little door and drop in something she brought for Icer.

It was a soft plush toy shaped like a lion. " You've always been as tough as one of these..and I figured it be nice to snuggle with."Hera was very carefull as she dropped the plush toy in . "It will keep you warm when your cold and cool you off when your too warm.."A little trick she learned. "Lang will stop by sooner or later to pester you."A grin, "Hes at home with Kane." Speaking of ehr son though icer would have no clue about him. " I hope you get better fast, so we can alld rop by the lair,Kane would love to see baby dragons."

A smile for the hatchling Icer. "As soon as your well enough, Lang, Kane and I will come and see you."She rose to her feet slowly and gave the hatchling a little pet on the head with one finger very carefully before closing the incubator door. "Ama poldora Mellonamin." The words were not a spell thought hey coudl have eben if she had backed it with any magic, they were simply a belssing for Icer to healw ell, and have strenght. Nothing more.

Witha wave and a nod she left the room. "Thanks Drake..your taking good care of her Icer."She stoped there outside the door. "Nice help you have to,"Looking down to where Cadaria cleaned the room, freeing it of any dust. "Jade told me you had a pet.."A smirk.. "Shes cute.. if you like that whole innocent thing."A wink to him before she headed down the stairs and to the door.

She stopped as she passed Cadaria. "We will have to talk some time.."A wink. And out she went.

Cadaria starred after the wild elven woman again.

The Lupine had been in Rhydin now and again. But she had other affairs at home to tend to. But Icer was family and thus the lupine wlaked bundled up for the sake of the cold towards Drakes house. Down along the lane she knew through the drifting snow. She reached the door and knocked twice.

Cadaria answered the door. The lupine had never een the striking woman before. But heard about her . Jade gave a grin and walked in. Cadaria was more than pretty, she was ovely, tall lithe, strong too. Jade could see her and Drake as a fine little couple.

"Welcome. Please come in have a seat, may I get you anything? Something to eat or warm to drink?"

Jade stuided her for a moment. Cadaira shifed softly closing the door. There was something strange in the way this woman gazed at her. "Drake will be with you shortly."

Jade smirked and walked to the couch and took a seat. "While I wait for Mr. Hot Stuf Jones could I have some tea?"

Cadaria nodded and head off to the kitchen glancing back at the auburn haired woman. There was soemthing so animal like in that blue eyed stare. And who was she calling Drake such a name? Should Cararia be jealous? No wait.. she had not reason to feel that way.

Jade smirked and sat back, she was going to enjoy the hell out of this.

Jade smirked at Drake and made litle smoochy faces at him. "Its the only way I know how to be Drake. And how would have being married to Darkmere mellowed me any?Hes far worse than I am." Just before her beloved brooding husband appeared. " Keeping tabs on me?" She smirked at him she knew he was here for Icer not really to ruin her fun. She would cause trouble no matter what.

Cadaria stopped suddenly tea in hand. Looking between the woman and now the man there on the couch. "Hello." A lupine, so that was what, Jade, as Drake called her was. "Its very nice to meet you both."She set the tea down before Jade who winked. "Thanks..and I dont start trouble it follows me around."She looked to Cadaira again. " I am sure you've heard all too much about my beloved husband here from Mr. Sexy there."A smirk to Drake. "My sweet brooding mentor of a husband.." She nuzzled Darka little batting her lashes at Drake though.

Cadaira looked to Darkmere then back to Drake. She saw a resemblance there. "Yes, Drake has spoken of his mentor many times." She bowed her head lightly to Dark. "Its very nice to meet you sir. Could I get you anything?" Always polite. She made no remark to the Mr. Sexy comment from Jade.

Jade smirked as she sipped at her tea. "Actually I could use something else."

"Yes, something to eat Miss Jade?" Jade smiled, "Just Jade dear, and I was wodnering if youd come over here."She patted the arm of the couch. "I would like to get a look at something." Cadaira seeing no harm in it tooka few long strides around the couch to where Jade sat. Jade rose, Cadaria was taller than her, but that never bothered the lupine any. She walked aorund her like she wa slooking over a piece of beef in a store window. "Well Drake I think you were wrong." She smirked there was that look in her eyes. "Shes far more than pretty. "A snif snif to Cadaira. "A fallen angel and a vampire hmmm." Looking to Drake as if saying 'I know more than you know 'She eyed Darkmere then too. "Oh we will have tons to talk about."

Cadaria blsuhed as Jade walked around here, even though Cadaria was taller than Jade. Jade had so much power in her walk, her personality. She shot a look to Drake, when had he called her pretty?Then she glanced back to Jade, when she suddenly knew what she was. Which shouldnt have suprised her but it did. Jade hid her lupine part well, normally Cadaria would have been able to tell that from the get go.She also noted the look Jade gave her husband. He was a vampire that much Cadaria knew, bt there was something else rather familar there.

The dragonling had taken a nap between visitors, buried mostly beneath her blankets and toys. The warmer the better.

Soon she had stretched and yawned, wide blue eyes opening as she peeked back out of her incubator, Drake had locked it so she couldn't sneak out.

Little ears perked as she heard footsteps headed toward her room, and she placed tiny forepaws up against the incubator as she peeked out, trying to catch a glimpse of who it was this time.

Her tail wiggled and she gave a soft muffled chirp thanks to the pacifier, momma's gift was saving her tail tip from her teething.

Drake eyed Jade as she moved around her brooding husband, before shaking his head to what she had whispered to him. Then a light swat to her hand at the pinch to his rear, as he peered as his mentor. "Would you please keep her under control." Muttered as he moved downstairs.

Dark laughed to the scene. "Like I could do that, besides. You best make a move on the lovely woman downstairs. Someone might woo her away from you, though I doubt that would happen. She obviously likes you more than she is letting on." Grinning as he followed Jade into Icer's room.

He came up beside Jade with one hand coming up to her back. "Hello Icer. It is good to see that you are doing well." A smile for the little hatchling.

Jade smirked at Drake."Hes right you know."She grinned all the widder, then looked to lil hatling Icer.

A little muffled welcoming chrip. "Still as fiesty as always."She opened the little incubator door a little more.Then as the hatchling started to babble in her own speach Jade eyed Dark. She wondered if he knew what lil hathling Icer was saying.

Cooing as big brother gave her head a scritch, tiny tail wiggling.
Soon she had both forepaws on the incubator, and wings fluttered as she peeked out further. Blue eyes flicking from brother to Jade then back.

She was careful though not to fall out, soon a soft squeak and she curled back up beside her toys.

"Behave and leave those two alone." Over his shoulder with a smirk to Jade heading outside, before looking back to Icer. Giving the top of her head another scratch, before wrapping her back up in the blankets. He then shut the incubator, before moving out to join his wife.

Drake was eyeing Jade as the pair came out as he moved over to Cadaria, whispering to the poor woman what the lupine had said to him. Getting Dark to laugh again as he looped his arm with Jade's. "Come on you, before you start trouble." Shaking his head as he lead her out of the house.
