Twice before he had done so. The first had caused the beginning, and the end, for many. That war was still felt eons after it had happened. The second resulted in his chosen losing his mind, nearing destroying himself and the Dreamer because of it.

Now, he stirred again.

He let his mind shift from the making of the Dream to reflect upon why he was moved to wake again.
