Once they were back from Miami, he settles back into his room. His job here was pretty much done and he felt a restless need to wander. Always the loner, it wouldn't be too difficult to just pick up and go. He'd miss the brotherhood, Gods would he ever. But he just couldn't stay where there was no need for him any longer. Besides, he'd made a poor president of the brothers and they'd almost fell apart under his tutelage. It was time to go.

I chose you for your level head and how easily you get along with your brothers. Gage, even with your hot head, you're a natural born leader. Keep strong for your brothers. Dirk, you're such an idiot, but the freshmen think you're awesome. Keep the blood alive with fresh recruits. And Nate, keep them all safe.

He places his pen down and waves the paper to dry before folding it. Grabbing up just his back pack, he walks out to the living room and places the note on the mantle. He slides out the door and into the night.
