This time, the only thing to impart his presence at Quinn's doorstep - instead of the near-disastrous explosion of debris that happened the last time on he doorstep - is a nearly-inaudible breath of wind, followed shortly after by the ringing of a doorbell. An instant later, that breath of wind can be heard again, followed by something that sounds almost like a sonic boom.

Left on the doorstep is a bouquet of rather generous proportions, clearly meant to appeal to the eye, the sense of smell, and yet with a hint of things clearly intended to both remind her of her home, and give a first hint of the sender.

Pink roses, their fragrance accented by orange blossom and jasmine, are wrapped in a sheath that looks to be layers of red maple leaves fastened together by some unseen adhesive. In the midst of this three white trilliums bloom magnificently, and along the side - tied there by a single silk pink ribbon - is a four-leafed clover surrounded by clover blossoms.

Next to this lovely arrangement is a basket containing a bottle of Glen Breton Rare Canadian whiskey, a box of Rhydin's finest chocolates, and a white card printed in gold leaf that says things quite simply/
