This thread is for posting author notes, explanations, questions, praise, etc. Pretty self-explanatory, really. That is all.

Thank you both for the praise. The story we are telling is something that we find interesting, and are glad to know someone else sees it as such. I couldn't do it without Chris' player and inspiration!

I can't speak for them, but knowing someone is reading and enjoying makes me smile!

Also, the story will skip around somewhat, pasts and current events will flow together, and things are really getting good!

Again, I thank you for the kind words.

Just an F.Y.I. The events in Beer and Bullets are based on real places and events, just adding my own twists and characters. This thread is meant in no way to discredit, or lessen the loss of life in the Vietnam War. I am trying to stay as Historically correct as I can, and hope that it is entertaining as well as enlightening. The Massacre of My Lai was one of the bloodiest, nastiest, battles in 1968, and really brought to the light of the American people. If you have questions, comments, or corrections, please let me know.

Thanks!

Thanks to everyone who has been following the story so far. We're having a lot of fun with it, and we hope you are having fun reading along.

We are hoping to post a time line here sometime soon that will list events chronologically, in order to alleviate any confusion as we jump back and forth in time.

Once again, thanks for reading!

Regarding the story thread titled "Swimming with Sharks", I added a new post today and switched the order around a little bit, so if anyone is reading and wondering what's new, go to the first post in the thread. We're hoping to add more to the story sometime soon, which will eventually lead to Guido's demise. As always, thanks for reading!

This story is kind of on hold for now, but hopefully, we'll get back to it sometime soon. Patience is a virgin, after all. ;-)
