At Rosie's door a package was left filled with gifts. Clothes for a baby boy, chocolates for rosie and a bottle of champagne. Attached was a letter.

"Congratulations Rosie!

I hear that he is a beautiful baby boy and I'm so excited to see him. I hope you and Dean are both doing really well. Don't stress yourself out okay! Enjoy the blessings of the little one. I hope you can put this gifts to good use.

Your Friend,
-Rina."

Sammie, one of Dean's cousins, had come to help them out during the first few weeks after Daniel was born. She lifts the package and brings it in for Rosie to open up. "Rosie, there's been a delivery for you!" She smiles sweetly and walks into the living room. She spies Rosie sitting in a rocker with Daniel on her shoulder.

Rosie had been humming softly, Daniel asleep after his diaper had been changed and his belly now full. She rises and walks over to his basinette and lays him down with a gentle kiss to that tiny black haired head. Then she rises and walks over to where Sammie and left the package. "Thank you Sammie. You've been such a big help."

Her eyes dance as she lifts each tiny outfit from the box. Her favorite were the little dress pants, suspenders, dress shirt and tiny maroon colored apron. "How adorable, Sammie, look! She bought him a Deli uniform!" And she laughs merrily. The candy was taken and she sampled a piece and rolled her eyes with pleasure. "Oh, Sammie, you got to try one of these!"

Sammie takes the box and lifts one of the chocolate caramels from the box and nibbles on it. She and Rosie had been getting closer by the day and she counted her as a good friend. "Better keep these hidden from my cousin, he'll eat the entire box!" She giggles.

Rosie nods in agreement, the champagne bottle was lifted out and she whistles low. "Good year." And that, too, was handed to Sammie. "Can you put that on ice for me, please darling? We can have it tonight when Dean comes back."

Sammie grins and takes the bottle and disappears into the kitchen. Meanwhile Rosie gets up and walks over to the couch. She lifts her notepad and scrawls out a note.

"Rina,

My dear sweet friend, how I miss you! Thank you so much for the thoughtful gifts. I love them all, especially the Deli uniform. It's priceless!

I'll be back soon, you'll see.

Your twin,

Rosie."

She folds the letter and tucks it into an envelope. Slapping a stamp onto it, she rises and walks over to the mail slot. They'd been receiving and sending out enough that they made a small slot in the door for the delivery boy who is now on the payroll. Rosie knew he'd be back soon and that he'd get it to the right place.
