"Perhaps we could go visit them sometime?"

Rosie had been almost as bad as anybody well trained in the art of interrogation. She questioned him about everything. His place of birth, growing up, parents, friends... it seemed like the questioning would never stop.

There was nothing that she didn't want to know. And there was nothing Dean wouldn't answer. It seemed to amuse him, this little field trip into his past.

When she asked about his parents, his eyes seemed far away and he spoke softly, almost bitterly. So, when Rosie suggested going to visit, it shocked him that she'd include herself.

"You'd go with me?"

Of course she would! And the arrangements were made easily enough. The upcoming weekend she had kept clear of engagements so she could start preparations for the big party. With the party's date still not set, the Deli would not need her nor Dean's supervision. So it was a done deal. They'd go visit this weekend.
