It was the middle of the night, the Nexus dropped her in the center of the marketplace. She sighed and wandered the stalls for about an hour, finding nothing she decided to return home. She'd hunt everyone down tomorrow, too damn late tonight. She slipped quietly inside and to her room, only to find Yamikage sprawled on her bed.

"Move you." When that got no response she scooted him over and laid down beside him.

She rolled over and sat up slightly, scratching behind his ears. "You did? Awesome...So, what are you? I was thinking you were an elf, but not I'm thinking that's wrong..."

"No, no elf. I actually despise elves with a passion. They're too together as a society to really be considered truly chaotic. I'm a demon, well, technically, I was a demon. A lesser demon, to be exact. And apparently we lesser demons can't go after the true power of the greatest demonic artifacts without getting banished into a distant realm in the body of a feline."

Yamikage growled slightly after his rant, pissed at the higher ups royally.
