The Falconnes carriage was a comfortable way to travel, the seats were padded and well sprung and there were blankets and cushions everywhere. This seemed to be an absolute nesceccity when traveling with children, as they were always complaining that the seats were to hard, that it was cold, or that they were just sleepy. Kina carried the little boy from the inn out to the waiting vehicle with a smile. "You'll like it at the Palazzo little one. Everyone there is friendly. My girls have a nanny named Lysavettia, she talks very fast and has a tendency to wander off with things, but she loves children."

Kina was careful not to disturb the sleeping Antonio while she settled the boy inside, bundling him warmly into a blanket. Once they were settled the carriage took off towards home. It was a quiet drive, not overly long but fairly scenic traveling along the lake shore most of the way. While they drove she pointed out landmarks to the boy whispering to him about taking trips to the lake to go boating and for picnics once the weather warmed up. She showed him the stables at Lion's Pride when they passed, pointing out the pegasi playing in the moonlight. "We can go and see them in the daylight soon. Aysel and Katyana are getting lessons in riding, you can join them too if you like."

The little boy was so sleepy he did not even make it to the Palazzo before he fell asleep, so once they arrived she carried him up to Dominick's nursery and settled him into the spare cot. A tiny kiss was brushed to the boy's forehead. "Sleep sweet little one, welcome home."

:: His eyes looked to sparkle a little while he watched the Pegasi as they passed but soon passing into sleep he snuggls down into the blanket his only sign of waking was when Kina kissed his forhead...but that too was not evnough to stir him from his dreams...or nightmares::

:: Sleeping that night was full of tosses and turns as he relived his past over and over that night ...only to be grateful when dawn appeared the next day when he awoke in curious fassion his small form rising from the covers and blanket to make his way out of the room and look about the place he had been taken too...it was his first time being able to wander without fear of the unknown::

The little boy wandering the halls of the Falconne's home drew the attention of the twin girls that lived there. Aysel, the braver of the two armed with a little wooden sword and wooden armor put herself between the boy and her sister and said in her most grownup voice "Who Goes There?"

The dark haired twin whispers to her sister. "Aysel, Mamma brought him here, you know Mamma does not like you stabbing guests."

"Ahh but Katy!"

"No Aysel." Katy smiled at the little boy "Hello David. I'm Katyana Falconne, and this is my sister Aysel"

Aysel pouts and puts her sword away looking David up and down.

"I guess you can stay"
