Topic: It Started Just Like Any Other Morning.....

Shy sat at the hearthside in that favored wingback chair, drinking her chosen beverage of mead as she contemplates taking a voyage. Long, suede-encased legs are crossed at the knees; right leg over left. Beneath her black hooded cloak she wears a peach-colored silk blouse; satin ribbons woven throughout her braid are a matching hue to that of her blouse, and anchored by a white pearl in a gold setting. It is nice that the place is not crowded, and she is not as tense as she was last evening.

Ileen was cold, very cold in fact. A large flannel used as a coat, it could have been wrapped about her a couple of times, and was held quite close as she shouldered her way in and headed for the bar. A spy of Shy, Ileen grinned at her widely. "Morning, Shy...good to see you..." A near miss of a trip, she rounded the counter and set about making a fresh pot of coffee.

A slow bouncing of her right knee-highed, fur-trimmed booted foot, to a jaunty tune that is playing in her head. Drinking vessel is hoisted for another swallow or two of the honeyed brew. Light blue gaze drifts away from the small fire, to land upon Ms McGowan. "Greetings, Ileen. I hope all is well with you this dag." Of course that song ebbs, and the foot bouncing ceases. A dimpled smile forms as she watches the female pirate.

This was going to be too much hassle, as she was not awake enough to find the jar of coffee. Maybe there wasn't any up front. It would wait and a banana was snagged from a bowl set there and she wandered towards the hearth, to slump down into the couch. At least someone had thought to set a small fire. "I'm wonderful, and how you be?" Legs pulled up beneath her, comfort found.

"I am fint enough. So, you are wonderful ... is there any particular reason?" It never hurts to inquire as far as she is concerned. "I do not hear others use that word often when describing how they are."

"I didn't wake up dead..." The grin broadening by leaps and bounds, attention was fully on the woman. "That always helps.." A shrug set to roll a shoulder. "You ready for winter? Been too much preparation for it, finally done. The men are quite happy about it." Peeling the fruit, a bite was soon taken.

Merrily laughs at Ileen's reply. She likes it! Nods to her question. "Ja, I and my crew are prepared for the Vinter Season. We usually have e'erything in order, early. We are used to the harsh conditions, which kan be quite milder here than in our hjemland of Norge. 'Tis always a relief to complete necessary tasks before it snows, ja?"

Click, clack, click. There was a wiggle of her snot at the lingering odor on the air as Icer made her way along the cobbled street. She'd been up early and to the market to get a few trinkets for the little ones.

After taking another swig or three of mead, inquires, "And Jack? How is that scallywag of yours?" Softly chortling.

"Aye...now I can spend the next couple of months freezing my bum off. I wonder if I should pad it." Leaning her head back, the banana peel was tossed into the hearth. "Still moored around the coves, we be thinking to go out half a mile or so, that way the ice won't accumulate." A chuckle to scallywag. "He's good, blasphemous as ever and glad we are gonna get a break. How's Victor?"

Icer. Snot. Hmm.

At least it was peaceful now.. A glance to the porch, and up the stairs, nudging the door open with her snout.

"I am sure Jack shall enjoy warming up your bum, Ileen." Snickers ever-so-slyly. A slight tilting of her head when she hears about them going out half a mile or so on the water. "Do you intend on remaining out there all Vinter?" A pause before continuing, "Viktor is fint, I am sure." Glances over at the main entry when the door opens. "Greetings, Icer."

A nod to Shy and IIeen as she slid inside, letting the door shut behind her.

"More than likely, aye, we probably will. I know we will be out at the cabin a lot." Regarding her a long moment, a curious expression to something. "Morning Icer!" Called out to the dragon.

Shy's attention returns to Ileen. "You have a cabin? I was unawares of that information."

Click clack. Now on her way to her water dish.

"Aye, my sister and I had one built years ago, Jack helped me open it up and get it back liveable. We spend a lot of time there as of late. Outside of town." Nodding.

An arching of one eyebrow as the blue dragon speaks a greeting to Ms McGowan, but not to her. Mulls that over for a couple of moments, then takes a drink of mead. "Viktor has a cabin outside of towne, as well. And I have a log hjem far, far to the North of here." And she does mean FAR. "'Twas nice of Jack to hjelp you make the repairs, for sure." Tries to recall if she ever mentioned a sister all those years ago.

The morning was to both! But then she did look like she hadn't slept well.

The more she ponders those years gone by, the more she yearns for them. And she does believe Ileen mentioned a sister. Perhaps not to the female Viking directly; more like she overheard it. Another glance at the dragon. "You look as if you could use a few dags of slumber, Icer."

I probably could. ::Nodding to Shy. Snout soon buried itself into her water. Maybe that would help.

"Then hvorfor do you not get some? Are you plagued by nattmares? Injuries?" Curious as to the reason Icer seems unable to sleep.

Quieting for the now, she listened between the two and was pondering on the cabin, as well her sister. Icer did look tired, and would agree with Shy.

"Well with 60 bairns, I would be tired too...and prolly dead..." Ileen muttered, good natured. As for her sister, Ileen didn't talk about it much but was certain Shy was aware of the entire ordeal from years ago. Hell all of Rhydin was.

Finishing up a bit of water. Licking her jaws, then peeking back to the two. "The pounced me awake half the night.."

Unable to refrain from softly chortling at Ileen's remarks. Sixty! Eyebrows raise for a moment, now that she heard the number. "Nei wonder you kom here."

"Sixty five." Amending. then nodding to Shy and IIeen.

"I'm shocked she doesn't throw herself off a cliff and not spread her wings..." Ileen's amusement returning to slither.

"Why I usually rest here. But I needed to soak last night. and the lake is closest to the lair." Icer declared.

"By the gods! Sixty-five?!" Good thing she was not drinking, or Ileen could have been mead-drenched.

"I don't think it was by the gods, more like a horny pair.." That one slipping out before it could be stopped.

" Aye, sixty five. Three broods of our own, and the rest taken in."

"'Tis mind-boggling, for sure." Nodding at her own comment. "I am surprised you kan move at all, Icer. After being pounced on all natt long."

Swaggering in through the back alley door, just in time to hear the talk of Icer's sex life. " That be needing a bottle of rum. " Murmured to himself as Jack once again left the door wide open, as he swaggered his ass towards the bar.

A flick of Icer's tongue out at Jack, just because!

Flick of light blues to the pirate as he makes his way to the bar. Slide of gaze back to Ileen. "Your bum varmer is here." Shy snickered.

Soon then the dragon sprawled out on the floor, all comfy. Yet wide awake. Giggle snort!

The dragon hatch slid open, and Aurthur oozed his way in side, if anything a dragon did could be called oozing. The hatch slid shut silently, and into the rafters he perched.

Hearing Shy, Ileen began to laugh and stretched out on the couch. A flicker of greens towards Jack. "Wake up Captain Morgan!" Bellowed loudly, hoping it hurt his head considering he had been well into his cups late into the evening previous.

"Moving is easy." Nodding to Shy. "Flying.. not so much."

Aurthur's ooze matched Icer's snot. How attractive.

Very!

It could have been worse. There are so many things Shy could have said. Winces at the shouting, then heartily laughs at the wake-up call. Hearing the hatch door open, glances upward to see Icer's mate arrive, and perch.

Glancing to the three women for a moment. " Be silent ye nattering loud mouthed she devil of a wench. " Muttered as Jack swaggered behind the bar for the daily bottle of rum. Captain Morgan rum no less. That in hand he moved to park it on a stool.

A peek upwards and Icer grinner. "Hello love."

"Such lovey-dovey navn's you two have for each other!" Addressing both Ileen and Jack. Dimpled smile for both, too.

"Hello gorgeous." Smiling down at his beloved, Aurthur inquired. "Gossiping, again?"

"Now when have I been known to gossip, love?" Grin.

"You can kiss my ass you demanding grouchy wanna be pirate in ill fitted breeks..." Huffed in the bossy ones direction, Ileen's charming smile once more met Shy. "Aren't we though!"

"You forgot to add the word knave in there, Ileen." Did she not usually call him that word?

"Good morning, Aurthur." A smiling wink from Ileen. "Crikey...." And included... "KNAVE SOT! Thanks Shy."

Another giggle from Icer.

"When AREN'T you gossiping would be the easier answer." Sticks his tongue out as his mate as Aurthur hops down from the rafters, heading towards his mate. "Good morning Ileen." Giving a look that was both suspicious and full of amusement.

Setting the bottle down on that one, and swaggered his way right over to Ileen. Leaning down and right in front of the others. Pressed a hot kiss right on the wench's lips, before leaning back. " There. " And back to swaggering towards the bar.

"You are most velkommen, Ileen. I am glad I kan hjelp." Smiling prettily before she takes another swig of the honeyed brew.

A smirk as IIeen received pirate kisses. And soon she stole a smooch from her beloved.

Thrumming softly as he was kissed, curling himself around his mate, savoring the kiss and letting it linger for long moments.

Before Jack could escape, Ileen swatted his bum and returned the kiss ten fold. "Morning, love..." Sick and twisted, yes. But it worked.

Grinning and thrumming contently, resting her head against her beloved's shoulder after finally breaking the kiss.

Stretching out further, Ileen's attention returned to Shy. "Sure everything is alright with you?" Something was off and she couldn't put a finger on it.

" Morning, beloved. " Over his shoulder after the rump slap, with Jack returning after he grabbed the bottle. Aiming to plop down on the outstretched wench.

Grinning and nipping his mate playfully. "I have a special dinner planned for you, dear."

"Dinner sounds wonderful my love." Icer responded.

"Ohh, and you'll like this one, dear." Nodding. "Ginger marinated wyvern steaks. And no vegetables." Aurthur grinned.

"OOAPH!" Shifting a little bit to accommodate Jack, a leg was draped onto his hip.

Patting Ileen's leg with one hand, while taking a swig of rum with the other.

"My favorite, love." And yes, veggies were ick!

"I thought you might like it." Aurthur chuckled. "I thought about baking potatoes, but I thought you might not like your favorite meal polluted with veggies......Even though you should eat some now and again......"

Shy's thoughts had drifted for several minutes. A slow blink out of her reverie. "Hmm? Oh ja, I am fint. Just tenking about ... things." More to drink as she watches the two pirates on the couch.

A hand absently trailing Jack's lower spine, maybe a lil knead in there as well as Ileen awaited Shy's response and nodded. "Sometimes thinking about things and getting them in order is healthy." And it was.

Icer wriggled her snout. "I don't know, love.. Potatoes do sound good.."

"Well then, baked potatoes there shall be, dear. And fresh baked bread too." Aurthur near crooned.

Side glance to Shy when she spoke up. " Be nothing wrong with thinking on things from time to time. " Shifting a touch at Ileen's touch as he continued to pat the wench's leg.

"It will be lovely, yes. And Storm is going to watch the little ones?"

Aurthur nuzzled his mate. "Yes love, I have already arranged the matter. And after the dinner, a long soak in the glacial spring."

"Sometimes I kan get them in order, at other times I must wait. And then there are the times when I believe the Norns are toying with me, for godt or bad." A lifting and lowering of shoulders. Shy's gaze moves between Ileen and Jack; back and forth. "Mmm."

Icer purred and stole another kiss. "It has been so long since last I soaked in that spring, love. I soaked in the lake last night."

"It's going to be a lovely evening with just the two of us, dear. And I'll reapply your scale oils as well, dear."

"Perhaps we should find some for you as well.." Purring and grinning.

"Toying with you mentally or rooting around in the shadows?" Inquired of Shy, that sounded so curious. Ileen was beginning to turn blue and shifted to the side, allowing Jack to sink down beside her there.

"For me, dear? I don't think there is a good oil for mine dear.....It never lasts very long, and my body doesn't seem to hold much scent." Came Aurthur's retort.

"Perhaps both. At least it feels that way some dags. I am always aware of them, that is for sure, e'en if I do not speak on it." Shy mused aloud.

Jack shifted to let Ileen sit up before sitting back down, looking between the two women as they spoke. And swigging at the rum.

"Maybe it's also an inner voice, helping to guide you." That, Ileen quietly said.

"Well scent should nae matter, love. Just so that your scales do nae dry out." Icer spoke, concern in her tone.

"My scales have been a bit brittle lately......And I've a couple broken scales too, that I've had to pull."

"Oh! I believe my instincts are honed quite well." The Viking nodded. And then lowers her voice to just above a whisper, so they will need to listen closely if they want to hear what she is going to say, "Oft I pretend I am ignorant of hva is happening, but I am well aware." Sagely nodding, this time.

Adjusting herself, legs were sprawled across Jack's lap. Ileen was the Queen of Inner Gut Feelings, thats why she makes Jack's life hell at every opportunity. "Good, no better way to trap unsuspecting prey."

Icer, peeking to IIeen and company as she snuggled with her beloved. "I still have that oil that Tera made for me.."

"But that's your oil dear.....Besides, it looks much better on you. After a fresh coat of scale oil, your sex appeal goes through the roof, dear."

That was when Icer started blushing.

Shifting a look over Jack's shoulder, Ileen kinda stared at Aurthur, then blurted. "Get a room! I'll pay!"

Once again he started to pat and play with the wench's legs while keeping quiet as he looked between the two women. This seemed to be one of those talks just for women. As for Ileen making his life a living hell, he returns the favor each and every time.

Jack was quiet, something must be brewing.

"Males are so unsuspecting, e'en if they believe they have the upper hand." Wolfish smile forms. Perhaps that was for Jack's benefit, more than Ileen's. Because, women are much more attuned to gut instincts.

" I just be playing the aloof male. " Jack finally spoke, as he took another swig of the rum.

Shy chuckled at Jack's remark.

"Ahhhh, I love it when you blush, dear." Aurthur smooched his mate. "We have a room, Ileen......But it was awful nice of you to offer." Smirks.

Maybe Shy knew that she had just basically told her what the unsettling was, maybe she didn't. Regardless, Ileen nodded. "Well that is true, Jack thinks he has the upper hand, but I give his baby hairs a yank now and then to remind him differently. Then again, we fight like cats and dogs most of the time, but there is a sick level of easiness with us." A shrug to that, then a snort to his words. "Do you even know what aloof means, love?" If she had something hard in her hand, she would throw it at Aurthur. Yep.

Chuckling and snuggling. "I know you do, love."

Jack gave a side glance on Ileen now. " Ye just be thinking that ye be having the upper hand. " Before grabbing a pillow and whipping it at the two dragons. Just because, before eyeing Ileen. Not saying a word.

Score!

There is no doubt the female Viking is considered a predator. It is those that believe she is not one, that are in trouble. Or those that tend to forget how ruthless she can be. The fools. Bursts out laughing when Ms McGowan inquires of Jack about the word 'aloof'.

Whap, slapped in the head with a pillow. "Hey, what was that for?!"

" Ye be making me sick with the lovey dovey act. " Jack said, over the back of the couch.

Reaching over, Ileen tapped Shy's arm in a -watch this- motion and spoke one word. "Priest." Then eyed Jack.

Blinking, looking at his mate. "But....It's not an act....." Purely confused.

And Shy does watch, intently.

Icer was whapped as well!

" Go be finding one. " Pirate smirk crossing Jack's lips.

An arching of one eyebrow, still closely observing.

"I did, and you ran!" Ileen was growling at him, and a pinch somewhere.

Now it is *Shy* who is smirking.

"Never mind, Shy....normally he flees or chokes or decides to tumble me into bed at the mention of it." Ileen, huffing by this point.

Jack growled back at her. " And ye be running at the mention of kids." Pinching her right back.

Icer snickered as Jack didn't run this time, before coiling her tail around the pillow and sending it back!

"You want children, Jack?" Shy's eyebrows raising.

"Mark my words, I will bring a Priest into our cabin when you least expect it, Jack Morgan." Never mind that just sounded really weird.

All of this got Aurthur's eye ridge to raising, that's for sure!

" Ye not be that brave to be finding a priest. " Jack shot back at the wench, before blinking. Both to Shy's question and getting whapped in the back of the head by a pillow. " I not be wanting kids."

"It sounds as if you do." Shy nodded and grinned at Morgan.

She shoots, and scores!

"Nice shot, dear....." Aurthur grinned. "Your a wicked shot with that thing."

" I just be tormenting Ileen with that, as she torments me with threats of finding a priest. " The story of the knave and the wench.

Nodding to her beloved. "Takes practice I suppose."

Unfolding herself from the couch, Ileen was muttering about this and that, while she lost the flannel coat onto the couch and headed for the door. "Stay put, I'll be back in a few minutes." Brave enough?! Really?! We shall see.

"No wonder it stings so much when you swat my haunch!"

Will Jack run? Shy begins bouncing her right foot again.

Blinking as Ileen got up and moved for the door, Jack rose a brow now. " Where ye be going?"

"I think she's getting a priest." Icer was grinning like a Cheshire...dragon.

"Perhaps he is getting nervous." Shy...just ... smiles ... at the two pirates.

Jack got the reply of a slamming door, the sound of her footfalls pounding down the steps of the porch in a run and then nothing. She was just....gone. More than like when she returned, not only would Jack be gone, but so would the Pandora.

Shy's gaze had been on the door, but now firmly lands back upon Morgan again.

Another swig of rum as he eyed the door for a moment, then looked to Icer on her words for a moment. " Bloody hell. "

Never doubt the will of a female, Aurthur was thinking.

The Viking woman was softly chortling as she watches Jack over the rim of her mug, then gulps down another swig or three of her chosen beverage.

Saint Mary's was not very far from the Inn. A six block trek give or take. Finding Father Jacob an even easier task, he was giving confession and Ileen waited patiently for him to be done. Toe tapping, when he finally graced her, heard her out and prayed, the two were then on their way back to the Inn. "Only if you are sure, Ileen. Only if you are sure." His consoling words kept to the hush of whispers.

"Every male learns that lesson early. Thankfully I learned it eventually." Aurthur grinned.

Jack rose from the couch now and swaggered to peer out a window. Ileen wasn't really going to bring a bloody priest back this time.

A wink to Shy, still snuggling with her mate.

"There are witnesses, but I am sure he has run, Father. Regardless, there will be a handsome donation to the church." Spoken as the steps were once more cleared and the door opened. Father Jacob was neither young nor old, but he was quite tall and a handsome one in his own right. A pity he was kept to matters of the Lord. "There he is..." Spying Jack in the window before stepping inside....with the Priest.

The last of her mead gone, sets the empty mug down on the small end table just to the left of her chair arm. Watches Jack as he gets up and makes his way to the window. Inhales deeply, slowly exhaling that drawn breath. "Do I smell fear?"

Aurthur blinks as Ileen indeed returns with a priest, turning his head to rumble low, to his mate. "Perhaps we should renew our vows again, while we have a priest here, love?" Snickers softly.

Another swig of the rum and Jack set the bottle down, and narrowed his eyes at the window. " Be no fear. " Moving back from the window now, as he moved to lean against the bar. Arms crossed as he waited. Who would win this battle of wills?

Shy muttered softly in her native language. If it was to be translated into the Common tongue of the land, they would know she said, "Bless him Father, for he has sinned." As she is staring at the pirate Jack Morgan.

"Perhaps my love." Icer whispered to Aurthur.

Perhaps Jack is going to be baptized?

"Captain Jack Morgan, this is Father Jacob from Saint Mary's. He has agreed to marry us, Jack and file the documents with the city proper." Ileen's smile almost haphazard in it's regard.

Father Jacob reached out a hand to Jack. "Greetings, Captain Morgan. A pleasure to meet you."

Shy is smirking, simply waiting to find out Jack's reaction.

" Greetings, Father Jacob. " Jack shook the priest's hand before looking to Ileen, then back to the priest. He hadn't run just yet.

Shy begins counting silently.

They could always trip him up if he tried!

Aurthur was slinking towards one of the exits, planning on parking his bulk right in front of it.

"Father, this is also Shy, who has agreed to be my maid of honor at our wedding and witness of course. That is Icer and Aurthur, they are husband and wife." Ileen introductions were quickly given.

Jacob gave each of those introduced a smile and a nod of his head. "This is rather spur of the moment, it is a pleasure for you all to be present in what I am sure will be an interesting joining of heart and belief."

A lifting of one gloved hand, and a nod of greeting tipped Shy's head, to the priest. And ja, her dimples are deep, and everyone can see her pearly whites because she is smiling so wide!

Nodding to the priest, then grinning as Icer's mate blocked one door. That still left the kitchen.. Which she was headed now. He'd not be running that way!

"Do you have rings, Jack?" Jacob asked.

Charles walked into the inn silently. his silver eyes glancing around to the occupants.

Jack gave a side glance to the others present then back to Ileen and the priest. " Only rings I be having be the ones that I be wearing. " Which was true.

Will Charles block the main door?

"I'm not worried about a ring, Father. If this is acceptable." Ileen was stepping closer to Jack there and turning to face the Priest. "We don't have vows either, so whatever is simplest will be just fine. Aye Jack?"

Aurthur plunked his massive body in front of the doorway, grinning.

Charles is nearly knocked over by Aurthur but stands next to the big dragon, highly confused at the situation. Are fireworks needed? He had fireworks with him.

"Did you want me o'er there, Far Jacob?" Came Shy's question.

"Yes please, Shy." Jacob smiled broadly. "Such a joyous occasion."

Now eyeing Ileen hard now. The evil wench was actually pulling it off it seemed. As well as the others moving to block the doorways. " Be giving me a moment. I be remembering that there be some rings I be leaving upstairs. " And that's where he would go.

Shy stands up and moves over to the bar.

"Alright Jack..." The red head stood there, watching him go up and waited.

"I think he might take the plunge......Out the upstairs window, that is." Frowning, Aurthur hadn't thought of blocking the stairway.

Uh oh! Someone might want tae check the roof.

Jacob leaned over and whispered to Ileen.

Charles can put a ward around the outside so if he falls he just ends up in the inn again.

Walks up the porch stairs, and enters the Inn, looking about, Art smiles to all before making his way towards the bar.

Shy folds her arms in front of her as they all wait for Jack to return. She should have taken bets!

That would not be necessary, Charles.

Pausing, Art looks about, one eyebrow raised and says. "Did someone one put a ward around the Inn just then?" Looking at Charles more than anyone, since Arthour knows he can do magic.

Charles shook his head. "Nope, not me. " He looked at the Arthour with an awkward smile, not sure how he got through Aurthur.

No falling off the roof for the pirate. He climbed his ass down, and once his feet were on the ground. He started to swagger his ass away from the inn. He a pirate. He's used to escaping places.

Icer was now peeking towards the stairs then. "I could go up and get him.. If he stays up there too long.."

Shrugging, Art headed behind the bar. Looking at them all, he quirked an eyebrow before reaching into the cooler and pulling out a cider: "Something going on?"

Wait, who was that swaggering. "IIeen.." Nod to the window at a certain escapee.

"I have the feeling 'tis already been too long." Shy muttered.

Next time we'll bring Temeraire to block the stairway.

"He's gone..." That muttered, Ileen knew before she even looked out the window. "Thank you, Father..." A pat to his arm, Jacob nodded and took his leave. "Aye, Shy...I knew he would."

Charles sighed "Shoulda put that ward up." He murmured.

Shy glanced from Ileen to the priest, then back to Ileen again. "Did you? For sure?"

Walking behind the bar, Ileen snagged up a pint and quirked a brow at Charles. "No you shouldn't have."

Charles gave a soft look up "you sure?"

Bright green on Shy, the smile didn't reach her eyes though it did her lips. "Wasn't 100% sure, Shy."

"What's he so afraid of? Aurthur was ambling back to curl up once more around his mate, and drape a silken wing carefully over her.

"Charles, 'tis not the way." Shy shook her head at him. Gaze slides back to Ileen. "And hva are you going to say to him?"

Moments later. Father Jacob would be seen walking back into the inn, just wait for the kicker. Jack followed him in, tossing a small box in one hand.

Blink, looking about, Art sipped his cider. Context would arrive any moment now, he was sure.

Ileen then promptly choked on her scotch and it went spewing...everywhere.

Snuggling into her beloved's wing and blink. Wait, Jack came back.. with the priest.

Charles looked at Jack who had entered silently with the priest.

Jack moved right towards Ileen, with the priest totally lost by now.

Shy jumps out of the way so she is not wearing that liquor Ileen was drinking a moment ago. Glances at the door when it opens.

Looking between Captain, Ileen, priest, then small box, Art smiled, well away enough not to be sprayed, and sipped his cider again.

"Aye...um....Jack....Father...." Ileen was now utterly confused. "Ahh bugger..." The pint set to the side, the inner of her cheek was chewed on.

The Priest near busted out laughing. He was so clueless. "Do we have a wedding or no?"

Slowly Father Jacob followed, as he looked between the two. " I be having the rings now. " Said the pirate knave.

Charles gave a nod to Arthour as he leaned against the wall, a soft smile pursing his lips.

Shy hurried into the kitchen, and when she returns ... shoves a bouquet of slightly wilted daisies at Ileen. "Here! Take these!" The stems are wet, but what the Hel. If Ms McGowan does not grab them, those flowers will fall to the floor because she releases them from her own grasp while speaking to the confused female pirate.

"I think we are." Icer grinned to IIeen.

Returning Charles nod, Art carried on smiling, watching and sipping his cider from behind the bar.

Gulp. A glance was given the ceiling, briefly Ileen considered fleeing. But was taken aback by the flowers and took them from Shy with a nod. Then a nervous nod to Jack.

Jacob opened his bible and smiled between all of them.

"Wait!" Shy practically shouting that word out to the priest.

Charles smiled widely as he slipped outside. A good view of the wedding from a window he started preparing the fireworks.

Jack's arm moved around Ileen before nodding for the priest to start. Oh bloody hell they were actually going through with it.

Jacob jumped visibly and looked at Shy.....he was waiting.

"I thought you ran, you sot.." Ileen was grinding her teeth as she whispered to Jack.

" Ye should know better than to tempt the fates with me. I'll always get you back. " Murmrued very low for Ileen's ears only.

"Wait a moment!" Shy turned her gaze upon the nervous couple. "Did you two not say you wanted to be wed aboard the Pandora, during a sunrise?" She would hate to see that dream dashed if they still wanted it.

Art was looking between them all, this had clearly been well planned, and Arthour wished he could stay, but soon, he would have to leave, a shame really, considering what was about to happen.

"Before we begin..." Jacob said, as he waited on Shy. "Ileen stated neither of you had vows to be spoke..." His words trailing off as the Viking woman spoke.

Ileen then stared at Shy.

Jack would wait for the priest to put two and two together.
Icer snuggled her mate, then chuckled. "Well we could carry them there, yes?"

See, now there was an even bigger quandary. Ileen supposed they could do this twice if so. "Do you want to wait, Jack?" Oh Jesus.

"Well na? Are you going to forego doing that?" Feels it is her responsibility as the maid of honour to speak up. Not just that, but she is a seafarer, as well, and they might regret not following that dream!

Charles had all of the needed fireworks set up. Just waiting on the sparks to fly.

"We could certainly carry everyone easy enough, dear. Hominids are easy to transport." Quipped Aurthur.

The non drinking Priest was going to need a drink.

It is not sunrise, either.

"Jack!" Hissed Ileen.

He looked from the priest to Shy when she spoke up then to Ileen. " I guess we could be waiting.. The crew not be here, nor be Neddy. Ye be knowing that she be wanting to be there. "

"Magic?" Icer purred to Shy.

" But we could be doing two. One for those here. " A motion of Jack's hand to those present. " Then be having one on the ship. " Just to torment Ileen.

"Aye, you are right. Thank you, Shy for reminding us." Ivory hued features were now bright red and she was about to dismiss the Priest when Jack spoke again.

Shy just shrugs her shoulders at Icer. She is being sincere. Truly!

"We could. Alright, we will do two.." and swatted Jack with the wet daisies.

Charles really did want to shoot off the fire works today.
Jack's turn to glare at the wench. She was supposed to freak out!

Shy softly chortles at Ileen and Jack. At least she felt better for saying something.

Jacob closed the bible and stood there, with a yawn.

Didn't she freak out once, thought Icer!

Smiling, Art was glad to hear they would be getting wed twice, once here and again later, he had to go very soon and would have hated mising out on the wedding of the first person he spoke to when coming to RyhDin!

"Is this a go?" Jacob asked between them all, then Jack and Ileen. Ileen nodded and her stomach flipped. Jack looked back to the priest and nodded slowly as well.

"I would really prefer one at sunrise aboard, but we can do two." Ileen was almost convincing herself. "We don't have vows or anything, so lets make it simple.

Shy is just standing there with her hands on her hips, waiting for the two pirates to decide, as well. Whatever you do Ileen, do not ask Shy for her opinion!

Make that two drinks for the Priest. Opening the bible again, Jacob shifted a look between the two. Waiting for either of them to stop him again.

Make that a few bottles of rum for the pirate as well.

And with that, Art had to leave, slipping out the back hdoor he said: "Good luck!" Before he was gone.

Shy glances upwards for a moment, then lowers her hands from her hips and clasps them behind her back.

"After much debate, we are gathered here among friends to join these two of sound mind and body, Ileen Seoid?n McGowan and Jack Morgan." He would have added Captain, but it was just not the way of it.

"Sound mind? We don't have a sound mind between us.." Muttered from Ileen.

Shy was thinking the same thing!

Icer grinned, snuggled still in her beloved's wing.

" That's Captain Jack Morgan. " To the priest. " We be about as sound minded as a crazy person. " Muttered in return to the wench.

Shy was willing herself to continue to keep her big mouth shut.

"Marriage is a commitment not just made by two, but by two that are joined in one soul that are destined to live their lives together as one. While you have differences, your foundation with one another is the same and strong enough to endur all that comes your way as a married couple."

"He can't say Captain at the moment Jack, that is not your name." Ileen whispered up to him.

A deep sigh from the Priest as he hears them bickering back and forth.

"It be part of my name. " Jack murmured back to Ileen.

"I will cut to the chaise. Is there anyone here that forbids this marriage between these two, if so speak now or forever hold your peace." Jacob looked around, especially to Shy.

The female Viking is constantly letting her gaze drift from the priest, to Ileen and Jack, and back and forth.

Poor Father Jacob got a smile from the pirate.

It takes all of Aurthur's willpower NOT to laugh and snicker.

Charles waits for the kiss. By god

Opens her mouth to say something, then Shy pointedly looks at Ileen.

"It is not your name, Jack. It is your title..." Ileen growled.

Then Jack pinched Ileen at those words.

If Ileen gives her any kind of signal to speak up, she will.

" It be part of me name. Little Jewel. " Growled back.

Ileen was still convinced that Jack would not say I do, so did not speak up.

He was convinced of the same thing of Ileen.

Clamps her mouth shut, and looks warily from Ileen, to the priest. Shy firmly believes Ileen is wrong. And wants to say something so badly!

" It is lovely, yes." Icer whispered to her beloved.

Shy would rather see them wed on the ship!

Hearing noone, Jacob continued. "Do you Ileen, of your own free will, vow to be Jack's wife, to honor and cherish him in sickness and in health, from this day forward until death do you part?"

Shy looks at Ileen.

"I do not vow to obey him, I am making that clear right now." Ileen chirped.

"Weddings usually are dear......" Whispered quietly to his mate. "You could still have a proper one, you know."

"I never said obey, Ileen.." The priest retorted.

That got Jack to chuckle. " That not be an I do. " Chiming in.

Looking up at Jack, then around the Inn, something struck Ileen and she truly wished to do this once and for all aboard what they both loved and lived for, with everyone present. But, if she did not...Jack would take it as she wished not to marry him.

Jack looked down at Ileen, waiting for it.

"I....." Brows furrowing, it wasn't right to do this. Then looked at Jack again, seeing the challenge in his gaze. The absolute challenge. He was daring her. "I do..."

Jack's eyes narrowed to her calling his bluff.

Shy practically groaned, but did not. Behind her back, she is actually wringing her hands.

"I do nae need a proper wedding, love." Icer whispered.

"Do you, Jack...of your own free will, vow to be Ileen's husband, to honor and cherish in sickness and in health, from this day forward until death do you part?" Asked as Jacob turned to Jack.

Shy has heard about ESP, and now begins trying to use mental powers on Jack. In her mind she is saying, "Let us wait and do it aboard the Pandora." Over and over and over and over and over. As well as staring at Captain Morgan.

Ileen's turn to eye Jack, narrow incarnate.

Icer's not saying anything! Listening to the priest, and grinning to Jack.

Slowly looking back to poor Father Jacob, then back to Ileen. Just wait for it people. " I do, but this not be us, Father Jacob. " Looking to the priest now. " Just not be feeling right to be doing this here. "

Shy closes her eyes and keeps that silent mantra going!

"Oh thank god!" Ripped from Ileen's lip's! Did she actually say that?!

Does Charles not get to fire off fireworks !?

Icer muffled a giggle hearing IIeen!

The bible was snapped closed and Jacob smiled.

Eyes open quickly, and a big sigh escapes from the maid of honour.

"That is understood, Jack. I will be present when you are both ready, this is not the time." A pat reaching his shoulder given by the Priest. "It's understood."

Perhaps Icer was thinking now."Perhaps we could..."

Charles sighs seeing nothing happened. He begins to take down the firework display he had made.

Aurthur nuzzled his mate* If you want a proper wedding, love, then I would be more than happy to have one.

Jack nodded lightly to the priest. " We be contacting ye when we be ready. " Shaking Father Jacob's hand again. " Sorry to be troubling ye. "

Naturally, Shy now believes she has the power of ESP.

"If you wish, love." Icer whispered, the priest was still there after all.

Aurthur, chuckled. "I always thought you would like to have a wedding, dear, with all your friends present.....Although, I think we may need to have it elsewhere, this Inn isn't big enough for our family, AND all your friends."

Charles sneaks his way back inside, the bag of explosives and others over his shoulder. HIs face held a frown because he wanted to fire them off.

The Priest nodded to Jack and Ileen, then the others before taking his leave through the back way.

"I do nae need anything fancy, love. You know that." The ever whispering dragon declared.

Once the priest headed out, the pirate smiled down at Ileen then moved to get his bottle of rum from where he left it.

Shy then whispered to Ileen, "Me tenkes you two shall be much happier saying your vows aboard the Pandora during a sunrise." Nodding. It was just too romantic not to do it any other way!

"It doesn't have to be fancy, dear.....Just something your friends could observe, of course. Although, I don't know who I would have as a best man."

"Well.." Icer pondered. "Our ceremony was enough, love."

Ileen was just standing there, still holding the flowers and nodded to Shy. "Aye, but we go back and forth, sometimes it get dangerous in the ways we challenge each other. I actually broke off the engagement a couple of weeks ago.." That whispered to Shy, Ileen shrugged. See, they are twisted. "The romantic side of me that he doesn't know well, wants our wedding to be aboard and surrounded by everyone." Included.

"If you ever change your mind, dear." Aurthur entwined his tail with Icer's, smooching her soundly.

Besides the poor Priest might have fainted when he would have heard how many little ones they had.

Bottle plucked up for a swig. What Ileen didn't know on that? Jack wanted the same thing.

Well now, that little bit of news brought about an arching of one eyebrow. The part about breaking off their engagement, that is. "Ileen, " Shy was still whispering, "I am certain he will go through with it na. 'Tis my gut feeling."
After all, he did return with the priest and the rings." That should have convinced her, in her opinion. Her, being Ileen.

"You already know how much I love you." Icer purred, letting the smooch linger some more. "Indeed I do dear, and you know how deeply my love for you goes." Aurthur responded in kind. "That I do."

"I know, I'm just saying that we test each other so much. At times I wish it would slow down. I love him so much, Shy..." Watching the pirate, Ileen had to smile.

Now moving back towards Ileen as Jack looked between the two women a moment. " And I be loving ye. " That to Ileen, as he lifted that box up for her to open. If she done so, she'd note what ring it actually was.

Looking from Ileen, to Jack, Shy smiles and of course the smile is for Ileen when light blues slide back to her visage.

A huge grin from Aurthur. "Besides, the other females would have to stand quite a ways back when you threw your bouquet.." Icer smile. "Now love..." Giving his beloved a tender nuzzle. "What? It's true, love.."

"Truly, I am glad you two decided to wait. Not because I do not want to see you wed, but because I want it to be done in the way you first said." Shy said, no greater truth spoken.

"Well I do enjoy the gardens.." Icer perked a moment. "We could bring them flowers, and veggies.." Run Jack!

"Aye, Shy....I agree. Will be soon. Very soon." Opening the box, Ileen stared up at Jack and when she looked into the box. Eyes going wide, she then started to cry and began to shake. She did not know what to say. Ileen Speechless, was trembling.

"I'll never understand how you can garden vegetables, dear, but try and get you to eat some, and it's like trying to bathe a cat." Aurthur was highly amused.

Shy tried to catch a glimpse of that ring that brought on such emotion from Ileen. Then moved off, giving them their privacy and headed into the kitchen.

Jack closed the box after a moment, before moving his arms around her. " Now ye be knowing that I be serious, Ileen Seoid?n McGowan . " Murmured to her.

"The little ones like to see them grow, love. And they do not go to waste.. I give them to the orphanages." Icer revealed. Other orphanages, she kept enough for them too. She just didn't eat the things.

Lifting up onto her tiptoes, Ileen wrapped her arms about Jack's neck and buried her face into his neck. "I know that now, Jack. I thought I made you change your mind, somehow. I love you.."

" I love ye too, even if ye be driving me crazy. " Jack murmured back to her. "That's my job, Captain." Ileen, whispered. "That it be. " Murmured before he slipped back from her as he tucked the small box back into his pocket.

"I need some time alone with you..." Said matter of factly, Ileen took his hand and maintained a hold on the flowers. She would talk to Shy and Icer later.

" Aye. We be needing some alone time. " Jack nodded to the others as he turned to lead the wench from the inn.
