She left the Red Dragon with a skip to her step and a giggle brought on by the one beer. It was odd really how much fun she had just hanging out with people, but she had always been a people person. "Rock the Cradle of Loooove" she sang offkey and without a single smidgeon of understanding of what she was saying. Her new thing was watching really old shows and listening to music from different cultures. She was becoming quite enamored of Pop Culturica. And her language was becoming more and more littered with slang and idioms she had no idea how to properly use.

The sight of the Plaza always brought a lift to her heart as her beautiful office building spoke of a prestige and wealth that she had never had on her own. Sure, her family had been infamously rich but steady residences, businesses? Not so much. Breezing through the doors she nodded at JhaiNein and stopped to pick up her messages before slipping up the stairs to her central office.

She wanted to find Mindy and her Hubster the perfect place even as she paused to wonder what all of this change meant for the Gardens. It might be time to catch up with some old pals here soon.

A lot changed in a little amount of time in RhyDin.

Today was no exception.

She'd misplaced one private investigator to find another. The meet with Luke had gone smoothly, she signed him to a lease with the Plaza and went to Carnivorous Creations for a bite to eat. All in all it was a pleasant way to spend the day and she was feeling pretty damn happy with herself. Now to find him a home that he'd like.

The Garden was filling up again and it was nice to have roommates. She missed Riley and David, and even Daniel. There had always been a thrumming level of energy whenever they were home, like ye just knew that they were there...Living.

First Mindy had gone. And then some of the other quieter tenants had slipped away on the strands of the Nexus. Living in RhyDin definitely gave a person a cock-eyed view of permanency.

Speaking of cock! She finally now understood why people asked for your Hancock when you were signing something! And here she always thought it was some kind of weird dirty innuendo.

She'd come a long way. The thought brought her initial arrival in RhyDin to mind. Chased by Aymeric for her sins she'd been nothing better than an urchin staying on the hearth at the Red Dragon. But no more, she was a successful businesswoman! And she'd held her own at her last meeting with Aymeric. He'd been surprised at her poise and it had showed.

She even had a 'lovelife' of sorts. Euriya was turning out to be an undoubtedly sweet suitor though it definitely posed a problem that she understood the relationship he and Dusky shared. Sometimes she wondered if he realized how close the two women had become. Not that Dusky ever kissed and told, but Fiora could always tell when Euriya had 'stopped by' and what kind of friend would she be if she listened to Dusky's protestations that 'it wasn't like that'? Like what? Like yer heart pours out of yer eyes everytime he looks at ye?

But she was in too good of a mood to let that particular problem marinate for too long. She needed to hook up with Jatari for drinks and soon. Besides she had to convince the hottie to participate in the Gala.

In the meanwhile her Gala was going off without to much of a problem. Excitement brimmed as the correspondence continued to fly. She had a few more people to browbea---invite--.

Thrilled with herself she wandered the halls of the Plaza that night, checking on the plaques on the office doors and walking past the stairs that led down into the Vault, awashed with pleasure at her recent string of successes.

Suddenly she remembered that she was missing the Hockey Game! And that odd idle moment of reflection passed as quickly as all things did with Fiora. A startled "oh!" sending her flying down the hall with a banner of russet curls spread out behind her. "I'm goin to be late!"
