He?s ran a quiet Noodle Cart that popped up now and then along the market place.
Now with a Black Lotus stamp on crisp canvas ?Rakki Noodle? sign, a shop has taken root on top the West End cobble. It is never open before lunch and never open past midnight yet always seems to be a favored spot for more then a few young men to grab a quick cheap meal and hang out.

Be careful when you visit, while Chen-san may not be as young as he once was, his regular cliental would not take well to signs of disrespect. Respect and a few Silver Crowns will get you a bowl at the ?Rakki Noodle?
