After a bit of a chuckle, Brian quieted down a bit. ?Now let?s talk about our other two projects.?
Brian set aside the blue prints a moment, and produced two other folders that were set on the desk before Mr. Phelix Phixit, ?Jesse?s shop, and Renna?s shop.?
Phelix nodded, taking one of the folders in hand and opening it. ?Jesse, the Vice Admiral whatcha-ma-doozit??
?The very same one and this will be an easy one for you. I?d like it restored to its original design, and add some reinforcements to the supports, and outer corners if you could.?
?Oh that?s easy enough, I?ll get my partner Ralph to get started on clearing the debris so we can get in there, and make sure all the electrical and water is in order.?
?Good deal. As for Renna?s Flower Shop---I?d like it restored as well, to its original design.?

?Very much so, so let?s make that happen. Sides, that I am sure we will have more work for you as well. There?s also that Temple incident that occurred two nights past, I?d like to get a crew and some presence down there as well, maybe a debris clean up.?

A fist bump offered to Phelix, who returned it in kind. The contractor then took his leave, as Brian took a seat to write a quick letter.
