PATIENT PARENTAl REFERRAL

Physical: (Vampiric, Male) Brooding vampire of roughly 100 experienced years, however, turned at the end of his teenage humanity. Exhibits mannerisms associated with his adolescent looks; yet, demonstrates a capacity for comprehension more in nature with his years of experience.

First Session:

The patient arrived at a punctual time accompanied by his parents. Both parental units were in attendance and were allowed to voice their concerns in his presence so as to establish their reasoning and his understanding of this therapy.

When asked to leave the Mother and Father figures exchanged concern over the doctor's well-being due to the recent angry outbursts by their offspring. Initiating a word of trust from the patient begins the bond between patient and doctor.

Upon solo interviewing:

? Years spent masquerading as a teenager and therefore never finding acceptance for the true scope of his adult viewpoints (Identity Disorder?)
? Decades spent relocating to new high schools to avoid discovery before their arrival in the more accepting Rhy'Din (Full-fledged Adjustment Disorder)
? Entered into a new relationship with a human girl that causes undue tension and stress. Exacerbated by her pressuring for sex (Hints of a Sexual Aversion, to be further explored)
? A near obsession with new girlfriend's safety (Hard to diagnose based on limited comprehension of their particular situation - Later Session to be planned with her in attendance)

Successful rapport gained. Patient exhibits stress release simply by being able to discuss his situation with an outsider.

Prescribed: Weekly 1-Hour Sessions

PATIENT PARENTAl REFERRAL

Second Session:

The patient arrived at a punctual time accompanied by his girlfriend. She exhibited a nearly obsessive compulsion for his attention. Quiet, withdrawn, almost sullen in mannerisms.

He exhibited pride in this young human teenager tempered with discomfort at her behavior.

Upon interviewing:

? It is readily apparent that his Identity Disorder has manifested itself in a desire for all things human. He seeks a relationship with this young human woman as much for her as for his own sense of self.
? She provides not only a landmark that he can latch onto after decades spent shunning relationships, but also a desperate amount of need. She is inherently clumsy and apparently possesses no interests or hobbies ouside of him, this assauges his need to be important and assists in his obvious Adjustment Disorder.
? Their sexual relationship (or lack of one) was kept out of the initial interview, to be explored at a later more comfortable date
? His obsession with her safety is apparently a healthy comprehension of the danger this young woman presents for both he and herself. She is quite frighteningly unaware of her surroundings or the effects she has on others, lacking any real empathy. Her entire focus apparently lies upon him to the exent that it will be necessary for her to receive treatment for Obsessive Compulsive tendencies.

Patient expressed relief and a lessening of tension at the dual interview. Encouraged them both to reschedule for a follow up interivew singularly.
