Tick. Tock. Tick. Tock. Tick. Tick. Tick....

A wince and a glare to the object on the nightstand. It was loud and obviously didn't have any compassion for the college student and her hangover. The alarm clock was a douche. This wasn't the first time Samilee had recalled thinking this.

Grunting, the slacker rolled away from the terrible noise until she felt a sharp curve against her thigh. It was uncomfortable as all hell. Wait... why was there a sharp edge in her bed? Samilee's eyes opened and a cannister that read: Sugar, in big lettering was staring her back in the face. She blinked hard and refocused to make sure this wasn't some weird effect from all the alcohol and 'herbal remedies' she had stuffed down her throat last night.

Upon second glance there was no denying that Samilee Burke was laying across a kitchen counter. The sun suddenly crept through the curtains and shone in her eyes. A knee-jerk reaction, Sami rose her arm quickly to bar the painful light from shining into her eyes and was soon redeposited roughly on the floor. Sami groaned. At this point some weird dude in a pink bathrobe and an Indian chief's head-dress came walking through the door. She squinted at the guy.

"Woah... that sucked. You alright, man?"

Sami knew that this was going to be the start of a beautiful weekend.
