You can come here and post whatever. I don't care! Also a good way of contacting me, since I float around the forums pretty regularly.

And also, a big huge thank you for anyone who participated, inquired, or had fun stabbing pantherghasts. If you'd still like to use them, they're out there and waiting.

I have but one word for your blather; Farrago.

Drat, I never got around to bringing Hex and his troops in on the Ghasts...

Ah well, RL has a tendency to get in the way at times. It was a cool story Sin-mun!

Kudos!

There are still ghasts left to kill! You can totally write up a piece about your guys smackin' some around. :)

I liked it, and the silent auction was a great twist. Thanks, Sin! And to all the other players and various involvees!

Hey, just wanted to drop a post here saying, this is a fantastic folder with some very interesting stories - you have a unique style that seems to hook effortlessly. I recommend going through the whole folder to anyone reading this who has not done so.

Kudos. =)

super belated, because I wasn't sure if that was a plural you or not, but I also saw this: your praise and props

thanks x2

Sooo, I had two computer failures this month and I lost the majority of my writing.

I have a new laptop now (it's the most beautiful piece of machinery I've owned), but bear with me while I try and recover the data off of my computers, and consequently, all my unposted writing.

Boooo.

April is the cruelest month. Please bear with me while I scramble to deal with research papers, finals, graduate school shenanigans, and work; I've had to put Sinjin on the backburner for a little bit since when I come online to game, it's just for a few hours to wind down before I go to bed.

I'll be able to pick up the slack again when I'm not slamming my head into a wall.

Sinjin Fai

Date: 2009-05-29 08:30 EST
Uh, yeah, totally not picking up slack because I'm in Italy right now. I'll be home someday. Maybe. If I don't convince some Italian family to adopt me.

do you find my current overload of writing intimidating? :P

don't you worry. sure we miss you, but we can also clearly keep ourselves entertained in your absence. be here when you get home and ready to rock your rp world when you do.

I heard, rofl. I hope you're ready for more of the same. I've been writing.

Last night was wicked.

It was like watching a movie. The dog whining and whimpering as Skid is abducted. The suddeness of it. Like a thundercloud over the sun.

You rock, Sinjin. Skid.

And Sal, your follow up was so well done. Again, just like watching a movie.

all right - there it is!

I initially thought it was going to be broken up into two posts, but turns out it was three. in an effort to keep myself from posting OMFG HUGE POST IS HUGE like I usually do, thankfully I found some pretty good breaking points.

but - there it is. "chains" is done. enjoy!

Mishka

Chains is a great read. Glad to see the end got put up - quite enjoyed it. And this concludes my yearly quota of forum writing. Gracias!

you're doing it wrong...

Oh god, I should NOT have read this at work. Everyone keeps looking over and asking me what I'm laughing at.

The writing in this folder this year, in particular, has been tremendous. I love it, guys.

But you know what I love even more? That Madi now has Sin and Sal dolls!! I've put in a request to Mattel. Coming to a toy store near you!

I meant to do that myself here. thanks Joey! :D

while doing some research into garrote wire for Six Sharp Colts, my latest chapter addition to "memento ensemble," I came across something in the article I linked to at the end of that post. and I wanted to share this with anyone who's reading it.

how ironic is it that... the last man to be executed in Spain by garrote was named Salvador Puig Antich? and my Sal here has a love for garrote wire, and generally strangling people to death....

I didn't know this until after I wrote that piece and finished reading that article! crazy!

Delahada

Concerning the latest edition to memento ensemble: I confess that I don't know Japanese much at all, and relied mostly on the aid of EUdict, piecing words together in what I thought made the most sense. I apologize for any inaccuracies and welcome any corrections by anyone who does know the Japanese language, but for now see this list of what I hope all the phrases in that story appropriately translate into.

"Kora, kora!" - Hey, hey!

"Karera shozoku touhou." - They belong to me.

"Putto karera daun." - Put them down.

"Nani maro okonau?" - What are you doing? (What you to do.)

"Iiya!" - No!

"Ueito!" - Wait!

"Nani fuka matte maro?" - What is wrong with you? (What wrong with you.)

"Iiya douyou ketsu." - Not like that.

"Warui youshiki." - Bad form.

"Watakushi furuu maro naze mochiiru karera." - I will show you how to use them. (I to show you how to use they.)

Just had the pleasure of reading Legacy as one of the second things to get my greedy eyes on, after posting my first rp post in the boards in a while.

I really, reallllly loved it.

Especially the description of Sal's grandmother--it stuck with me and I could see her so clearly. Thanks for the good read to start with! Now I've got lots to catch up on.

HELLO I have returned from the dead and so has this board.

Delahada

Date: 2012-04-21 13:35 EST
I'm nailing this board to the wall! I'm going to dust it every day and polish it with Pledge! I don't ever want to see it gathering dust in the Catacombs ever ever again!

Which means of course I have to do a lot of writing. All the time. I'm leaving it to you guys to kick me in the pants and make sure I write SOMETHING, at least once a week, to ensure it never gets locked up in a dungeon and forgotten somewhere.

Okay? Okay.

Katt Batten

Date: 2012-04-21 13:51 EST
Instead of kicking you in the pants can we just pin you to the wall with the board?

Only if you promise to use me as a dart board.

Rayvinn

Date: 2012-05-23 12:15 EST
You know...I am quite good at darts.~

Consider THIS your OOC comment to keep Peccavi OUT OF THE CATACOMBS.

I am now ready to collect our agreed upon fee. (Which we never discussed but that is a minor detail, of course..)

Also; seconding the getting to know Sal thing very much!

I'll see if I can work something up to post in here for you, over the next, little while.
