Within a day of the contract being signed, a barrier the color of the present wall, appeared where the front of ConColor On The Plaza and the bordering offices of ConColor Inc. would be. it reached floor to ceiling touching the wall on either end and come out about 6 inches not only blocking sight of what was behind it but sound as well.
