1. Work the hours you wish to work. We're flexible enough that if you can't work, that's fine. Just let us know when you can.
2. If you commit to a service, be there. I depend on my crew to be there when they say they will.
3. Do not come to work drunk. This will be strictly enforced.
4. Do not get intoxicated while on the job. This too will be strictly enforced. I do not mind you having a sip of wine, but an entire bottle is too much.
5. If you should commit to an event and something comes up, please notify myself of Dean Santiago. No shows will result in termination.
6. Smile and remember, the client is always right. No matter how wrong they really are. They are paying us, folks.
7. Unless otherwise specified, the uniform is a white dress shirt, black slacks and black walking shoes. The marroon apron with the logo on it is to be worn at all times.
