Hey allllll,
A long overdue update on the story from behind this tattering velvet curtain on the strange dark stage where upon which the story seeps out...
- Robert and Roach have parted ways and are both in Rhy'Din. The contract sealed by an act of indulgence amidst the revelry of the Cult in backwoods LA. Due to some OOC circumstances, the story had been divided somewhat and some instances have been kept murky in order to preserve that aspect in a bubble until such a time things may come to light. Also, a little mystery never hurt no one.
- Roach is looking into ways to abscond from the contract entirely, whether by replacing herself (via a willing Persephone) or severing it through a few loopholes including hallucinogenic drugs and lucid dreaming; the latter a byproduct of the contract anyway, and one which Robert shares in.
- There is rumor that there is an ancient artifact which the Cult worships which holds the key to the contract's unfolding, to some degree. Bones and an opaque figure named Les may hold the answers.
- Mischief and mayhem continues in some form..... and into the present.
